        The piston slap phenomenon is one of the major noise source of reciprocating compressors used in household electric appliances. In response to public demand, strict regulations are increasingly being imposed on the allowable moise level which is caused mostly by household electric appliances. In this paper, the dynamic behavior of suction and discharge valves are analytically calculated and the lubricant behavior between piston and cylinder are investigated using two-dimensional Reynolds equation. And the piston slap caused by the piston secondary motion is investigated by the finite element method.

        The piston slap phenomenon occurs when the piston collides with the internal wall of the cylinder. Impact force caused by piston slap is one of the major mechanical noise sources in reciprocating compressors. In response to public demand, strict regulations are being increasingly imposed on the a exterior noise level which may be generated by household electric appliances. In this paper, forces acting on piston were analytically calculated and the piston slap caused by the piston secondary motion was investigated by the finite element method.

        유우의 산차와 분만월이 필유곡선형과 필유지속성에 미치는 영향

        It has been recognized for many years that the shape of the lactation curve and the persistency of lactation are affected by parity and calving month. This study was carried out to consider the effects of parity and calving month on the shape of lactation curve and persistency of lactation in dairy cattle. Using 422 lactation records from Maeil Dairy Farm (1973-1980), the parameters of lactation curve was derived from the wood`s model(Yn=A_n^b e^cn). The results can be summarized as follows: 1. Compared to the lactation curve by parity, the coefficient a was highest in 5 parity(3.3475), the coefficient b and c of 1-3 parity were lower than 4-6 parity. 2. Compared to the lactation curve by parity, the peak-month(P value) was highest in 4 parity(1.94) and was lowest in 2 parity(1.15). 3. The value of S was highest in 2 parity(2.66) and was lowest in 6 parity( 2.20). And the value of P_2:1, P_3:1 and Thomax were lowest in 6 parity. 4. The maximum daily yield and total yield were highest in 5 parity and were lowest in 1 parity. The maximum daily yield and total yield were 25.52(5 parity), 16.68㎏(1 parity), 6,132㎏(5 parity), 4,005㎏(1 parity), respectively. 5. Compared to the lactation curve by calving month, the coefficient a and b were highest in spring and was lowest in summer. And the coefficient b of spring was lower than summer. 6. Compared to the lactation curve by calving month, the value of peak-month was lowest in Autumn(1.09) and was highest in March(2.30), The P value of summer was lower than spring. 7. The values of persistency were different from calving month. The values of persistency were lowest in Autumn(S=2.13, P_2:1=70.23%, P_3:1=63.65%, Thomax=234.82) and were highest in March(S=2.57, P_2:1=75.96%, P_3:1=72.83%,Thomax=243.57). 8. The maximum daily yield and total yield different from calving month. The maximum daily yield and total yield of summer season were lower than spring season.

      • 돼지 $\beta$-Casein을 이용한 EGFP 발현 Knock-in 벡터의 구축 및 발현 검증

        This study was carried out to develop knock-in vector for EGFP (enhanced green fluorescent protein) expression in porcine $\beta$-casein locus. For construction of knock-in vector using porcine $\beta$-casein gene, we cloned the $\beta$-casein genome DNA from porcine fetal fibroblast cells, EGFP and SV40 polyA signal using PCR. The knock-in vectors consisted of a 5-kb fragment as the 5' recombination arm and a 2.7-kb fragment as the 3' recombination arm. We used the neomycin resistance gene ($neo^{r}$) as a positive selectable marker and the diphtheria toxin A (DT-A) gene as a negative selectable marker. To demonstrate EGFP expression from knock-in vector, we are transfected knock-in vector that has EGFP gene in murine mammary epithelial cell line HC11 cells with pSV2 neo plasmid. The EGFP expression was detected in HC11 cells transfected knock-in vector. This result demonstrates that this knock-in vector may be used for the development of knock-in transgenic pig. 본 연구는 돼지 $\beta$-casein 유전자 위치에서 EGFP가 발현될 수 있는 knock-in 벡터를 구축하기 위하여 실시되었다. 돼지의 $\beta$-casein 유전자를 이용하여 knock-in 벡터를 구축하기 위해 돼지의 태아 섬유아세포로부터 $\beta$-casein 유전자를 동정하였고 EGFP, SV4O polyA signal을 동정하였다. Knock-in 벡터는 5' 상동 영역 약 5 kb와 3' 상동 영역 약 2.7 kb로 구성되어있으며, positive selection marker로 $neo^{r}$ 유전자를, negative selection marker로 DT-A 유전자를 사용하였다. 구축된 knock-in 벡터로부터 EGFP의 발현을 확인하기 위하여 생쥐 유선 세포인 HC11 세포에 knock-in 벡터를 도입하였다. 그 결과 EGFP의 발현을 HC11 세포에서 확인하였다. 이와 같은 결과로서 이 block-in 벡터는 knock-in 형질전환 돼지를 생산하는데 사용될 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

        The piston slap phenomenon is one of the major noise source of reciprocating compressors used in household electric appliances. Piston slap occurs when piston collided with cylinder inner wall. It is important that piston slap is related to lubricant behavior between piston and cylinder. Therefore, this paper is investigated using two-dimensional Reynolds equation the lubrication characteristics in clearance. Analytical solution of two-dimensional Reynolds equation is obtained by finite differential method is used to numerical analysis techniques.

        오존가스 처리가 저장기간 중 포장 돈육의 미생물학적, 이화학적 특성에 미치는 영향

        본 실험은 식육의 미생물 억제 및 저장성을 향상하기 위하여, 기존의 침수나 살포방법이 아닌, 오존 가스에 노출하는 방식으로 돈육을 5, 10, 15분간 오존 가스에 노출시켜 진공포장이후 $4^{\circ}C$에서 0, 5, 10 그리고 20일간 저장하였으며, 이때 식육의 이화학적인 특성 변화 및 미생물변화를 관찰하였다. 오존 처리 후 저장 0 및 5일차에 처리군의 pH 값이 대조구보다 다소 높게 나타났다(p<0.01). 지방산패도(TBARS)의 경우 오존에 15분간 노출시킨 처리구의 경우 15 및 20일차에 대조구보다 유의적으로 높은 값을 나타내었다(p<0.01). 하지만 0, 5, 그리고 10일차에는 TBARS 간에 유의적인 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 육색의 백색도 및 황색도는 시험구간내 유의적인 차이가 없었다. 하지만, 적색도의 경우 15분간 오존 가스에 노출한 돈육이 0, 5 그리고 15일에 다른 처리구보다 높은 적색도를 나타내었다(p<0.01). 저장 0일차에 처리구 전체의 총균수 및 대장균군 수(각각 0.45-1.04와 $0.26-0.30\;log_{10}CFU/g$)가 대조구보다 유의적으로 낮게 나타났다(p<0.01). 오존처리 시간이 증가할수록 0, 5, 10일차에 총균수 및 대장균군 수가 증가하였으나, 저장 20일차에는 총균수 및 대장균군수의 유의적인 차이는 발견되지 않았다. 이상의 결과에서 부분육의 포장시, 포화 오존가스에 5분 및 10분간 노출시킨 후 포장하는 것이 식육의 산화, 육색의 변화, 그리고 항미생물 효과를 감안했을 때 합리적인 방법이라고 사료된다. This experiment was conducted to investigate the changes of pork meat quality characteristics exposed to ozone gas for 5, 10, and 15 min and then vacuum packaged during storage for 0, 5, 10, 15, and 20 day at $4^{\circ}C$. The ozone gas exposed groups of pork loin cuts (OZM) had slightly higher pH value compared to the control at day 0 and 5 (p<0.01). The 15 min exposure of ozone gas groups showed significantly (p<0.01) higher TBARS value than that of control at the day 15 and 20. However, there was no significant difference in all groups at day 0,5, and 10. The CIE $L^*$ and $b^*$ values of OZM showed no significant difference between control and ozone gas treated groups during storage. The loin cut color of ozone gas exposure for 15 min had significantly lower CIE $a^*$ values than the other groups at day 0,5, and 15 (p<0.01). The aerobic plate count and coliform bacteria count of pork loin cuts exposed ozone gas significantly (p<0.01) was reduced at day 0 by about $0.45-1.04\;log_{10}CFU/g$ and $0.26-0.30\;log_{10}CFU/g$, respectively. As ozone gas exposure time extended, the aerobic plate count and coliform bacteria count of OZM were increased at day 0, 5, and 10 (p<0.01). However, there were no significant differences observed among groups at day 20 in the counts of aerobic and coliform bacteria. In conclusion, the meat cuts exposed to ozone gas for 5 and 10 min before packing may be a reasonable packing method regarding the effects of ozone level on meat oxidation, color change and microbial reduction.

        총체보리사일리지 급여가 한우 거세우의 생산성 및 육질특성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 총체보리사일리지 위주로 급여한 거세한우의 성장, 도체성적 및 육질에 미치는 효과를 조사하고자 실시하였다. 12개월된 거세 한우(평균체중 285 kg) 12두를 공시하여 볏짚급여구인 대조구와 총체보리사일리지 급여구로 구분하여 사육하였으며, 조사료 급여는 비육단계별(전기, 중기, 후기)로 건물기준 각각 체중의 1.3, 0.7 및 0.4%를 급여하였다. 시험기간 동안의 비육단계별 일당증체량에서 비육전기에 총체보리사일리지 급여구에서 유의적으로 증가하였다. 총체보리사일리지 급여에 의해 도체성적의 육량등급은 배최장근단면적의 15.6% 증가와 등지방 두께의 25.7% 감소로 유의적인 차이를 나타내었다. 총체보리사일리지급여에 육질의 근내지방도가 52.4% 개선되었다. 총체보리사일리지 급여에 의해 배최장근 내에 육의 이화적성분의 변화는 수분, 조단백질, 조회분 및 콜레스테롤 함량은 처리구간에 차이가 없었지만 조지방 함량이 유의적으로 증가하였다. 총체보리사일리지 급여에 의한 등심육의 관능평가에서 외관의 개선 효과는 유의적인 차이를 나타내었다. 이러한 결과는 비육기간동안 총체보리사일리지 급여로 인해 등심단면적의 증가와 등지방 두께의 감소 등의 지육 등급판정에 의한 육량 및 육질 등이 개선하는 효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다. This study was conducted to investigate the effect of feeding whole crop barley silage (WBS) on the growth performance, carcass grade, and beef quality of Hanwoo steers. Twelve Hanwoo steers (12-mon-old) were allocated into either a control (rice straw fed) or WBS (whole crop barley silage fed) group (six animals per group) and fed for 540 d until the animals reached 30-mon-old. Concentrates and roughage were fed according to the feeding stage phases; finisher I (12.16-monold), II (17.21-mon-old), and III (22.30-mon-old). A significant increase in growth was observed during the finisher I stage for the steer fed WBS, whereas a significant increase in growth occurred during the finisher II stage in the control group. The yield grade of the WBS group increased significantly with a 15.6% increase in the longissimus dorsi area and a 25.7% reduction in back fat thickness. Marbling scores improved 52.4% in the WBS group compared with the control group. A significant difference in treatments was observed for the proximate chemical composition of the crude fat content. The results regarding palatability traits in the WBS group showed a significant improvement in appearance. The results indicate that the WBS group had improved longissimus muscle and marbling scores on carcass grading compared to the control.

        역량기반 공간정보 마케팅 교육과정 개발에 관한 연구

        국제측량사연맹(FIG)에서는 지적업무를 담당하는 지적기관이 지적측량 수행기관의 역할에서 사회에서 필요한 최신의 정확한 공간정보를 제공하여 공간정보 기반사회의 실현을 위해 중요한 역할을 해야 한다고 강조하고 있다. 본 연구는 지적업무 기관이 새로운 업무 영역을 확장하기 위한 역량강화를 위해서 마케팅 분야에 대한 국내 교육기관의 현황을 조사하고 능력단위를 도출하여 역량기반 국토정보 마케팅 교육과정을 설계하고 시범운영하여 교육생의 평가와 바람직한 교육과정 개발에 참고할 수 있는 시사점을 도출하였다. The Federation of International Surveyors(FIG) has emphasized the role of cadastral organizations should be changed from a cadastral surveying implementing organization to providing updated and accurate spatial information to the society for realizing the Spatially Enabled Society(SES). In this research the current situation of educational institutes in the field of marketing has been analyzed and the capacity unit has been deducted. Based on the analysis a competency-based curriculum spatial information marketing education program has been designed and conducted test operation. From the results of evaluation the program, the consideration of desirable education development in the marketing filed has been presented.
