실내 승마운동이 고령자의 기초체력 및 ADL 기능에 미치는 효과

The purpose of this study was to verify exercise effect of horse riding exercise according to estimate basal physical fitness and activities of daily living(ADL) function in the aged. Participants were nineteen peoples who have no impediment of activity. They performed horse riding exercise using SRider(Neipplus, Co., Korea) at sixty minutes a day. Exercise has progressed three days a week for eight weeks. We measured trunk flexion, sit up, whole body reaction, leg strength and maximal oxygen uptake as basal physical fitness. Also three meter gait, single stance with eyes opened and single stance with eyes closed as ADL function were estimated once a month. The result of legs strength and whole body reaction showed the higher significantly than before the exercise. Moreover, the result of three meter walking ability only increased significantly among the ADL function. This means that horse riding exercise might be activated continuous muscular contraction with maintained tonus of muscle. We thought that continuous movement of horse riding could be lead to isometric muscle contraction in lower limbs. Our study found that horse riding exercise could improve lower strengths and muscle reaction for exercise effect. Also we suggested that horse riding exercise could be adapted to exercise methods that could provide rehabilitation and treatment enough for the aged or disabled person.
실내용 승마운동기를 이용한 젊은 성인남녀의 유연성 및 근기능 분석

본 연구에서는 실내용 승마운동기를 이용하여 승마운동이 젊은 성인남녀의 기초체력, 유연성 및 근기능 증진에 미치는 효과를 정량적으로 평가하고자 하였다. 피험자들은 신체 건강한 20대 남성 10명과 여성 10명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 운동은 방향별 15분씩, 총 45분을 수행하였으며 매주 3일씩 총 4주간 진행하였다. 또한 증진효과를 알아보기 위하여 피험자들에 대한 기초체력, 유연성 및 근기능 평가를 실시하였다. 실험결과, 운동 4주 후 피험자들의 기초체력, 유연성 및 근기능 능력이 모두 유의하게 증가하는 경향을 나타냈다. 이는 승마운동 시 3차원적이며 지속적인 움직임이 복부와 요추의 길항근에 원심성 운동효과를 유도하였으며 또한 유연한 움직임은 근반응성을 향상시켰다. 승마운동기는 전신운동효과에 매우 긍정적이며, 향후 고령자 및 장애인에게 효과가 있다고 판단된다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the analysis on exercise effect of basic physical fitness, flexibility and muscle function using electric horseback riding machine. Subjects were ten males and ten females who were 20th aged young adults. They exercised every 45-min a day. Horse riding exercise has progressed 3-days a week till 4-weeks. We measured contents of basic physical fitness, flexibility and joint torque in lumbar. The results showed that contents of human body effect were higher than before exercise. We thought that stimulated by 3-D movement in horseback riding exercise instrument could be activated joints and muscles with the unused generally This continuous movement could reduce tonus of muscle and relax stiff muscles. horseback riding have significant effect with whole body exercise, also it could provide efficient exercise for the elder and disabled person.

The purpose of this research was to investigate muscular strength and reactivity in 20<SUP>th</SUP> aged people who have metabolic syndrome risk factors according to indoor horse riding exercise. Participants were twenty eight peoples who have bigger BMI than 24 index. They performed horse riding exercise using SRIDER(Neipplus, Co., Korea) at thirty minutes a day provided mode. Exercise has progressed three day a week for eight weeks. We measured muscular strength and muscle reaction of lumbar joint using the BIODEX System3. The result of average power increased after exercise. Also the result of acceleration time decreased too. This means that indoor horse riding exercise would be activated continuous muscular contraction with maintained tonus of muscle. We thought that continuous movement of horse riding could be lead to muscle contraction. Our study found that indoor horse riding exercise could improve muscular strength and muscular endurance. Also we suggested that indoor horse riding exercise could be provide another physiology of human body.
로잉운동 시 상지 운동궤적에 따른 근육활성 전략에 관한 연구

본 논문에서는 로잉 운동 시 팔의 운동 궤적별 상·하지 근육활성화와 근력변화를 고찰하였다. 피험자는 로잉운동이나 운동관련 상해경험이 없는 20대 남성 20명을 대상으로 진행하였다. 피험자들은 기존의 운동궤적으로 운동을 하는 대조군과 새로운 운동궤적으로 운동을 하는 훈련으로 각각 10명씩 나누어 실험을 진행하였다. 운동은 총 8주간 주 3일 운동을 실시하였다. 운동 중 실시간 근전도를 측정하였으며 매주 1회 관절토크를 측정하였다. 실시간 근전도 결과 운동궤적에 따라 서로 다른 근육활성개시구간을 나타냈다. 이는 운동궤적에 따라 운동추진력을 다른 근육에서 활성화 하는 것을 의미하며, 관절토크 변화에서도 운동궤적에 따라 다른 변화를 나타냈다. 직선궤적운동에서는 상지 보다는 하지의 토크 변화가 컸으며 이는 운동 추진력을 하지 위주로 발생되는 것을 의미한다. 타원궤적운동에서는 상지, 요추, 하지 모두에서 큰 토크 변화가 나타났으며 이는 운동 추진력을 단관절이 아닌 다관절에서 발생되는 것으로 판단된다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the muscular activity and muscle strength for swing track of upper limbs during rowing exercise. Subject was all twenty healthy adults and they were divided into linear exercise group and elliptical exercise group in random. Subjects performed rowing exercise 3-times for a week and performed all 8-weeks. We measured realtime-surface EMG. Also we measured joint torque of elbow, ankle and lumbar in subjects using BIODEX. The result showed that when rowing exercise, elliptical track exercise had higher muscular activity in trapezius, deltoid, erector spinae, rectus femoris, biceps femoris, gastronemius than linear track exercise on more many muscle of upper and lower limbs. Also elbow joint torque and lumbar joint torque was more higher too. but linear exercise also had higher muscular activity in multifidus, tibilalis anterior than elliptical track exercise. According to this experiment, we found out that elliptical track was more efficient than linear track.

The purpose of this study was to estimate the effect of horse riding exercise. Twenty female subjects exercised horse riding using SRIDER. Subjects exercised 30 min a day each mode, three days per week for 4 weeks in a constant temperature and humidity environment. We measured lumbar joint torque using the BIODEX System3 to estimating improvements in muscle strength and reaction. The results of muscle strengthening and muscular reaction showed that peak lumbar joint torque in whole body mode and abdomen mode were higher than the other modes. This mode of horseback riding movement would be stimulated sensory and motor nerves mostly, which improved muscle reaction. Also continuous movement of those modes of horseback riding can reduce muscle tonus and relax stiff muscles. We found that whole body exercise and abdomen exercise could be most improved muscle strength efficiently for muscle strength, and muscular reaction.
로잉운동의 부하편차 방식 적용에 따른 상하지 생체 역학적 평가

The purpose of this study was to verify the validation of exercise effect with loading deviation during rowing exercise. We performed evaluation of based physical fitness and joint torque before the experiment for finding muscle unbalance. So we recruited twenty four subjects who have bigger muscle strength in more 20% than average one. Subjects divided two groups. One is dominant upper limbs(DU) and the other was dominant lower limbs(DL). Subjects performed rowing exercise using electric equipment (Robo.gym.Humonic.korea). Exercise is performed four sets a day including 25 times a set, and three days a week. Measurement consist of evaluation of based physical fitness and joint torque using biodex(biodex system3.USA). Evaluation of exercise effect performed each week in joint torque of shoulder, lumbar and knee joint and each month in based physical fitness. Also we adapted 30% of 1RM for muscular endurance and 70% of 1RM for muscle strength as exercise load. The results showed that the difference of maximal peak torque were getting increase significantly during exercise. Also difference of various factor in based physical fitness were getting increase significantly except flexibility and agility. This interpreted that rowing exercise with loading deviation types could provide muscle strength and muscular endurance exercise in same time. These results could be interpret to two ways. One is effect of improving physical fitness for rowing exercise and the other meaned validation of loading deviation in rowing exercise. Our study is going to verify the validation of loading deviation during rowing and we found out that loading deviation could provide muscle strength and muscular endurance exercise for improving muscle unbalance. Our study can be used development of exercise equipment and program for normal people with muscle unbalance. Also that provide effect of whole body exercise to anybody.
루지 시뮬레이터의 동작패턴 개발을 위한 선수들의 체력요인 평가

This research was to propose importance and necessity for estimation of physical fitness factors to develop motion pattern of luge simulator. Most of simulators have been built by technology to provide similar movement without exercise effect or enhancing performance. Therefore, most simulator has been descend to scrap iron, not a system. But in case of winter sports, there are four seasons in korea and we had disadvantageous condition compared to other nation with one season. Beside, luge player trained in poor condition because that it was not popular sports in korean. Many development have progressed but, there still only produced without database of physical fitness factor for improving performance to player. We tried to estimate and build database of basal physical fitness in winter sports player that were luge, biathlon, curling, alpine skies, sky jump and skeleton. Basal physical fitness consists of muscle strength in whole body, muscular endurance, agility, muscular reaction, exclusive power and aerobic capacity in cardiopulmonary exercise test. The results showed that luge player needed more muscle strength and endurance in lower limbs especially than other sports. This database from results could be fundamental research to develop simulator for improving performance.
