The purpose of this study is to compare muscle strength variation between isotonic exercise and isotonic-isokinetic exercise. Participants are 12-man and 12-woman whom they are healthy without medical history in joint and no experience in exercise as muscle strengthen. We performed experiment total 8-weeks that exercise 3-days a week each exercise pattern. We measured shoulder, knee and lumbar joint torque with BIODEX and circumference of muscle in upper arms once a week. The results showed that isotonic-isokinetic exercise pattern significantly more improved joint torque in shoulder, knee, lumbar than isotonic exercise pattern. Due to what isotonic & isokinetic exercise pattern supplied muscle strengthen and caused muscle contraction. This exercise pattern can be used new exercise training method for major athlete and normal people. Also this pattern con be used rehabilitation treatment.
로잉운동의 부하편차 방식 적용에 따른 상하지 생체 역학적 평가

The purpose of this study was to verify the validation of exercise effect with loading deviation during rowing exercise. We performed evaluation of based physical fitness and joint torque before the experiment for finding muscle unbalance. So we recruited twenty four subjects who have bigger muscle strength in more 20% than average one. Subjects divided two groups. One is dominant upper limbs(DU) and the other was dominant lower limbs(DL). Subjects performed rowing exercise using electric equipment (Robo.gym.Humonic.korea). Exercise is performed four sets a day including 25 times a set, and three days a week. Measurement consist of evaluation of based physical fitness and joint torque using biodex(biodex system3.USA). Evaluation of exercise effect performed each week in joint torque of shoulder, lumbar and knee joint and each month in based physical fitness. Also we adapted 30% of 1RM for muscular endurance and 70% of 1RM for muscle strength as exercise load. The results showed that the difference of maximal peak torque were getting increase significantly during exercise. Also difference of various factor in based physical fitness were getting increase significantly except flexibility and agility. This interpreted that rowing exercise with loading deviation types could provide muscle strength and muscular endurance exercise in same time. These results could be interpret to two ways. One is effect of improving physical fitness for rowing exercise and the other meaned validation of loading deviation in rowing exercise. Our study is going to verify the validation of loading deviation during rowing and we found out that loading deviation could provide muscle strength and muscular endurance exercise for improving muscle unbalance. Our study can be used development of exercise equipment and program for normal people with muscle unbalance. Also that provide effect of whole body exercise to anybody.

요약문 하천의 바닥에 발달한 충적층의 자연 정화능력을 이용하여 오염된 하천수를 정화하는 방법 을 연구하였다. 하천의 자정능력을 측정하기 위하여 형산강 하류에 위치한 유강리 취수장의 자료를 이용하였다. 하상을 통과하는 유량 및 수질예측은 Modflow-Surfact를 이용하였고, 하천에 일정간격으로 양수정을 설치할 경우 하천수질 개선도 예측은 QUAL2E를 이용하였 다. QUAL2E에 필요한 하천 단면형상은 HEC-2를 이용하였다. 유강리의 하천수질은 지표수 의 평균 BOD가 4.5㎎/L이고 여과수는 0.7㎎/L로 80%이상의 높은 유기물 제거율을 보였고 이로부터 계산한 형산강 하상의 자연 정화능력은 2.87g-BOD/㎥/day 이었다. 이 자료를 금 호강에 적용하여 금호강의 수질개선 가능성을 조사하였다. 금호강 하류 약 10km에는 하상 여과가 가능한 충적층이 잘 발달되어 있었고, 그 두께는 약 5m이상이었다. 금호강 하상재료 의 평균 수리전도도는 Kozeny-Carman식으로 유추하였으며 0.269cm/sec로 계산되었고, 이 들 수치로부터 금호강 하류에 유량 10,000㎥/day인 대상 양수정을 100m 간격으로 100공 설 치할 경우 평수유량에서 금호강의 수질은 BOD 1mg/L이하의 양호한 수질로 개선시킬 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. Abstract Biodegradation capacity of a river bed was evaluated to seek a way to improve deteriorated river water by operation gallery wells along a river. The bed of Hyungsan river was taken as a model to calculate the capacity since it has a facility exploiting the filtration and biodegradation capacities of river bed at the Yukang-ri water intaking station. Hydraulic and water quality controlling characteristics of river bed were calculated with the Modflow-Surfact, and the water quality improvement by gallery wells along the Kumho river, of which the water quality has been deteriorated, was predicted with the QUAL2E and HEC-2. The BOD measurements of surface water at Yukang-ri station averaged about 4.5mg/L while that of the filtrate was 0.7mg/L, which means more than 80% of BOD removal during the filtration and shows 2.87g-BOD/㎥ /day of BOD removal capacity in the bed of Hyungsan river. By applying this information the possibility of the water quality improvement was evaluated for Kumho river. Kumho river has a fairly well developed alluvial deposits which is necessary in river bed filtration, and its thickness was more than 5m. The average hydraulic conductivity was calculated by the Kozeny-Carman equation and was 0.269㎝/sec. From the calculations, it can be seen that the deteriorated river water quality of average BOD 8.4㎎/L can be improved down to 1㎎/L when 100 wells of 10,000㎥/day pumping rate each and of 100 m intervals operate along 10 km of the downstream of Hyungsan river with the flow rate of 6.7㎥/day.
