        Currently, the construction industry in Korea implements the risk assessment that is implemented by managers and working team leaders. However, it is difficult to share the result of risk assessment meeting to substructural workers in korea system and the workers don't understand meaning and effect about risk assessment. The risk assessment is that the workers in the construction site have to know risk factors and reducing ways to the risks. But, the education and sharing methods for risk assessment system is insufficient in korea. For this risk assessment problems identified were surveyed. In order to improve the problems of the risk assessment, proposes the following three methods. First, Implement to educate the risk assessment during the basic safety and health training of construction industry. Second, the training way about workers' participation in risk assessment is necessary. For example, after watching videos, etc, the workers create risk assessment in person and make a presentation about it. Third, the risk assessment utilize during TBM(Tool Box Meeting). Before working every day, we need to educate risk factors and the reducing ways to the risk during TBM.

        A Rare Case of Pulmonary Epithelioid Hemangioendothelioma Presenting with Skin Metastasis

        Epithelioid hemangioendothelioma (EHE) is a well-differentiated and rare vascular tumor. Systemic metastases are uncommon. Herein, we present a patient with skin metastasis of pulmonary EHE (PEH) that was treated by wide excision. A 76-year-old male was evaluated due to pulmonary thromboembolism and a solitary pulmonary nodule. A biopsy was performed and pathological examination of the mass confirmed EHE. No metastasis was observed. The patient returned to care approximately two years later due to a painful nodule in the right lower leg. A skin biopsy showed metastatic EHE from the lung. We used a safety margin of 1 cm based on clinical experience, because no prior case had been reported regarding the resection margin appropriate for primary cutaneous EHE and skin metastases of PEH. At four months after surgery, the patient recovered without complications or recurrence. Skin metastasis of PEH is extremely rare, and only two cases have been reported in the literature. In this case, we report a rare case of PEH with histologically diagnosed skin metastasis that was successfully treated by curative resection. It is expected that this case report will provide a helpful contribution to the extant data regarding PEH metastases.

      • 내포 불교문화사 루트의 재조명

        서해와 접한 충남 내포 일대는 중국에서 유입된 불교 신앙의 포교 통로이자 이땅의 불교미술 양식이 처음 뿌리내린 지역이었다. 내포의 요지인 서산, 태안, 당진의 하천, 포구를 내려다보는 가야산 일대에 6~7세기 백제시대부터 숱한 사찰과 수행처가 생겨나 마애불, 석탑 등을 조영하며 내륙에 양식을 전파했다. 서산 용현리와 태안 동문동의 마애삼존불, 예산 화전리 사면석불로 대표되는 내포 지역 3대 석불은 이 땅의 불교예술사에서 큰 위상을 차지한다. 외래 불교 문화를 백제 특유의 문화예술로 숙성시켰고, 고려~조선시대에는 돌미륵 신앙과 매향회 같은 독특한 공동체 문화를 일궈냈다. 구한말 이후엔 경허, 만공 선사가 가야산에서 새 선풍을 진작하면서 근대 불교의 서막을 열었다. 최근 진행된 가야사 발굴과 보원사의 조선시대 사적 확인 등을 통해 왕실의 불사 후원 양상이 통일신라, 고려를 거쳐 조선시대까지 이어졌고, 사대부층과 승려의 내밀한 교류 관계도 알 수 있게 됐다. 내포 불교문화 루트는 그동안 특정 유적 위주의 점 위주 연구가 주류였고, 전파 경로와 양상에 따른 선적 연결망엔 관심이 미진했다. 최근 발굴성과를 바탕으로 가야산 문화권의 변천사를 통찰하면서 지역 유산별 교류의 자취와 풍속, 행적 등에 얽힌 사적들을 꿰려는 노력이 필요하다. 국가나 충남도 차원에서 가야산 관련 사료들을 계속 업데이트하면서 체계적인 종합 역사 정보시스템을 구축하는 것이 선결과제라고 할 수 있다. The Naepo area in Chungcheongnam-do, facing the West Sea, was a propaganda channel for Buddhist beliefs introduced from China and the area where the Buddhist art style of the land was first rooted. In Seosan, Taean, Dangjin’s river, and Gayasan Mt. overlooking the port, which are important areas of Naepo, many temples and places of worship have been established since the 6th and 7th centuries, and rock-carved Buddhas and stone pagodas were produced, and later spread the Buddhist style inland. The three major stone Buddhas in the Naepo area, represented by the Rock-carved Buddha Triad in Yonghyeon-ri, Seosan, Dongmun-dong, Taean, and the Four-sided Stone Buddha in Hwajeon-ri, Yesan, occupy a great position in the history of Buddhist art in this land. They matured foreign Buddhist culture into Baekje's unique culture and art, and during the Goryeo and Joseon periods, they created a unique community culture such as stone Maitreya faith faith and the Incense Burial Ceremony. After the end of the Joseon Dynasty, Gyeongheo and Mangong Zen masters promoted a new craze at Gayasan Mountain, opening the prelude to modern Buddhism. Through the recent excavation of Gayasa Temple and the confirmation of Bowonsa Temple's Joseon Dynasty history, the royal patronage of Buddhist temples continued through Unified Silla and Goryeo to the Joseon Dynasty, and the intimate exchange between the aristocrats and monks was also revealed. The Naepo Buddhist cultural route has been mainly focused on point-by-point research focusing on specific ruins, and interest in the line network according to the route and pattern of transmission has been insufficient. Based on the recent excavation results, it is necessary to make efforts to examine all the historical sites related to the traces, customs, and activities of exchanges by local heritage while insighting the history of Gayasan culture. At the government or Chungcheongnam-do level, it is a prerequisite to establish a systematic comprehensive historical information system while continuing to update historical records related to Gayasan Mountain.

        자율주행 이동로봇의 목표 도달 시간을 개선하기 위한 TEB Local Planner 파라미터의 분석에 관한 연구

        In this study, we analyzed the instantaneous trajectory generation capability and target arrival rate of a mobile robot by changing the parameter of the TEB (Timed Elastic Band) Local Planner among local planners that affect the instantaneous obstacle avoidance ability of the mobile robot using ROS (Robot Operating System) simulation and real experience. As a result, we can expect a decrease in the target arrival time of the mobile robot through a decrease in the parameter values of the TEB Local Planner's min_obstacle_dist, inflation_dist, and penalty_epsilon. However, if this parameter is reduced too much, the risk of obstacle collision of the moving robot is increases, so it is important to combine the appropriate values to construct the parameter.

        3축 가속도 센서를 이용한 실시간 활동량 모니터링 알고리즘

        본 논문에서는 3축 가속도 센서를 소형 디바이스(활동량 측정기)로 구성하고 이를 사람의 신체에 착용하고 사람이 보행 시 발생하는 가속도 센서의 Raw 데이터 출력 값을 획득하여 실시간 활동량으로 변환하고 모니터링 할 수 있는 활동량 측정기와 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 피험자 59명을 대상으로 트레드밀(Treadmill)에서 호흡가스대사분석기(K4B2), Actical 그리고 본 연구에서 개발된 활동량 측정기를 착용 후 36분 동안 테스트 프로토콜에 따라 다양한 속력의 걸음(느리게 걷기, 걷기, 빠르게 걷기, 천천히 뛰기, 뛰기, 빠르게 뛰기)에 대해서 실험을 하였다. 가속도 센서의 출력 데이터와 피험자 정보를 이용하여 에너지소비량(Energy Expenditure :EE)을 추정하는 회귀식을 도출하였으며 이는 실험시 같이 착용한 Actical보다 제안하는 활동량 변환 알고리즘의 성능이 1.61% 향상 되었다. In this paper developed a wearable activity device and algorithm which can be converted into the real-time activity and monitoring by acquiring sensor row data to be occurred when a person is walking by using a tri-axial accelerometer. Test was proceeded at various step speeds such as slow walking, walking, fast walking, slow running, running and fast running, etc. for 36 minutes in accordance with the test protocol after wearing a metabolic test system(K4B2), Actical and the device developed in this study at the treadmill with 59 participants of subjects as its target. To measure the activity of human body, a regression equation estimating the Energy Expenditure(EE) was drawn by using data output from the accelerometer and information on subjects. As a result of experiment, the recognition rate of algorithm being proposed was shown the activity conversion algorithm was enhanced by 1.61% better than the performance of Actical.

        프로이센 사관학교의 교육 변화와 빌헬름 2세의 역할

        This study tried to examine what changes occurred in the education of Prussian regular schools and Prussian military academies after 1889, and what kind of role Wilhelm II played in it and how much influence he exercised. Through this, I tried to verify the correctness or wrongness of Kennedy's opinion and the theory of shadow emperor claimed by Wehler. As revealed through this study, in order to prevent the expansion of socialism and mitigate excessive education, Wilhelm II exerted considerable influence over the Prussian Ministry of Education and the supervisory body of Prussian military academies, and changed the curriculum of elementary and secondary schools and military academies, especially led not only the educational changes in the Normal School, but also the changes in the number of educational hours in the military academies in the direction he wanted. Even not only the compilation of new textbooks at the military academies but also changes in the contents of German and history education were accomplished as he wanted. Based on the above studies, it is clear that Wehler's view that Wilhelm II did not achieve personal rule and as a nominal supreme decision maker, he did not actually decide the policy of the empire, that is, traditional oligarchies combined with anonymous forces exercising authoritarian and pluralistic rule stamped it is an overgeneralization. In addition, Wehler's argument that Wilhelm II was "at times" an "influential person" who used "personnel policy" to exert influence, but that he "exercised influence as a single actor alongside other actors on important decision-making processes" is less persuasive. On the contrary, Kennedy's view that Wilhelm II, the center of the policy-making body and the final decision-maker that favored individual rule, "had a comparatively greater role and influence" seems far more correct. 본고는 1889년 이후 프로이센 일반 학교와 함께 주로 프로이센 사관학교의 교육에 어떠한 변화가 있었고 이것에 대하여 빌헬름 2세가 어떠한 역할을 하였으며 어느 정도 영향력을 행사하였는지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 아울러 이를 통하여 케네디의 견해뿐만 아니라 벨러가 주장한 그림자 황제론의 곡직을 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 밝혀진 것처럼 빌헬름 2세는 사회주의의 확대를 저지하고 과도한 교육을 완화하기 위하여 프로이센 교육부와 사관학교 감독기관에 상당한 영향력을 행사하면서 초·중등학교와 사관학교의 교육과정뿐만 아니라 특히 사범학교의 교육 변화와 사관학교 교육시수의 변화를 자신이 원하는 방향으로 이끌었다. 심지어 사관학교의 새로운 교과서 편찬은 물론 독일어·역사 교육내용의 변화도 자신이 원했던 바대로 이룩하였다. 이상의 연구에 근거할 때 빌헬름 2세가 ‘개인 지배’를 달성하지 못하였고 명목적인 최고 결정권자로서 실질적으로 제국의 정책을 결정한 것은 아니었다는, 즉 “권위적인 다원 지배의 익명의 세력과 결합한 전통적인 소수의 독재자(Oligarchien)가 스탬프를 찍었다”라는 벨러의 견해는 과도한 일반화라고 할 수 있을 것이다. 이뿐만 아니라 “때때로” 빌헬름 2세가 “인사 정책”을 활용하여 영향력을 행사한 “영향력이 큰 인물”이었지만 “중요한 결정 과정에 대하여 다른 행위자와 나란히 한 명의 행위자로서 영향력을 행사하였다”라는 벨러의 주장도 설득력이 떨어진다. 오히려 개인 지배를 애호한 정책 결정 기구의 중심이면서 최종 결정권자인 빌헬름 2세의 “역할과 영향력이” “비교적 훨씬 더 큰 것이었다”라는 케네디의 견해가 훨씬 더 올바른 것으로 보인다.

        초,중등학교에 미친 나치의 영향 : 나치집권기간을 중심으로

        The nazis had an impact on various areas in elementary and secondary schools. The nazis changed especially the structure and systems of elementary and secondary schools, educational level and educational contents and secularized schools considerably. Unlike before, the nazis achieved the integration and unification of structure of elementary school. The integration and simplification of structure of secondary school achieved by the nazis contributed to the rationalization and efficiencies of educational administration. Futhermore, the nazis constructed schools of mixed domination and actively secularized schools. Consequently, the nazis made a great contribution to the rationalization and efficiencies of educational administration. Hauptschule was substituted for Mittelschule by the nazis. This influenced the modernization of educational expenses system. All of these changes caused by the nazis could be regarded as the modernization of educational systems, school structure and schools. Meanwhile, the nazis destroyed the modernization of various school systems and school structure. According to racial differences, the nazis separated schools. Through this, they brought about double track structure in schools. In addition, the nazis caused the demodernization of selection as well as scholarship systems. In short, according to their needs and ideology, the nazis had an double-sided effect on elementary and secondary schools. The nazis substantially fell the educational level of students and the level of student achievement in most subjects by various measures and actions. The nazification and ideologization of educational contents caused by the nazis surpassed those in different areas and different epochs significantly. The ideology, sense of value, view of history of the nazis were prevailed even in relatively value-neutral subjects such as mathematics. The nazis overturned the traditional values associated with the priority order of education by increasing the percentage of physical education. Besides, the nazis accomplished the secularization of the educational contents by the de facto abolition of religious education. In addition, the nazis caused educational contents in elementary and secondary schools to be militarized. The structure and systems of elementary and secondary schools changed by the nazis did much to shape the body and mind of students selected as members of ethnic community, so formed a important foundation of the subjectification of students. The nazis could achieve the terrible violence such as holocaust, the massacre of civilians, mass destruction, war, depending on the subejtification of students. The education of elementary and secondary schools changed by the nazis, just like the education offered by Hitler-Jugend, formed a important foundation of the nazi`s terrible violence.
