National and social issues are becoming increasingly common, but traditional policy-making methods are no longer effective. Therefore, evidence-based policy making is emerging as an alternative paradigm. Digital twin technology is one of the digital support tools for the new data-driven policy-making process. This study presents ongoing government experiments in the world where digital twin technology is applied to policy making and describes our experience in developing digital twin platforms in Sejong-the de facto administrative capital of South Korea.

일반적으로 슬라이딩모드 제어는 외란이나 시스템의 변수변화에 강인한 특성을 가지나, 그 변화의 최대 경계 값을 알아야 한다. 그러나, 이 값은 쉽게 얻어질 수가 없다. 퍼지 논리는 잘 정의되어 있지 않거나 복잡한 시스템의 제어기 설계에 효과적인 방법을 제시하나, 과도응답을 미리 결정할 수가 없다. 본 논문에서는 두 이론의 장점을 결합하여 새로운 제어 알고리듬을 제시한다. 최적의 퍼지변수 값을 결정하기 위하여 적응이론을 도입한다. 마지막으로 제안한 제어 알고리듬의 타당성을 살펴보기 위하여 수치적인 예를 가변길이진자시스템에 적용한다. Although the general sliding mode control has the robust property, bounds on the disturbances and parameter variations should be known a prior to the designer of the control system. However, these bounds may not be easily obtained. Fuzzy logic provides an effective way to design a controller of the system with disturbances and parameter variations. Therefore, combination of the best feature of the fuzzy logic control and the sliding mode control is considered. In this paper, the adaptive fuzzy variable structure controller developed for variables of fuzzy logic. A variable length pendulum system is used to demonstrate the availability of the proposed algorithm.

지능형 청소로봇이란 사람을 대신하며 로봇 스스로가 집안을 청소할 수 있는 로봇을 말한다. 현재까지 출시된 지능형 로봇들 가운데 신뢰성 있는 청소로봇들은 대부분 고가형 청소로봇이다. 고가형 로봇은 위치 정보를 기억하고, 경로를 계산하기 위해 많은 기억장치와 컴퓨팅 자원을 가지고 있기 때문에 200-400만원대의 높은 가격에 판매되고 있다. 이것은 결국 청소로봇의 보편화에 큰 어려움으로 작용하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 개인용 컴퓨터를 이용하여 정보를 기억하고, 경로를 계산함으로써 청소로봇의 기능을 단순화하여 보다 저렴하고 신뢰성 있는 청소로봇 시스템을 제안한다.

80 patients, 40 patients without preexisting Ekg abnormality(Group 1) and 40 patients with preexisting abnormalities of Ekg(Group 2) , receiving general anesthesia in the operating room were monitored continously with electrocardioscope, Servomea SMK 155-1 and were recorded. 1) 7 cases(17.5%) of group 1 developed a variety of arrhythmia, and 19 cabob(32.5%) of group(32.5%) of group 2 developed a variety of arrhythmia. 2) The most common arrhrthmia was premature ventricular contraction including bigeminies (13 cades, 60% of the total arrhythmia) and the most serious arrhythmia was seen 1 case of rapid ventricular tachfcardia without atrial activity. 3) Continous cardiac monitoring is valuable, easy and practical in virtully all instance during anesthesia and surgery.

ABSTRACT Long chain free fatty acid (FFA) are the main energy source for many mammalian cell, and FFA metabolism is dependent upon the flux of FFA to sites of intra-cellular processing. Fatty Acid Binding Proteins (FABPs) are a family of abundant cytosolic proteins of low M.W.14-15 kDa. Although their precise physilogical role remains hypothetical, it has been proposed as a FFA transfer protein and as a binding protein responsible for controlling intracellular FFA concentration. Furthermore, significant correlations have been observed between the tissue content of FABP and the rate of FFA uptake or utilization in several different manipulations such as diet and hypolipidemic drugs. However, to date there has been no report which examines the role of FABP in physiological manipulations such as fatty liver, diabetes, obesity, hypercholesterolemia. Since lipid metabolism is abnormal and the liver is greatly affected in these disease, it is possible that FABP may be abnormal in these livers. Therefore, the realtionships of liver FABP and the disease with lipid abnormalities, especially fatty liver induced by alcohol and high cholesterol diet are examined in our lab. Where FABP is believed to be involved in FFA binding and transfer, cellular FABP amount as well as its binding activity are affected. If we further find the way to increase the expression of FABP in liver, it could be one means of settle for these kinds of diseases from lipid abnormality.
전신 마취중 Sodium Nitroprusside 가 중심동맥압과 심박수에 미치는 영향

The time course and magnitude of change in mean arterial pressure (MAP) and heart rate (HR) following a single rapid intravenous injection of 1ug/kg and 2ug/kg of sodium nitro prusside(SNP) were determined in 10 anesthetized patients. The results were as follows: 1) MAP began to decrease 15 seconds after both 1ug/kg and 2ug/kg of SNP and was maximal after 90 seconds with return toward control apparent by 3 minutes and complete after 5 to 6 minutes(Fig. 1). 2) The magnitude of decrease in MAP after SNP was dose related whereas onset and duration of blood pressure changes were not influenced by the SNP dose. 3) HR did not change significantly after either dose of SNP. SNP is a potent, rapid acting antihypertensive drug which produces arteriolar vasodilation and prevention of hypertension and is particularly important in patients with decreased myocardial reserve or intracranial pathology.
