이 연구에서는 y형강판과 L형강으로 기둥의 외부를 구성하고 내부에 콘크리트를 타설하여 완성하는 yLRC (Reinforced Concrete with y-shape steel sheets and L-shape steel angles) 합성기둥에 대한 기초적인 실험을 수행하였다. yLRC 합성기둥은 철골과 콘크리트의 합성작용으로 단면성능이 우수하고, 거푸집 공사와 배근 공사를 생략할 수 있으므로 공기단축과 시공성 향상에도 상당한 효과를 나타낼 것으로 예상된다. L형강의 폭-두께비가 압축강도에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해서 L형강의 폭-두께비를 실험변수로 하는 6개의 실험체 (축소실험체 3개 및 실대실험체 3개)를 제작하고, 이 실험체에 대하여 중심축하중 실험을 수행하였다. 실험결과를 바탕으로 yLRC 합성기둥의 압축거동 및 압축강도에 대한 역학적인 특성을 분석하였다. An experimental study was performed on the yLRC composite column. Its external surface was manufactured with y-shape steel sheets and L-shape steel angles, and concrete was poured inside in the field. This composite column has improved the section capacity due to the composite action of steel and concrete, and provides good efficiency in reducing the terms of construction works because of its abridged formworks. The stub column specimens (three small and three large specimens) were tested through concentrical axial loading, and the effect of the width-to-thickness ratio of the steel angle on the column axial strength was examined. The axial strength and behavior of the composite columns were analyzed, and a formula for predicting the axial load capacity was proposed.

Nylon 6 chips recycled from waste fishing nets were extruded through filters of various mesh sizes (150:$100\;{\mu}m$, 250:$60\;{\mu}m$, 325:$40\;{\mu}m$, 400:$30\;{\mu}m$) and subsequently chain extending reaction was carried out through melt-compounding with chain extenders, 2,2'-bis(2-oxazoline) (BOZ) and hexamethylene 1,6-dicarbamoyl dicaprolactam (HDC). The resultant changes in ash content, molecular weight and crystallization behavior in the modified nylon 6 samples were investigated from themogravimetric analysis, intrinsic viscosity measurement, end group titration, and differential scanning calorimetry, respectively. The thermal degradation kinetics were studied using a conventional thermogravimetric analysis at heating rates of 10, 20, 30, and $40^{\circ}C/min$. Thermogravimetric curves and their derivatives were analyzed using various analytical methods to determine the kinetic parameters for the thermal degradation of the modified nylon 6.

본 논문은 "지방토지수용위원회" 제도의 문제점을 개선하기 위해 영국과 미국의 토지수용 제도 등 이론적 고찰을 통해 정책적 시사점을 도출하는 한편 지방자치단체 토지수용 사례를 중심으로 개선방안을 모색했다. 첫째, 미국의 토지수용(Takings)은 공청회(Public hearing)와 배심제(The jury)의 활용이다. 토지수용권(Eminent domain)을 통해 재산을 강제수용하기 위해서는 공청회를 통해 이해관계인과 시민들에게 수용에 대한 필요성과 인식을 나누고 있으며 사업시행자 (행정기관)가 법원에 소송을 제기하여 공용수용권을 행사하도록 한다. 둘째, 영국의 강제매수(Compulsory Purchase) 제도는 의회가 제정한 법률에 근거를 가져야 하고 CPO를 사용하겠다는 결의도 지방의회에서 결정하게 하여 권력남용을 방지하는 시스템을 갖추고 있다. 셋째, 한국의 지방자치단체 토지수용위원회 개선방안으로 ${\triangle}$지방토지수용위원회 전문성 확보 ${\triangle}$유형별 신속한 토지수용 ${\triangle}$권리보호를 위한 대안제도 마련 등이 필요하다. This thesis is intended for addressing issues of the local expropriation committee system by drawing the policy suggestion through theoretical considerations on the land expropriation system of the UK and of the US, and for finding a plan to improve the system by focusing on the examples of land expropriation of local governments. The US' Takings utilize a public hearing and the jury system. When property is expropriated through eminent domain, stakeholders and citizens share the necessity of the expropriation and its awareness through a public hearing, and project institutes (administrative organizations) file a lawsuit to a law court to exercise takings. In the case of Compulsory Purchase in the UK, the system should be based on laws established by the Parliament, and the resolution to use CPO is also decided by district councils. So the system is able to prevent power abuse. As a plan to improve the land expropriation committee of local governments, it is necessary ${\triangle}$ to enhance the professionality of the local land expropriation committee, ${\triangle}$ to expropriate lands by the analysis of land type, and ${\triangle}$ to come up with alternative measures to prevent the rights of the expropriated.

SOC 재정투자 및 민간 건설 산업은 국가경제에 커다란 기여를 해왔다. 단기적으로는 경기를 부양하는 한편 고용 창출하는 역할을 수행해 왔다. 본 논문은 부동산산업이 일자리창출에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있는 요인을 분석하여 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. In the real estate industry, job creation is dominated by SOC financial investment expansion. Financial investment like SOC can induce employment only if is executed as cost of equipment by setting the budget as a long-term project. In this study, a hypothesis was set regarding how the real estate industry affects job creation, and makes suggestions based on analysis of relational structure among variables through the research model.

우리는 DSLR 카메라의 RGB 소자를 일종의 필터로 활용하여 성단의 H-R도를 얻었다. 일반적으로 성단의 H-R도는 U, B, V, R, I-대역 필터를 사용하여 얻는다. 필터가 장착된 CCD 카메라 장비는 고가이거나 교육적으로 활용하기에는 수월하지 않아서 학교 또는 국/공립/사립 천문대에서의 교육적 활용에 제한적인 측면이 있다. 이 연구에서 우리는 학생들이 사용하기 쉬운 DSLR 카메라로 성단의 H-R도를 구현하는 방법을 제시하여 천문학 교육에 활용하고자 한다. 우리는 DSLR 카메라의 RGB 소자를 사용하여 M45 성단의 B-G 색지수를 얻고, 이를 이미 알려진 M45의 구성원의 B-V 색지수와 비교하여 선형적인 관계를 알아내었다. 우리는 DSLR 카메라의 B-G 색지수로 H-R도를 성공적으로 작성할 수 있었다. 별의 색-온도 관계와 항성 진화 실험학습에 소형망원경과 DSLR 카메라가 천문학 교육에 활용되기를 기대한다.

가상대학에서 교수자와 학습자간 상호작용을 위한 지식기반형 문자-얼굴동영상 변환 시스템

In this paper, knowledge based text to facial sequence image system for interaction of lecturer and learner in cyber universities is studied. The system is defined by the synthesis of facial sequence image which is synchronized the lip according to the text information based on grammatical characteristic of hangul. For the implementation of the system, the transformation method that the text information is transformed into the phoneme code, the deformation rules of mouse shape which can be changed according to the code of phonemes, and the synthesis method of facial sequence image by using deformation rules of mouse shape are proposed. In the proposed method, all syllables of hangul are represented 10 principal mouse shape and 78 compound mouse shape according to the pronunciation characteristics of the basic consonants and vowels, and the characteristics of the articulation rules, respectively. To synthesize the real time facial sequence image able to realize the PC, the 88 mouth shape stored data base are used without the synthesis of mouse shape in each frame. To verify the validity of the proposed method the various synthesis of facial sequence image transformed from the text information is accomplished, and the system that can be applied the PC is implemented using the proposed method. 본 논문에서는 가상대학에서 교수자와 학습자간 상호작용을 위한 지식기반형 문자-얼굴동영상 변환(TTFSI : Text to Facial Sequence Image) 시스템에 관해 연구하였다. TTFSI 시스템의 구현을 위해, 한글의 문법적 특징을 기반으로 가상강의에 사용된 자막정보에 립싱크된 얼굴 동영상 합성하기 위하여 자막정보를 음소코드로 변환하는 방법, 음소코드별 입모양의 변형규칙 작성법, 입모양 변형규칙에 의한 얼굴 동영상 합성법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법에서는 한글의 구조분석을 통해 기본 자모의 발음을 나타내는 10개의 대표 입모양과 조음결합에서 나타나는 78개의 혼합 입모양으로 모든 음절의 입모양을 표현하였다. 특히 PC환경에서의 실시간 영상을 합성하기 위해서 매 프레임마다 입모양을 합성하지 않고, DB에서 88개의 해당 입모양을 불러오는 방법을 사용하였다. 제안된 방법의 유용성을 확인하기 위하여 텍스트 정보에 따른 다양한 얼굴 동영상을 합성하였으며, PC환경에서 구현 가능한 TTFSI 시스템을 구축하였다.

우리나라 과학기술정책은 F학점이다. 4월을 '과학의 달'로 정하고 과학대중화운동이나 과학문화확산운동을 벌이고 있으나 4월 한달만 지나면 조용히 사라지고 만다. 특히 우리의 과학교육을 보면 입시위주의 주입식 교육은 과학을 재미없는 과목으로 치부해 버려 과학교육이 스스로 과학대중화를 멀게 하고 있다. 21세기 선진국 진입을 위해선 이 시대에 맞는 살아있는 과학기술교육이 시급하다.
