노인의료복지시설 거주노인 입소과정의 자기결정권과 생활요인에 관한 혼합 연구

본 연구는 노인의료복지시설을 이용하는 노인의 입·퇴소 시 자기결정권이 어떻게 보장되고 있는지를 노인의 권리 관점에서 파악하고, 장기요양서비스의 제도개선 방안에 관한 실천적·정책적 함의를 제안하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 1) 시설거주 노인대상 설문조사 2) 노인의료복지시설 종사자 대상 Focus Group Interview(FGI)를 실시하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 시설의 입·퇴소 과정에서 자기결정권이 보장된 노인의 경우 그렇지 않은 노인에 비하여 우울 및 삶의 만족이 유의미하게 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 노인의료복지시설 종사자 대상 FGI결과, 시설 내 노인의 자기결정권 보장의 어려움, 노인의료복지시설에 대한 부정적 시선과 개선을 위한 노력, 제도적 변화의 필요성을 제안하였다. 또한, 노인의료복지시설의 부정적 이미지를 해소하기 위한 방안으로 ‘재활’을 바탕으로 한 지역사회복귀를 위한 기능의 회복을 돕는 기관으로서의 역할 전환을 확인하였다. 이를 바탕으로 노인의료복지시설에 거주하는 노인의 더 나은 삶을 위한 정책적·실천적 발전방향을 제언하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine the self-determination of older persons in nursing home facility on the viewpoint of their rights, and to propose practical and policy implications for the improvement of long-term care services. To achieve this 1) quantitative survey for nursing home residents 2) Focus group interview with nursing home workers. were conducted, and the study result follows. First, the elderly who was gauranteed self-determination right in the process of admission and discharge showed significantly higher depression and life satisfaction than those who did not. Second, the FGI results showed that the difficulty of guaranteeing the self-determination of the elderly in the facility, the negative view and improvement of the elderly medical welfare facilities, and the necessity of change of the facilities were proposed. In addition, in a way of resolving the negative image of nursing home facilities, we suggested the change the role of facility from ‘wrapping up’ to ‘rehabilitation’. On the basis of results, the policy and practical implications for the better life of the elderly living in the nursing home facilities were suggested.

QC interface 시뮬레이션을 통한 확장성 있는 양자컴퓨터 설계

Quantum computers have the potential to solve problems that take a huge amount of time using conventional computers. To design a large-scale quantum computer, architects need a scalable quantum control processor that generate instructions which correct errors in qubits, and a QC interface that converts instructions into appropriate signals which manipulate and measure qubits. Recently, the simulator that can quantitatively analyze the scalability of the quantum control processor and the scalable hardware using it have been proposed. However, there is no QC interface hardware designed considering all the scalability constraints due to the absence of the simulator. In this paper, based on several recent proposals, we design a full microarchitecture capable of performing all operations of the QC interface, and implement a simulation framework that can quantitatively analyze its scalability constraints.

노인의 노화태도가 삶의 만족에 미치는 영향 : 부모-자녀 간 결속의 다중매개효과 검증

The purpose of this study is examining the effect of aging attitudes of older people on their life satisfaction, and investigating the mediating role of solidarity between parents and children. To achieve this, the survey was conducted with 2,076 Korean elderlies who were sampled with proportional stratified, and performed multi-mediated regression with SPSS macro PROCESS v.2.16. The results are following. First, aging attitude that older people recognized significantly affects to their life satisfaction. Second, aging attitude significantly affects to the five sub-categories of solidarity between parents and children. Especially, as elderly shows more negative attitude on aging, the solidarity also goes higher. Third, among sub-categories of solidarity between parents and children, affectional, identical, and functional solidarities play roles of mediator on the relationship between aging attitude and life satisfaction, and affectional solidarity shows the biggest influence on the relationship. Based on the results, practical and policy intervention were suggested for better life satisfaction of Korean elderly. 본 연구는 노인의 노화에 대한 태도가 이들의 삶의 만족에 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 이를 매개하는 요인으로써 부모-자녀 간의 결속감의 역할을 확인하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 전국의 노인 2,067명을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였고, SPSS macro PROCESS v.2.16을 활용하여 다중매개효과를 검증한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노인의 노화에 대한 태도는 삶의 만족에 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 둘째, 노인의 노화태도는 부모-자녀 간의 결속감의 다섯가지 하위차원에 있어 모두 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 특히 노화에 대하여 부정적인 태도를 가질수록 부모-자녀 간의 결속이 더욱 높아지는 결과를 보이고 있었다. 셋째, 부모-자녀 간 결속의 하위차원들 중 애정적ㆍ일치적ㆍ기능적 결속이 노인의 노화태도와 삶의 만족간의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났으며, 이 중 애정적 결속이 가장 큰 효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 노인의 삶의 만족을 위한 실천적 개입방안을 제안하였다.

왜곡된 영상에 강인한 물체 검출은 자율 주행과 같은 안전에 치명적인 실생활 응용 분야에서 핵심 문제로 다뤄지고 있다. 이러한 이유로, 영상 처리 및 컴퓨터 비전 분야에서 강인한 물체 검출에 대한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서 우리는 왜곡된 영상이나 이미지에서도 일정한 성능의 물체 검출을 위한 연구 [4]를 benchmark 하여 다양한 방법으로 변형된 데이터셋을 통해 학습한 모델을 성능과 feature map 측면에서 분석해 봄으로써, 향후 강인한 물체 검출에 있어 효과적인 성능 향상을 위한 intuition 을 제공하고자 한다.

제주지역의 도박 합법화와 사회적 합의의 과제: 도박에 대한 사회적 관용도의 변화 문제를 중심으로

이 논문은 제주사회에서 진행된 도박 합법화 과정을 정리하고, 사회조사 결과 나타난 도박에 대한 사회적 관용도의 변화와 카지노 도입을 둘러싼 찬반입장을 분석하여 사회적 합의의 과제들을 전망해보고자 했다. 한국사회에서 도박 합법화 과정은 국가의 재정확충 전략으로 진행되었다. 제주사회 역시 마찬가지이다. 국가주도의 개발정책에서 비롯된 외국인전용카지노의 합법화, 그리고 그에 이은 제주경마장 개장, 관광복권 발매, 지방자치단체 중 유일하게 참여한 로또 사업 등이 이를 말해준다. 카지노를 내국인에게 개방하기 위한 노력도 민선1기에서 5기에 이르는 동안 멈추지 않았다. 이러한 일련의 도박 합법화 과정을 통해 제주지역사회의 도박에 대한 사회적 관용도는 높아진다. 사회적 관용도는 관련 여론조사를 경험하면서 증가될 수도 있다. 여론조사가 관련 의제에 대한 하나의 설득과정의 역할을 할 수 있기 때문이다. 따라서 도박 합법화에 관한 특정 여론조사의 결과 곧, 찬반비율의 단순한 수치에만 기대어 사회적 합의와 불합의를 종용하는 것은 진정한 민주주의 정치를 실종시키는 우를 범할 수도 있게 된다. 이 논문은 여론조사의 찬반입장에 영향을 끼치는 요인들을 심층분석한 후 이들을 절충적 대립쌍과 극단적 대립쌍으로 분류?추출하여 사회적 합의 과정의 단계별 토론의제로의 설정가능성을 전망해보았다. This paper is an empirical and theoretical examination of what have been the controversial issues as regards the legalization of gambling in Jeju. Based on the surveys, we discuss what happened in the public opinion on whether Jeju would accept it or not between 1995 and 2009. In particular, we, according to the survey in 2009, explore both sides of yes and no to the legal permission of new casinos for tourists, which can lead to the reflection on the task and prospect of how to reach a social consensus. Nationally, in reality, the legalization of gambling has been regarded as a part of securing the budget, a strategic response to fiscal crisis by the government, which has been the same in Jeju. In Jeju, this tendency has appeared in the cases of ``the permission of casinos for foreigners only``, ``the opening of horse-racetrack``, ``the issuing of lottery for tourism`` and ``the participation in lotto business``. In this context, social tolerance for gambling has been changed through a serial attempts of legalization of gambling by local government. These had the opposing opinion to the casino and gambling weakened. There were educational effects of the repeated opinion polls through which the social tolerance for gambling could be leveled up. A public opinion poll might be considered as a tool for persuasion. Thus, it might be harmful to democratic politics to try to impose a social consensus only depending upon dichotomous and shallow opinion polls. This study suggests that we have to be able to present a set of agenda around which the antagonistic positions could be discussed through various political phases towards social consensus. In sum, this paper is an endeavor to find a way of reaching social consensus through democratic politics in the public sphere.

근로 노인의 직무만족이 우울에 미치는 영향 : 자기자비의 조절효과 검증을 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 근로 노인을 대상으로 직무만족이 우울에 미치는 영향과 자기자비의 조절효과를 검증하는 데 있다. 전국의만 55세 이상 중·노년을 대상으로 2021년 10월 13일부터 11월 3일까지 온라인 설문조사를 진행하였으며, 612명 전체 응답자 중 현재근로 중인 362명의 자료를 분석에 활용하였다. 분석방법으로는 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 활용하여 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 조절효과모형을 검증하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 근로 노인의 직무만족은 우울에 부적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로나타났다. 즉, 근로 노인의 낮은 직무만족은 우울을 높이는 위험 요인으로 작용한다. 둘째, 근로 노인의 직무만족과 우울의 관계에서자기자비는 통계적으로 유의한 조절효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 자기자비의 수준에 따라 근로 노인의 직무만족이 우울에 미치는부적 영향을 조절해주는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 이에 자기자비 수준이 높을 경우 낮은 직무만족으로 인한 우울의 증가가 경감하는 것이다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 근로 노인의 직무만족을 높이고 우울을 개선하기 위한 실천적·정책적 제언과 긍정적인 심리 대처 기제로서의자기자비의 중요성을 제시하였다. This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction on depression and the moderation effect of self-compassion among the working elderly. An online survey was conducted from October 13 to November 3, 2021, for elderly over 55 and collected 362 data from working elderly out of 612 respondents. For analysis, hierarchical regression analysis was used to examine the moderation effect using the SPSS 25.0 program. The main results of this study are as follows. First, it was found that job satisfaction of the working elderly showed a negative effect on depression. In other words, the low job satisfaction of the working elderly leads to higher depression. Second, self-compassion showed a moderation effect in the relationship between job satisfaction and depression. It means that self-compassion regulates the negative effect of job satisfaction on depression of the working elderly. Therefore, when self-compassion is high, depression due to low job satisfaction is reduced. Based on these results, practical and policy suggestions for improving job satisfaction and depression of the working elderly and the importance of self-compassion as a positive psychological coping mechanism were suggested.

자원봉사관리자 직무분석 및 직무모형 개발

본 연구는 특정 취약계층을 원조하던 것에서 벗어나 다양한 공동체 영역에서 변화를 모색하는 시민주도의 자원봉사로 패러다임이 전환되며, 자원봉사활동을 기획하고 관리하는 전문가로서 자원봉사관리자의 직무모형은 어떠한지에 대해 제시함으로써 향후 자원봉사관리자의 자격제도 도입 및 관련 학문의 기반을 마련하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 국내외 자격제도와 직무관련 선행연구를 검토하였다. 검토결과 자원봉사활동이 오래전부터 사회의 중요한 영역으로 자리매김한 서구 선진국과 달리 우리나라의 자원봉사관리자의 직무모형에 관한 연구가 제한적이었으며, 이로 인해 관련 자격제도 역시 난립한 상황임을 확인하였다. 이에, 자원봉사관리자의 직무분석 및 직무모형 개발을 위해 국내 9명의 현장전문가를 대상으로 개별 심층면접을 진행하는 질적연구와 122명의 자원봉사관리자를 대상으로 한 양적조사를 순차적으로 진행하는 혼합연구방법을 활용하여 최종적인 자원봉사관리자의 직무모형을 도출하였다. 국내 자원봉사관리자의 직무는 9개의 책무와 41개의 작업으로 구성되어 있으며, 각 41개 작업요소 별로 중요도와 수행빈도를 비교하는 IPA 분석을 실시하여 그 결과와 함의를 제시하였다. The purpose of this study was to pave the way forintroducing the volunteer manager licensure and related area by suggesting the job modeling as plan maker and manager in the midst of changing paradigm from supporting socially disadvantaged class to groping change in various community settings which are led by citizen. To achieve this, the study reviewed current volunteer manager certificate system in Korea and abroad, and existing study about their job modeling. Literature review showed that the study about volunteer manager job model was limited on the contrary of the population in western countries, and the vasious certification system were mushroomed and individualized due to the jumbling of private licensure institutions. As a result of the study, researchers suggested a job model of volunteer manager by mixed method which were conducted in-depth interview with nine experts in the field, and survey with 122 volunteer managers. In detail, the job model of volunteer manager in Korea was developed with nine duties and 41 works. The study performed IPA analysis which compares importance and job frequency in each works, and suggested its results and implications.
