        지중 구조물의 지반 진동 안전거리 설정에 관한 현장적용연구

        탄약고 지하 및 주변에 시공된 지하구조물의 안정성 평가의 필요성은 도심지 및 사회기반시설의 확장으로 대두되었다. 그러나 지하구조물에 대한 우발적인 폭발의 영향에 대한 연구는 미진하다. 본 연구에서는 지하구조물의 안정성평가를 위한 방법을 제시하고 사례연구를 통해 적용성을 확인하였다. AUTODYN과 SPACECLAIM을 이용하여 구조체 및 지반모델링을 실시하였으며, 폭발효과를 모의하여 지반의 진동속도를 측정하였다. 사례연구의 결과에 따르면, 70m 지하에 설치된 지하구조물은 모의된 폭발 효과로부터의 영향이 거의 없는 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구에서 활용된 안정성평가방법은 지하형 탄약고 설계에 사용되거나, 혹은 주기적인 진동으로부터 영향하에 있는 지하구조물의 안정성을 평가하는데 활용될 수 있을 것이다. The necessity to consider stability of underground structures constructed below or adjacent ammunition depots has been increased since the expansion of urban area and construction of infrastructure. However, there are a few studies on influence of accidental explosion on underground structures. In this study, the process of assessing the stability of underground structures is suggested and its applicability is verified through the case study. AUTODYN and SPACECLAIM are used to execute the structure and geotechnical modelling, and explosion effect is simulated and vibration velocities are calculated. According to the result of this case study, it is concluded that underground structure constructed 70m below ground might be rarely influenced by the simulated explosion. The process used in this study could be used to design the underground ammunition complex and analyse the stability of underground facilities being influenced by periodical vibration.

        Untact 시대의 변화되는 트렌드를 위한 리조트 공간구성에 관한 연구

        (연구배경 및 목적) 코로나19로 인한 팬데믹 상황 위기 속 우리 사회의 대처는 사회적, 도시적, 건축적으로 다양한 방면의 변화를 가져다주었으며, 또 다른 형태 New normal 등장의 시발점이 되었다. 본연구는 Untact 시대의 변화되는 군중의 건축적 공간구성 관심요소와 공간을 사용하는 데 있어 심리적 안정감을 가져다줄 수 있는 새로운 요소 고찰을 통해 리조트 공간구성 유형들을 평가할 수 있는 연구 틀을 구성한다. 연구 틀을 기반으로 리조트 공간구성을 분석하여 앞으로의 리조트 공간구성 방향성을 제시하고자 한다. (연구방법) 이를 위해 관련 선행연구 분석을 통해 리조트의 공간구성 유형을 분류하였다. 건물의 규모, 건물의 배치, 시설의 배치 등을 고려하여 고층 일체형, 저층 일체형, 혼합형, 저층 결합형, 독채 독립형으로 총 5개 유형으로 분류하였으며, 리조트 공간구성 평가를 위한 평가요소 도출은 현시점에서 변화된 건축전 관심요소를 반영한 항목들로써 1) 물리적ᆞ심리적 접근성, 2) 공간의 개방성 3) 감염에 대한 안전성, 4) 건축물의 위급상황 시 안전성, 5) 사용자의 편의성을 제시하여 리조트 공간구성 평가를 시행한다. (결과) Untact 시대에 변화된 사용자의 요구를 충족시킬 수 있는 요소들의 우선순위를 파악하여 공간 구성을 분석한 결과 독채 독립형 > 저층 결합형 > 혼합형 > 일체형 순의 적합성을 확인할 수 있었다. 이를 통해 개방성, 심리적 접근성, 감염 안전성에서 높게 평가된 프라이빗한 독채 독립형 리조트를 중심으로 리조트 공간구성 가이드라인을 제안한다. 또한 리조트의 객실 외 사용자들의 접촉밀도가 높은 로비, 부대시설 등의 공간들도 함께 제시한다. (결론) Untact 시대의 변화된 공간적 관심요소는 사용자 요구에 큰 영향을 끼치며 많은 제약이 뒤따르게 되었다. 리조트를 중심으로 변화될 공간구성 분석을 통해 앞으로 설계될 리조트 공간구성에 대해 앞으로 나아갈 방향성을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 포스트 코로나 시대에 변화된 소비자의 요구를 반영한 리조트 공간구성 가이드라인을 제시함으로써 앞으로 설계될 리조트 공간설계의 기초자료 활용을 목적으로 한다. (Background and Purpose) Our society’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic led to various social, urban, and architectural changes, initiating the beginning of a “new normal.” This study established a research framework to assess the types of spatial composition of resort hotels. To this end, the study investigated the new spatial components of the architecture of interest for the public in the “untact” era and new types of factors that can promote psychological comfort in using spaces. Based on the research framework, this study analyzes the spatial composition of resort hotels and proposes their future directions. (Method) First, previous studies were analyzed to identify the types of spatial composition of resort hotels. Considering various factors, such as building size, building arrangements, and facilities arrangements, the types were classified into high-rise integrated design, low-rise integrated design, composite design, low-rise combination design, and independent single house design. By considering the new architectural components of interest at present, the study also derived the following five items for assessing the spatial composition of resort hotels: 1) physical and psychological accessibility; 2) openness of the space; 3) infection prevention and control; 4) safety of the building in case of emergencies; and 5) convenience of users. (Results) After identifying the order of priority of the factors that can meet the new needs of resort hotel users in the “untact” era, independent single house design was found to be the most appropriate, followed by low-rise combination design, composite design, and integrated design, in that order. Based on these results, this study proposes a guideline for the spatial composition of resort hotels, focusing on independent single house design, which was highly evaluated in terms of openness, psychological accessibility, and infection prevention and control. Furthermore, spaces such as the lobby, and auxiliary facilities with high contact density of users outside the resort's rooms are also presented. (Conclusions) The new architectural components of interest for the public in the “untact” era greatly affected the users’ needs, resulting in some restrictions. Focusing on resort hotels, this study analyzed different spatial composition to suggest directions for future resort hotel construction designs. It is hoped that the guideline for the spatial composition of resort hotels proposed in this study, which considers the new consumer demands in the post-COVID era, can be used as basic data for the spatial composition of resort hotels to be constructed in the future.

        서울시 녹색교통지역 내 차량등급제 정책 계도기간 운영에 따른 미세먼지 및 대기오염물질 저감 효과

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of reducing particulate matter (PM) and air pollution levels by the pilot operation of vehicle rating system which was recently implemented in the Green Transportation Zone of Seoul. Differences-in-difference models are used as to analyze the reduction effect. PM and air pollution data are used as dependent variables; and meteorological, traffic, calendar day data as control variables. According to model, PM10 levels decreased by 2.357㎍ /m³ and PM2.5 by 1.8㎍/m³ during the pilot operation. Also, NO2 levels went down by 0.00755ppm. Findings of this study confirms that limiting vehicles that discharge air pollutants in the city helps keep PM and air pollution levels lower. The accomplishments in the pilot operation may provide positive expectations towards the actual operation of the policy.

        프로세스 플랜트 산업의 생애주기 데이터의 공유를 위한 표준으로 ISO 15926 이 있다. ISO 15926 기반으로 3D CAD 데이터를 표현하기 위해서는 이 표준에서 제공하는 템플릿 방법에 따라 새로운 정보 자원을 개발해야 한다. 그리고 3D CAD 데이터의 대표적인 표현 방법인 CSG(constructive solid geometric), b-rep(boundary-representation), 그리고 폴리곤 메쉬(polygon mesh)를 지원해야 한다. 이 논문에서는 ISO 15926 표준에서 CSG 와 폴리곤 메쉬 데이터를 표현하는 방법을 제안한다. 그리고 다른 형식으로 저장된 b-rep 모델 데이터를 ISO 15926 표준에서 외부 파일로 참조하는 방법을 제안한다.

        연합토지관리계획 및 미군기지이전이 도시 인구와 산업에 미친 영향

        With the conclusion of the 2002 Land Partnership Plan (LPP), the relocation and dissolution of the 2nd U.S. Infantry Division located in Dongducheon and Uijeongbu were confirmed. The massive return of U.S. military bases came in 2007 amid concerns over the hollowing-out and expectations for new growth engines. As the two inflection points have brought great changes to two cities, it is necessary to closely examine the impact of the two events. The DID, often used in studies to measure the impact or effectiveness of policies was used. The total population, total number of employees, retail employees, and manufacturing employees were used as dependent variables, and the dummy variables required for the DID method were used as independent variables. To control the economic conditions within the time horizon, the composite economic indicators and local tax data for each city were used. Through the analysis, each local government failed to resolve the phenomenon of population hollowing out, but confirmed the growth of manufacturing industries. Therefore, there is a need to develop policies that promote the development of donor zones based on manufacturing industries and minimize population hollowing out through links with surrounding areas.

        200kW급 마이크로 가스터빈 연소기의 열-구조 연성 해석

        본 논문에서는 200 kW급 마이크로 가스 터빈 시스템의 연소기집합체의 열-구조 연성 해석을 수행하였다. 일반적인 연소기집합체는 라이너, 내외 케이스, 버너와 노즐링 등으로 구성되어 있으며, 본 연구에서 개발된 유한요소모델은 연소기집 합체 내 다양한 부품들의 다른 열팽창을 보상하기 위해 부품간의 이격과 마찰 요소들이 존재하므로 비선형 간극 및 마찰 요소 등을 포함하고 있다. 본 연구를 통해 연소기집합체의 외부 경계지지조건이 높은 온도구배로 인한 응력 에 가장 큰 영향 을 주는 인자라는 것을 밝혀냈으며, 과도한 응력이나 변형을 방지하기 위한 적절한 외부 경계지지조건을 찾기 위하여 외부 경계지역에 탄성 지지조건을 가상하여 적절한 경계조건을 도출하여 설계에 사용될 수 있도록 하였다. In this study, the thermal-structural behavior of the combustor assembly of 200 kW micro gas turbine system was performed. The typical combustor assembly consists of a Liner, Inner & Outer Case, Burner and Nozzle ring, etc. There are some gaps and friction elements between the components to compensate for the different thermal expansions of various components. Therefore, the developed finite element model includes nonlinear elements. The boundary support conditions of the combustor assembly significantly affect the stress distribution due to the high temperature gradient. This paper deals with parametric studies to quantitatively determine the effects of the variation of the support conditions on the stress distribution and deformation of various components of combustor assembly. These results may be useful for the design of the combustor assembly.

        ISO 15926 기반 공정 플랜트 설계, 제작, 및 시공 데이터 변환기의 개발

        Effective data sharing is an important issue for diverse stakeholders who participate in design, manufacture, and construction phases in the process plant industry. For process plant owners and operators, upstream lifecycle data should be integrated and handed over properly. ISO 15926 is an international standard to provide information resources required for sharing and integrating process plant data. In this paper, we present a data translator that converts ISO 15926-based plant design, manufacture, and construction (DMC) data into predefined neutral data in extensible markup language (XML) format. For this, ISO 15926 reference data (classes, properties, and templates) are extended to provide information resources that cover plant DMC data. We design a data translator that converts ISO 15926-based data. According to the design, we implement a prototype translator and perform experiments of exchanging sample plant data with the translator. The XML data converted from ISO 15926-based data are verified with an ISO 15926-based data visualizer.

        한없음의 잉여 : 『신곡』의 보편성의 문학적 기원

        This paper aims to re-examine and re-define the origin of universality of Dante Alighieri"s Divine Comedy through a close reading of the text. The universality of the Comedy is not a self-contained and unilaterally granted fact but something to be maintained retrospectively by the readers" evaluations. The way of the maintenance can be explained with the principle of "other-ing", Other-ing means that a subject becomes the other and stands on the other"s place through which he or she changes his or her positions incessantly. Through the way of other-ing, the Comedy maintains the conversational relationship with the other. Insofar as the Comedy alters itself and opens up toward the other in this process, it can make its literary value truly universal. I analyze this scheme of other-ing with reference to the first and last cantos of the Comedy The first canto (particularly, Inferno 1.10-12) shows how the writer Dante and the pilgrim Dante cross the real world and fictional world repeatedly. The readers, by facing the two worlds simultaneously, expand the literary boundary of the Comedy toward the real world where they locate. Such literary process between the writer and the reader operates by virtue of the successive effect of surpassing. The writer Dante makes his text surpass his intention. He allows readers to surpass authorial and textual intentions, and ultimately allows for the interpretation of the text. This process of repetitive surpassing is the power for the Comedy to continue the literary process. I explain this point by a close reading of the last canto (particularly, Paradiso 33.55-57). By focusing on such key elements as "vision", "speaking", "memory" and "outrage". I show that, through exchange and communication among those clements, the Comedy realizes the possibility of literary language that can surpass all kinds of borders. Surpassing maintains "outrage"; this 15 the principle and power of the Comedy to be evaluated universally. In this process, the being of Dante abolishes distance so as to emil himself, which raises the effect of other-ing; and further, he maintains the authenticity of surpassing in the way of deconstructing the relationship of center and periphery so as to including the individual particulars. Now the reader, by participating as a particular being to this process, surpasses the modernized Dante that the West has recognized, and by repeating this process, realizes the universality of the Comedy. The outrage of surpassing finds its ultimate significance in the openness of sensibility toward the other. The outrage of surpassing makes the Comedy a present event, which annihilates the difference between time and space, and simultaneously maintains the difference between them, so as to refine the sensibility toward the other. I examine this point by close reading of the difference of the tenses of verbs in the first canto (particularly, Inferno 1.1-9). The delicate and intertwined placement of such tenses as present, future, present perfect (passato prossimo) and preterite (passato remoto) in the first nine lines helps the Comedy to realize literary language on the repeated play of condensation and emission. The Comedy survives in the successive chain of the past experience (writing), the present narration (text) and the future sympathy (reading). This is the way in which the Comedy exists as universal literary text.
