창업기업에 자금을 투자하고 모기업의 인프라 제공을 통한 창업기업 성장 기반마련을 지원하는 기업주도형 벤처캐피탈(CVC: Corporate Venture Capital)이 주목 받고 있다. 본고에서는 창업기업의 성장뿐만 아니라 대기업과의 중장기적 관계형성을 통한 오픈 이노베이션(Open Innovation)을 가능케 하는 기업주도형 벤처캐피탈(CVC)의 국내 외 현황 및 운영사례를 분석한 후 결론으로써 시사점을 제시한다.
유전체장벽방전에 의한 질소함유 활성종의 개발 및 저온 GaN 박막 성장

TMGa와 유전체 장벽방전에 기초한 질소함유 활성종을 이용하여 (0001) 사파이어 기판위에 GaN 박막을 저온에서 성장시켰다. III-V 질소화합물 반도체의 에피막 성장에 있어서 암모니아는 유기금속 화학증착법에서 지금까지 알려진 가장 보편적인 질소 공급원이며 충분한 질소공급을 위해 $1000^{\circ}C$ 이상의 고온 성장이 필수적이다. GaN 박막을 비교적 저온에서 성장시키기 위하여 질소 공급원으로 암모니아 대신 유전체 장벽방전을 이용하였다. 유전체 장벽방전은 전극사이에 유전체 장벽을 설치하여 arc를 조절하는 방전이며 수 기압의 높은 공정압력보다 훨씬 높으므로 기판표면까지 전달하는데도 이점이 있다. GaN 박막의 결정성과 표면형상은 성장온도, 완충층에 따라 변화하였으며, $700^{\circ}C$의 저온에서도 우수한 (0001) 배향성을 갖는 GaN 박막을 성장할 수 있었다. GaN films were deposited on sapphire [$Al_2O_3(0001)$] substrates at relatively low temperature by MOCVD using N-atom source based on a Dielectric Barrier Discharged method. Ammonia gas($NH_3$is commonly used as an N-source to grow GaN films in conventional MOCVD process, and heating to high temperature is required to provide sufficient dissociation of $NH_3$. We used a dielectric barrier discharge method instead of $NH_3$ to grow GaN film relatively low temperature. DBD is a type of discharge, which have at least one dielectric material as a barrier between electrode. DBD is a type of controlled microarc that can be operated at relatively high gas pressure. Crystallinity and surface morphology depend on growth temperature and buffer layer growth. With the DBD-MOCVD method, wurtzite GaN which is dominated by the (0001) reflection was successfully grown on sapphire substrate even at $700^{\circ}C$.
7차 교육과정의초등학교 6-1사회교과서에 보이는 문제점

We manage the 7th curriculum. The 7th curriculum is advanced notably compared with the 6th. Especially textbook is improved very good. The quality of paper, organization of page, analysis of color, practical use of historical materials etc. The 6th textbook is described with focus a man of character. The 7th textbook is surveyed all period of Korea. I find the mistake and unsatisfactory description in 7th curriculum social textbook 6-1. Sometimes the compilators of textbook mistake significantly. For example Old- is named to distinguish . This is not correct. For Samgukusa(三國遺事) is written before Chosǒn establishment. Farmers sow seed to the field that is flat after late Chosǒn period. This also is not correct. For the shield that is carved the ridge and furrow of a field is discovered earlier. The shield is made in Bronze age. The greater part of those are insignificant. For example folk picture is painted for sale, or for solving a meager living of painter. fact and fiction are confused. But the insignificant thing can be serious to students. Because they receive the fact as it is. Moreover elementary teachers take charge of 11 subjects. They don't especially have professional knowledge about history. The fact that is written uncorrectly once is continued in elementary students' consciousness for a long time To decrease the mistake and unsatisfactory description, more professor have to participate the compilation of textbook. Social textbook has many part of history. Ancient, medieval, modern history as well as political, economical, cultural history etc. A few historian can't write many part of history. The Government have to secure the estimate.

Sea buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides L.) is deciduous shrubs in the genus Hippophae, mainly cultivated in Europe and Asia. Sea buckthorn berries have a high vitamin C, vitamin E, carotenoids, carbohydrates, protein,organic acids, dietary minerals, triterpenoids, polyphenolic acids and amino acids. Extracts of sea buckthorn berries have anti- obesity, anti-oxidantive, anti-microbial, anti-ulcerogenic,anti-diabetic and nutritional effects. Sea buckthorn used as a traditional medicine for the treatment of cough, aid digestion,invigorate blood circulation and alleviate pain. Extracts of sea buckthorn branches and leaves was administered to humans and animals to treat gastrointestinal distress in Mongolia. This paper briefly reviews the most relevant experimental data on the pharmacological effects and isolated component of sea buckthorn. And, we also describe the importance of sea buckthorn as the environmental-friendly crops.
