대학 신입생의 자기주도성과 문제해결력, 융합적 사고의 관계에서 사회적 지지의 조절된 매개효과

목적 본 연구는 대학 신입생의 자기 주도성과 융합적 사고의 관계에서 문제해결력의 매개효과와 자기주도성과 문제해결력의 관계룰 조절하는 사회적 지지의 조절된 매개효과를 검증하였다. 방법 본 연구는 2022년 6월 1일부터 7일까지 수도권에 소재한 4년제 A 대학교 신입생 1,988명을 대상으로 자기주도성 척도, 문제해결력 척도, 융합적 사고 척도, 사회적 지지 척도를 사용하여 자료를 수집하였고, 신뢰도 분석, 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, 조절된 매개효과 분석을 실시하였다. 조절된 매개효과 분석은 Process Macro 모델 7을 활용하여 분석하였다. 결과 첫째, 상정된 주요 변인들의 상호 관련성을 확인한 결과 자기주도성, 문제해결력, 융합적 사고, 사회적 지지 모든 변인들 간상관이 정적으로 유의하였다. 둘째, 자기주도성과 융합적 사고의 관계에서 문제해결력의 매개효과를 검증한 결과 문제해결력은 자기주도성과 융합적 사고의 관계를 부분매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자기주도성과 문제해결력 간의 관계에서 사회적 지지의 조절효과를 검증한 결과 사회적 지지는 자기주도성과 문제해결력의 관계를 유의미하게 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 조절된 매개효과의 검증결과 자기주도성과 융합적 사고 간의 관계를 문제해결력이 매개하고, 사회적 지지가 자기주도성과 문제해결력 간의 관계를 조절하는 조절된 매개효과가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 결론 분석결과를 통해 고등교육기관에서의 신입생 진입 프로그램 및 학교생활 적용 프로그램의 중요성을 도출하고, 이를 위한 실제적 방안마련의 필요성을 제언하였다.

본 실험에서는 녹용 약침액의 항 골재흡수 속성을 조사하였다. PTH, 1,25(OH)2D3와 IL-1을 각각 골 재흡수 인자로 사용하여 생쥐의 두개골에서 osteoblast 세포를 격리, 배양, 그리고 자극시켰을 때 collagenolysis의 증가를 보였다. 두 가지를 동시에 사용한 결과, IL-1은 골 재 흡수성을 촉진시키고 재 흡수력을 생산하였다. In vitro에서의 세포독성 결과는 1-200 μg/ml의 녹용 약침액 농도 분포에서 무 세포독성을 보였다. 또한 녹용 약침액은 생쥐의 두개골 골아세포 내에서 PTH (2 units/ml), IL-1α (1 ng/ml), 1,25(OH)2D3 (10 ng/ml), IL-1α 및 IL-1β로 인해 유발된 collagenolysis에 대해서 대항하는 보호활동성을 나타내었다. 녹용약침액은 IL-1α 와 IL-1β로 인해 유발된 collagenolysis에 대항하는 보호활동성을 지녔다. DAS는 IL-1α- 와 IL-1β로 인해 촉진된 골 재 흡수력을 억제하는 효과를 보였다. 이와 같은 결과는 녹용약침액이 골다공증과 연관된 질환에 대해서 매우 안정적인 임상적 사용이 가능한 것을 관찰할 수 있으므로 추후 이와 관련한 지속적인 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료되었다.

Although nuclear power is still an important means of supplying electric power, there are many concerns about its safety. Since 1997, the government has established a civil environmental monitoring agency for improving local acceptance in each of the five areas where nuclear power plants are located (i.e., Kijang, Yeongkwang, Gyeongju, Ulju, and Uljin). Currently, the five agencies are operated and supported by the electric power industry-based fund according to the Enforcement Decree of the Supporting Projects around the Power Plant. Their role is to conduct environmental monitoring activities for improving the environment and the quality of life for residents around the power plant. However, their performance indicators have not yet been developed. This study aims at developing performance indicators of nuclear power environmental agency. For the purpose, it developed the indicators for 'communication satisfaction of local residents' and 'communication performance of local residents," and set the weights for each of them through AHP analysis. 원자력은 여전히 중요한 전력공급 수단임에도 불구하고, 안전성에 대한 우려가 많은 실정이다. 정부는 수용성 제고를 위한 수단으로 1997년부터 발전소가 소재하고 있는 5개 지역(기장・영광・경주・울주・울진)에 민간환경감시기구를 설치하였다. 민간환경감시기구는 현재 5개지역(기장・영광・경주・울주・울진)에서 운영중에 있으며, ‘발전소주변지역지원사업 시행령’에 의해 전력산업기반기금에서 운영비를 지원하고 있다. 민간환경감시기구의 역할은 발전소주변지역의 환경과 주민들의 삶의 질 향상을 위해 환경감시활동을 하는 것인데 이러한 활동에 대한 아직까지 성과평가를 위한 성과지표를 제정하지 못하였다. 본 연구에서는 원전민간환경감시기구의 성과지표를 개발하기 위한 방안을 연구하였으며, ‘지역주민소통 만족도’와 ‘지역주민소통 성과’지표를 개발하여 AHP분석을 통해 지표의 가중치를 설정하였다.

In tis paper, a new morphological algorihtm for binary image reconstruction from graayscale skeleton is proposed. In the proposed algorithm, grayscale morphological dilation is utilizedm instead of binary morphological operatons for the conventional methods. The algorithm is proven mathematically and verified by computer simulation results.

This paper discusses conversion methods between multiple decrement models and associated single decrement models. One of most popular assumptions on fractional age is UDD(uniform distribution of decrement) or constant force of mortality in actuarial practice. Instead of these assumptions, this paper suggests cubic spline interpolation to approximate the distribution of fractional age with the continuous force of decrements. Conversion formulas are derived. The comparisons of these two methods based on the numerical data show that the cubic spline interpolation approach is more accurate.

This Paper Proposes the algorithm for improving the Performance or symbol timing synchronization in hoc terrestrial DTV system. The Gardner algerian is used for symbol timing synchronization has good performance in multipath fading environment but degradation of performance is caused by jitter. Though the amount of jitter becomes more little as narrow bandwidth of loop Inter, convergence speed becomes slower. This paper propose the algorithm that averages out values of loop filter every certain time and gradually reduces the bandwidth of loop filter after estimating offset using this average for the high speed of convergence and reducing the met of jitter. The proposed algorithm has better performance with high speed of convergence and the amount of jitter than conventional method.
