보건의료기관 학습공동체 활동의 커뮤니케이션 특성과 조직 업무성과 간의 연관성: K기관 사례를 중심으로

Objectives: The object of this study was to identify the relationship between communication characteristics of Communities of Practice(CoP) and organizational performance outcomes. Methods: A cross-sectional study was used and targeted 1,133 employees of K public health and medical institution who participated in CoP activities in 2012. Data on individual and communication characteristics of CoP activities, and individual and organizational outcomes were collected through self-administered questionnaires. The collected data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 18.0(K) Program. Results: here were significant differences among 10 communication characteristics of CoP depending on gender, duration of work and study hours(p<.001). Male workers were more likely to show individual and organizational outcomes from CoP than female workers. Both longer duration of work and time for CoP activities were positively related to individual and organizational outcomes. Linear regression analysis to understand the relationship between communication quality of CoP and individual performance, and organizational outcomes showed that ß of communication quality was 0.337(p<.001) and that of individual performances was 0.605(p<.001). Thus it was confirmed that two factors were significant factors on the organizational performance outcomes. The accountability of the regression model was 83.8%. Conclusion: The CoP participation had a positive effect on the communication quality, and individual and organizational performance outcomes. So, CoP could be the key strategy for facilitating evidence-based practice in public health and medical settings.

One hundred and twenty patients with brain metastases were seen and evaluated in the Dept. of Therapeutic Radiology, seoul National University Hospital between 1979 and 1983. Of these, 90 patients received whole brain irradiation with 2000 rad in 1 week or 3000 rad in 2 weeks for palliative purpose and 30 patients failed to complete the planned treatment. Carcinoma of the lung(44 cases), choriocarcinoma(11 cases), brest(8 cases) were common primary tumors of 90 patients receiving planned treatment. Symptomatic subjective response was obtained in 92% of patients and neurologic functional improvement was obtained in 42% of patients. Median survival was 6.4 months in patients with complete treatment and less than 2 months in patients with incomplete treatment, overall survival rate at 1 year and 2 year were 26%, 16% in patients with complete treatment and 8%, 0% in patients with incomplete treatment. Primary site, extent of metastases and interval from diagnosis of primary tumor to brain metastases were identified as prognostic factors.

A pelvic mass in women may be gynecologic in origin or it may arise from the urinary tract or bowel. Nonovarian or nongynecologic conditions may be confused with uterine or ovarian mass. The rare congenital megaureter should always be kept in mind as a possible cause of a pelvic mass. Congenital megaureter showed various clinicopathological features and frequently associated with ipsilateral or controlateral upper tract anomalies. Early meticulous imaging surgical correction will lead to excellent result. We experienced a rare case of blind ending megaureter which was suspected adnexal tumor in twenty seven-year-old woman. Here we present the case with brief review of literatures.

In this study the characteristics of electrokinetic remediation, which is dependent on a various electrode configuration, was predicted from 2-D numerical analysis program (HERO-2D). Based on the predicted results for one dimensional and two dimensional electrode configurations, the optimized electrode configuration was determined by analyzing remediation efficiency, consumed electric power, installation cost of electrode and so on. When proposed electrode configurations were applied for in-situ remediation of the soils contaminated by heavy metals, the electrode configuration of high remediation efficiency should be chosen in case the high removal effect would be required, and one dimensional electrode configuration should be chosen in case the hard field works would be expected. Because the rectangular electrode configuration is better than others for consumed electric power, remediation efficiency per unit power, installation cost of electrode and so on, it can obtain the best results for the cost reduction. 본 논문에서는 HERO-2D를 이용하여 전극배치에 따른 2차원 동전기 정화 특성을 예측하였다. 즉 1차원 전극배치와 2차원 전극배치에 대해 전극 간 간격을 변화시키면서 나타나는 동전기 현상을 예측하고, 이러한 예측결과를 토대로 소비 전력량, 전극 설치 비용과의 상관관계를 분석하여 각각의 전극배치마다의 전극간격을 결정하였다. 연구 결과 대상지역의 높은 정화효율이 요구되는 경우에는 높은 전체 정화효율을 나타내는 전극배치를 채택하는 것이, 대상부지에서 시공상의 어려움이 예상되는 경우에는 2차원 전극배치에 비해 시공이 용이한 1차원 전극배치를 채택하는 것이 바람직한 것으로 나타났다. 4각형 전극배치는 전력소비량과 단위전력당 정화속도, 그리고 전극설치비용 등 경제성 면에서 다른 전극배치보다 우수함을 보여주고 있기 때문에, 시공에 투입되는 비용 절감을 목적으로 할 경우에 적용한다면 최적의 결과를 얻을 수 있을 것이라 판단된다.

The aim of this research is to construct eigenfrequency optimization codes for plates with Arbitrary Rank Microstructures. From among noise factors, resonance sound is main reason for floor's solid noise. But, Resonance-elusion design codes are not fixed so far. Besides, The prediction of composite material's capability and an resonance elusion by controlling natural frequency of plate depend on designer's experiences. In this paper, First, using computer program with arbitrary rank microstructure, variation on composite material properties is studied, and then natural frequency control is performed by plate topology optimization method. The results of this study are as followed. 1) Programs that calculate material properties along it's microstructure composition and control natural frequency on composite material plate are coded by Homogenization and Topology Optimization method. and it is examined by example problem. 2) Equivalent material properties, calculated by program, are examined for natural frequency. In this paper, Suggested programs are coded using $Matlab^{TM}$, Feapmax and Feap Library with Homogenization and Topology Optimization method. and Adequacy of them is reviewed by performing the maximization or minimization of natural frequency for plates with isotropic or anisotropic materials. Since the programs has been designed for widely use. If the mechanism between composite material and other structural member is identified, extension application may be possible in field of structure maintenance, reinforcement etc. through application of composite material.

In the process to manufacture for metallic structures, control of welding deformation is one of an important problems connected with reliability of the manufactured structures so that welding deformation should be measured and controlled with quickly and actively. Also, welding parameters which have as lot of effects on welding deformation such as arc voltage, welding current and welding speed can also be controlled. The objectives for this study were to develop a simple 2-D FEM to calculate not only the transient thermal histories but also the sizes of fusion and heat-affected zone (HAZ) in multi pass arc welds including the butt and fillet weld type with dissimilar thickness, and to concentrate on a developed model for the finding the parameters of Godak's moving heat source model based on a GA. The developed model includes a GA program using MATLB and GA toolbox, and a batch mode thermal model using ANSYS software. Not only the thermal model was verified by comparison with Goldak's work but also the developed model was validated with molten zone section experimental data.
