The adverse effects of systemic steroid medications are well known, whereas those of local steroid injections are unclear even to clinicians. We report two cases of localized lipoatrophy and depigmentation following local steroid injection. Although the incidence of soft tissue atrophy after local steroid injection is rare, it will increase in proportion to the frequency of the procedure. All clinicians, even those who do not perform steroid injections, should be aware of the occurrence of this cosmetically disturbing adverse effect.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of body blade and Thera band exercise on upper extremity strength, grip strength and balance of university students. Design: Single Blind Randomized Controlled Trial. Method: twenty healthy adults, participated in this study, and were recruited by G University in Gimcheon Korea. The subjects were randomly divided into A group that went through Thera band exercise and B group that went through Body blade exercise. Each group had 10 subjects. All subjects did the experiment for 3 times a week for 3weeks. Spss was used for statistical analysis. Result: 1) Grip strength: After exercising, for the BE group, there were statistically significant differences in dominant and non-dominant hand. However, for the TE group, there were no significant statistical differences in both hands. 2) muscle strength: In the TE group there were no significant statistical differences in the dominant and non-dominant arm. But in the BE group there were differences which were found. 3) balance: After exercising, both groups had no significant statistical difference in medial lateral balance. In anterior and posterior balance, TE group had no statistical significant difference but BE group did. Conclusion: To improve muscle strength balance and grip strength, body blade exercise is more effective than Thera band exercise.

Modem city have become gradually higher density, more bigger, and compositeness cause by the population increase with the development of the technology. Especially, the compositeness commerce equipment are facility that reflect such modem city's characteristic well. Pedestrians, to move toward the destination, could be arrive at one's destination easily. But some pedestrians lost their destination, due to various factors. And some pedestrians goes to not fast route. Such problems can be faced time loss with economic loss. A indoor environment factors to find the easily in the indoor space of large scale, are must offer a way-finding clue to pedestrians as a visual factor. But most large scale indoor spaces are splendid and complex, they are giving many difficulty even through pedestrians find the way. The purpose of research is to find out visual factor of indoor environment factors that use to do the way-finding in the compositeness commerce equipment inside. Through the consciousness investigation of the client about visual factor in the compositeness commerce equipment inside, we try to deduce about the problem of the sign system that use to do the way-finding.

The DVE(Driver`s Vision Enhancer) is mounted on armored vehicles or tactical military vehicles that must operate reliably in extreme environments. Dust and moisture can have a catastrophic effect on optical equipment and should have an enclosed structure. High temperature may give rise to the serious problem in the system. To prevent the problem, it is important to heat dissipation of the enclosed structure. In this study, the heat dissipation analysis is performed considering the environmental conditions using Icepak Also, we designed the DVE equipment to apply the cooling path inside the equipment.

시분할 다중화 레이더 시스템의 주파수 재사용 기법에 대한 최대 탐지 거리 분석

If we reuse the same frequency at the different radar, the frequency sharing capability will be increased. We applied TDM(Time Division Multiplexing) for the frequency sharing. In this case, maximum detection range is changed according to the number of operated radars. In this paper, we analyzed the maximum detection range for the frequency reuse technique of TDM radar. In the simulation, we analyzed the influence of the maximum detection range with respect to the number of the integration pulses using the radar equation and the curve fitting method. The two results obtained by the curve fitting and the radar equation are well-matched each other. Therefore, we can easily obtain the maximum detection range by the curve fitting method.

장.노년자원봉사자의 봉사활동인식 영향요인 연구

본 연구의 목적은 지역사회 봉사단체에서 활동하고 있는 장･노년자원봉사자들의 활동만족도, 활동참여의지, 사회적 관계망 수준이 봉사활동인식에 미치는 영향관계를 연구하는데 있다. 또한 봉사활동인식을 신체적 인식, 심리적 인식, 사회적 인식으로 구분하여 살펴봄으로써 보다 종합적인 차원의 봉사활동인식을 높일 수 있는 실천적 함의를 심층적으로 제시하는데 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여, 서울 5개지역 9개 봉사단체에서 활동하고 있는 장･노년기 자원봉사자를 대상으로 1개월(2019년 5월)동안 설문조사하여 257명이 응답한 결과에 대해 회귀분석 통계방법을 진행하였다. 분석결과, 자원봉사자의 활동만족도, 활동참여의지, 사회적관계망은 봉사활동인식에 있어 정적인 영향관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 종속변수의 하위요소들과의 영향관계를 구체적으로 살펴보면, 활동만족도, 사회적 관계망은 봉사활동에 의한 신체적 인식에 정적인 영향관계를 보였고, 활동만족도, 활동참여의지, 사회적 관계망은 봉사활동에 의한 심리적 인식에 정적인 영향관계를 보였다. 또한 활동만족도, 활동참여의지, 사회적 관계망도 봉사활동에 의한 사회적 인식에 정적인 영향관계를 보였다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 자원봉사 활동현장이나 자원봉사자 관리에 있어, 자원봉사자의 활동만족도, 활동참여의지, 사회적관계망 등을 확대할 수 있는 다양한 프로그램 및 관리기법, 효과적인 자원봉사활동 지원방법 등을 대안으로 제시하였다. This study is to examine the activity satisfaction, activity participation, activity relationship and other relevant factors which might affect the volunteering perception of volunteers in the advanced and old age in an integrated way. The volunteering perception of volunteers in the advanced and old age was classified into physical, psychological and social Perception as to acquire precise understanding and find practical implication for developing volunteering Perception. To achieve this goal, 270 of the volunteers in advanced and old age in 9 Senior welfare centers and volunteer centers of Seoul City 5 areas were surveyed for 1 month(May, 2019) and 257 of their answers were analyzed based on regression model. The results are as follows. It appeared that activity satisfaction(+), activity participation(+), activity relationship(+) had significantly influenced on the volunteering perception of volunteers in the advanced and old age. In detail, activity satisfaction(+) and activity relationship(+) had significantly influenced on the volunteering physical Perception, activity satisfaction(+), activity participation(+), activity relationship(+) had significantly influenced on the volunteering psychological perception and activity satisfaction(+), activity participation(+), activity relationship(+) had significantly influenced on the volunteering social perception of volunteers in the advanced and old age. On a basis of these results, guide and assist in order to develop volunteering perception by increasing activity satisfaction, activity participation, activity relationship of volunteers in the advanced and old age.

문화콘텐츠 산업 정책 연구

문화콘텐츠 산업은 고부가가치산업으로서 국가의 전략산업으로 급속히 성장했다. 한국 영화콘텐츠 산업은 2015년을 기준으로 국민 1인당 연평균 극장영화 관람횟수가 4.22회로 세계 최고 수준이며, 문화예술행사중 가장 높은 관람률을 기록하는 여가문화이다. 영화가 예술의 한 장르로서 문화예술을 향유하던 시절이 있었다면, 최근에는 플랫폼의 변화로 영화관, 디지털 케이블 TV, IPTV, 온라인 VOD, 모바일 등의 다양한 방식으로 영화콘텐츠를 향유하고 있다. 이 연구를 통해 영화콘텐츠의 투자-제작-배급-상영의 특성을 알아보고 영화콘텐츠 산업 발전을 위한 정책적 제언을 제시해본다. 첫째, 창장역량강화이다. 두 번째는 문화적, 산업적 기반 조성이다. 세 번째는 수익창출의 다변화이다. 이 연구를 통해 한국 영화콘텐츠가 제작에서부터 상영까지 발전을 위한 정책을 도입하는 데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

치매노인 요양시설의 치유정원 계획요소에 관한 연구

The purpose of this research is, draw the elements about a healing garden plan of the Alzheimer center, and present a constructing a building plan element of the healing garden. The healing garden to be studied chiefly in the hospital constructing a building is apply to alzheimer center is increasing, because of increase old man population and the healing effectiveness of healing garden is proved. Through a relation literature research, we draw a construction a building plan element of healing garden that suitable to the characteristic of the imbecility old man. And we investigate healing garden which actual builded. Through this research, we deduce healing garden must plan specificly and consider a clinic degree of the imbecility patient. From now on, we must draw more plan elements of healing garden by researching various literature and sample.

우울 수준에 따른 가상멀미 경험이 가상현실 기반 신경인지과제 수행에 미치는 영향 : 고령집단을 중심으로

본 연구는 고령 집단에서 가상현실기반 평가 및 치료를 활용하는데 있어, 주요 장애물이 될 수 있는 가상멀미의 영향을 탐색하기 위해 진행되었다. 이 가운데서도 신경인지과제 수행 시, 우울감의 수준에따라 가상멀미가 과제수행에 미치는 영향을 탐색하고자 하였으며, 이를 확인하기 위하여 만 50세 이상성인 73명이 (1) 가상현실 기반 신경인지과제, (2) 가상멀미 수준과 우울을 측정하는 자기보고식 설문을 완료하였다. 연구 결과, 우울감이 클수록 가상현실 프로그램 시행에 따른 가상멀미 변화량이 커지는 경향을 보이며, 준임상 수준 이상에 해당하는 고우울 집단에서는 가상멀미가 가상현실기반 신경인지과제 수행에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 저우울 집단에서는 이러한 영향이 유의하지 않았다. 이를 통해 준임상수준 이상의 고우울 집단에서는 지각된 가상멀미 수준이 가상현실기반 신경인지과제 수행에 부정적 영향을 미칠 수 있음이 시사되었다. 이러한 결과는 향후 고령의 우울집단에서 가상현실 치료를 활성화하기 위해, 주요 부작용인 가상멀미의 영향을 확인했다는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 이를 비롯한 본 연구의 의의와 한계점 및 후속 연구에 대해 논의하였다. This study was conducted to explore the effects of simulator sickness, which can be a major obstacle in the use of virtual reality-based evaluation and treatment in the elderly group. Also, the effect of depression level on simulator sickness and a virtual reality (VR)-based neurocognitive task performance was investigated. Seventy-three participants over the age of 50 years completed the (1) VR-based neurocognitive task and (2) self-report questionnaires measuring simulator sickness, and depressive symptoms. The results indicated that depression predicts the severity of perceived simulator sickness, and simulator sickness had a significant effect on the performance of the virtual reality-based neurocognitive task in a group with sub-clinical or clinical levels of depression. Based on the results, the implications, limitations and suggestions for future studies were discussed.
