        청심온담탕(淸心溫膽湯)의 효능(效能)에 관(關)한 문헌적(文獻的) 고찰(考察)

        In order to study oriental medical literature and clinical effects of Chungsimondamtang, the experiments of analgesic action, sedative action, anticonvulsive action, action on the isolated ileum, action on the circulatory system and hyperlipidaemia were observed. The results were as follows: 1. The analgesic effects were significantly noted. 2. The prolongaton of hypnotic time was noted. 3. The inhibitory effects on the convulsion induced by strychnine, picrotoxin and caffeine were significantly recognized. 4. The spontaneous momentum of isolated ileum was evidently inhibited, and recognized anti Ach. and anti Ba. effects. 5. The effects of descending blood pressure in normal rats and anesthetized rabbits were strongly recognized. 6. The effects of inhibition on the increase of TG. and TC. levels in hyperlipidaemia rats induced by Triton WR-1339 was significantly recognized. 7. The effects of inhibition on the increase of TG. and TC. levels in hyperlipidaemia rats induced by 75% fructose was significantly recognized. With the genelalization of the above-mentioned experimental results, literatual and clinical effects of Chungsimondamtang were approximate to actual experimental results.

        3차원 컴퓨터 그래픽 기술을 이용한 KONUS 내관의 설계와 제작

        A fabrication method of inner and outer crown using CAD/CAM is presented. The information of abutment teeth is transferred to a computer through a 3-dimensional scanner. A Konus inner and outer crown is designed on a computer and a real crown is machined based on this design using CAM. This method can save laboratory time and reduce inaccuracies compare to conventional casting procedure. A stone model with six prepared abutment teeth from a patient was used in this study. Three dimensional information from the model was transferred to a computer using a contact type 3-dimensional scanner with a $25{\mu}m$ accuracy. All margins were identified on a computer image where there is a change in surface taper of a model. To provide a cement space, the image of a inner sur face of a Konus inner crown was duplicated $25{\mu}m$ apart from the surface of a prepared abutment teeth image. The cement space was $20{\mu}m$ at the cervical margin. All Konus crowns were machined with a $10{\mu}m$ accuracy. It was concluded that this method can reduce working-time for the laboratory process and increase accuracy. A further research is required to make a simplified process for a more complex prosthesis.

        CAD/CAM으로 제작한 코누스내관의 변연적합

        This study was to evaluate the fabrication method and marginal adaptation of the conical inner crown fabricated with CAD/CAM. The informations on abutment teeth were transferred to a computer with a micro contact digitizer, which had a $50{\mu}m$ accuracy on the master die. A conical inner crown was designed on a computer and a real crown was machined based on this design using CAM. The marginal fit of a computer-machined conical inner crown was assessed using electron microscopy Measurement of the marginal gap between the conical inner crown and the abutment was performed on four different locations (mesial, distal, buccal, and lingual surfaces) of the finish line. The evaluation was based on 10 test specimens. The results were as follow. 1 The mean marginal gap between the conical inner crown and abutment tooth was $83.2{\pm}43{\mu}m$, 28.9% of the specimen showed marginal gap over $100{\mu}m$. 2. The fabrication method using CATRS and CAM provided clinically acceptable marginal fitness compared to conventional casting method (P<0.05).

      • 실내 열환경 쾌적 조성 및 에너지 효율 극대화를 위한 지능형 재실자 활동량 산출모델 개발

        본 연구는 실내 열환경의 쾌적 요소 중 하나인 재실자의 활동량(Metabolic rate, MET)을 산출하기 위한 지능형 MET 산출모델을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. MET 산출모델 개발을 위해 딥러닝을 적용하였으며 재실자의 실내 활동 이미지 상의 인체 관절 좌표를 학습하여 MET를 출력한다. MET 산출모델 개발은 총 3단계로 진행되었다. 1) 학습 이미지 데이터 구축, 2) 모델 구조 설정 및 학습, 3) 학습 성능 평가. 학습 결과, MET 산출모델의 최적 구조는 14개의 인체 주요 관절 좌표 (x,y) 값을 입력 받는 입력층, 4개의 은닉층 및 1개의 출력층으로 구성되며 최적 모델의 MET 산출 정확도는 82.03%이다. 결과적으로 MET 산출모델의 개발을 통해 실내 재실자의 MET 측정 가능성 확인 및 PMV 제어 기반을 마련하였다.

        We investigated the correlation between gadolinium enhanced MRI finding and swollen segments of facial nerve in patients with in Bell’s palsy and Ramsay-Hunt Syndrome. From 1995 to 2004, MRIs were performed on 13 patients with Bell’s palsy or Ramsay-Hunt syndrome. These patients were offered a surgical decompression of facial nerve through middle cranial fossa. They were evaluated by assessing the time to MRI and to operation after onset, the site of facial nerve enhancement, operative finding of facial nerve and initial/ postoperative severity of facial palsy. The swelling of some segments of facial nerve is found in patients with enhanced facial nerve in an MRI. In particular, the swelling of facial nerve is identified in all patients with enhanced facial nerves in the labyrinthine segment. Respectively, the swelling of geniculate ganglion and tympanic segment of the facial nerve accounts for 78% and 43% of patients with enhanced facial segment in an MRI, respectively (p<0.05). In summary, an MRI enhancement of facial nerves in Bell’s palsy and Ramsay-Hunt syndrome is well associated with the extent of intratemporal lesions in facial nerves.

      • 동결견 환자를 위한 PNF의 견갑골패턴과 유지 - 이완기법 적용이 관절가동범위와 통증에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to find the effects of scapular pattern and hold-relax technique of propriocetive neuromuscular facilitation(PNF) on the range of motion(ROM) and to find the effects of pain relieve through visual analogue scale(VAS) in frozen shoulder patients. The subjects were consisted of thirty frozen shoulder patients(men ; 9, women ; 21). The measurement of the shoulder range of motion was taken by measuring the degrees of flexion, abduction, and external rotation with a goniometer and the measurement of pain was performed by VAS from pre treatment to one to four weeks The results were as follows : 1. There was the statistical significance not only in the range of motion such as shoulder flexion, abduction, and external rotation, but also in VAS during four weeks(p<.05). 2. By the result of Scheffe's multiple comparison test. there was statistical significance between the values of pre treatment and treatment after one week in the range of motion of shoulder flexion. In that of shoulder external rotation, there was statistical significance between the values of pre treatment and treatment after one week, and between those of treatment after one and two weeks. As the result of this statistical significance of shoulder external rotation, the early treatment was thought to be more effective. However, there was statistical significance in the treatment after two and three weeks in shoulder abduction and was statistical significance between the values of pre treatment and the treatment after one weeks, and between those of treatment after two and three weeks in VAS (p<.05). 3. There was not statistical significance between men and women in the range of motion of the shoulder and in VAS(p>.05). 4. There not statistical significance between th right and left frozen shoulder patients in the range of motion of shoulder and in VAS(p>.05).

      • 현장타설 콘크리트궤도 시공 중 초기균열 저감을 위한 연구

        콘크리트궤도의 균열은 장기적인 내구성을 저하시키고 유지보수 시간 및 비용을 증가시키며, 철도 안전에 대한 사회적 논란을 유발시킬 수 있다. 본 논문은 현장타설 콘크리트궤도 양생 중에 강재 임시레일의 온도변화에 의해 유발되는 균열 저감 대책을 연구하였다. 이를 위해서 낮은 열팽창계수를 갖는 복합소재 임시레일 및 타설 직후 콘크리트 궤도를 두꺼운 포장재로 덮는 방법을 이용한 현장시험을 실시하여 초기 균열 발생 현황을 분석하였다. 그 결과 콘크리트궤도 양생 중 발생하는 초기 균열을 방지하기 위해서는 콘크리트 타설 직후 콘크리트궤도를 두꺼운 포장재를 덮어 레일의 온도변화를 최소화 하고, 가능한 이른 시간 내 임시레일을 해체하거나 기온변화가 없는 시기에 콘크리트를 타설하는 것이 콘크리트궤도 품질에 효과적인 요소임을 알 수 있었다. Cracks in concrete slab track have reduced long-term durability and increased the maintenance time and cost, and invoked the social controversy about railway safety. In this study, effective countermeasures are investigated to reduce cracks in concrete slab track caused by the temperature change of the temporary rail made from steel during on-site curing of concrete. The effectiveness to reduce the early age cracking is evaluated by adopting alternative methods: using temporary rails made from composite materials with low thermal expansion coefficient, and covering concrete slab track with thick packing sheets immediately after the casting of concrete. It is revealed from this research that efficient methods to reduce early age concrete cracking in concrete slab track are 1) minimize the temperature changes of rails by covering concrete slab track with thick packing sheets right after the casting of concrete, 2) disassemble of the temporary rails as soon as possible, and 3) cast concrete while temperature changes are insignificant.

        자유무역협정을 고려한 글로벌 공급사슬 네트워크 설계 최적화

        세계무역기구(WTO) 출범과 더불어 국제조약인 자유무역협정(FTA: Free Trade Agreements)가 확대됨에 따라 국가 간의 거래 및 비즈니스가 더욱 활성화되고 있다. 이러한 국제적 환경에서 최근 기업들의 해외진출이 확산되고 있는 추세이며 이들은 경쟁업체와의 제품 경쟁력을 갖기 위해 기술력은 물론 가격, 서비스 측면을 향상시키기 위해SCM(Supply Chain Management)과 물류 및 설비입지의 중요성을 인식하고 개선을 위한노력을 하고 있다. 무엇보다 제품의 비용과 서비스 경쟁력의 확보를 위해서는 적절한 생산설비 배치, 즉 글로벌 공급망 네트워크 설계가 필요하다. 한편, 글로벌 공급망 설계를 위해서는 기존의 공급망 네트워크에 영향을 미치는 운송비와 생산비를 포함하는 변동비, 고정비의 비용요소뿐 아니라 각 국가별 법인세(income tax)와 관세(import tax)를 고려한 세후이익 최대화를 고려하여 입지조건을 설계해야 한다. 또한, FTA로 인하여 국가 간 거래에서의 무관세 혜택이 늘어나고 있으나, 무관세 혜택의 핵심인 원산지 조건을 네트워크 설계 최적화의 핵심으로 고려해야 할 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 생산비, 운송비, 고정비와 같은 기존의 비용요소, 원산지조건을 만족으로 local contents rule에 의한 FTA관세혜택, 법인세와 관세를 고려하여 최적 글로벌 공급망 네트워크 설계에 관해 연구를 하고자 한다. 본연구의 결과로, 다국적기업이 FTA를 비롯한 글로벌 환경을 고려한 공급망 네트워크 설계를 통해 세후이익을 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 예상된다. As FTA (Free Trade Agreements) has been extended along with the launch of WTO, international transaction and business are greatly vitalized. Under this global condition, enterprises have recently extended to overseas markets. To obtain competitiveness for price of product and service, an appropriate production facility is essential, namely a design for global supply network. Meanwhile, the location requirement shall be designed not only considering maximizing after-tax profit regarding income tax and import tax of each country but also cost factors including transportation cost and production cost. Furthermore, there is a growing attention for the country of origin as the core of optimized network design due to tax exemption. Thus this paper is to study for an optimized global supply network design considering income tax, import tax and benefits of FTA by local contents rule to satisfy the country of origin as well as existing cost factors such as production, transportation and fixed cost. As the result of this paper, it is expected that global enterprises can improve after-tax profit through the supply network design which considers a global condition including FTA.
