        심리운동 관점의 산림치유 프로그램이 중년의 숲 경험에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 심리운동 관점의 산림치유 프로그램이 중년의 숲 경험 정도에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 진행되었다. 심리운동 관점으로 숲에서 산림치유적 요소를 적용하여 프로그램을 구성하였으며, 중년을 위한 심리운동 관점의 산림치유 프로그램이 숲 경험에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 연구하였다. 이를 위해 경험의 3가지 요소(인지적 자유, 내적 동기, 인지적 유능감)로 이루어진 총 9개 문항의 숲 경험척도를 이용하였다. 본 연구의 측정도구는 숲 경험척도로 2017년 김윤수가 개발한 9문항의 척도로 Deci와 Ryan의 자결성 이론을 근거로 하고 있다. 2019년 9월 2일~9월24일 40~60대 C시에 거주하는 성인을 대상으로 산림치유프로그램을 진행하였다. 1차에 2회기 1회기당 40분씩 총 12회기 심리운동관점의 산림치유 프로그램을 실시하였다. 심리운동 관점의 산림치유프로그램이 인간을 이해하고 환경에 적응하는 신체 기능에 대한 폭넓은 이해를 제시하고자 한다. This study was conducted to investigate the effect of a forest healing program from a psychomotor perspective on the forest experience level of middle-aged adults. The program was constructed by applying forest healing elements in the forest from a psychological exercise perspective, and the effect of a forest healing program from a psychological exercise perspective on the forest experience level of middle-aged adults was studied. This study used the Forest Experience Scale with a total of 9 items consisting of three elements of experience - cognitive freedom, intrinsic motivation, and cognitive competence. It was developed by Kim youn-soo in 2017 and based on Deci and Ryan’s theory of self-determination. From September 2 to September 24 in 2019, the forest healing program from the perspective was conducted for middle-aged adults living in the C city in their 40s and 60s. A total of 12 sessions were carried out, each session lasted for about 40 minutes and two sessions were conducted a day. This study attempted to present a broad understanding of the body s ability to understand humans and adapt to the environment through the forest healing program from a psychomotor perspective.

        다양한 생물반응기 형태가 인삼(Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer) 부정근의 생장과 Ginsenoside 생산에 미치는 영향

        생물반응기의 형태에 따른 인삼부정근의 생장과 ginsen-side의 생산능력에 대하여 조사한 결과, 원형의 상부와 하부에 5 cm의 bubble column을 가진 bulb type bubble bioreactor (BU)에서 건물중은 41.92 g으로 가장 많이 증가하였으며, cylindric tube bioreactor (CT)에서 건물중이 38.55g으로 가장 낮게 나타났다. 이들 두 생물반응기의 초기 kLa 값은 BU 생물반응기에서 6.98 h$^{-1}$로 가장 높게 측정되었고, 반대로 bubble column이 없는 CT 생물반응기에서 5.25 h$^{-1}$으로 가장 낮게 측정되었다. 그러나 이와 같은 초기 kLa값의 차이는 부정근내의 이차대사산물인 ginsenoside의 함량에는 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 BU 생물반응기에서 bubble column의 길이를 기존의 5 cm에서 10 cm로 연장시켰을 때, 초기 kLa값이 6.52 h$^{-1}$에서 7.80 h$^{-1}$로 증가하면서 인삼부정근의 생장을 42.13 g에서 50.30 g으로 약 16% 증가시킨 것으로 나타났다. The type of air lift bioreactor affected the root growth in ginseng adventitious root cultures. Among bioreactors used in this experiment, bulb type bubble bioreactor (BU) was the best to increase root growth (41.92 g dry weight). The kLa value representing the oxygen transfer capacity from medium to explants (6.98 h$^{-1}$ ) in BU with 5 cm bubble column was higher than other bioreactors. On the other hand, cylindric tube bioreactor (CT) without bubble column resulted in minimum root growth (38.55 g dry weight) and kLa value (5.25 h$^{-1}$ ). Furthermore, the root growth (50.30 g dry weight) in BU with 10 cm bubble column more increased than 5 cm bubble column. However, the kLa value do not affected the secondary metabolite such as ginsenosides. These results show that the bubble column in air lift bioreactor increase kLa value and increased kLa value stimulate the growth of ginseng adventitious roots.

        남아선호사상에 기반한 출생 성비에 관한 확률론적 고찰

        우리나라의 출생 성비는 자연 상태에서의 출생 성비(natural sex ratio at birth)로 추정되는 105를 초과하고 있는데, 그 원인 중 하나로 남아선호사상으로 인한 인위적인 출산이 있다(e.g. 임신중절 등). 본 연구에서는 임신 중절 없이 남아를 낳을 때까지만 출산을 하려는 가정(family)들의 존재가 출생 성비를 높이는 데에 기여하는지를 알아보기 위하여, 이러한 가정들과 출생 성비(sex ratio at birth)의 관계를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 남아 한 명을 낳을 때까지만 출산을 하려는 가정의 수가 무한으로 발산할수록 출생 성비는 자연 상태에서의 출생 성비에 확률적으로 수렴하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 즉, 남아를 낳을 때까지만 출산을 하려는 가정들의 존재는 출생 성비에 영향을 미치지 않음을 확인하였다. The sex ratio at birth of South Korea is exceeding the natural sex ratio at birth, which is estimated to be about 105. One of the reasons of high sex ratio at birth is due to sex-selective abortion which is caused by strong son preference. The main objective of this study is to identify whether the families which are trying to bear children only until they acquire one son contribute to high sex ratio at birth. As a result, we obtain the theorem that if the number of such families diverge, the sex ratio at birth converges to the natural sex ratio almost surely. Therefore, we conclude that the existence of the families which are trying to bear children only until they receive one son does not affect the sex ratio at birth.

        코로나 시대 이전과 이후의 구인·구직 및 중소기업의 변화 및 비교분석

        2019년 11월 17일, 중국 우한에서 당시 우한 바이러스라는 이름으로 한 폐렴 증상이 나타나는 감염병이 발발했다. 코로나19 (COVID-19)로 공식 명명됐으며 해당 바이러스가 전 세계 곳곳으로 퍼지면서 세계보건기구(WHO)는 감염병 최고 경고 등급인 "팬데믹(Pandemic)"을 선언을 하였다. 코로나19는 대한민국 역시도 큰 혼란에 빠뜨렸다. 이는 큰 감염자들을 낳았는데, 2020년 1월 20일에 첫 확진자가 발생했으며 여러 번의 파동을 겪으면서 감염자가 꾸준히 증가 중이고, 해가 지난 2021년도 역시 많은 코로나 확진자가 발생 중이다. 전 세계가 팬데믹 상황에 접어들면서 사람과 사람 사이에, 기업과 기업 사이에, 나라와 나라 사이에 벽이 생기면서 인간관계, 국내사업 및 산업, 해외산업까지 모든 성장이 멈추거나 하락하는 추세에 들어서면서 전반적인 사회가 많은 침체를 겪는 중이다. 이 중 우리나라의 모든 성장의 기본이 되는 중소기업과 사회에 진입하여 국가 발전에 이바지하려 하는 청년들은 구인 구직활동에 애를 먹고 있다. 코로나가 발생하기 전에도 구인·구직의 어려움이나 중소기업의 전망은 크게 좋지 못했다. 이런 상황에 코로나까지 발생하여 국가의 전반적인 경제상황이 좋지 않으니, 중소기업의 활력도 많이 감소하고, 전망도 좋지 않아 일자리도 줄여가고, 신입사원 채용도 꺼려하여 많은 어려움이 있다. 본 연구에서는 2019년을 코로나 시대 이전, 2020년을 코로나 시대 이후로 두고 코로나 시대 이전과 이후의 중소기업과 전반적 구인·구직 활동에 대해 평균 차이분석을 통해 비교해보고, 상관분석을 통해 영향을 미치고 있는지에 대해 분석한다. 이를 통해 중소기업의 전망을 우선적으로 높인 이후 기업과 정부의 정책을 통해 구인 구직을 늘리는 방향을 제시한다. On November 17, 2019, an infectious disease with symptoms of pneumonia, called the Wuhan virus at the time, occurred in Wuhan, China. Since then, the name has been changed to COVID-19, and the virus has spread all over the world, and the WHO has declared the highest warning level for infectious diseases, "Pandemic". The coronavirus has also caused great confusion in South Korea. This resulted in large infected people.The first confirmed cases occurred on January 20, 2020, and the number of infected patients is steadily increasing after experiencing several waves, and many corona confirmed cases are also occurring in 2021 after the year. As the whole world enters a pandemic, walls are created between people and people, companies and businesses, and countries and countries, and all growth stops or declines, including human relationships, domestic companies and industries, and foreign industries. As a result, society in general is experiencing a lot of stagnation. Among them, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), which are the basis of all growth in Korea, and youth who are trying to contribute to the national development by entering society, are struggling to find jobs. Even before the coronavirus outbreak, the difficulty of job hunting and the prospect of small and medium-sized businesses were not very good. In this situation, as the country's overall economic situation is poor, the vitality of SMEs has decreased a lot, the prospects are not good, so jobs are reduced, and there are many difficulties due to reluctance to hire new employees. In this study, with 2019 before the corona era and 2020 after the corona era, we compare SMEs before and after the corona era and overall job search and job search activities through average difference analysis, and whether they are affecting through correlation analysis. Through this, it suggests a direction to increase job search through corporate and government policies after raising the prospects of SMEs first.

        Oncoplastic breast reduction using the short scar periareolar inferior pedicle reduction technique

        After a partial mastectomy, large or ptotic breasts can be reconstructed using breast reduction techniques. Wise-pattern reduction is typically used to remove masses in any quadrant of the breast, but this technique leaves a large inverted T-shaped scar. Instead, the short scar periareolar inferior pedicle reduction (SPAIR) technique involves a periareolar line and does not result in a scar along the inframammary fold (IMF). A 49-year-old patient with macromastia and severely ptotic breasts was diagnosed with invasive cancer of the left breast. Her large breasts caused pain in her back, shoulders, and neck. She also expressed concern about postsurgical scarring along the IMF. In light of this concern, we chose the SPAIR technique, and we designed and performed the procedure as described by Hammond. During surgery, we removed 36 g of breast tumor and 380 g of breast parenchyma from the left breast. To establish symmetry, we also removed 410 g of tissue from the right breast. Postoperatively, the patient reported satisfaction regarding the reduction mammaplasty and, in particular, noted decreased back, shoulder, and neck pain. In summary, we used the SPAIR technique to achieve oncologic and aesthetic success in a patient with macromastia and a tumor located lateral to the nipple-areolar complex.

        귀용탕(歸茸湯) 투여(投與)가 가토(家兎)의 골수조직(骨髓組織)에 미치는 효과(效果)

        The author trying to find out the effects of Kwi Ryong decoction in rabbits, compared with before depleting group, after depleting group, in administered by decoction, before and after depleting group in administered by decoction continuously, and deployed group in admistered by in the experimental depleting of heart in rabbits this results were as follows; 1) The blood-making action of bone-marrow in experimental group was higher than the control group. 2) The recovery situation in before the deploying-group was higher than the after depleting-group. 3) The blood-making action in administered group by permanent case was higher than in administered group by temporary case. The effects of Kwi Ryong decoction showed blood-making action in bone-marrow regardless before and after depleting group.

        Cycloheximide 가 취장 소화효소 활성에 미치는 영향

        These experiments were designed to assess the dietary-induced depletion and repletion of pancreatic enzymes mediating the adaptation of rat pancreas to the substitution of 5% casein diet for a normal diet of 18% casein and the substitution of 18% casein normal diet for a 5% casein diet which causes the pancreatic enzymes of chymotrypsinogen, trypsinogen, amylase and lipase to decrease remarkably during the 2∼4 weeks feeding period. Pancreatic chymotrypsinogen, trypsinogen and amylase of the rat`s (feeding) normal diet were severely depressed by one dose of intraperitoneal injection of cycloheximide (1㎍/gm of body weight) which is believed to be a specific inhibition of peptide bond formation. However, lipase was not affected at all by this treatment. The pancreatic enzymes of the rat fed with 5% casein diet for 4 weeks were depressed but when the 5% casein diet was substituted to a 18% casein diet the repletion of pancreatic enzymes was remakable. However, the repletion of chymotrypsinogen, trypsinogen and amylase was prevented or even more depressed when 1 ㎍/gm of body weight of cycloheximide was injected intraperitoneally, daily during the period of 18% normal casein diet feeding. The only exception was lipase which recovered to normal enzyme level in the same as noncyclohe ximide treated rats. These results indicate that the enzymatic repletion and depletion of the pancreatic enzymes in the diet are not similar to each other and are entirely different in the case of lipase, even though these pancreatic enzymes are found in identical tissues of the rat.

        스마트 제조를 위한 베어링 결함 예지 정비 데이터셋 구축

        In manufacturing sites, bearing fault in eletrically driven motors cause the entire system to shut down. Stopping the operation of this environment causes huge losses in time and money. The reason of this bearing defects can be various factors such as wear due to continuous contact of rotating elements, excessive load addition, and operating environment. In this paper, a motor driving environment is created which is similar to the domestic manufacturing sites. In addition, based on the established environment, we propose a dataset for bearing fault detection by collecting changes in vibration characteristics that vary depending on normal and defective conditions. The sensor used to collect the vibration characteristics is Microphone G.R.A.S. 40PH-10. We used various machine learning models to build a prototype bearing fault detection system trained on the proposed dataset. As the result, based on the deep neural network model, it shows high accuracy performance of 92.3% in the time domain and 98.3% in the frequency domain.
