IT산업의 연구개발 지출에 대한 자본화가 이익관리에 미치는 영향

[Purpose]This study examines the impacts of capitalization of research and development(R&D) expenditures on earnings management in information technology(IT) firms. [Methodology]Earnings management is proxied by discretionary accruals(DAJ) estimated using the version of modified Jones(Dechow et al. 1995) and real earnings management activities (RM) by Roychowdhury(2006). The test sample consists of 266 firm-year data with R&D expenditures, selected from the KOSPI listed companies of the fiscal year during 2005-2015. [Findings]The results of the correlation, mean difference tests and multi regression analysis show that the capitalization of R&D has significantly positive influence on DA and RM. This means that the capitalization of R&D in information technology firms is related to the increasing earnings. [Implications]This study can contribute to suggesting the intention of boosting earnings through the capitalization of R&D in information technology firms that are greatly influenced by R&D activities. [연구목적]본 연구는 IT산업에서 연구개발 지출의 자산처리가 이익조정에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. [연구방법]이익조정의 대용변수는 수정 Jones 모형으로 추정한 재량적발생액과 실질활동에 의한 이익조정 변수의 합계치를 활용하였다. 2005년부터 2015년까지 코스피시장에 등록되어 있는 12월 결산법인 중 연구개발 관련 지출이 있는 IT기업 266개 표본을 검증대상으로 하였다. [연구결과]상관분석, 평균차이분석, 다중회귀분석 결과, 자산으로 회계처리된 연구개발 지출은 이익조정 변수에 유의한 양(+)의 설명관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 IT산업에서의 연구개발 관련 지출이 자산으로 처리될 경우, 이익의 상향조정과 관련성이 높다는 것을 의미한다. [연구의 시사점]본 연구는 연구개발 지출이 기업의 존속에 지대한 영향을 미치고 있는 IT산업에 한정하여, 연구개발 지출의 자본화가 이익조정에 활용되었는지를 검증한 연구결과를 제시하는데 의의가 있다고 본다.

미래기술 IT인문학 융복합 교육모델 설계 및 실증

Humanities are as crucial as the technology itself in the intelligent information society. Human-centered convergence information technology (IT), which reflects emotional and human nature, can be considered a unique technology with an optimistic outlook in the unpredictable future. Based on this research background, this paper proposed an education model that can improve the IT humanities capabilities of various learners, including elementary and secondary students, prospective teachers, incumbent teachers, school managers, and the general public, through analysis of previous studies on convergence education models. Furthermore, the practical aspects of the proposed model were closely examined so that the proposed education model could be stably incorporated and utilized in the educational field. There are seven strategies for implementing the education model proposed in this paper, including research on textbooks, teaching and learning materials, activation of research results, maker space creation, global joint research, online education operation, developing living lab governance, and diversification of self-sustaining platforms for sustainable and practical education. In the future, validity verification through expert Delphi is required as a follow-up study. 본 지능정보사회에서 인문학은 기술 자체만큼이나 중요성을 지닌다. 감성적이고 인간성을 반영한 인간 중심의 융복합 정보기술(IT)은 예측하기 어려운 미래 시대에 낙관적 전망을 가진 독보적 기술이라 할 수 있다. 이러한 연구 배경에 따라 본 논문은 융복합 교육모델들에 관한 선행연구 분석을 통해 초·중등학생, 예비교원, 현직교원, 학교 관리자, 일반인 등 여러 학습자의 IT인문학 역량을 제고할 수 있는 교육을 구성할 수 있는 교육모델을 제안하였다. 나아가, 제안하는 모델의 실천적 측면을 면밀히 고찰하여 제안하는 교육모델이 교육 현장에 안정적으로 접목되고 활용될 수 있도록 하였다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 교육모델의 실천 전략은 총 7가지로 교재 및 교수·학습자료 연구, 연구 성과의 대중적 확산 활동 및 교육 연계 활동의 활성화, 메이커 스페이스 조성, 글로벌 공동연구, 온라인 교육 운영, 리빙랩 거버넌스 구축, 지속 가능한 실천 교육을 위한 자생플랫폼 다각화 등을 포함한다. 향후 전문가 Delphi를 통한 타당도 검증이 후속 연구로 요구된다.

창의 스토리텔링 기법을 활용한 창의 융복합 교원 연수 교재의 개발과 실증

창의성에 대한 개념과 그 정의는 일찍이 여러 연구자에 의해 연구되어왔으나, 유례없던 감염병이 등장하면서 창의성은 최근 학계에서 더욱 주목을 받고 있다. 이는 변화에 대응하여 이전에 없었던 것을 창조하는 능력이 생존의 필수 역량이 되었기 때문이다. 이에 본 논문은 창의교육에 관한 다양한 선행연구 분석을 통해 현장 교사의 선제적인 창의성 신장을 목적으로 창의교육 실천적 전략 모형을 기반으로 교원 연수에 활용할 수 있는 창의성 교재를 제안한다. 제안된 교재는 창의적 스토리텔링 기법을 활용하여 정보 보안 원리를 교수할 수 있도록 구성하였으며, 교재를 활용한 교원 연수에서 교재를 통한 교원의 창의성 변화를 확인하기 위해 독창성, 유창성, 정교성, 종합력, 조직성 요인으로 구성된 40개의 문항으로 검사를 진행하였고, 모든 요인이 유의미하게 향상되었으므로 교재의 효과가 입증되었다고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구에서 개발된 교재는 교원들의 현장 교육 활용성을 높였다는데에 그 의의가 있으며, 본 논문이 창의 융합 교재 개발에 시사점을 제공하여 향후 관련 연구가 활발히 이루어지기를 기대한다. Several researchers in the early days have studied the concept of creativity and its definition, but with the emergence of an unprecedented infectious disease, creativity attracts more attention in the academic world these days. It is because the ability to respond to change and create something that did not exist before has become an essential competency for survival. Therefore, we proposes a creativity textbook that can be used for teacher training based on a creative education practical strategy model for the purpose of enhancing the creativity of teachers in the field through analysis of various prior studies on creative education. And also, we developed the textbook to teach the principles of information security using creative storytelling techniques. In the teacher training using the textbook, the survey was conducted with 40 questions consisting of originality, fluency, elaboration, synthesis and organization factors in order to confirm the change in the teacher's creativity, and all factors were significantly improved. The textbooks developed in this study are meaningful in that it has increased the utilization of teachers' field education. We hope that this thesis will provide implications for the development of creative fusion textbooks, and related research will be actively conducted in the future.

마우스 모델에서 annexin V 결합에 의한 보툴리눔 독소 항체의 중화능 증가

Botulism is a neuroparalytic illness caused by the exotoxin of Clostridium botulinum. Although equine antitoxin or human immunoglobulin has been used for the treatment of botulism, development of a new antibody therapeutics is required to minimize side effects. We designed an apoptotic cell-targeting protein complex to link Annexin V to Phosphatidylserine (PS) on the host’s apoptotic cells to enhance Botulinum Toxin (BoNT) neutralization. The apoptotic cell-targeting protein complex is composed of biotinylated H9-6 antibody (bH9-6) that specifically binds to heavy chain of BoNT/A and Streptavidin- Linker-fused Annexin V protein (StAv-L-Annexin V) that targets the PS of host’s apoptotic cells. In the mouse model, bH9-6- StAv-L-Annexin V complex completely protected mice against 5 LD50 of BoNT/A, whereas the bH9-6 antibody-treated group did not show any neutralizing ability. These results suggest that bH9-6-StAv-L-Annexin V complex might enhance BoNT/A neutralization by binding to apoptotic cells. Further study is required to clarify the exact clearance mechanism. 보툴리눔 독소증은 Clostridium botulinum균의 외독소에 의한 신경 마비성 질환으로 치료를 위해서 마항독소 또는 면 역글로블린이 사용되고 있지만, 부작용 등을 최소화하기 위한 새로운 항체 치료제 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 보툴리 눔 독소 A 중쇄에 특이적으로 결합하는 H9-6 단클론항체와 숙 주의 자연사멸세포를 표적으로 하는 Annexin V 단백질을 연 결하여 복합체(bH9-6-StAv-L-Annexin V)를 형성하였고 보 툴리눔 독소 A와 함께 마우스에 투여 후 중화능을 평가하였다. 그 결과 마우스 모델에서 bH9-6 단클론항체를 단독으로 투여 한 경우 5 LD50의 보툴리눔 독소 A에 대한 중화능은 보이지 않 은 반면 bH9-6-StAv-L-Annexin V 복합체를 주사한 마우스는 모두 생존하는 것을 확인하였다. 이와 같은 결과는 bH9-6- StAv-L-Annexin V 복합체가 자연사멸세포에 결합함으로써 보툴리눔 독소 A에 대한 중화능을 증가시킬 수 있음을 시사한 다. 향후 정확한 제거 기전을 규명하기 위한 추가 연구가 필요 할 것으로 사료된다.

초등 현직교원의 인공지능·디지털 역량 강화를 위한 자격인증제도 지원 전략에 관한 논의 및 분석

본 논문은 디지털 인재양성을 위한 교원교육이 중요해짐에 따라 초등 현직교원의 인공지능(AI)·디지털 역량 강화를 위하여 자격인증제도 지원 전략을 제안하고 이에 대한 논의를 분석하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 국내외 AI·디지털 관련 교원 자격인증에 관한 선행연구를 살펴보고 자격인증제도의 지원 전략을 일차적으로 수립했으며, 전국 현직교원 5000여 명을 대상으로 필요도에 관한 설문 조사를 시행했고, 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, 사후 분석을 통해 교원들의 응답을 분석했다. 교원들은 최소 평균 3.67 이상으로 필요도에 답했으며, 배경변인별 응답의 차이가 있었다. 교원 설문 조사를 바탕으로 지원 전략을 중점, 세부과제로 구성하였으며, 전문가 15인을 대상으로 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 응답 결과는 내용타당도비율, 합의도, 수렴도, 안정도로 분석되었고, 교원과 전문가들의 주관식 응답은 텍스트 마이닝과 오피니언 마이닝을 통해 분석했다. 전문가들은 제안된 세부 전략은 체계적으로 구성되었으나 제도 도입 자체에 우려를 표했다. 따라서, 자격인증제도의 당위성 및 실효성에 관한 후속 연구가 요구된다. 본 논문은 디지털 100만 인재 양성을 실현하기 위한 구체적인 지원 전략 관련 연구이며 향후 정책결정에 시사점을 제공할 수 있는 기초 연구로 그 의의가 있다.

국제 바칼로레아를 접목한 창의적 스토리텔링 교재 교육 효과 분석

첨단 기술과 소프트웨어의 중요성이 부각되는 4차 산업 혁명 시대에는 단편적 지식의 습득으로 이루어진 3차 산업 시대의 교육에서 탈피해야 한다는 목소리가 높아짐에 따라, 인간과 미래에 대해 깊이 사유하고 인류 전체에 기여할 수 있는 창의적 인간을 길러내는 교육이 요구된다. 본 논문은 제주대학교 과학기술사회연구센터에서 개발한 『혼자서도 쉽게 하는 창의 스토리텔링』 교재에 접목된 창의적 스토리텔링 교수법 활용 교육에 적용할 수 있도록 국제 바칼로레아 의 지향점에 따라 분석한 핵심 역량 및 평가를 도입할 수 있는 방안을 제안하고 이에 대한 교육적 함의를 고찰하여 교육적 효과를 분석하고자 한다. 또한, IB를 접목하여 제안된 핵심역량, 평가 기준 및 그 방안을 기존 수업에 유연하게 적용하여 활용의 기회를 확대하도록 하였다. 본 논문으로 국내 IB 도입에 긍정적 가능성을 여는데 도움이 되길 바라며, 나아가 국제적으로 인정받는 창의 융합 인재 양성에 기여할 것으로 기대한다. In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, where the importance of cutting-edge technology and software is highlighted, there is a growing need for education to think deeply about humans and the future and foster creative human beings who can contribute to the whole of humanity. This paper proposes a plan to introduce core competencies and evaluations analyzed according to international Baccalaureate orientation so that it can be applied to education using creative storytelling applied to the 『Creative storytelling class that is easy even by yourself』 textbook developed by the Science and Technology in Society Research Center at Jeju University. Furthermore, the proposed core competencies, evaluation criteria, and their measures were applied flexibly to existing classes by incorporating IBs to expand utilization opportunities. I hope this paper will help open up positive possibilities for introducing domestic IBs, and further fostering internationally recognized creative convergence talent.
