MEMS 부품 제조를 위한 나노 리소그래피 공정의 3차원 분자동력학 해석

The atomic force microscopy (AFM) based lithographic technique has been used directly to machine material surface and fabricate nano components in MEMS (micro electro mechanical system). In this paper, three-dimensional molecular dynamics (MD) simulations have been conducted to evaluate the characteristic of deformation process at atomistic scale for nano-lithography process. Effects of specific combinations of crystal orientations and cutting directions on the nature of atomistic deformation were investigated. The interatomic force between diamond tool and workpiece of copper material was assumed to be derived from the Morse potential function. The variation of tool geometry and cutting depth was also evaluated and the effect on machinability was investigated. The result of the simulation shows that crystal plane and cutting direction significantly influenced the variation of the cutting forces and the nature of deformation ahead of the tool as well as the surface deformation of the machined surface.
PL법 환경하에서 열 충격에 따른 전력케이블의 재료분석 및 사고위험성

It is impossible to database(DB) the patterns of power cable events and cause analysis of faulted cable because the product liability(PL) law have been enforced in Korea, since 2002. In additions, simulation and pattern of power cable events are needed for DB system under accelerated deterioration. In this paper, we tested for resistance to cracking of cable below the 22.9㎸ class due to thermal stresses. This method of exam is following IEC 60811-3-1(Common test methods for insulating and sheathing materials of electric cables). From the results, The 22.9㎸ calss A power cable was discolored on the surface and significantly reduced in the longitudinal direction. As the thermal weight properties of A power cable was definitely varied, we are able to guess the problem of manufacture. If the cable was defect by the manufacture, the victims would be able to claim for damage in the PL system.
배전급 케이블 종단부의 결점이 전기적 특성에 미치는 영향

본 논문은 모의된 시공불량에 따른 결점을 가진 배전급 종단부의 전기적인 사고에 대하여 실험적으로 조사한 것을 나타낸다. 실험에 조립형과 열수축형인 두 개의 종단재를 사용하였다. 우리는 시공불량에 따른 모의 결점을 가진 케이블 종단부를 제작하여 교류 및 임펄스 내전압 시험과 같은 절연 특성을 고찰하였다. 두께 감소나 하우징의 스트레스콘과 반도전층 사이의 틈과 같은 결점의 영향에 대하여 연구하였다. 절연체의 두께 감소 시 교류 절연파괴 강도는 급격히 감소하였고 이 절연체의 절연파괴 흔적은 타원형으로 나타났다. 스트레스콘과 반도전층 사이의 틈은 절연내력애 매우 나쁜 영향을 주었다. 열수축형에서, 교류 절연파괴 전압은 가열 시간이 짧을 때 낮아졌다. This paper introduces experimental investigates of an electrical accident of the distributing cable termination with simulated a shoddy construction. We prepared two termination kites, one is built-in type, the other is heat contraction type. Also, we manufactured cable termination that have simulated defect by badness construction and investigated their insulation characteristics such as ac (35[㎸], 1[min]) and impulse (95[㎸], 1.2×50[㎲]) withstand test. The influence of defects such as thickness decrease, the gap between stress-con of housing and semiconductor and heating time on insulating properties of the termination have been studied. The thickness decrease of an insulator decreases ac breakdown strength suddenly and the breakdown traces of the insulator that is damaged by knife displayed elliptic shape. The gap of between stress-con and semiconductor deteriorates dielectric strength of insulator seriously. In heat contraction type, the ac breakdown voltage became low when the heating time is short.

Gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST) are the most common mesenchymal tumors of the digestive tracts that usually arise in the stomach and small intestine. Recent studies, suggest that they originate from gastrointestinal pacemaker cells (interstitial cell of Cajal). In most cases symptoms are nonspecific and diagnosis is achieved incidentally after radiologic evaluation. Some patients initially present with obscure GI bleeding and are diagnosed after sugical intervention. We report a patient who presented with hematochezia who was diagnosed preoperatively with gastrointestinal stromal tumor of the jejunum by double-balloon enteroscopy and multi-directional computed tomogram.
