In this study, compressive strength and setting time properties of concrete depending on the presence or absence of premix cement and CGS were analyzed as part of a study on the development of hydration heat reduction method through upper and lower mixing of mass concrete. As a result, the upper mix is the best in the two levels of premix-type cement ESC and SESC, and the lower mix is considered the most effective to apply TBC and CGS replacement concrete.

This study is to investigate the temperature history over time of the cement mortar to confirm the bubble sheet insulation effect using the heat generat sheet. As a result of the experiment, it was confirmed that the heating effect was 6℃ higher on average than other types of sheets when the heating sheet is attached on the bottom of the double layered bubble sheet. For future research, it is planned to verify the heating performance by using the heating sheet under the same environmental conditions as the heating performance will be verified.

본 연구에서는 CGS를 잔골재로 치환하여 프리믹스 시멘트 종류 변화에 따른 콘크리트의 물리적인 특성을 확인하고자 하였다. 분석결과 CGS를 치환함에 따라 고성능 감수제 사용량이 감소하고 AE제 사용량은 증가하였다. CGS는 압축강도에 큰 영향을 미치지 않음을 확인할 수 있었다. In this study, Coal gasification slag(CGS) was replaced with fine aggregate to verify the physical properties of the concrete according to the change in cement type. As a result of the study, the use of CGS resulted in a decrease of superplasticizer and an decrease of AE agent. CGS did npt affect the compressive strength remarkably.

This study examines the performance of the pre-treatment process system to use CGS, a by-product generated in IGCC, as a concrete fine aggregate for construction materials, on the quality of CGS fine aggregate. As a result of the analysis, it is judged that the quality of fine aggregates of CGS can be improved at both density, absorption rate, and 0.08mm body passage amount after the hydroelectric screening process using water as a medium during the pretreatment process. It is believed that it can be used as basic data for national standard certification of CGS fine aggregates in the future.

As part of the study on the development of the setting time estimation system, this study attempted to confirm the change in hardness values for each influencing factor variable and secure its reliability. According to the research results of this paper, the hardness value of the setting time estimation system tended to gradually decrease in the case of the hardness value of the closing time by curing temperature, and the hardness value increased in the concrete state compared to mortar. Therefore, further research on influencing factors will be conducted in consideration of material and statistical factors in the future.

In this study, This is the result of thermal characteristics analysis to suggest an efficient method of using coal gasification slag(CGS) of byproduct from integrated gasification combined cycle(IGCC). In Specific Heat characteristics, CGS and CS showed similar values. Isothermal Conduction Calorimetry showed that the hydration reaction of cement was retarded when CGS was used. Therefore, it is expected that CGS will be used as an efficient alternative to reducing the hydration heat of mass concrete as a functional aggregate combination.

This study is attempted to propose an appropriate number of measurements by checking and statistically analyzing the change in hardness according to the number of measurements. As a result, there was no significant difference between the 20th and 30th data, and in the 10th case, the effect on errors occurring during measurement was found to be dominant. Therefore, as the number of measurements, proposing 20 times in consideration of the convenience of use. In addition, in order to minimize the effect on the measurement error, it is proposed to remeasure the surface mane of the measurement surface and the test value in which the error occurs on the average of the test values.

In this study, adiabatic temperature rise of concrete depending on binder compositions and CGS contents is studied to provide informations for CGS low-heating aggregate and mixture designs for upper and lower placement lifts. Test nresults indicate that it is desirable to apply the combination of binders between top and bottom lift. For top lift, SESC or ESC is recommended, and for bottom lift, FAC+CGS 50 % is good for material composition.

This study attempted to study the setting time and compressive strength according to the sugar type through XRD. Setting time was found to be delayed the most when mixing white sugar, and setting time was promoted when mixing Saccharin and Aspartame. It was found that when white sugar and Grosvener siraitia were mixed, the compressive strength was higher than that of Control. Aspartame the age passed, C<sub>3</sub>S decreased and Ca(OH)<sub>2</sub> increased.

The flow around a ROV (Remotely Operated Vehicle) has been numerically investigated to improve resistance performance by modifying the hull form of the ROV. For the base hull form considered ill this study, the form drag rather than the friction drag is dominant to the total drag. Subsequently, the surfaces on which the local pressure highly acts have been modified to produce the streamlined-shape. Based on the surface modification, seven different hull forms have been chosen as candidates for drag reduction. Among the candidates, the semi-sphericalized housing and the streamlined-bow achieved greatest drag reduction comparing with the others. Consequently, tue hull form combined with the semi-sphericalized housing and tile streamlined-bow gave approximately 17% drag reduction at the design velocityof 3 knots.
