In this study, Coal gasification slag(CGS) was replaced with fine aggregate to verify the physical properties of the concrete according to the change in cement types. As a result of the study, the use of CGS resulted in a decrease of superplasticizer and an decrease of AE agent. In addition, when 50% of mixed cement and CGS were replaced, the initial strength expression was delayed, and the strength enhancing effect was judged to be weak.

In this study, compressive strength and setting time properties of concrete depending on the presence or absence of premix cement and CGS were analyzed as part of a study on the development of hydration heat reduction method through upper and lower mixing of mass concrete. As a result, the upper mix is the best in the two levels of premix-type cement ESC and SESC, and the lower mix is considered the most effective to apply TBC and CGS replacement concrete.

This study analyzed the basic characteristics of mortar using CGS modified by pretreatment. As a result of the analysis, it was found that CGS after reforming can be partially replaced with fine aggregates to solve the existing air volume reduction problem when used, and can contribute positively in terms of securing fluidity and improving strength. Therefore, it is considered necessary to verify as a functional material of CGS through concrete durability experiments as a future task.

본 연구는 정규 확률도를 활용하여 양생온도 변화에 따라 개량형 Durometer의 경도치에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 하였다. 실험결과 5, 20℃의 경우 양생온도에 대한 영향이 적은 것으로 나타났지만, 35℃의 경우 양생온도 조건이 측정치에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다 This study was conducted to confirm the effect of the Modified Durometer on the initial and final hardness values according to the change in curing temperature. As a result of the experiment, it is considered that the best measurement result can be derived by measuring the condensation time at a curing temperature of 20°C. However, in the case of 5, 35°C, a relatively high degree of dispersion was exhibited, but the reliability of the measured value was insufficient. It is considered difficult to judge.
