The purpose of this research service, the quality of public sports facilities, customer satisfaction, facilities, image, customer loyalty was to investigate the relationship. The target population was the people who have participated in a program by youth center of a private organization that was entrusted by the City of Seoul. 300 peoples, who are high school students or older and have participated in a program for at least 3 months, were selected from the top 3 ranking autonomous regions, 100 of them from each region; the top 3 ranking autonomous regions are Mapo-Gu, Eunpyeong-Gu, and Guncheom-Gu of Gang-Seo Area. Out of 300 hundred people that were initially selected, 292 people were determined to be suitable for the research, thus selected to be the final data. PASW 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 were used for data processing. After processing the data, it was tested for goodness of fit test, then the hypothesis were tested. The results are following: First, the program, faculty had a noticeable impact on customer satisfaction. Second, the main facilities and leader which had a noticeable impact on facilities images. Third, customer satisfaction had a noticeable impact on facilities images. Fourth, customer satisfaction had a noticeable impact on customer loyalty. Fifth, facilities images had a noticeable impact on customer loyalty.

This study had been performed to analyze flushing effects for instantaneous contaminants input with changing dam discharge in River. RMA-2 and RMA-4 models were applied to the downstream part of the Han River(from Jamsil submerged weir to Singok submerged one) The longitudinal dispersion coefficient of $50m^2/s$ was used. The four cases of dam discharges were selected as $500m^3/s,\;1000m^3/s,\;1500m^3/s$ and $2000m^3/s$, respectively, for 1 hour. The drought flow was fixed $200m^3/s$ in the Han River. The arrival time and the concentration of contaminant, the area of dispersion were estimated with RMA-4 model in the downstream part of the Han River. The arrival time which the concentration of contaminants become under 1ppm was analyzed with the stagnant and the instantaneous inflow contaminant at the section of Sungsan Bridge. The more increasing a dam discharge, the more short a dilution time of contaminant. The relation between the dam discharge and dilution time shows linearity. The instantaneous contaminant input was sensitively affected by the dam discharge than the stagnant contaminant one in the river. If it is tried to flush with a temporally increased dam discharge, it should be understood the range of overflowed contaminant dispersion from main channel to tributary channel. 본 연구에서는 갈수시 하천에 순간적으로 유입되는 오염물질에 대해 댐방류량 변화에 따른 플러싱 효과를 분석하였다. 한강하류부(잠실수중보${\sim}$신곡수중보)에 RMA-2 및 RMA-4 모형을 적용하였으며, 유로특성을 반영할 수 있도록 종확산계수는 $50m^2/s$을 사용하였다. 댐방류량은 1시간동안 $500m^3/s,\;1000m^3/s,\;1500m^3/s,\;2000m^3/s$로 변화시켰으며, 갈수시 유량은 $200m^3/s$로 고정하였다. 정체되어 있는 경우와 순간적으로 유입되는 경우, 성산대교 부근에서 농도가 1ppm 이하로 떨어지는 시간을 각 유량별로 분석하였다. 댐방류량이 증가할수록 희석시간이 단축되는 것을 알 수 있었고, 댐방류량과 희석시간이 선형관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 순간적으로 유입된 오염물질이 정체된 오염물질의 경우보다 댐방류량에 민감하게 영향을 받으며, 댐방류량에 의한 플러싱을 시도할 경우에는 본류의 오염물질이 지류로 역류하는 범위를 파악할 수 있었다.
수종의 피부질환에서 Transglutaminase K 발현에 대한 연구

To understand the role of Transglutaminase K(TGase K) in skin diseases, the expression of TGase K protein was studied in hyperkeratotic inflammatory skin diseases, and in several different kinds of benign and malignant skin tumors. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the TGase K protein with a new anti-human TGase K polyclonal antibody. This antibody showed the same immuno- histochemical staining pattern as in previously published immunofluorescence data with the exception that the immunohistochemical stain showed a slightly weaker stain in the granular layer. However, the staining intensity was decreased in psoriasis, which is opposite for results obtained with the widely used TGase K monoclonal antibody B.C1. In other hyperkeratotic inflammatory skin diseases, like pityriasis rubra pilaria, lichen planus, and pityriasis rosea, the staining patterns were similar while the staining intensity was decreased, compared to normal epidermis. Squamous cell carcinoma showed a diffuse staining pattern in tumor cells with a small intensity increase in well differentiated tumor cells. However, in actinic keratosis and Bowen's disease, which are thought to be precursors of squamous cell carcinoma, the staining intensity was weak. The tumor cells of basal cell carcinoma, malignant melanoma, and seborrheic keratosis showed a weak staining intensity. (Korean J Dermatol 1998;36(3): 399-406)
