실험적 골 병소에 대한 콘빔형전산화단층영상과 초음파영상의 비교

Purpose : This study was performed to evaluate the diagnostic ability of ultrasonography in detection of bone defects and new bone formation. Materials and Methods : Experimental bony defects were prepared on the parietal bone samples acquired from 3.5 kg New Zealand male rabbits. The defects were evaluated using ultrasonography and CBCT, and examined histologically at interval of 1, 3, 6, and 8 weeks. Results : Ultrasonograph demonstrated hyperechogenicity in the defect area at 3 weeks and broadened hyperechogenicity from the margin of bone defect at 6 and 8 weeks due to new bone formation. On the CBCT images, new bone formation was first observed at 3 weeks around the margin of the defect, and showed gradually increase at 6 and 8 weeks. Histologic findings revealed existence of the fibroblasts and fibrous connective tissue with abundant capillary vessels only at 1 week, but osteoid tissue and newly formed trabecular bone at 3 weeks. Bone remodeling in the defect area was observed at 6 weeks and increased calcification and dense trabecular bone formation was observed at 8 weeks. Conclusions : Ultrasonograph proved to be a very useful diagnostic tool in detecting the bony defect and new bone formation. Additionally, ultrasonography provided valuable information regarding the blood supply around the defect area.

키프레임 기법은 수작업에 의존하기 때문에 제작 시간이 길고 캐릭터 표현에 있어서 인간과 생물체의 움직임을 잘 알고 있어야 자연스러운 동작을 만들 수 있지만 이는 애니메이터에게 있어서 매우 어려운 작업이다. 반면, 모션캡쳐 기술은 실시간으로 각 관절부를 움직이는데 필요한 정보들이 동시에 수집되어 매우 복잡하거나 움직임이 빠른 동작도 실시간 제어로 자연스럽게 표현할 수 있다. 하지만 애니메이션의 특성상 좀 더 과장된 표현과 동작, 재미있는 코믹한 표현 등을 강조하고자 하는 영상표현에 있어서는 키프레임이 모션캡쳐보다 더 뛰어날 수 있기 때문에 모션캡쳐와 키프레임의 장점을 서로 보완한다면 하이 퀄리티 영상물을 제작할 수 있다.

In a previous study, an additional oil separator for oil recovery in a hybrid heat pump using ammonia/water solution is suggested. Oil droplets distributed homogeneously in the oil separator rise by buoyancy and form a thin film when oil droplets reached a cone surface. In this study, to simulate a separation process of lubricating oil, numerical simulations using a fluid film model have been carried out for the various amounts of oil. The time it takes to form the film is small compared to the whole separation process, and it is negligible. Therefore we assumed that the film initially was formed on the cone surface. Based on this assumption, oil thickness on the cone surface is set as the initial condition. The simulation results were compared with the experimental ones and showed a good agreement. In the beginning of the separation process, thickness of oil at the top of the cylinder was found to increase as the amount of oil increase. With the passing time, the gradient of the thickness of oil gradually became similar, regardless of the amount of oil.
군 건강검진 결과 모바일 전송을 통한 상병건강검진 체계 개선방안

Objective; The purpose of this study was to improve the notification system of Corporal Medical Check-up (CMC) results by comparing and analyzing the satisfaction level, based on the method of examination result distribution. The Republic of Korea army adopted CMC since 2013, contributing to the maintenance of the best combat power. Transmitting CMC results through mobile services became possible recently since rank and file soldiers gained access to mobile phones after work hours. Method; This study was performed using a 4-sectioned survey, including the general awareness of CMC to a subject of 100 soldiers who received CMC results by official paper document and another 100 through mobile service, in cooperation with PEERNINE Co. After omitting nonresponders, 95 and 93 soldiers' data of each method were collected and analyzed using SAS 94. Results; The data analyzing the satisfaction level based on the methods of receiving CMC results showed that distribution of medial results through mobile service outperformed overall positive figures in comparison to the method of receiving results by official document paper. Conclusion; Based on the result of this study, the military needs to actively review the following three points. First, mobile transmission system should be introduced in the notification method of medical check up results. Second, health examination should be considered in the promotion factor of soldiers. Third, post management services should be provided. These improvements will greatly contribute to the improvement of military combat power.
