        일상생활동작 훈련이 뇌졸중 환자의 자가간호 수행능력과 가족의 부담감에 미치는 효과

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ADL exercise in stroke patients and to define to strategy to promote their self-care ability, decrease to their family burden. Method: The experimental design was designed nonequivalent control group non-synchronized design. The study method had been done by investigating the experimental group and control group through the questionaire on 33 patients. ADL exercise was conducted by the researcher and was carried out experimental group once per day for 20 minutes for daily 28 days. Results: For the ADL exercise, self-care ability score was increased and family burden score was decreased significantly. Conclusion: The exercise increased the self-care ability and effect of family burden of stroke patients. Based upon these results, it is recommended that the nurses who take care of stroke patient carry out them the ADL exercise continuously.

        스마트기기 및 COTS 기반의 창의성 함양을 위한 컴퓨터 음악교육 이러닝 통합 설계

        Recently, in order to cultivate students creativity, it is necessary to note again that the United States chose music on the subject of development of creativity in education innovation of the past. In this paper, we propose a remote system for e-learning in liberal arts colleges to take advantage of the commercial product, smart devices, and computer music software music education in the application of the natural way to learn the music naturally through the musical activities by means of demonstration and imitation. It can be the distinctive feature that the cost effective design of computer music education system by utilizing a COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) with integrated manner is proposed. In order to develop of creativity, the computer music courses are designed to make the students compose and improvise by using song, body movements, colors, shapes and smart devices. In addition, we also add a learning system for listening to music instead of learning activity by direct experiences.

        Myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) are characterized by ineffective hematopoiesis presenting with peripheral cytopenias in combination with a hyperplastic bone marrow and an increased risk of evolution to acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Cytogenetic abnormalities are major determinants in the pathogenesis, diagnosis, and prognosis, and, increasingly, the basis for selection of drugs in individual patients with MDS. Chromosomal abnormalities are detected in 40~70% of patients with de novo MDS and in up to 80-95% of patients with therapy-related MDS. Frequent cytogenetic abnormalities are -5/del (5q), -7/del (7q), +8, del (20q), -Y, del (17p), and del (12p). These chromosome abnormalities are independent prognostic factors predicting overall survival and the likelihood of progression in AML. Continuing studies have been performed and they added and changed the significance of cytogenetic abnormalities. Moreover, molecular cytogenetic method, such as fluorescence in situ hybridization, has enriched the understanding of the biology of MDS and to be complement to the information. The aim of this article is to review the clinical significance of cytogenetic abnormalities in MDS. (Korean J Med 76:143-150, 2009)

        음악심리에 기초한 성인 피아노 학습조건에 관한 연구

        The general purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between musical learning and learning conditions in young adult beginning piano in order to provide guidance towards improving college-level beginning piano teaching. The purpose of this study then is three fold: (1) to examine the learning achievement and rate in learning how to play the piano; (2) to find out factors affecting these three elements of musical learning; and (3) to drive ways towards improving college-level beginning piano teaching. More specifically, this study was designed to answer the following research questions relating to learning conditions: (1) To what extent do physical capacity, intelligence, and musical background affect musical learning?; especially, is there significant correlation between keyboard fluency and physical capacity, music reading and intelligence, and interpretation and musical background?; and (2) What factors affect musical learning from the standpoint of learning-related characteristics in the class? To examine these questions, undergraduate non-music majors(19∼24 years) were observed. The 10-week instructional period consisted of two 40-minute lessons per week for each individual. The investigator taught all subjects individually with the investigator-designed instructional programme focused on keyboard fluency, music reading, and interpretation. Through the pilot study materials and sequencing in the instructional programme were revised and a system of categories for learning-relevant variables emerged. The data related to hypotheses were investigated using a three-point achievement measurement tool designed by the investigator. Other variables (physical capacity, intelligence, musical background, motivation to learn, learning attitude, emotional factors) affecting musical learning were investigated using IQ tests, the students self-reports, investigators reports, and parents reports. No evidence was found in support of stereotypical assumptions in the beginning piano study-related literature that the young adult beginner is at disadvantage in the acquisition of keyboard fluency skills. It appears that the young adult did not have problems related to physical capacity taught in this instruction. In addition, it appears that learning-related characteristics (motivation to learn, learning attitude, and emotional factors) were likely to be more important factors affecting the musical development of the young adult beginners in comparison with selection variables (physical capacity, intelligence, and musical backgound).

      • H. Villa-Lobos의 피아노 음악

        Villa-Lobos(1887-1959) is well-known nationalist composer in Brazil. He combined Brazilian popular tunes and Afro-Brazilian Music with the Romantic and the 20 century musical language of Villa-Lobos by conducting an analysis on his piano work, 『Prole do Bebe No.1』. Major effort of this study was given to find out the national element and impressionistic element permeated throughout the work. In short, the characteristic features of 『Prole do Bebe No.1』were harmonic parallels, pentatonic, wholetone scale, modes, rhythmic, subtleties, and ample singing line generally marked by Brazilian popular music. As a result of this, his output was very original and the most native, producing its effect through color, rhythmic energy, and simple beauty of its melodies, but above all through its great sonorities.

      • 급성 담낭염으로 처음 발현한 Churg-Strauss 증후군

        Churg-Strauss syndrome (CSS) is a systemic vasculitis which involves small to medium sized vessels and associated with bronchial asthma, extravascular necrotizing granulomas and peripheral eosinophilia. Although gastrointestinal symptoms are frequently accompanied by CSS, the most common manifestation is mild transient and easily controllable abdominal pain. There have been only a few reports on CSS complicated with acalculous cholecystitis. We recently experienced a case of acalculous cholecystitis in a 46-year-old female patient who had already been treated for bronchial asthma and maxillary sinusitis. Initial laboratory findings showed mild hypereosinophilia which was exponentially increased after admission, and peripheral neuropathy was newly developed. Acalculous cholecystitis was considered a part of CSS manifestation. We report a case of CSS which first presented with acute acalculous cholecystitis.         온라인 쇼핑몰 소비자들의 구매 시 e-Satisfaction에 영향을 미치는 요인 대한 연구

        최근 인터넷 쇼핑몰 업계의 시장구도가 개편되고 있고 시장 주도권 다툼이 치열한 것이 현실이다. 따라서 본 연구는 온라인에서 운영되고 있는 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 어떠한 요인들이 고객들에게 만족을 주는지를 분석하기 위해 진행되었다. 온라인 쇼핑몰에서의 상황에 적합하도록 각 요인들과 측적지표들을 선별하였다. 이들을 가지고 인터넷 쇼핑몰 구매 경험자를 대상으로 실증분석을 한 결과, 편리성, 사이트 디자인, 상품다양성, 정보 제공성 등을 통해 고객은 쇼핑몰 이용에 만족을 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. This study has been performed to investigate and analyze the affecting factors of e-Satisfaction focused on internet shopping malls in online e-commerce market. As a result of study, it was detected that those factors of convenience, site design, product assortment information offering had position effect on e-satisfaction. this implies that e-shoppers feel highly satisfied with the freedom of time and space which wall defined as convenience factor. It also means that major consumers of local internet shopping malls feel satisfied if a shopping mall site is well-formed and supports fast searching functions. In addition, diversity of products and appropriate level of inventory to general availability of service and product, detailed information on product, and other additional information supports were also proved to affect consumers e-satisfaction. And the fact that consumers have tendency to trust more the shopping mall where they purchased more than once in the past means that transaction security also requires special consideration. This study was investigated with focused on shopping mall site itself, therefore the major parts of critical success factors from site design to implementation could be discussed and get helpful suggestions.

        NLPMS에서 직접경험에 의한 학습활동을 대신하는 음악청취 학습시스템

        In this paper, in order to improve the traditional music learning methodology based on cognitions and scientific principles, NLPMS is proposed the natural music learning process that students are able to learn music through demonstration, imitation and musical activities. It is learning process without complex intellectual thinking considering nature of music and characteristics of children. There are various musical activities in class such as songs, body movements, colors, and figures in NLPMS. One of them is activity of drawing melody with students hand after listening a music. Whenever teacher makes students learn music and evaluates students abilities using NLPMS, more time and efforts in this teaching are required because teacher turns on the music tape or disc and then evaluates their abilities after watching their hand drawings. Instead of such teaching and evaluation, we proposed a learning system that a student to choose associated melody among melodies relocated randomly after listening music through computer.
