There are farmer’s demands to develop early-maturing cultivar in order to replace Odae variety to mid-northern inland plain and southern mountainous area of Korea. Saeodae was developed by the rice breeding team of Cheolwon Substation, National Institute of Crop Science (NICS), RDA in 2012. This cultivar was derived from the cross between Geuroobyeo and Suweon 472 in 2001 summer season, and selected by a promising line, SR27376-2-2-1-3, was selected and designated as the line of Cheolweon 81 in 2010. The local adaptability test of Cheolweon 81 was carried out at four locations from 2010 to 2012 and it was named as Saeodae. The heading date of Saeodae is July 25 in Cheolwon area, which is 2 days earlier than that of Odae. This variety has 66cm in culm length and 77 spikelets per panicle. Its 1,000 grain-weight of brown rice is 26.5 g, which is similar to that of Odae. Germination rate at low temperature of this variety is about 70%, and viviparous germination is 17.7%. Cold tolerance of this cultivar is still not good, just mediocre. It shows strong lodging resistance. And premature heading, occurrence of wilting during ripening stage, and leaf senescence at maturing are similar to those of Odae. This variety shows resistance to leaf blast disease, but susceptible to bacterial blight, virus disease and insect pest. This variety has translucent and clear milled rice kernel without white core and belly rice. The yield potential of Saeodae was about 5.26 MT/ha at ordinary fertilizer level in local adaptability test for three years. This variety would be adaptable to mid-northern inland plain and southern mountainous area of Korea.

본 연구에서는 소규모 외식산업 창업자의 개인특성, 기업가정신, 경영성과간의 관계를 실증적으로 살펴보고 프랜차이즈 가맹점 창업자와 비가맹점 창업자와의 비교를 통한 차이점및 유의성을 알아보고져 한다. 기업가정신이 외식산업을 혁신적으로 경영할뿐 아니라 기업의 경영성과도 증대시킨다는 연구결과들은 많이 보고 되어지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 창업자의 개인특성과 기업과정신과의 관계를 살펴보고 아울러 소규모 외식창업에서도 기업가정신이 경영성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는지를 확인하고 프랜차이즈 가맹창업과 비가맹창업에 비교를 통하여 창업형태에 따른 기업가정신이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고져 한다.

'목우'는 총체사료용 벼 품종을 육성할 목적으로 1999년 하계에 다산벼를 모본으로 하고 수원 431호와 IR71190-45-2-1을 교배한 $F_1$을 부본으로 삼원교배하여 계통육종법으로 전개 후 2009년 총체사료용 벼로 육성하였다. 주요 농업적 특성은 중부와 영남평야지 보통기 재배에서 출수기가 평균 9월 2일로 녹양보다 17일 늦은 만생종이고 벼 키 (간장)는 92 cm로 장간이며, 주당수수는 11개, 천립중은 21.7 g으로 녹양보다 가볍다. 만생종 품종으로 숙기가 늦기 때문에 생육후기 기상이 불량할 경우 출수가 지연될 수 있는 산간지, 냉수용출답 및 만식재배는 피하는 것이 좋으며 충분한 생육일수를 확보하는 것이 총체수량성을 높이고 충실한 종자를 생산하는데 유리하다. 또한 주당수수가 적기 때문에 $m^2$당 27주 이상 밀식재배가 필요하며 내비성이 있으므로 질소 시비량을 180 kg/ha 수준으로 유지하는 것이 유리하다. 재해저항성은 잎도열병, 흰잎마름병, 바이러스병에 복합저항성이나 목도열병과 벼멸구에는 약하다. 총체벼 품종으로서 사료가치는 조단백질 5.4%, 가소화양분총량 61.6%으로 양호한 편이나 녹양보다 낮은 경향이며 총체수량성은 건물기준으로 10 a당 평균 1,956 kg으로 녹양보다 38% 증수되는 경향을 보였다. 이 품종의 재배에 알맞은 지역은 중부평야, 영남평야지가 적합하며 후기 기상이 좋은 지역이 안전하다. 'Mogwoo', a new high yield and whole crop silage rice (Oryza sativa L.) cultivar, was developed by the rice breeding team of the National Institute of Crop Science, RDA, Suwon, Korea, from 1999 to 2009, and was released in 2010. It was derived in 1999 from a cross between Dasanbyeo, having a high yield, and Suweon431/IR71190-45-2-1. A promising line, SR25848-C99-1-2-1, selected by the pedigree breeding method, was designated the name of 'Suweon 519' in 2007. This cultivar has about 155 days of growth period from seeding to heading, and is tolerance to lodging, with erect pubescent leaves as well as a long and thick culm. This cultivar has the same number of tillers per hill and higher spikelet numbers per panicle compared to Nokyang. 'Mogwoo' has longer leaves compared with other Tongil-type varieties. This new variety is resistant to grain shattering, leaf blast, bacterial leaf blight, and small brown planthopper. The biomass yield of 'Mogwoo' was 1,956 kg/10a in a regional test over three years. The result shows that 'Mogwoo' is adaptable to central and south-east plain areas of Korea.
‘오브제 기반학습(Object-Based Learning)’ 활용과학·미술 통합수업을 통한 초등 인성교육사례

본 연구는 인성교육의 문제점에 대한 대안으로 OBL을 활용한 교과통합 수업사례를 제안하고, 수업결과 학생들에게서 어떠한 인성 가치덕목의 습득을 확인할 수 있는지 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 OBL 기반 교과 통합수업을 개발하여 초등학교 4학년 학생 27명에게 5주에 걸쳐 적용하였고, 매 차시가 끝난 뒤 학생들이 작성한 성찰일지와 면담자료를 수집한 후 질적 자료들을 분석하였다. 결과로서 OBL 수업단계(오브제 탐구, 작품 창작, 작품 공유)에 따라 수업을 진행한 결과, 개인적 가치덕목(심미적 감성역량, 자율, 자기존중)과 관계적 가치덕목(소통, 존중, 책임, 협동, 배려, 공감) 함양에 긍정적인 효과를 줄 수 있음을 확인하였다. 특히 ‘심미적 감성역량’이라는 가치덕목을 확인할 수 있었던 점은 OBL에 의한 인성교육의 독특함이라고 할 수 있겠다. OBL은 박물관에서의 대표적인 교육방법이지만 학생들의 감성 함양에 기여할 수 있는 교과통합 수업방식으로서 학교교육에서도 충분히 활용될 수 있으며, 그 결과로서 좀 더 실천적이고 효과적인 인성교육의 장이 될 수 있는 가능성을 확인하였다. This study aimed to suggest Object-based learning (OBL, hereafter) as an interdisciplinary teaching method for character education, a method which indicates a wholistic approach including emotional, cognitive, and social aspects of learning, and is used in subjects other than moral education. For this purpose, this study developed an 8-session interdisciplinary (art and science) program through OBL, which has been implemented for 27 4th graders in an elementary school for 5 weeks. Data for the result analysis were collected from students’ journals and interviews. The OBL program proceeded according to three process of OBL (object inquiry, hands-on practices for making, and outcome sharing), and produced positive results from both the individual (aesthetic sensitivity, autonomy, self-esteem) and relational (communication, mutual respect, responsibility, collaboration, consideration, empathy) categories of the character education. The results showed that OBL, regardless of its popularity in the field of museum education, can be utilized in school education as an effective and practical method for the character education.

AAF(Active Air Flap) is a system that mounted on the front bumper of the vehicle and controls the air flowing through the bumper grill to improve the fuel efficiency of the vehicle. However, exterior type AAF system is not applied various cars because that negatively affected the exterior design of the vehicle. In this study, we developed a zero gap-flush active air flap system that improves the design problem of external AAF, and studied optimized system dessign through various case analysis.

The ‘Cheongun’ is a rice variety derived from a cross between ‘Suweon462’ which has translucent milled rice and medium maturity and ‘Milyang192’ that the elite line has a bacterial blight resistance and mid-late maturing property by the rice breeding team at NICS, RDA in 2012. The heading date of ‘Cheongun’ is August 13 and five days later than check variety, ‘Hwaseong’. It has 87 cm of culm length and 114 spikelets per panicle. It showed weaker cold tolerance than that of ‘Hwaseong’ while exposed to cold stress. ‘Cheongun’ showed resistance to blast disease, K1, K2 and K3 race of bacterial blight and stripe virus, but susceptible to K3a race, other viruses and planthoppers. The milled rice of this variety exhibits translucent, clear non-glutinous endosperm and short grain shape. It has similar protein content (6.7%) and amylose content (19.5%) to that of ‘Hwaseong’. ‘Cheongun’ showed better palatability index of cooked rice than that of ‘Hwaseong’. Its milled rice recovery rate is similar to those of ‘Hwaseong’. However, whole grain rate of milled rice is higher than that of ‘Hwaseong’. ‘Cheongun’ has 4.98 MT/ha of milled rice productivity in ordinary cultivation. ‘Cheongun’ could be adaptable to the middle plain area in Korea(Registration No. 5114).

AAF(Active Air Flap) is located in the front of the vehicle and has the advantage of improving fuel efficiency by controlling the inflow of air required for engine cooling. In addition, the application rate of AAF is expanding due to recent environmental regulations and electrification of vehicles. In particular, to improve the aerodynamic performance of electric vehicles, the cooling area is reduced and moving designs are being tried to diversify the exterior design of the vehicle. In this study, we proposed a new AAF operation mechanism to realize various designs of vehicles and secure aerodynamic performance. Through this, an operating mechanism was implemented that maintains the operability of the existing AAF and improves the aerodynamics improvement effect.
고온조건에서 등숙이 양호하고 도열병에 강한 조생 고품질 벼 ‘중모1024’ 육성

‘Jungmo1024’ is a blast resistant early maturing rice cultivar with high temperature tolerance during grain filling stage. ‘Jungmo1024’ was derived from a sodium azide treatment on ‘Suweon472’, a high yielding japonica elite line which was latterly registered as ‘Namil’. Comparison with the agronomical traits of ‘Namil’, ‘Jungmo1024’ was uniquely characterized as the induced gained function due to the reduced culm length, increased tiller number, strong blast resistance and especially high temperature tolerance during grain filling stage. The high temperature tolerance of ‘Jungmo1024’ was supported by two years experiments by comparing the head rice ratio produced in ordinary paddy field and green house condition. The heading date of ‘Jungmo1024’ was July 29 in central plain area, which was 9 days earlier than that of ‘Hwaseong’. The milled rice yield performance of ‘Jungmo1024’ was about 4.98 MT/ha in local adaptability test for three years. ‘Jungmo1024’ had 69 cm in culm length, which was 15 cm shorter than that of ‘Hwaseong’, 20 cm in panicle length, 16 in tiller number, and 22.3g in 1,000 grain-weight of brown rice. ‘Jungmo1024’ exhibited strong rice blast resistance, but do not have any clear resistance gene sources against bacterial blight, viral diseases and insect fests. ‘Jungmo1024’, nevertheless, would be a useful rice cultivar could be used as a donor line for the breeding programs for developing southern plane adaptable early maturing rice cultivars with enhanced rice blast resistance, lodging tolerance, and especially high temperature tolerance during grain filling stage.

The Misomi is a rice variety derived from a cross between ‘Sobi’ which has adaptability of low fertilizer cultivation and SR21110 (Ilpum/Jinbu19) by the rice breeding team at National Institute of Crop Science, RDA in 2013. The heading date of ‘Misomi’ is August 14 and six days later than check variety, ‘Hwaseong’. It has 83 cm of culm length and 121 spikelets per panicle. It showed weaker cold tolerance than that of ‘Hwaseong’ during exposed to cold stress. ‘Misomi’ showed resistance to blast disease, K1, K2 and K3 race of bacterial blight and stripe virus, but susceptibility to K3a race, other viruses and planthoppers. The milled rice of this variety exhibits translucent, clear non-glutinous endosperm and short grain shape. It has low protein content (6.2%) and similar amylose content (19.4%) to that of ‘Hwaseong’. ‘Misomi’ showed better palatability index of cooked rice than that of ‘Hwaseong’. Particulary, ‘Misomi’ showed excellent processing adaptability than ‘Chucheong’ and ‘Hwaseong’ on palatability index of cold and aseptic cooked rice. Its milled rice recovery rate is similar to those of ‘Hwaseong’. However, whole grain rate of milled rice is higher than that of ‘Hwaseong’. Misomi has 5.68 MT/ha of milled rice productivity in ordinary cultivation, which was 12% higher than that of ‘Hwaseong’. Misomi could be adaptable to the middle plain area and Midwest coast area in Korea (Grant No. 5635).
