대형마트의 판매촉진을 위한 쿠폰상환의도에 미치는 영향 요인에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 단일 브랜드 쿠폰에서 복수 브랜드가 표기된 대형마트 쿠폰으로 확장하여, 독립변수인 브랜드 친숙도를 제품친숙도와 대형마트의 점포 친숙도로 분리하고, 소비자 성향을 쿠폰이용성과 가치의식성으로 분리하여 종속변수인 쿠폰상환의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 실증분석 결과 제품친숙도가 쿠폰상환의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 점포 친숙도가 긍정적인 영향을, 가치의식성이 쿠폰상환의도에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 위 연구결과는, 쿠폰상환의도를 높이기 위해서는 제품친숙도를 우선적으로 고려해야 하며, 특히 대형마트의 쿠폰 발행 시 고객 유인을 목적으로 발행함으로써 쿠폰발행 효과를 극대화 시킬 수 있음을 의미한다. 또한 다양한 산업에서 복수 브랜드 쿠폰 발행 시 자사의 시장위치와 쿠폰발행 목적을 고려하여, 쿠폰 적용 제품을 부각시킬 수 있는 최적의 파트너를 선택한다면 쿠폰발행 목적을 달성할 수 있을 것이다. This paper studies the effect of the multiple brand coupon redemption issued by the department store. Two independent variables were used; the brand familiarity and the consumer propensity to understand the causal relationship between the intension for coupon redemption, a dependent variable. The brand familiarity examines the product familiarity and the department store familiarity, while the consumer propensity examines the coupon usage and the value consciousness. The results show that the product familiarity significantly has positive effects on the intension of coupon redemption. Besides, the department store familiarity has positive effects on the customer's intention of coupon redemption while the value consciousness has negative effects. The study indicated that in order to increase the customer's intention of coupon redemption, the product familiarity needs to be considered as the top priority. The department stores needs to issue coupons as a decoy for the customers to visit the place. This study suggests that when issuing the multiple brand coupons, the market position, the purpose of issuing coupons, and the selection of the right partner are critical consideration for the effective coupon redemption.
중부권 복합화물터미널이 물류 편익에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

This study was conducted to learn about; the effect of building Central Integrated Freight Terminal on logistical benefit by cost-benefit analysis, and the influence on logistical efficiency. The building of the integrated freight terminal can raise the productivity of logistics by promote efficiency of transport and storage, achieve the efficiency of logistics system by the reduction of transportation costs, traffic volume, and improve digitization, standardization, automation. The growth of mainline freight volume can reduce the traffic distance and time. And freight shift from truck to rail also reduce the traffic distance and time. Eventually, those cuts will bring logistical benefits. Finally, the result of this study, the building of the integrated freight terminal shows the B/C ratio 3.7857, which means economic feasibility.

By July 2008, 211 FTA has been in effect in the world, where more than 50% of global trade takes place. Korea first began FTA with Chile in 2002 and now processes free trade with 44 countries. Presently, Korea is ratifying FTA with the United States, while 7 FTA agreements with 12 countries are in process and 10 agreements with 17 countries are in preparation. Despite the various influences possible caused by Korean-US FTA, small and medium companies, that takes 99.9% of Korean businesses and 87.7% of Korean employees, are unable to make a prediction about its influence, encountering macro and micro environmental changes. Main factors of Korean-US FTA agreement is the creation of free trade market of both countries, treating each country’s product as domestic commodity, and elimination of custom. The influences of Korean-US FTA on Korea’s small and medium business are: competition with US companies under US law in macro aspect and constraint of market in Korea and growth of potential market when exported. In order to maintain Korea’s small and medium companies competitive or to raise is competency, it is recommended to develop countermeasures to minimize the negative influences mentioned above and maximize the positive influences. This study briefly analyzes macro and micro influences of Korea-US FTA and offers five countermeasures.
