        광검출기 응용을 위하여 스퍼터된 미세결정 SiGe 박막성장 연구

        For the application of photo-detector as active layer, we have studied how to deposit SiGe thin film using an independent Si target and Ge target, respectively. Both targets were synthesized by purity of 99.999%. Plasma generators were generated by radio frequency (rf, 13.56 MHz) and direct current (dc) power. When Ge and Si targets were sputtered by dc and rf power, respectively, we could observe the growth of highly crystalline Ge thin film at the temperature of $400^{\circ}C$ from the result of raman spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction method. However, SiGe thin film did not deposit above method. Inversely, we changed target position like that Ge and Si targets were sputtered by rf and dc power, respectively. Although Ge crystalline growth without Si target sputtering deteriorated considerably, the growth of SiGe thin film was observed with increase of Si dc power. SiGe thin film was evaluated as microcrystalline phase which included (111) and (220) plane by X-ray diffraction method.

        Molecular Characterization of Extracellular Medium-chain-lengthPoly(3-hydroxyalkanoate) Depolymerase Genes fromPseudomonas alcaligenes Strains

        A bacterial strain M4-7 capable of degrading various polyesters, such as poly(ε-caprolactone), poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyvalerate),poly(3hydroxyoctanoate), and poly(3-hydroxy-5-phenylvalerate),was isolated from a marine environment and identified as Pseudomonas alcaligenes. The relative molecular mass of a purified extracellular medium-chain-length poly(3-hydroxyalkanoate) (MCL-PHA)depolymerase (PhaZPalM4-7) from P. alcaligenes M4-7 was 28.0 kDa, as determined by SDS-PAGE. The PhaZPalM4-7 was most active in 50 mM glycine-NaOH buffer (pH 9.0) at 35oC. It was insensitive to dithiothreitol, sodium azide, and iodoacetamide, but susceptible to p-hydroxymercuribenzoic acid,bromosuccinimide, acetic anhydride, EDTA, diisopropyl fluorophosphate, phenylmethylsulfonyl fluoride,Tween 80, and Triton X-100. In this study, the genes encoding MCL-PHA depolymerase were cloned,sequenced, and characterized from a soil bacterium, P. alcaligenes LB19 (Kim et al., 2002, Biomacromolecules 3, 291-296) as well as P. alcaligenes M4-7. The structural gene (phaZPalLB19) of MCL-PHA depolymerase of P. alcaligenes LB19 consisted of an 837 bp open reading frame (ORF) encoding a protein of 278 amino acids with a deduced Mr of 30,188 Da. However, the MCL-PHA depolymerase gene (phaZPalM4-7) of P. alcaligenes M4-7 was composed of an 834 bp ORF encoding a protein of 277 amino acids with a deduced Mr of 30,323 Da. Amino acid sequence analyses showed that, in the two different polypeptides, a substrate-binding domain and a catalytic domain are located in the N-terminus and in the C-erminus,respectively. The PhaZPalLB19 and the PhaZPalM4-7 commonly share the lipase box, GISSG,in their catalytic domains, and utilize 111Asn and 110Ser residues, respectively, as oxyanions that play an important role in transition-state stabilization of hydrolytic reactions.         스토리텔링을 통한 DMZ관광 상품화에 관한 탐색적 연구

        본 연구는 평화 안보 문화 역사 생태관광측면에서 중요시되고 있는 DMZ지역 관광 상품화를 위하여 DMZ관광 시장전문가, 관광종사원등에 의한 조사를 실시하였다. 그리고 스토리텔링을 통한 DMZ관광 상품개발을 위해 필요한 중요사항과 DMZ관광 환경형성, 유치 및 개선방안에 대하여 실증 연구하였다. 연구 분석결과 DMZ지역별 관광테마 스토리를 주제로 한 독창적인 관광 상품개발과 지역특성을 고려한 다양한 관광 상품개발이 필요하다고 분석되었다. 또한 지속적인 DMZ관광 이미지 개선 노력과 아울러 스토리텔링 상품의 브랜드화를 통한 마케팅 전략 수립과 관련 관공서 및 협회의 대내 외적 홍보 등이 중요한 것으로 조사되었다. 그리고 DMZ관광객을 위한 수용태세와 관련하여 중요하게 고려하는 사항은 숙박 이용, 음식제공과 특산품 쇼핑 및 기타 쇼핑 상품 구매에 대한 문제점 파악이 시급한 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 DMZ관광 시장 전문인력 양성과 종사원의 서비스 질 향상, 교통 및 접근의 편리성을 위한 수용태세 개선이 필요한 것으로 분석되었다. 그리고 중앙정부의 지원노력(예산배정, 정책 제도개선)이 적극적으로 필요하며 DMZ관광 유치관련 업체에 대한 재정적 인센티브제도(세제혜택) 및 DMZ관광 가격의 투명성, 경쟁력 제고, DMZ 및 민통선 출입절차 개선 등 관광 환경적 형성에 대한 노력이 중요하다고 분석되었다. The purpose of this study is to a study on the development of the DMZ tourism merchandising which use storytelling. also this study is to develop DMZ tourism imagery using the storytelling structured the subject matters based on DMZ. storytelling tourism is the oldest and the best factor of tourism activity among induced factors in these days. As a life of human being is upgrading, the importance of DMZ storytelling tourism merchandising will be magnified. Even tourism commercialization is able to make an achievement as an economical effectiveness to a developing country. Data were collected from 205 members of leading tourism business and job performance in travel agency. data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 20.0. Findings from this study suggest that local government and DMZ tourist business operators consider the storytelling for vitalizing authenticity to improve tourists' satisfaction. also this study is about DMZ tourism commercialization to achieve various opinions of several scholars.

        ($CO_2$)레이저 치료에 의한 치근표면의 구조적 변화

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the structural change of root surface and the occlusion of dentinal tubule following $CO_2$ laser treatment. Seven extracted healthy human premolar werw curetted, sectioned, and four specimens were randomly assigned to each of 6 different treatment groups : 1) untreated EDTA etched control: 2) root plande only: 3) $CO_2$ laser treated with 2W mode 6(10msec/pulse, 20pps) for 1 minute: 4) $CO_2$ laser treated with 2W mode 6(lOmsec/pulse, 20pps) for 2 minutes: 5) $CO_2$ laser treated with 2W mode 7(20msec/pulse, 20pps) for 1 minute: 6) $CO_2$ laser treated with 2W mode 7(20msec/pulse, 20pps) for 2 minutes. Following the prescribed treatment, the specimens were prepared for SEM evaluation. Results showed that $CO_2$ laser may be effective to occlude dentinal tubules tor dentin sensitivity treatment. The effect of dentinal tubule occlusion was enhanced with increasing the total energy level lased to specimen regardless of lasing mode. The structural changes of root surfaces were restricted to superficies, and these changes included fissuring, charring, crater formation over the smooth lava like texture. The charring and crater formation implying root damage was observed in the case of the longer duration of a pulse. The results of the present study suggests that the pulsed $CO_2$ laser with shorter pulse duration and longer exposure time can be used effectively in order to obtain the optimal dentinal tubule occlusion with minimal root damage.

        실무 3D 스캐닝 및 BIM 활용을 위한 발주자 - 실무자 간 협업프로세스 모델

        In construction sites, policies are changing considering the convergence of 3D scanning and BIM. In order to respond to this, it is urgent to develop guidelines for systematic collaboration methods that take into account the perspectives of practitioners. By participating in the delivery process using 3D scanning technology, tasks such as ordering, field scanning are defined in terms of mutual communications. Also, the collaboration process is about communications between off-site and on-site, such as feed-back using data and documents. In the future, we will propose guidelines based on such collaborative process models.

        이 논문은 PSTN에서 운용되는 화상전화기의 국내표준방식에 관한 연구결과로서, 화상통신 기술 및 선행 사례들을 분석.기술하고 있다. 특히 진폭-위상 변조 방식을 이용한 화상통신 방식 (일본 TTC규격)과 모뎀을 이용한 화상통신 방식을 비교.분석하였으며, 이들을 토대로 적절한 PSTN용 화상전화기 국내표준 방식(안)을 제시하였다.

        Biosynthesis, Modification, and Biodegradation of Bacterial Medium-Chain-Length Polyhydroxyalkanoates

        Medium-chain-length polyhydroxyalkanoates (MCL-PHAs), which have constituents with a typical chainlength of C6-C14, are polyesters that are synthesized and accumulated in a wide variety of Gram-negativebacteria, mainly pseudomonads. These biopolyesters are promising materials for various applications becausethey have useful mechanical properties and are biodegradable and biocompatible. The versatile metaboliccapacity of some Pseudomonas spp. enables them to synthesize MCL-PHAs that contain various functionalsubstituents; these MCL-PHAs are of great interest because these functional groups can improve the physicalproperties of the polymers, allowing the creation of tailor-made products. Moreover, some functional substituentscan be modified by chemical reactions to obtain more useful groups that can extend the potentialapplications of MCL-PHAs as environmentally friendly polymers and functional biomaterials for use in biomedicalfields. Although MCL-PHAs are water-insoluble, hydrophobic polymers, they can be degraded bymicroorganisms that produce extracellular MCL-PHA depolymerase. MCL-PHA-degraders are relativelyuncommon in natural environments and, to date, only a limited number of MCL-PHA depolymerases havebeen investigated at the molecular level. All known MCL-PHA depolymerases share a highly significantsimilarity in amino acid sequences, as well as several enzymatic characteristics. This paper reviews recentadvances in our knowledge of MCL-PHAs, with particular emphasis on the findings by our research group.       • 음성기반 오디오 융합코덱 기술동향

        본 논문에서는 통신과 방송서비스가 하나의 기기 또는 단말장치 안에서 결합되고 단말 내부에서는 디바이스의 통합에 따라 코덱의 개수를 최소화하기 위한 음성기반 오디오 융합코덱의 기술동향에 대해 기술한다. 하지만 기술적으로 완전히 태생이 다른 음성과 오디오 코덱을 진정한 의미에서 융합할 수 있는 기술적 모델과 기법은 아직 개발되지 않고 있다. 본 고에서는 이러한 시도의 일환으로 ITU-T SGl6을 중심으로 진행되고 있는 음성기반 코덱을 점진적 대역폭 확장 기술을 사용하여 광대역 음성, 슈퍼와이드 밴드 및 향후 오디오 대역까지 커버할 수 있는 임베디드 가변비트율 코덱기술을 중심으로 기술동향의 분석을 시도한다.

        Antiglide 금속판을 이용한 족관절의 외과 골절의 치료

        Most of Danis-Weber type B fracture has an oblique fracture plane proximal posteriorly to distal anteriorly. In these cases, the lateral plate has become widely accepted. However some limitation to the use of the lateral plate exist. The plate must be bent accurately and the screws in the distal fragment must be unicortical to avoid penetration into the joint, predisposing it to poor fixation in the osteoporotic bone. In 1982, Brunner and Weber introduced the antiglide plate for fixation of the shaft oblique fracture of the distal fibula, but it has not widely used. The author reviewed 21 cases treated by antiglide plate fixation from March, 1995 to March, 1999 which could be follow-up more than 1 year. We analysed the result radiographically and clinically using Ankle-Hindfoot scale(100 % total) of the American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society. The results obrained were as follows: 1. All fracture were united at average 8 weeks clinically and radiographically. 2. According to the Ankle- Hindfoot scale, 8 cases were above 90 points, 11 cases were beet ween 80 and 89 points and two cases were below 80 points. 3. One case had an injury to intermediate dorsal cutaneous nerve.

        양안식 영상을 이용한 신뢰도 기반의 다시점 영상 생성 방법

        다시점 영상 시스템은 실감나는 3차원 입체감을 제공하고, 사용자로 하여금 자유로운 시점을 선택할 수 있게 한다. 하지만 한 번에 많은 양의 데이터를 전송하는 것은 어려운 일이므로 두 시점 흑은 세 시점의 영상을 전송하고, 깊이 정보를 이용하여 중간 시점의 영상을 합성하여 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 양안식 영상으로부터 고품질의 다시점 영상을 생성하는 방법을 제안한다. 먼저 스테레오 정합은 폐색 영역을 비롯한 모든 화소들의 정확한 변위 값을 찾을 수 없기 때문에, 배경 값을 이용하여 폐색 영역의 화소들을 처리하는 방법을 제안한다. 또한 합성 영상의 품질을 저하시키는 변위 영상 내의 물체 경계선 불일치 문제점 해결을 위해 결합형 양방향 필터를 적용한다. 마지막으로 불량 화소와 빈 공간때문에 발생하는 오류를 줄이기 위해 신뢰 영상을 이용하여 중간 시점의 영상을 생성한다. 실험을 통해 제안한 방법을 이용할 때 기존의 방법보다 합성 성능이 뛰어남을 확인했다. Multi-view video system provides both realistic 3D feelings and free-view navigation. But it is hard to transmit too huge data, so we send only two or three view images and generate intermediate view image using depth information. In this paper, we propose high quality multi-view image generation method from stereoscopic images. Since the stereo matching method does not provide accurate disparity values for all the pixels, especially at the occlusion area, we propose an occlusion handling method using the background pixels at first. We also apply a joint bilateral filtering to enhance the disparity map at the object boundary since it can affect the quality of synthesized images significantly. Finally, we can generate virtual view images at intermediate view positions using confidence map to reduce bad pixel and hole's error. Experimental results show the proposed method performs better than the conventional method.
