Objectives: The object of this study is to evaluate and develop the system that reflects acupoints electrical properties by the multi-frequency using the SPAC (Single Power Alternative Current) stimulation method based on BIA (Bioelectrical impedance method). Methods: The 12 channel meridian impedance measurement system (MIMS) was designed, which sets multi-frequency with 10 steps (1~10㎑). To check acupoints electrical properties, impedance of acupoints were measured from 11 acupoints selected from the LU and ST meridians. Results: Regarding distribution of measurement values by multi-frequencies, we found the lowest response at 1㎑ was in common. But frequency bands which represent the highest response at each acupoint were various. Measurement values of each acupoint by multi-frequencies were expressed similar distribution (P<0.05). Also we could check same frequency band which showed the highest response at left/right equal acupoints (P<0.05). Conclusions: Through change of acupoints electrical properties by multi-frequency stimulation, we checked oriental medical diagnostic possibilities by using this system. We would progress variable clinical trials with this system for oriental medical diagnosis.

타이어 파열에 의한 사망 사고는 극히 드물게 언론을 통해 알려진 사실이 있지만, 아직 국내 사례가 문헌에 보고된 적은 없다. 25톤 덤프트럭 운전자인 50대 남성이 배송 작업을 마치고 차고지에 돌아와 주차 후 차량을 살피던 중 때마침 변사자 전면에 위치한 타이어가 파열되면서 높은 공기압으로 인해 공중으로 날려가 바닥에 떨어지는 사고로 사망했다. 변사자는 양쪽 귀 출혈, 턱과 복부에 파열된 타이어 강철선에 의한 것으로 추정되는 정형손상, 다수의 표피 박탈, 상체에 심한 피하 기종 등의 손상이 관찰되었다. 덤프트럭 타이어 파열은 일반적인 차량 타이어 펑크와 달리 폭발물 손상에 준하여 현장조사 및 검시를 해야 할 필요성이 있다. 타이어 안전사고와 관련된 정책적 제도를 검토하고 향후 사고 예방을 위한 방안을 제안 한다. Fatal accidents caused by tire burst have been known through the media very rarely, but no domestic cases have been reported in the literature yet. a man in his 50s who drove a 25-ton dump truck returned to the garage after completing the delivery work and was looking at the vehicle after parking, when a second tire ruptured located in front of the passenger seat, causing high air pressure to fly to the ground. The victim was observed with bleeding both ears, orthopedic damage presumed to be caused by tires and wires ruptured in the jaw and abdomen, multiple epidermal deprivation, and severe upper body subcutaneous deformities. unlike conventional vehicle tire punctures, dump truck tire rupture requires field investigation and examination in accordance with explosive damage. Active promotion and policies should be strengthened to prevent safety accidents related to tire rupture.

Squid Sikhae is a traditional salt-fermented food in Korea. We evaluated the standardization of optimal processing conditions for desirable quality-controlled squid Sikhae using analyses of physiochemical properties, microbiological species, and organoleptic tests. The optimal fermentation temperature, sun-dried sea salt concentration, and fermentation period for manufacturing squid Sikhae products of the aceeptable quality were 10°C, 4%, and 6 days. In addition, optimal concentrations of the additional ingredients of red pepper powder and crushed garlic for acceptable quality squid Sikhae were both 6%.

남해대륙붕 가막만의 현생퇴적층 음향특성과 분포양상을 조사하기 위해 고해상도 탄성파 자료와 퇴적물을 분석하였다. 표층퇴적물의 입도는 주로 $6.3{\sim}9.7{\Phi}$의 분포를 보인다. 퇴적물은 니질과 실트로 구성되어 있으며, 내만으로 갈수록 입도가 감소한다. 고해상도 탄성파 자료에서 나타나는 가막만의 층서는 하부 경계면인 음향기반암 위로 2개의 퇴적층서(GB I과 II)로 구성되며 이들 층서는 중간 반사 경계면(최대해침면)에 의해 구분된다. 매우 불규칙한 형태를 보이는 음향기반암은 일반적으로 해수면 아래 약 20 m에서부터 최대 40 m 깊이에서 나타나며, 남쪽으로 갈수록 깊어진다. 하부층인 GB I은 수로를 피복하는 형태로 발달하고 있으며 무층리 반사 특징을 보인다. 이는 후기 해침동안 퇴적된 해침퇴적계열(TST)로, 조간대환경 퇴적층으로 해석할 수 있다. 최대해침면은 평균 해수면 아래 약 15 m에서부터 28 m 깊이에서 나타나며, 탄성파 단면상에서 편평하고 연속적인 반사면으로 나타난다. 최대해침면 위에 놓여있는 GB II는 투명 혹은 반투명한 음향특성, 그리고 평행한 반사 층리로 구성되며, 해수면이 현재의 위치에 도달했던 지난 6,000년 이후에 퇴적된 고해수면 퇴적계열(HST)로 해석된다. 특히, GB II 퇴적층은 고해수면 반사 경계면에 의해 2개의 층(GB II-a and II-b)으로 세분화되며 이는 바람, 해수 유동량, 그리고 조류에 의해 구분된 것으로 생각된다. High-resolution seismic profiles coupled with sediment sampling were analyzed to investigate the acoustic characters and distribution patterns of the late Holocene sediments in Gamak Bay of the South Sea, Korea. The mean grain size of surficial sediment lies around $6.3{\sim}9.7{\Phi}$. Sediments in the bay consist of silt and clay with progressive decrease toward the inner bay. The seismic sedimentary sequence overlying the acoustic basement can be divided into two sedimentary units (GB I and II) by a prominent mid-reflector (Maximum Flooding Surface; MFS). The acoustic basement occurs at the depth between 20 m and 40 m below the sea-level and deepens gradually southward. The GB I, mostly occupying the channel-fill, is characterized by reflection-free seismic facies. It can be formed as late Transgressive System Tract (TST), interpreted tidal environment deposits. MFS appears at the depth of about 15~28 m below the sea-level and is well defined by even and continuous reflectors on the seismic profile. The GB II overlying MFS is composed of acoustically transparent to semitransparent and parallel internal reflectors. GB II is interpreted as the Highstand System Tract (HST) probably deposited during the last 6,000 yrs when the sea level was close to the present level. Especially, it is though that the GB II was subdivided into two layers (GB II-a and II-b) by a HST-reflector and this was classified by wind, sea water flux, and tidal current.
부항자극에 대한 체표 경락,경혈의 생체에너지 변화 분석

Objectives: The aim of this study is evaluation for significance of skin meridian-acupoints energy measurement system, and is verification of principle to measure the bio-ion charge on acupoints. Methods: To check a correlation between the MEP(Meridian Energy Potential) and bio-electric charge condition, ten acupoints(left/right BL meridian: BL13, BL15, BL18, BL20, BL23) were chosen. Based on basic theory concerning the upward trend of the bio-electric charge by cupping therapy, we measured MEP change before and after 600mmHg(80kPa) Negative pressure stimulation using cupping. Results: We could identify the correlation between MEP and the condition of bio-electric charge in acupoints. Also, we checked the balance or imbalance of left/right the MEP and unusual cases. Conclusions: We confirmed significance of proposed principle and meridian energy measurement system.
