      • 기업의 사회적 책임활동이 직무관련태도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 최근 중요한 사회적 이슈가 되고 있는 기업의 사회적 책임활동(Corporate Social Responsibility)이 조직구성원의 직무관련태도에 미치는 영향을 탐색하기 위해 문헌조사와 실증연구를 병행하였다. 이를 위해 기업의 사회적 책임활동의 주요 핵심변수를 기부활동, 고용창출 활동, 환경 친화적인 활동, 저소득층 지원활동 및 법규준수로 설정하고, 조직구성원의 직무관련태도 변수는 직무만족, 조직몰입, 이직의도로 설정하였다. 본 연구는 사회적 책임활동에 대한 이론적 체계성을 확립하고, 이를 통한 한국기업의 지속가능경영의 방향성을 탐색하는 데 연구의 주안점을 두었다. 특히 기업의 사회적 책임활동에 대한 인식과 사회적 책임활동의 영역, 그리고 사회적 책임활동에 대한 찬·반론을 중심으로 지속가능경영에 미치는 영향관계를 탐색코자 하였다. 연구결과 기업의 사회적 책임활동과 직무만족과의 관계에서는 법규준수, 환경친화적 활동, 고용창출 활동이, 조직몰입과의 관계에서는 고용창출 활동과 법규준수가 가장 큰 영향을 미치고, 그 다음으로 환경친화적 활동과 저소득층에 대한 지원활동이 조직몰입의 정도를 높이는 것으로 확인되었다. 그리고 이직의도와의 관계에서는 고용창출 활동과 법규준수, 저소득층에 대한 지원활동에 기업이 소홀하게 되면, 조직구성원들의 조직에 대한 소속감이 낮아져 회사를 그만두고 싶은 욕구가 높아지는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 연구결과에서 도출할 수 있는 시사점은 첫째, 최근 글로벌 경영의 이슈가 되고 있는 기업의 사회적 책임활동에 대해 조직구성원들의 인식은 대체로 긍정적이라는 점이다. 둘째, 조직구성원들의 직무만족이나 조직몰입을 높이고 이직의도를 감소시킬 수 는 경영관리상의 실무적인 시사점을 제시하고 있다. 셋째, 조직구성원들의 바람직한 직무관련태도를 확립하려면, 경제적 측면에서는 기업정보의 투명성과 경영혁신을 바탕으로 한 창조적인 성장을 추구하여야 할 것이고, 사회적 측면에서는 사회적 책임활동을 통한 사회적 가치창출에 노력하여야 한다. 그리고 환경적 측면에서는 환경윤리를 바탕으로 통합된 환경경영의 핵심전략화를 추구하는 것이 필요할 것이라 판단된다. 향후 연구에서는 객관적인 성과변수와 인지수준을 함께 측정하고, 사회적 책임활동의 다양한 변수들을 고려한다면 보다 풍성한 논의를 이끌어 낼 수 있을 것이라 판단된다. This study conducted documentary survey and empirical analysis simultaneously so as to research an effect of corporate social responsibility activities which are recently becoming an important social issue on employees' attitudes related to job. For it, donation activities, make-work activities, ecoligical sustainability, lower-income group support and regulation obeying were set as the core variables of corporate social responsibility activities. And, empirical analysis was tried by setting job satisfaction, organizational commitment and separation intention as the core variables so as to examine their effects on employees' attitudes related to job. As the results of studying, regulation obeying, ecoligical sustainability and make-work activities made the greate effect in the relationship between corporate social responsibility activities and job satisfaction, make-work activities and regulation obeying made the great effect and nextly, ecoligical sustainability and lower-income group support improved the degree of organizational commitment in the relationship with organizational commitment. And, in the relationship with turnover intention, employees' sense of belonging to the organization is lower and their desire to stop the company is higher if the company neglect in make-work activities, regulation obeying and lower-income group support. For the implications which can be drawn by those results, the first, employees are generally positive for corporate social responsibility activities which are recently becoming an issue of global management. The second, the practical implication on business management, which can improve employees' job satisfaction and organizational commitment and reduce their turnover intention was suggested. The third, if intending to establish employees' correct attitudes related to job, creative growth must be pursued based on corporate information's transparency and administrative innovation in the economic aspect. And, in the social aspect, they must make an effort to create social value through the social responsibility activities. And, in the environmental aspect, they must pursue the core strategy of environment management combined by environment ethics. In the future, if measuring objective result variable and cognition standard together and considering various variables of social responsibility activities for studying, more plentiful discussion can be drawn.

        국내 육성 보리와 밀 품종별 엿기름 및 식혜의 품질 특성

        Sikhye is a traditional rice beverage, produced from steamed rice, barley or wheat malt and water. Nine varieties of barley and seven varieties of wheat cultivars were investigated and compared quality characteristics, diastatic power, and activities of ${\alpha}$- and ${\beta}$-Amylase. For barley malt, the crude lipid and protein content of malt 1.74~2.42% and 10.71~14.36%, respectively. Also, the crude lipid and protein content for wheat malt 1.57~1.71% and 10.07~13.59%, respectively. The 'Dahyang' barley showed the highest diastatic power with $117.61^{\circ}L$, while for wheat, 'Baegjoong' produced the highest diastatic power with $85.25^{\circ}L$. The enzymatic activities, ${\alpha}$- and ${\beta}$-Amylase for barley cultivar was $110.17{\sim}214.70{\mu}nit/g$ and $869.73{\sim}1,638.43{\mu}nit/g$, respectively. Likewise, ${\alpha}$- and ${\beta}$-Amylase for wheat cultivar was $73.19{\sim}132.23{\mu}nit/g$ and $726.70{\sim}889.30{\mu}nit/g$, respectively. The highest sugar content of Sikhye from barley was $11.10^{\circ}Bx$ ('Hyeda'), while from wheat, was $10.20^{\circ}Bx$ ('Baegjoong'). Among the four free sugar components analyzed from Sikhye, maltose was the highest in all cultivars. The highest maltose content was produced in 'Dahyang' Sikhye at 6.91%. There was significant positive-correlation among the diastatic power and enzymatic activities of malt and free sugar components in Sikhye.

        신규 분화된 불마름병 균주에 대한 주요 콩 품종 및 육성계통의 저항성 평가

        Bacterial pustule is a major bacterial disease in most soybean-growing regions of Korea, resulting in soybean yield reductions ofup to 60%. In this study, we aimed to understand the differences in disease severity caused by three strains of Xanthomonas citri pv. glycines,including two newly differentiated strains (K29 and K100) and the conventional representative strain, 8ra. Seventeen major soybean cultivarsand 14 breeding lines were inoculated and compared for their reactions to the three strains of Xcg. The two new strains caused higher levelsof disease severity, resulting in a greater number of susceptible cultivars. The landrace PI 547711, like Williams 82, was highly resistant toall Xcg strains; however, the other six cultivars that were resistant to 8ra, including Daepung2, were susceptible to the new strains (K29and K100). In particular, the most widely grown cultivars, Daewon and Daepung2, were highly susceptible to K100. All of the breedinglines except two were also vulnerable to the new strains, K100 and K29. Of the breeding lines, SS05004-1-1-4-2-3-4 and SS05022-5-4-2-4-4-4were resistant to the three Xcg strains, at similar levels to that of Williams 82. The breeding lines and cultivars evaluated in this study maybe used to develop breeding materials resistant to new Xcg strains in the future. In addition, establishment of an improved disease evaluationsystem for bacterial pustule, by using multiple representative strains, is strongly recommended for breeding programs, to increase the efficiencyand accuracy of selection for resistance as the pathogenic diversity of X. citri pv. glycines changes.

        생청국장 적합 품종 선정을 위한 가공 특성 비교

        Saengcheonggukjang, known as Natto in Japan, is a soybean fermented food which is made from steamed soybean, Bacillus and water. Demand of Saengcheonggukjang has increased because it does not have much smell compared to Cheonggukjang. Seven varieties of Saengcheonggukjang were investigated and compared in terms of 100 seed weight, quality characteristics, hard seed rate, and water absorption rate in order to determine the suitability of Korean soybeans. In addition, each characteristic of Saengcheonggukjang was compared. 'Hoseo' and 'Haewon' showed low 100 seed weight with 8.41 g and 8.11 g, respectively. The water absorption rate was higher in 'Hoseo' and 'Pungwon' than in Japan varieties. The yield of Saengcheonggukjang was significantly different for each variety. No differences were observed in yield and hardness of Saengcheonggukjang with respect to the varieties and sowing date. 'Haewon' showed the highest amino nitrogen content with 575.0 mg%. Viscous material content did not appear to differ between varieties. These results suggested that 'Hoseo' and 'Haewon' can be considered as suitable candidates for yield and quality of Saengcheonggukjang compared to Japan varieties.

        Acute or chronic sinusitis is common disease of ENT. Most cases usually respond to appropriate treatment; however, some cases occasionally progress to the development of serious complication and poor prognosis. The orbital complications are most common complication fallowed by intracranial complications. The incidence of sinogenic intracranial complications is about 3.7-11.0% and these complications are progressively decreasing however the complications occur due to incorrect use of antibiotics, antibiotics resistant pathogens, decreasing host immunity, improper diagnosis and delayed surgical treatment. Therefore the case of epidural abscess in anterior portion of middle cranial fossa secondary to acute sphenoid sinusitis, which was treated with transnasal endoscopic sphenoidotomy and intravenous antibiotics, is being reported.

        인삼 사포닌 분획이 세포벽에 미치는 영향 ( 2 ) Bacillus subtilis 의 세포벽에 관하여

        In this experiment, observations were made on the effects of ginseng saponin, one of the major components of Korean ginseng (Panax ginseng, C, A, Meyer) root, on the growth rate of Bacillus subtilis, the uptake rate of the U-^(14)C-glucose, the lysis, and cell wall, The followings were obtained. (1). The growth rate of B. subtilis grown on medium containing 0.3 % ginseng saponin was faster than that of B. subtilis grown on medium without it after 6 hr from the beginning of culture, (2). The uptake rate of the U-^(14)C-glucose by B. subtilis grown on medium containing 0.3 % ginseng saponin was faster than that of B. subtilis grown on medium without it, (3). The lysis of B. subtilis grown on medium containing 0.3 % ginseng saponin fraction was faster than that of B. subtilis grown on medium without it. (4). Cell wall of B. subtilis grown on medium containing 0.3 % saponin fraction was different from that of B. subtilis grown on medium without it.

      • A Study on the Effect of Ginseng Saponin Fraction on Cell Wall(II) : Cell Wall of Bacillus subtilis

        본 실험에서는 인삼 주 성분 중의 하나인 saponin 분획이 Bacillus subtilis의 성장, U-$^{14}C$-glucose의 uptake 속도, lysis 및 세포벽 등에 미치는 영향을 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 0.3% 인삼 saponin 분획이 첨가된 배지에서 자란 B. subtilis의 성장속도는 control 배지에서 자라난 것 보다 배양 시작한지 6시간 후 부터 빨라졌다. 2. 0.3% 인삼 saponin 분획이 첨가된 배지에서 자란 B. subtilis는 control 배지에서 자란 것보다 U-$^{14}C$-glucose의 uptake 속도가 빨라졌다. 3. 0.3% 인삼 saponin 분획이 첨가된 배지에서 자란 B. subtilis의 lysozyme에 의한 lysis는 control 배지에서 자란 것 보다 빠르다. 4. 광학 및 전자 현미경의 관찰에 의하면 0.3% 인삼 saponin 분획이 첨가된 배지에서 자란 B. subtilis와 control 배지에서 자란 B. subtllis 사이에는 세포벽의 변화가 있었다.         일측 중비갑개에 발생한 해면상혈관종 치험 1예

        Hemangiomas are common benign soft tissue tumors in the head and neck, but they occur infrequently in the sinonasal cavity. Most of nasal hemangiomas arise from the nasal septum or vestibule and are of capillary type. Only a few arise from the lateral wall of the nose, and these usually are cavernous. Chief symptoms are recurrent epistaxis and nasal obstruction;if the tumor becomes large, it may cause adjacent bony erosion. Cavernous hemangioma shows essentially little tendency to regress, and in adults, it is more common than capillary hemangioma. Consequently, the majority of cavernous hemangiomas require surgery in contrast to their capillary counterparts. We report a case of cavernous hemangioma of middle turbinate in an adult female, together with a review of the literature.

        산 가수분해 조건에 따른 콩의 isoflavone 함량이 생리활성에 미치는 영향

        This study investigated the effects of changes in soybean isoflavone and polyphenol content, under thermal and acid hydrolysis conditions, on antioxidant and -glucosidase inhibitory activity. The contents of genistein, glycitein, and daidzein before the hydrolysis ranged from 10.53-167.68, 7.98-63.75, and 7.30-124.41 μg/mg extract, respectively, and increased upon acid hydrolysis. Total polyphenol content ranged from 32.34-52.59 μg GAE/mg, with the highest values observed at 1 h with 1M HCl. DPPH radical scavenging activity ranged from 8.13-14.70 TE/mg and further increased upon acid hydrolysis. Reducing power ranged from 49.12-217.56 μM FeSO4/mg and was most effective when treated with 1M HCl for 8 h. The -glucosidase inhibitory activity increased to 88.94% when treated with 1M HCl for 8 h, whereas control and thermal hydrolysis were ineffective. The results of this study can be used for the production of functional foods with enhanced bioactivity of soybeans.
