        발달장애인 대상 실시간 원격 신체활동 프로그램 지도자의 교수학습 역량 탐색

        본 연구는 발달장애인을 대상으로 실시간 원격 신체활동 프로그램을 진행하기 위한 지도자의 교수학습 역량을 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구 참여자는 S대학교에 재학 중이면서 발달장애인 대상 신체활동 프로그램을 진행해본 경험이 다년간 있으며, 실시간 원격의 형태로도 신체활동 프로그램에 지도자로 참여한 경험이 있는 특수체육전공 대학원생이며, 총 4명으로 구성하였다. 이들을 대상으로 반구조화된 질문지를 활용하여 심층면담을 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료에 대한 귀납적 범주분석을 실시한 결과, 지도자의 역량을 크게 ‘교수학습 기반 역량’과 ‘교수학습 역량’으로 2개의 역량으로 범주화할 수 있었다. 교수학습 전반에 기초적이고 핵심적인 역할을 하는 ‘교수학습의 기반 역량’의 경우, 이를 구성하는 하위 능력으로 ‘발달장애인의 특수성에 대한 이해력’, ‘공감적 의사소통 능력’, ‘신체활동 종목에 대한 전반적인 이해력’, ‘학습 테크놀로지 활용 능력’ 4가지를 포함하였다. 한편 ‘교수학습 역량’은 ‘프로그램 설계 역량’, ‘프로그램 실행 역량’, ‘프로그램 평가 역량’으로 하위 역량을 설정하였고, 이는 다시 역량 다발을 구성하는 지도자의 능력으로 세분화하였다. ‘프로그램 설계 역량’에는 ‘맞춤형 프로그램 구성 능력’, ‘난이도별 과제분석력’ 등을 포함한 4가지 능력을, ‘프로그램 실행 역량’에는 ‘대면보다 과장된 진행 능력’, ‘다양한 수업 모델 활용 능력’ 등을 포함한 5가지 능력을, ‘프로그램 평가 역량’에는 ‘현장 피드백 수합 능력’, ‘수업 성찰 및 보완 능력’을 포함한 2가지 능력을 범주화할 수 있었다. 이를 토대로 발달장애인 대상 실시간 원격 신체활동을 지도하기 위한 지도자가 갖추어야 할 교수학습 역량에 대한 시사점과 제한점에 대해 논의하였다. The purpose of this study was to explore the necessary competencies of instructors to lead real-time remote physical activity programmes for people with developmental disabilities. The study participants were graduate students majoring in special physical education at S National University, and a total of 4 people were composed. They had several years of experience conducting physical activity programmes for people with developmental disabilities and had served as instructors in both real-time and remote formats. In this study, in-depth interviews were conducted with them using a semi-structured questionnaire, and inductive categorical analysis was conducted on the collected data. The competencies of the instructors were categorised into two main competencies: 'teaching and learning foundational competencies' and 'teaching and learning competencies'. For the 'teaching and learning foundation competencies', which play a fundamental and core role in teaching and learning as a whole, four sub-competencies were included: 'understanding of the specificities of people with developmental disabilities', 'empathetic communication skills', 'general understanding of physical activity sports', and 'ability to use learning technologies'. Meanwhile, the 'teaching and learning competency' was subdivided into 'programme design competency', 'programme implementation competency' and 'programme evaluation competency', which were further subdivided into the instructor's abilities that make up the competency bundle. Based on these findings, this study discussed the implications and limitations of the teaching competencies for instructors to lead real-time remote physical activity for people with developmental disabilities.

        청소년 고카페인 음료 섭취빈도와 정신건강의 관련성 연구

        This study was conducted to investigate the correlation between frequency of high-caffeine energy drink intake in adolescents and their mental health status using data from the Korean adolescent health behaviors online survey (2014-15). Mental health was classified by the five categories: Perception of stress (PS), Insufficient relief of fatigue after sleep (IRFS), Experience of sadness despair (SD), Suicidal ideation (SI), and Subjective unhappiness (SU). Regarding general characteristics, higher age, height, and body weight of subjects were associated with higher frequency of high-caffeine energy drink (HCED) intake (p< .0001). In the OR analysis, when the lowest group (≤2/wk) and highest group (1≥day) were compared, the highest group showed significantly higher OR in all five categories of mental health. According to gender, males did not show better PS, SD, and SI than females who had a high frequency of HCED (p for trend<.0001). According to school level, middle school students showed a higher risk rate than high school students in PS, IRFS, and SD (p for trend< .0001). Based on the above results, higher frequency of HCED intake among adolescents was associated with more adverse effects on mental health.

        코로나19 백신 관리에서 근거 기반 지침의 개발과 평가

        Background : The National Medical Center is a central infectious disease hospital and is responsible for preventing and managing infectious diseases. Accordingly, we intend to develop evidence-based guidelines to highlight the need for pharmacist roles in vaccine management, and further consider the role of pharmacists in the entire area of immunization. Methods : Using Google Scholar and Pubmed databases, documents searched for keywords such as “immunization” and “pharmaceutical guideline” were listed. Based on these listed documents, the final guidelines necessary for establishing guidelines were selected through peer review. Results : COVID-19 vaccine management guidelines were developed through five selected guidelines, and this was applied to the work of pharmacists at the Central Vaccination Center. The role of pharmacists was summarized as building and spreading standard models, maintaining cold chains, preventing errors in drug use, and managing adverse reactions. Furthermore, it could be posited that the expertise of pharmacists is required in vaccine management. Conclusion : It is necessary to expand the role of pharmacists legally and institutionally to expand the function of pharmacists, which were limited to the storage, management, and information provision of vaccines, and to improve the efficiency of public health.

        Summer season temperature-humidity index threshold for infrared thermography in Hanwoo (Bos taurus coreanae) heifers

        Objective: The study sought to estimate the relationship between body surface temperature (BST) and temperature humidity index (THI) and to present the validity of THI as a heat stress index in the field. Methods: Eight Hanwoo heifers (20 to 32 month) were examined in a field trial, with a space allowance of 10 m2 per head. The BST was measured using an infrared thermographic camera. The BST of five body regions (eyes, hindquarters, nose, part of horns, and ears), ambient temperature (AT), and relative humidity (RH) were measured 7 times daily (07, 09, 11, 13, 15, 17, and 19 h) during each season with three replicates. Results: The THI ranged 34.0 to 56.9 during spring (AT, –1.0°C to 13.4°C), 75.1 to 84.7 during summer (AT, 24.9°C to 33.6°C), 55.8 to 70.9 during autumn (AT, 13.0°C to 26.0°C) and 17.5 to 39.2 during winter (AT, –10.4°C to 1.0°C). In the regression analysis, the coefficient of determination (R2) between THI and BST was 0.88, 0.72, 0.83, 0.86, and 0.85 for the eyes, hindquarters, nose, part of horn, and ears area, respectively. This indicates that BST has a strong correlation with AT and RH. Expression equations were estimated as Y (THI) = 31.54+0.1085X (BST of eyes) and Y (THI) = 30.48+0.1147X (BST of hindquarters) by simple linear regression analysis in this experiment. Conclusion: Consequently, the upper bound for heat stress estimation can be specified ranging from THI of 65 (eyes) to 70 (hindquarters). From this we can expect a precise feeding system for Korean native cattle in the field.

        가로수와 바닥 포장 표면 알베도의 도시 열 환경 개선 효과

        Due to climate change and urbanization, abnormally high temperatures and heat waves are expected to increase in urban and deteriorate thermal comfort. Planting of street trees and changing the albedo of urban surfaces are the strategies for mitigating the thermal environment of urban, and both of these strategies affect the exposure and blocking of radiative fluxes to pedestrians. After measuring the shortwave and longwave radiation according to the ground surface with different albedo and the presence of street trees using the CNR4 net radiometer, this study analyzed the relationship between this two strategies in terms of thermal environment mitigation by calculating the MRT(Mean Radiant Temperature) of each environment. As a result of comparing the difference between the downward shortwave radiation measured under the right tree and at the control, the shortwave radiation blocking effect of the tree increased as the downward shortwave radiation increased. During daytime hours (from 11 am to 3 pm), the MRT difference caused by the albedo difference(The albedo of the surfaces are 0.479 and 0.131, respectively.) on surfaces with no tree is approximately 3.58℃. When tree is present, the MRT difference caused by the albedo difference is approximately 0.49℃. In addition, in the case of the light-colored ground surface with high albedo, the surface temperature was low and the range of temperature change was lower than the surrounding surface with low albedo. This result shows that the urban thermal environment can be midigate through the planting of street trees, and that the ground surface with high albedo can be considered for short pedestrians. These results can be utilized in planning street and open space in urban by choosing surfaces with high albedo along with the shading effect of vegetation, considering the use by various users.

        주부의 가정관리행동유형에 따른 신용카드에 대한 인식 및 사용.관리행동

        The purpose of this study is to analyze housewives’ cognition, usage, and management behavior of credit cards according to home management behavior pattern. The sample of this study was selected from the housewives’ living in Seoul who has credit cards. After class-analyzation of the sample, 523 out of 612 repondents were finally selected data. The data were analyzed by the statical methods such as frequency, mean, percentile, Factor Analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Duncan’s multiple range test, Person’s Correlation, and Multiple Regression Analysis through the SAS program package. The major findings of this study are as followers : First, housewives’ usage and management behavior of credit cards was a positive relationship between home management behavior pattern. Second, housewives’ cognition of credit cards showed a significant positive relationship with usage and management behavior of credit card. Third, the most influencial variables on housewives’usage and management behavior of credit cards were their value and home management behavior pattern.

        Dynamic imaging of Ostwald ripening in copper oxide nanoparticles by atomic resolution transmission Electron microscope

        Structural evolution of copper oxide nanoparticles is examined, especially with respect to Ostwald ripening under electron beam irradiation. Dissolution of the smaller particles into the larger one was clearly observed at the atomic scale using advanced transmission electron microscope.
