흄의 정념론과 이중수반의 관계주의

In this paper I trace analytically the process of the occurrence of the passions which is accompanied by the evaluation of various constitutional interpreters from the perspective of relationalism. Hume explains the occurrence of indirect passions as the double relation between ideas and impressions which is the principle of the passions. However, explaining the occurrence of the passions through the double relation between ideas and impressions is not very kind. A simple principle is required to explain the complexities of the occurrence of the passions from a different perspective. I call that explanation principle a double supervenience relation that expresses the double relation between the tendency of human nature and self-mediated ideas and impressions and their mutual coordination and co-operation. Hume identifies the accompanying attributes of this relation with usefulness and empathy. Therefore, it is hoped that Hume will be able to explain the construction of the theory developed in the orthodoxy more systematically from the perspective of dual water conservatism or relativism. These attempts will eventually contribute to solving the problems of various interpretations and evaluations of Hume's ethical theory. Hume identifies this supervenience relation with utility and sympathy. I hope that the theory of passion of Hume can be explained more systematically from the perspective of the double supervenience relationalism. These attempts will eventually contribute to solving the problems with various interpretations and evaluations of Hume's ethical theory. 이 글은 다양한 해석과 평가를 동반하는 정념의 발생 과정을 관계주의 관점에서 추적한다. 흄은 간접정념의 발생을 정념의 원리인 인상과 관념의 이중관계로 설명한다. 그런데 이것만으로 정념의 발생을 설명하는 데에는 한계가 있으며, 이에 나는 인상과 관념의 이중관계를 포함하면서 인간적 본성의 경향성과 자아에 매개된 관계를 나타내는 이중수반 관계라는 보다 포괄적인 설명 원리를 도입한다. 흄은 정념 발생의 이중수반의 관계를 정념과 유용성 및 공감의 관계로 이해한다. 따라서 나는 흄의 정념론을 이중수반의 관계주의의 관점에서 보다 체계적으로 설명할 수 있기를 기대한다. 이러한 시도는 최종적으로 흄의 윤리이론과 관련된 다양한 해석과 평가의 문제들을 해소하는데 기여할 것이다.

Indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) 생성 Arthrobacter sp.의 분리 및 식물 생육촉진 효과

An auxin-producing bacteria, KSD16, KSD33, and KSD36 were isolated from agricultural soil. The strain KSD16, KSD33, and KSD36 was classified as a strain of Arthrobacter sp. based on phylogenetic analysis of 16S rRNA gene. The isolated KDS16, KDS33, and KSD36 was confirmed to produce indole-3-acetic acid (IAA), which is one of the auxin hormones. When the concentration of IAA was assessed the maximum concentration of IAA, 206.62 mg L -1 , was detected from the culture broth incubated in R2A medium containing 0.1% L-tryptophan for 48 h at 28 ℃. To study the effect of IAA producing bacteria on germination rate, seeds of Mung bean were prepared for each treatment. KSD16, KSD33, and KSD36 showed significant increase in root length and number of adventitious roots than the controls. To investigate the growth-promoting effects on the crops, Arthrobacter species were placed in water cultures and seed pots of mung beans. In consequence, the seed germination of mung beans was 73.4% higher than the control. 농업 재배지 토양으로부터 auxin 생성세균 KSD16, KSD33 그리고 KSD36를 분리하였다. 분리균주 KSD16, KSD33 그리고 KSD36 는 16S rRNA 유전자 계통분석을 통해 Arthrobacter 속으로 분류되었다. 이들 균주는 R2A배지에 0.1% L-tryptophan를 첨가한 배지에서 28℃, 48 시간 배양한 결과, auxin 의 일종인 indole-3-acetic acid (IAA)를 204.4 mg L -1 생성하는 것으로 확인되었다. IAA 생성세균의 녹두종자 발아에 미치는 영향을 확인한 결과, Arthrobacter 속 균주 KSD16, KSD33 그리고 KSD36 는 대조군에 비해 뿌리길이와 발근수가 증가하였다. Arthrobacter 속 균주의 녹두 성장촉진 효과를 확인한 결과, 녹두의 발아율이 대조군보다 73.4 % 증가하는 특징을 나타내었다.

영화 『헤드윅』과 소리꾼 이희문의 드랙퀸 분장 - 엔터테인먼트 요소 관점을 중심으로 -

This paper studied the drag queen makeup of ‘Hedwig’, the main character of the movie 『Hedwig』, and the drag queen makeup of Lee Hee-moon. The study began from the point that Lee Hee-moon's Korean drag queen outfit was shown in various domestic TV programs and performances. The purpose of this study was to analyze the differences between Lee Hee-moon's drag queen makeup and the drag queen makeup of Hedwig. As a research method, it summarized the types and characteristics of all drag queen costumes worn in the scene where Hedwig performed in the movie 『Hedwig』 and analyzed the drag queen costume of Lee Hee-moon, who is active in domestic TV, YouTube (YouTube) channels, and live performances. The preceding research papers of this study mainly focused on drag queen's gender identity analysis and Hedwig's performance costume analysis. In this paper, it focused on the use of drag queen makeup as an entertainment element rather than Hedwig's gender performance. Lee Hee-moon's drag queen makeup was analyzed focusing on the <Sing Sing Band> to which he belonged. It referred to his new performances after the disbandment of <Sing Sing Band>. A comparative study on Lee Hee-moon's drag queen makeup was conducted mainly with the contents of his interview and what he said in his radio or TV appearances. The result of the study shows that Lee Hee-moon's drag queen makeup appeared in various art genres, broadcasting, and media using entertainment elements and it is predicted that various art genres could be used as entertainment elements and tried in media and performances in the future. 본 논문은 영화 『헤드윅』의 주인공‘헤드윅’의 드랙퀸 분장과 이희문의 드랙퀸 분장에 대하여 연구하였다. 이희문의 드랙퀸 복장이 국내 다양한 TV 프로그램과 공연에서 한국적 드랙퀸의모습을 보인다는 점에서 연구가 시작되었으며 이희문의 드랙퀸 분장에 대한 차별점 분석을 목적으로 하였다. 연구 방법으로는 영화『헤드윅』에서 헤드윅이 공연하는 장면에서 입은 모든 드랙퀸의상의 종류와 특징에 대해 정리하였고 국내 TV와 YouTube(유튜브) 채널 그리고 라이브 공연에서활발히 활동하고 있는 이희문의 드랙퀸 복장도 분석하였다. 본 연구의 선행 연구 논문으로는 드랙퀸의 젠더 정체성 분석과 헤드윅의 공연 의상분석이 주를 이루고 있다. 본 논문에서는 헤드윅의젠더 수행성보다는 드랙퀸 분장을 엔터테인먼트적인 요소로 활용하였다는 점에 집중하였다. 이희문의 드랙퀸 분장은 그가 소속되었던 <씽씽 밴드>를 중심으로 분석하였고 <씽씽 밴드> 해체 이후그의 새로운 여러 공연을 참고하였다. 이희문의 드랙퀸 분장은 그의 인터뷰 내용과 라디오 출연또는 방송 출연에서 직접 이야기한 내용을 중심으로 비교 연구를 진행하였다. 연구 결과 이희문의드랙퀸 분장은 엔터테인먼트적인 요소를 활용하여 다양한 예술 장르와 방송, 미디어에 등장하였으며 이것은 앞으로 다양한 예술 장르가 엔터테인먼트적인 요소로 활용되어 미디어와 공연에서시도될 수 있을 것으로 예측하였다.

In this study, the genus Cameraria Chapman, 1902 belonging to the family Gracillariidae is reported for the first time from Korea, with three newly recorded species, Cameraria acericola Kumata, 1963, C. hikosanensis Kumata, 1963 and C. niphonica Kumata, 1963. All the known Korean species are enumerated with their available information. Adults and genitalia of all species are redescribed and illustrated. 본 연구를 통해 가는나방과의 Cameraria屬이 우리나라에서 처음으로 보고되며, 본 屬의 3종 <Cameraria acericola Kumata, 1963 (털고로쇠 가는나방), C. hikosanensis Kumata, 1963 (덜꿩나무가는나방) 및 C. niphonica Kumata, 1963 (청시닥가는나방)>이 한국미기록종으로 기록된다. 본 연구에서 보고되는 모든 종에 대한 분류 및 기주식물 정보를 종합하여 정리하였으며 성충 및 생식기의 특징을 도해와 함께 재기재하였다.

공과대학의 이론 및 실험・실습 원격수업 운영현황 조사 및 학생 인식 탐색: COVID-19 대응 운영 중심으로

This study was to investigate the operation status and the students’ perception for both theory-focused and practice-focused online class in engineering college that were implemented in responses to COVID-19. For this purpose of the study, the survey including the open-ended questions were conducted to the 147 students in college of engineering in 2021 at one of the universities located in the metropolitan area. The survey were analyzed by SPSS 26.0 and then findings were as follows. First, while the most students were satisfied with the operation of online classes that were implemented in response to COVID-19, many students were unsatisfied with the practice-focused online class. Also, there were some differences in the level of students’ satisfaction for some factors of online class operation in terms of the students’ background. Second, there were significant differences in some parts of students’ satisfaction in terms of the background of students. specifically, males students were more satisfied with the supports of teaching assistant in online classes than female students and the junior and senior levels of students are more satisfied with the teaching strategies of online classes than freshman and sophomore year students. Third, the level of students’ satisfaction was different in terms of the types of online platforms as well as the methods of communication between students and professors. Finally, even though the students in the college of engineering understand the benefits in the online classes, they indicated the limitations and difficulties for participating in practice-focused online class and demanded the improvement of the operation for the online lab classes. The further research needs to be conducted to investigate the status of operation for online lab and practice classes in college of engineering.
