Bacillus amyloliquefaciens K의 생육(生育)과 ${\alpha}-amylase$ 생산(生産)에 대한 Tunicamycin (TM)의 영향(影響)을 검토(檢討)한 결과(結果) 최소생육저지농도(最少生育沮止濃度)는 $0.25{\mu}\textrm{g}/m\ell$이고 생산(生産)된 ${\alpha}-amylase$의 내열성(耐熱性)은 $50^{\circ}C$이었다. TM 첨가량(添加量)이 $1{\mu}\textrm{g}/m\ell$인 액체배지(液體培地)에서 10시간(時間) 진탕배양(振湯培養)할 경우 균(菌)의 형태(形態)는 간형(桿形)에서 부정형(不定形)의 구형(球形)으로 변형(變形)되었으며 24시간배양(時間培養)으로 용해(溶解)되었다. TM와 자외선의 처리로 분리(分離)한 his-, $TM^{\tau}$ 변이주(變異株)의 생육(生育)은 친주(親株)와 같은 경향(傾向) 이었으나 ${\alpha}-amylase$, protease, 및 RNase의 생산량(生産量)은 떨어지는 경향(傾向)이다. The effects of tunicamycin (TM) on the growth and ${\alpha}-amylase$ productivity of B. amyloliquefaciens K were studied. The minimal growth inhibitory concentration was $0.25{\mu}\textrm{g}/m\ell$ and its ${\alpha}-amylase$ was stable up to $50^{\circ}C$. When the saking culture with $1{\mu}\textrm{g}/m\ell$ of Tunicamycin caused the change of cell shape from form rod to irregular circular form and the mycelium lysis. the grow th of His-, $TM^{\tau}$ mutant obtained by treatment of TM and ultraviolet ray was similar to that of the parent strain, but the productivity of ${\alpha}-amylase$, protease, and RNase was lower than that of the parent.

For a large-scale semiconductor manufacturing clean room, the energy consumed in an outdoor air conditioning system to heat, humidify, cool and dehumidify incoming outdoor air is very large. In particular, the energy requirement to humidify outdoor air in the winter season is generally known to be high. Meanwhile the indoor air in the clean room needs to be cooled even in winter season because of the large heat load from manufacturing equipment. Recently, in order to overcome the high energy consumption nature of outdoor air humidification, an indoor water spray humidification is introduced to utilize the heat load from manufacturing equipment instead of the steam generator in the outdoor air conditioning system. Therefore, the assessment and comparison of the annual energy consumed in the steam humidification type and the indoor water spray humidification type outdoor air conditioning systems deserves to be examined in order to reduce the outdoor air conditioning load of a clean room. In the present study, a numerical analysis was conducted to obtain the annual electric power consumption of the two outdoor air conditioning systems.
호텔 종사원 직업선택 동기의 중요도-만족도(IPA)에 의한 추천의도 연구

The major variable and motivation in the selection of works for employees having engaged in the hotel is the priority variable that can have influence on customer satisfaction, so related businesses should perceive the importance for motivation of job selection of employees and it is necessary to find out variable of influence through actual method study. On the other hand, the study for the motivation of job selection of workers engaging in current hotel business and tourism industry is very restrictive. Therefore providing basic data is higher meaningful in an academic aspect not dealing with the subject related to this study until now, by finding out between importance and difference for motivation of job selection. As the result of this study, hypothesis I turns out to be a difference in the motivation of the job selection of the hotel workers, recommendation purpose and whole satisfaction of sex, the demographic trait, age, seniority, position, academic background, monthly income, company level and major. Hypothesis II shows the positive number in all measurement variable for importance and satisfaction of motivation for job selection of the hotel workers with the result analyzing IPA and there is low satisfaction in the job selection of hotel workers, while they are engaged in the hotel currently because the factor that they think importantly before entering into this hotel is changed after into. Hypothesis III shows the most important factor in the satisfaction and recommendation purpose is respect and self-realization in the satisfaction and working environment in the recommendation purpose as a result of analyzing influence relations for hotel workers, motivation and recommendation purpose of the job selection and whole satisfaction.

The effects of culture broth filtrates, sugar changes and utilizationon the growth and acid production of P. freudenreichii KFCC 31227 and L. acidophilus KFCC 32825 were investigated in S.G.Y. (Skim milk, glucose, yeast extract) and SMW (skin milk whey)medium by the single and mixed cultures. The growth and acid production bye mixed culture and in cultured broth filtrate of the other party were more affected than those of single culture and self-cultured broth filtrate. When the two strains were cultured, P. freudenreichii KFCC 31227 utilized with lactose more than glucose and L. acidophilus KFCC 32825 was glucose more than lactose in the growth and acid production. The mixed culture of two strains was more affected to sugar utilization than single culture. This result was considered due to the synergistic effect by interaction of these two strains in mixed culture.
Lactobacillus acidophilus 에 의한 보리당화액의 젖산 발효

The optimum conditions for lactic acid fermentation by Lactobacillus acidophilus in the media containing malt syrup, skim milk or skim milk and malt syrup were studied to develope marketable fermented beverages from barley. The optimum sugar concentration of malt syrup was 10℃ Bx. Addition of skim milk to malt syrup enhanced bacterial growth and acid formation. The best flavor of the product was obtained from the media containing 5% skim milk and sterilized at 90℃ for 30 minutes. Optimum temperature and pH for the formentation were 40℃ and 6.0, and bacterial cells grew logarithmically upto 16 hours.
