This paper deals with the feasibility analysis and alternatives for infrared detector development. The purpose of this paper analyze development requirement and feasibility study in both technology and cost. We get raw input data for system engineering process from development and technical expert, and then analyze cost and technology for development feasibility, and alternative study. Infrared Detector is core component of Thermal Imaging System and developed by ADD from 2006 to 2008 year. Technical level is analyzed by TRL(Technical Readiness Level) and AOA(Analysis of Alternative) is done by development and production cost estimate. We use SEER-H tool for cost estimate, that is parametric cost estimate tool based on Knowledge Base. Also this paper presents risk analysis for project management because it is necessary to risk driver management during the infrared detector development. The result of IR Detector feasibility and alternative study will be used in technical and cost analysis. This study can help those who are related to the cost analysis and development feasibility of other weapons

최근에 컴퓨터를 이용한 영상처리기술 및 고속통신망의 발달과 더불어 하드웨어의 고성능화로 의학분야에서 발생되는 영상들에 대해 분석 및 처리를 자동화하려는 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 말초혈액영상에서 혈구세포들을 자동으로 분석, 분류 및 카운트하기 위해 다층신경망에 기반한 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 이를 위해 먼저 CDD 카메라가 부착된 현미경으로부터 영상을 입력받아 적혈구와 백혈구 분류를 위한 다양한 특징추출 알고리즘을 적용하였다. 또한, PCA를 적용해 다차원의 특징을 저차원으로 줄여 분류기의 훈련과 인식 시간을 단축시킴으로서 보다 효율적인 분류기 시스템을 구축하였다. 따라서 , 본 논문에서는 제안된 시스템이 실제 임상 병리진단 가이드 시스템에 적용 가능함을 보일 수 있었다. Recently, there have been many researches to automate processing and analysing image data in medical field, due to the advance of image processing techniques, the fast communication network and high performance hardware. In this paper, we design and implement the system based on the multi-layer neural network model to be able to analyze, differentiate and count blood cells in the peripheral blood image. To do these, we segment red and white-blood cell in blood image acquired from microscope with CCD(Charge-coupled device) camera and then apply the various feature extraction algorithms to classify. In addition to, we reduce multi-variate feature number using PCA(Principle Component Analysis) to construct more efficient classifier. So, in this paper, we are sure that the proposed system can be applied to a pathological guided system.

1. Objectives This study focuses on the Validity of the Questionnaire about Sasang Constitution Classification for Mongolians 2. Methods By using the way of backward elimination, certain variables are chosen from the 438 cases whose physical conditions are absolutely diagnosed. After that, discriminant analysis for the selected variables has been done to obtain the physical constitution equation and the accuracy ratio of diagnosis which are useful for physical constitution diagnosis. 3. Results and Conclusions (1) In tile Validity for the Questionnaire of Sasang Constitution Classification for Mongolians, the accuracy ratio of diagnosis of Taeyangin is 100%, Soyangin 62.5%, Taeumin 76.7%, and Soeumin 66.1% respectively as a result of the discriminant analysis employing Cronbach's alpha coefficient. On the whole, the accuracy ratio of diagnosis is 70.1%. (2). In the Validity for the Questionnaire of Sasang Constitution Classification for Mongolians, the accuracy ratio of diagnosis of 70.1% means that it beats the maximum chance criterion of 41.4% and the proportional chance criterion of 34.4% by 28.7% and 35.7% respectively. Conclusively, this questionnaire has discriminant power.

증상이나 질병과 관련된 정보는 인터넷을 통해서 정보 홍수라고 할 만큼 많은 정보를 얻을 수 있다. 하지만 이들 정보는 통합해서 조정해 줄 수 있는 의사의 지식과 결합이 되어야만 제 역할을 할 수 있다.
5G 모바일 네트워크의 Industrial IoT 표준기술 동향

Industrial networks has been developing various technologies from fieldbus technology to industrial Ethernet and time-sensitive networking. The industry expects that the 5G mobile network will solve the diverse and highly specific industrial site requirements. Accordingly, 3GPP has been developing standard functions to provide ultra-high reliability, ultra-high speed, ultra-connection, and ultra-low latency services, and 3GPP Rel-16 began developing ultra-low latency and ultra-high reliability communication functions for 5G mobile networks to support vertical industries. In this paper, we show the related standardization trends and requirements to apply industrial IoT service scenarios to 5G mobile networks, and in particular, we introduce 5G system features and extended 5G system architecture to provide time sensitive communication and time synchronization services.
