The contaminated soil at abandoned smelter areas present challenge for remediation, as the degraded materials are typically deficient in nutrients, and rich in toxic heavy metals and metalloids. Bioremediation technique is to isolate new strains of microorganisms and develop successful protocols for reducing metal toxicity with heavy metal tolerant species. The present study collected metal contaminated soil and characterized for pH and EC values, and heavy metal contents. The pH value was 5.80, representing slightly acidic soil, and EC value was 13.47 mS/m. ICP-AES analytical results showed that the collected soil samples were highly contaminated with various heavy metals and metalloids such as lead (183.0 mg/kg), copper (98.6 mg/kg), zinc (91.6 mg/kg), and arsenic (48.1 mg/kg), respectively. In this study, a bacterial strain, Bacillus cereus KM-15, capable of adsorbing the heavy metals was isolated from the contaminated soils by selective enrichment and characterized to apply for the bioremediation. The effects of heavy metal on the growth of the Bacillus cereus KM-15 was determined in liquid cultures. The results showed that 100 mg/L arsenic, lead, and zinc did not affect the growth of KM-15, while the bacterial growth was strongly inhibited by copper at the same concentration. Further, the ability of the bacteria to adsorb heavy metals was evaluated.

Oh Yoon (1946-1986) formed Hyeonsil Dongin, a student association, in 1969 arguing the combination of life with art. Oh Woon opposed the Korea’s modernism art that mimics the western art and pursued art that enriches people’s lives focusing on tradition and the public. Oh Yoon created the image of workers and the public with rough and clunky but lines full of vitality. The unique art world of Oh Yoon was based on culture movement among the public in the 1960s including mask dance, Pansori (a dramatic song recital), and Madangguk (one of traditional Korean performance). The world where national imagination is restored in the order of human society which applies dynamic principle led by the public! It is ultimate art word dreamt by Oh Yoon. To this end, Oh Yoon was inspired by Namsadang performance and Korean Folk Art (Min-Hwa). Madangguk (one of traditional Korean performance) and vulgar painting in the late Joseon Dynasty enabled the initial art style of Oh Yoon, which started from mural movement in Mexico to be developed into a unique engraving art with sense of humor and comic touch. Ironically, the recognition of information including folklore, play, Min-Hwa and mask dance was the good result of support for Korean traditional music and traditional art led by the nation starting from the late 1950s. In particular, the Cultural Heritage Protection Act announced in 1962 and protection of intangible cultural asset started in 1963 enabled the research and preservation on traditional play and national data. In addition, the nationwide folklore competition contributed to making traditional culture popular among the public. The government support for national traditional culture was part of the national integration policy of the government which took power after the May 16 coup. The national culture movement was expanded and reproduced with the involvement of the private, public and business sectors in the 1960s and 1970s. Therefore, the art of Oh Yoon was looked at in the big picture of Korea’s national movement in the 1960s and 1970s that focused on the restoration of tradition.

연구목적: 본 연구는 유치원 교사의 양성교육과정의 이수 교과목에 관한 유치원교사의 인식을 조사함으로써 유아교사교육의 개선 방향에 대한 시사점을 얻는데 목적을 두었다. 연구방법: 부산시 소재 유치원의 교사를 대상으로 현행 유치원교사 양성교육과정의 전공 및 교직과목의 중요도와 개선 사항에 대해 평정형, 순위형 및 개방형 문항으로 인식을 조사하였으며, 300명의 응답자 자료를 양적, 질적 분석하였다. 연구결과: 응답자들은 전반적으로 전공과목을 교직과목에 비해 중요도를 높게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 전공과목 중에서는 ‘유아안전교육’, ‘유아관찰 및 실습’, ‘영유아발달과 교육’, ‘유아놀이지도’, ‘유아교육과정’ 등의 과목을, 그리고 교직과목에서는 ‘학교현장실습’과 ‘생활지도 및 상담’의 중요도를 상대적으로 높게 인식하는 것으로 분석되었다. 양성교육과정 개선과 관련해서는 교육실습 기간 확대 및 실습운영의 표준화, 유아교사의 교직관 및 인성을 함양할 수 있는 교과목의 증설, 교직과목 축소 및 유아교육 현장성을 반영한 교직과목의 운영 등의 의견을 수렴하였다. 결론: 연구결과를 바탕으로, 유치원교사 양성교육과정의 개선 방향을 논의하고 후속 과제를 제안하였다. Purpose: This study was to investigate the kindergarten teachers awareness on the pre-service education and to obtain implications for the improvement of early childhood teacher education. Method: The questionnaire was composed the rating scale, ranked type, and open-ended items on the importance of subjects in the pre-service education and was conducted to 300 kindergarten teachers in Busan. The data ware analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. Result: The results showed that respondents generally perceived their major subjects as more important than the teaching subjects. the respondents perceived safety education for young child , observation in the educational setting , developmental psychology and education , play guidance and early childhood curriculum are more important than other major subjects. Additionally they recognized that practicum in kindergarten and guidance and counseling are more important than the other teaching subjects. Finally, the respondents suggested improvements such as the expansion of the period of educational practicum, standardization of the practicum, the increase of subjects concerning teacher’s character education, the reduction of the teaching subjects, and the reflection of educational setting in teaching subjects. Conclusion: The study suggested the improvement of the pre-service education for kindergarten teacher aimed at understanding child development and children’s play and practicing the early childhood curriculum.
