『홍범연의<SUB>洪範衍義</SUB>』를 통해 본 존재<SUB>存齋</SUB> · 갈암<SUB>葛庵</SUB>의 학문

존재存齋 이휘일李徽逸(1619~1672)과 갈암葛庵 이현일李玄逸(1627~1704) 형제는 17세기에 영남에서 이름 높았던 성리학자다. 그들은 ‘경세학經世學’에도 뜻을 두고 다년간에 걸쳐 『홍범연의洪範衍義』를 편찬하였다. 17세기만 해도 영남의 학자들은 대개 성리학 공부에 힘쓴 나머지 현실정치에서의 구체적인 대안을 내는 데 소홀하였다. 이러는 가운데 이휘일‧이현일 형제는 『서경書經』에 나오는 ‘홍범’ 사상을 정치의 대원칙으로 인식하고 만세萬世의 준칙準則을 남기는 작업에 몰두하였다. 『홍범연의』는 이휘일이 저술에 대해 구상을 하고 편차를 짰으며, 이현일이 그 편차에 따라 내용을 구성하였다. 1652년에 편찬을 시작하여 1686년에 완성을 보았다. 그 뒤에도 약 1백 년에 걸쳐 후학들에 의해 보완 작업이 계속되었다. 처음 20권이었던 것이 28권 13책으로 정리되었다. 65자에 불과한 ‘홍범구주洪範九疇’를 45만 자에 달하는 광대한 분량으로 부연敷衍한 것이다. 실로 ‘홍범학洪範學’의 결정판이다. 『홍범연의』를 유형원柳馨遠의 『반계수록磻溪隨錄』과 함께 조선 후기 경세학 관련 2대 저술로 꼽을 수 있다. 이 글에서는 『홍범연의』를 텍스트로, 경세학에 초점을 맞추어 이휘일‧이현일 형제의 학문 특성을 고찰하였다. 학문 기반, 경세학의 특성, 조선 후기 경세학 계보와의 비교 등을 주로 살폈다. 같은 남인南人 계열이면서도 『주례周禮』를 기반으로 하는 유형원-이익李瀷-정약용丁若鏞 등의 경세학과 차이가 있다. 경세학‧제왕학帝王學의 전범을 제시한 이휘일‧이현일의 경세학은 17세기 경세학을 18세기 경세학으로 이어주는 가교적 구실을 했다고 평가할 수 있다. Jonjae (存齋) Lee Hwui-il (李徽逸: 1619~1672) and Galam(葛庵) Lee Hyun-il (李玄逸: 1627~1704) were renowned brothers and scholars of neo-Confucianism in Yeongnam in the 17th century. They also kept in mind the ‘Governing Science (經世學)’ and so compiled over many years the text Hongbeomyeonui(洪範衍義). However in the 17th century, the scholars of Yeongnam had a hard time studying neo-Confucianism and as a consequence, neglected to make concrete alternatives in real politics. In this circumstances, the brothers Lee Hwui-il and Lee Hyun-il were engaged in the task of recognizing the idea of ‘Hongbeom(Great Plan, 洪範)’ in Shujing(the Book of Documents, 書經) as the grand principle of politics and devoted themselves to the task of leaving rules to the world. The composition of Hongbeomyeonui was conceived by Lee Hwui-il as well as the order of classification of the text, and Lee Hyun-il composed the contents according to the order. It began to be written in 1652 and was completed in 1686. After that, supplementary work continued by later scholars for about 100 years. The original 20 books were compiled into 28 books and 13 volumes, after a detailed explanation of the ‘Hongbeomguju (Great Plan of Nine Clauses, 洪範九疇)’ in only 65 characters, in a vast amount of almost 450,000 characters. Indeed, it is the definitive version of the ‘Studies of Hongbeom (Studies of Great Plan, 洪範學)’. It is not too much to refer to Hongbeomyeonui as one of the two major writings on the late Joseon Dynasty’s governing science along with You Hyeong-won’s Bangyesoorok(磻溪隨錄). Taking Hongbeomyeonui as a textbook, this paper focused on the governing science to study the academic characteristics of Lee Hwui-il and Lee Hyun-il. I mainly examined their academic background, characteristics of governing science and the comparison with Joseon late governing science genealogy. They have a difference from the governing science of the same faction called Southerners (南人) who are based on the rites of Zhou (周禮), such as You Hyeong –won (柳馨遠), Lee Ik (李瀷), Jeong Yak-yong (丁若鏞), etc. The governing science of Lee Hwui-il and Lee Hyun-il, who presented the example of governing science and education to being an emperor, can be regarded as a bridge between the 17th and the 18th century governing sciences.

일본 학습지도요령이 추구하는 교육과정의 이념 ―세계시민성 함양과의 모순―

This study notes that global citizenship education aimed at fostering global citizenship by international organizations such as UNESCO also affects each country"s curriculum. Therefore, this study commenced with observing the recently revised Japanese Course of Study. However, if one examines the prior research that analyzes the study guidelines reflecting these international trends, and the textbooks that passed the March 2020 test, it is questionable whether they reflect the universal values of mankind, such as human rights, peace, and justice, and the basic ideology of global civic education. The purpose of this study is to focus on these issues and examine the limitations of the current Course of Study and its contradictions with education to foster global citizenship.

목은<SUP>牧隱</SUP> 이색<SUP>李穡</SUP>의 역사의식과 민족사상

목은 이색은 고려 말의 대학자다. 성리학자로 유명하지만 유교 · 불교 · 도교에 두루 밝은 학자로도 정평이 있어 왔다. 그는 단군으로부터 시작된 민족 고유사상의 맥락을 이어 후대에 전해준 사람이다. 그의 삶과 정신세계는 신라 말의 고운孤雲 최치원崔致遠과 흡사한 면이 있다. 그가 최치원으로부터 지대한 영향을 받았음이 문집에서 증명된다. 그는 단군-기자箕子로 이어지는 한국 상고대의 역사를 주체적으로 인식하였다. 단군조선과 기자조선의 문화적 우수성, 우월성을 강조하였으며, 특히 우리 고유의 사상과 정신의 위대함 널리 알리고자 하였다. 목은사상에서는 민족주체의식과 문명의식이 절묘하게 잘 융합되어 있다. 『천부경』은 우리 민족사상의 정수精髓를 담은 것으로 알려지고 있다. 본고에서는 이색이 『천부경』을 공부한 정황을 그의 문집을 통해 증명하였다. 이색은 평소 우리 민족의 천손의식天孫意識을 매우 중시하였고, 그 사상적 연원이 『천부경』에까지 소급하는 것으로 보았던 것 같다. 또 천 · 지 · 인 삼극三極 사상을 중시하면서도 특히 인극人極을 중시하였다. 그는 “나의 한 마음에 천지가 갖추어졌다(一心具天地).”고 하였다. 이는 곧 ‘사람 마음 속에 하늘과 땅이 있다(人中天地)’라고 말한 『천부경』의 내용과 통한다. ‘인간주체人間主體’를 강조하는 이색의 사상은 멀리 우리 고유사상에까지 거슬러 올라가고, 가깝게는 유교 성리학에서 꽃을 피웠다. ‘내 마음 속에서 하늘의 씨알을 찾으라’는 『천부경』의 가르침은 우리 고유사상의 핵심이면서 유교-성리학의 핵심이기도 하다.

The purpose of this paper is to achieve volume and weight minimization while maintaining same level of performance by performing optimization of a CoFe alloy core applied EPS(Electric Power Steering) motor. First, magnetic circuit optimization is conducted using magnetic equivalent circuit method. The core of this paper is to conduct magnetic circuit optimization while maintaining the same level of performance with same input. Other conditions such as rotor shape, PM(Permanent Magnet), number of turns, and etc. are maintained. After determining stator core sizes, optimization is conducted using RSM (Response Surface Method). Finally, an optimized model is suggested that is smaller in volume compared to a motor that uses electrical steel cores while maintaining the same level of performance

‘민족공통성’ 창출을 통한 남 · 북한 통합의 인문학적 탐색

"Unification has a process meaning that promotes the harmony and quality of life of all Koreans, beyond the integration of politics, economy and land. In the meantime, the emphasis was on the logical justification of unification. Among them, the national community approach emphasized the homogeneity of the nations did not recognize the mutual difference, and there was a limitation that it could not accept the korean diaspora. Therefore, it is necessary to acknowledge the differences, to find similarities through the process of overlapping, and to create ""National Commonality"" through the process of expanding them. This integration perspective is presented in this paper as an integrated paradigm through the creation of national commonality. The integration paradigm through the creation of national commonality focuses on the emotional and cultural integration of all Koreans. This viewpoint is also considered to be a point of view for the internal integration of all Koreans by accepting Korean diaspora as a unifying subject. And this paradigm was explored through the case of 'Germany' and the value of 'humanities for unification as a model of the integration of South and North Korea. In conclusion, the integration paradigm for the creation of national commonality will require the intrinsic integration of South and North Korea, and at the same time, the integration of politics, economy, and system should be pursued in parallel."
