        발달장애유아의 유치원 통합교육 연구

        본 논문은 만 5세 유아들에 대한 학교 편제화와 의무교육화가 이루어지는 향후, 일반 유치원 교육에서 이루어져야 할 장애유아 통합교육에 관한 이론 응용연구이다. 본 연구의 주제어가 된 발달장애유아의 개념은 유아 발달기에 장애를 지닌 모든 유아들을 통칭하는 의미로 사용되었다. 본 논문의 내용은 일반유아교육에서 이해되어야 할 발달장애유아 통합교육의 원리와 문제점들이 분석되었다. 아울러 구체적 대안으로써 발달장애유아 완전통합교육시행상의 수행요건들이 정리 제안되었다. 연구의 결론은 통합교육 환경구성 모델에 따라 필요한 절차들이 구안되었고, 장애 종류에 구애받지 않는 완전 비분류 통합원리의 적용이 강조되었다. The trend toward full inclusion of young children with developmental disabilities raises questions as to whether there are any benefits of integration. However, there is little information on the benefits of integrated preschool programs. This study explored an information base for policy and program planners interested in developing integrated programs. The focus of this study is on very young children who are affected by developmental disabilities to the extent that they require planning and services to meet their needs. Mainly, this study presents ; 1) the historical background and concepts of integration for a clear cut overview, 2) a rationale for integration services the young children with developmental disabilities, 3) the most prevalent conceptual model as well as implementation strategies and issues. Some guidelines for program development also are provided. In conclusion, the study suggests that integration provides valuable opportunities for social interaction in the school settings. Thus, the immense technical and policy challenges must be overcome to convert current systems to support integration.

      • 레진 강화형 글라스아이오노머의 색 안정성에 관한 연구

        Resin modified glass ionomers were introduced in 1988 to overcome the problems of moisture sensitivity and low early mechanical strength of conventional glass ionomers and to maintain their clinical advantages. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the color stability of four resin modified glass ionomers(Fuji Ⅱ LC, Vitremer, Dyract and VariGlass), one resin composite material(Z-100), and one conventional glass ionomer(GC Fuji II) under several conditions. These conditions were as follows; 1) before curing, 2) after curing, 3) after polishing, 4) after 500 thermocycling, 5) after 1,000 thermocycling, 6) after 1,500 thermocycling and 7) after 2,000 thermocycling. Three specimens of each materiallshade combination were made. Materials were condensed into metal mold with a diameter of 10㎜ and a thickness of 2.0㎜, and were pressed between glass plates. The material was polymerized using a light polymerizing unit(Visilux Ⅱ, 3M, USA). After removal of excess, the surface was polished sequentially on wet sandpapers. A reflection spectrophotometer(Model TC-6FX, Tokyo Denshoku Co., Japan) was used to determine CIELAB coordinates(L',a' and b) of each specimen. CIE standard illumination C was used as the light source. The results were as follows 1. In comparing different shades of same material, CIELAB color difference(△E^*) value was not significantly different from each other(p>0.05). 2. CIELAB color difference(△E^*) values between after-curing and after-polishing were ranged from 5.53 to 27.08. These values were higher than those of other condition combinations. 3. CIELAB color difference(△E^*) values between before-thermocycling and after- thermocycling were ranged from 1.40 to 7.81. Despite the number of thermocycling increasP4, CIELAB color difference(△E^*) value was low. 4. The color stability of resin modified glass ionomers was more stable than that of conventional glass ionomers but less stable than that of Z100.

      • 섭식과 영양장애 현상이 유아행동 발달에 미치는 영향

        Nutrient and behavior relations in childhood are important and interesting but relatively unstudied in Korea so far. The present study sought to contribute tp the understanding of the influences of feeding/eating disorders in relation to nutritional patterns on child behavioral development. Also, the relative contributions of nutritional problems to a variety of developmental outcomes in the early years were explored. The main focus of this study is nutritional problems that are associated with behaviors in infancy and childhood. With respect to health education, the research reviewed here consistently points to one conclusion, Prevention is likely to be more effective than therapeutic/educational interventions. Nutritional supplementation and environmental care may be sufficient for primary prevention of the behavioral problems associated with disadvantaged environmental conditions. However the intervention alone cannot completely reverse behavioral deficiencies once Undernutrition has occurred. In relation to the main focus of this study, major results are that 1) nutritional problems are often linked to environmental disadvantage, 2) the possibility exists for long-term developmental effects, 3) treatment for undernutrition does not appear reverse all negative effects, and 4) prevention of eating and nutritional disorders rather than treatment holds the greatest promise for eradicating behavioral and developmental problems. These result suggest that it is indeed how much, not how stable, a family's risk level is that has the greatest relation to developmental outcome. Our understanding of the effects of early nutritional insult may be furthered most meaningfully by studies that pay close attention to the interrelations among nutrient dificiencies and the timing of the disorder with respect to the child's behavioral-development.

        유아기 정서 행동 및 애착기능 발달의 유해환경요인 분석

        본 연구는 유아기의 정서·행동적 발달을 애착기능과 연계하여 분석, 정리하고자 하였으며, 애착기능의 확립에 따라 유아가 어머니로부터의 정서적 독립과 개별화를 이루는데 요구되는 다섯 가지의 단계적 결정요인들을 제안하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결론적 내용은 다음과 같다. 1. 영·유아의 애착정서에 관련된 영·유아와 주 양육자와의 관계적 특성을 다음 몇 가지로 구분하여 정리된다. 1) 애착정서는 정서·행동발달의 순기능적 규칙화를 가능하게 하며 이에 따른 근원적 배려는 유아를 향한 어머니의 정서·심리적 안정감에 기인될 수 있다. 2) 유아의 자연 발생적 언어적 표현이나 정서·행동적 표출 방향은 주 양육자와의 애착기능 형성의 특성에 의하여 결정될 수 있다. 3) 주 양육자의 유아에 대한 태도와 인식 및 수용정도는 다음 세대의 유아-어머니의 상호작용 형태에 영향을 미치게 됨으로 유전인자적 매개체 이상으로 중요한 요인으로 간주될 수 있다. 2. 가정내 유해 환경요인은 유아자신의 미세체계를 중심으로 사회적 영향의 거대체계에 관련된 다양한 변수들이 관계할 수 있으나, 특히 미세체계의 가정내 일탈적 환경이 가장 중요한 영향력으로 남을 수 있다. 3. 자녀 출산과 더불어 시작되는 양육능력 여부는 영·유아의 애착기능과 정서·행동, 인지 사회성 발달에 가장 중요한 변인이 되며, 연구내용에서 양육능력 위험지수가 제안 되었다. This article addresses low-quality of family environmental issues related to the function of attachment and development of emotion and behavior. The purposes of the study were divided into three part. The first aim was to review and documentation regarding the characteristics of attachment functions in terms of the relationship between the mother and young child. The second aim was to examine the family functions of the effects on the developing high-risk of parental skills and the quality of child's sound attachment in results of malfunctions for the emotional and behavioral development. The third aim was to analyse of the harmful influences to child-rearing practices. The results were described as the followings, 1. The discoveries that patterns of attachment regulation and relational emotion-behavior are constructed and internalized by the child from the earliest emotional dialogues with parents. Early attachment regulation strategies and the associated representational models of self and other emerging from child-parent relationships have consequences beyond the early childhood period per se. 2. The study have documented the transmission of aspects of parental behavior across generations, using prospective design. Children may experience a variety of conditions that buffer the impact of family problems and micro-cultures that promote hopefulness and motivation. Thus, the family context must always be assessed in relation to the quality of family stresses and supports contributed by the macro system. 3. As the child is born a family unit is established, one might imagine that new parents learn their parenting skills, as they become immersed in this new and all-absorbing experience. However, several lines of evidence indicate the child-parent relationship is powerfully preconditioned by aspects of the parents adaptation that are evident prior to parenthood. Finally, the high-risk parenting skill indicators are presented in the model of family context.

        네델란드의 재배 및 유통통계를 중심으로 본 글라디올러스 품종 변천

        글라디올러스 육종 방향을 설정하기 위해 네덜란드의 재배 및 유통통계를 분석, 품종의 변천과정을 조사하였다. 춘계개화형 글라디올러스 재배는 점차 줄어 전체 재배면적의 4∼5% 정도만 재배되고 있으며 이는 기호성이 떨어지는 Nanus 품종군의 재배면적 감소 때문이다. 하계개화형 품종은 네덜란드에서 1964년부터 1994년 사이에 700여 품종이 재배되었고 재배면적이 20위안에 든 품종은 73품종이었다. 20위안에 유지되었던 평균기간은 9.4년이었고 가장 오래 20위권 내에 있는 품종은 적색의 Oscar품종이었다. 화색별 재배면적은 적색, 문홍, 백색, 황색, 살색, 자주색, 청색 순이었고 분홍과 백색 품종의 재배면적은 꾸준히 증가하여왔다. 유통량 조사에서도 춘계개화형 그룹은 급격히 줄어들고 있으며 유통량 감소를 주도하고 있는 것은 Nanus 품종군이었다. 하계개화형 그룹에서는 헌팅송 품종이 전체 절화시장의 1/3 정도로 비중이 컸는데 이는 유럽의 기후조건과 기호성이 잘 맞기 때문이었다. 반면에 Superstar, Chinon 등 새로운 품종의 급신장과 기존 품종들의 감소가 확인되었다. To present breeding vision of Gladiolus flower, it was analyzed cultivated area, cultivated value of Gladiolus during 31 years(1964-1994) and the selling amount at the auction during 16 years(1985-2000) in the Netherlands, and investigated exchanges of Gladiolus cultivars. In winter flowering group, the cultivation area was on the decrease about 4∼5% of total area due to reduction of cultivation area of Nanus group, which goes down favorites of consumer. In summer flowering group, 700 cultivars were cultivated from 1964 to 1994 and 73 cultivars were within 20 rank of cultivation area in the Netherlands. The average period which maintained within 20 rank was 9.4 years and the red colour 'Oscar' cultivar was the longest one. According to the cultivation area of flower color, it was the order red, rose, white, yellow, salmon, purple and blue group and the cultivation area of rese and white group was increasing continuously. In the selling amount, the winter flowering group is decreasing drastically because of reduction of the selling amount of Nanus group. The selling amount of 'Hunting Song' cultivar included the summer flowering group was occupied one of third of total cut flower amount. There was confirmed the increase of new clutivars as like 'Superstar' and 'Chinon', otherwise the decrease of old cultivars.

        액체배지 첨가에 의한 Anthurium andreanum ′Atlanta′의 기내생육 촉진

        In order to enhance shoot elongation and rooting of Anthurium andreanum 'Atlanta' in vitro, 15mL of liquid media containing various concentrations of activated charcoal, sucrose and MS salts were added in same vessels after small shoots were induced from the calli on mudium supplemented with 10.0mg/L BA and 0.1mg/L 2.4-D. The post-supplying of 15mL liquid medium containing MS macro and micro elements, 30g/L sucrose and 5.0∼10.0g/L activated charcoal was significantly stimulated the shoot elongation and rooting of regenerated shoots from calli. The medium addition was also resulted in the enhanced soil survival, elongation and rooting of plantlets in cultural soil mixed with perlite and vermiculite(1 : 1)

        생물반응기에서 저반부가 비대된 자구 절편체에 의한 오리엔탈 나리 'Casa Blanca' 의 대량증식

        본 연구는 오리엔탈 나리 'Casa Blanca' 의 기내인편에서 저반부가 비대된 자구를 형성하고, 형성된 자구절편을 배양하여 저반부가 비대된 자구의 증식 및 자구를 비대시키는, 5 L의 생물반응기를 이용한 일련의 대량생산 체계를 확립하기 위하여 실시하였다. 5 L airlift 생물반응기를 이용한 액체배양에서는 저반부가 비대된 자구의 형성 및 증식은 전혀 이루어 지지 않았으며, 인편엽만 무성하게 자랐다. 재료가 배지에 일시적으로 침지되는 ebb & flood형의 생물반응기에서 저반부가 비대된 자구 절편체를 배양한 결과, 저반부가 비대된 자구들이 증식하였다. 광은 자구의 증식에 영향을 미치지 않았으나, 명배양에서는 인편엽의 발생률이 높았으며, 저반부가 비대된 자구 증식은 MS 배지에 BA 2.0 mg/L와 IAA 0.3 mg/L가 첨가된 배지에서 양호하였다. 5L airlift 생물반응기에서 저반부가 비대된 자구 절편체로부터 자구비대는 MS 배지에 sucrose 70 g/L가 첨가된 배지에서 액체배양하는 것이 양호하였으며, 16주 배양기간 동안 배양 8주 후에 배지를 교체하는 것이 자구비대에 효과적이었다. 또한 5 L의 생물반응기에 3 L 액체배지에는 절편체를 15 g을 주입하는 것이 자구비대에 적절하였다. A series of studies were carried out to establish micropropagation system, using airlift bioreactors (ebb $\varepsilon$ flood type, 5 L), of Lilium oriental hybrid 'Casa Blanca'. The bulblets with swollen basal plate were formed from bulb scales, then proliferated to bulblet clusters with swollen basal plate. Finally normal bulblets were formed from the sections. Bulblet formation and proliferation with swollen basal plate were not accomplished entirely in liquid culture of 5 L airlift bioreactors, but leafy bulb scales grew vigorously. Bulblet clusters with swollen basal plate were proliferated by periodic immersion culture. Bulblet proliferation was not affected by light, but scale leaves grew under light. MS medium containing 2.0 mg/L benzyl adenine (BA) and 0.3 mg/L indole acetic acid (IAA) was favorable to the bulblet proliferation with swollen basal plate. In liquid culture of 5 L bioreactors, bulblets from bulblet sections with swollen basal plate grew vigorously on MS medium with 70 g/L sucrose. It was effective for bulblet growth to replace the new medium after 8 weeks in culture during 16 weeks of cultural period. 15 g injection of bulblet sections as a cultural material was suitable for bulblet growth in 5 L bioreactors.
