環境-行態的 側面에서 고려한 共同住宅居住老人의 住居環境計劃에 관한 연구

From an environmental-behavior studies viewpoint, residential-environmental problems of the elderly are regarded as a discordance between various types of environmental press and individual competencies. Considering environmental-behavioral relations, this study aims at defining and analyzing press factors and maladaptive elements of the environment given to the elderly in respect to architectural planning, and proposing an environmental setting which will inspire the satisfaction of the elderly. In order to understand the characteristics of the elderly, their environment, and their confronting problems more precisely, a field study and surveys about actual conditions of the elderly living in apartments in Seoul and their multi-level environment were done and their result analyzed. As a result of considering the characteristics of the elderly, environmental factors, and various requirements(as surveyed), environmental design criteria for apartment housing and general residential-environmental design standards are suggested.

Until the late 19th centuries, architectural education in Korea had been maintained traditional master-apprenticeship. And during the Japanese invasion period modern style education system was basically prepared for colonial policies. After 1945, university architectural education system was really started and developed. And it can be classifled four periods from 1950's to 1980's as follows ; 1) Formative period (194∼1950's) 2) Growth period(1960's) 3) Locally spread period(1970's) 4) Diversifying and Specializing period(1980's). After the late 1980's many strategies and discussions are carried out to improve the quality of university education, and to join academic education with practical experiences.
전통주택 별당의 유형별 경(景) 조성특성 - 경북지역을 중심으로 -

성리학은 조선의 통치이념이었고, 16세기 이후에는 일상생활의 규범원리로 확대되었다. 특히, 내외법(內外法), 종법제(宗法制), 가묘제(家廟制)의 영향으로 사랑채는 분화・확장되면서 남성들의 거주공간, 교육공간, 휴게공간이 필요하게 되었고 별당이 출현하는 계기가 되었다. 그리고 성리학은 이 시기의 자연관에도 영향을 미쳤다. 별당 조영자는 사랑채에서 분화된 별당에 성리학적 자연관을 적용하여 개인 수련의 장으로 삼았다. Neo-Confucianism was a ruling ideology of Joseon(朝鮮) Dynasty and expanded as a norm principle in everyday life after 16th century. Particularly, after the Seperating law between male and female(內外法), the Clan rules(宗法制), the Family shrine system(家廟制) became effective, Sarangchae were separated and expanded as accepting male's living space, study space, rest space and Byeoldang(別堂) emerged. And Neo-Confucianism effected on view of nature of dweller as a Confucian at that time. Builders of Byeoldang(別堂) tried to construct a personal space at Byeoldang(別堂) area separated from Sarangchae adjusting nature view of Neo-Confucianism.

Traditional houses registered as cultural properties are not suitable for modern living patterns and their original shapes are continuously being changed by residents through reckless reforms. It is essential to adjust to today's changed way of thinking and new living patterns in order to properly conserve these traditional registered houses. Therefore desirable strategies should be established to protect these houses from senseless reforms by permitting only limited reforms in those houses and rising livability. The results of this study are summarized as follows; In order to conserve the living space of An-Chae and Sarag-Chae, directions to improve residential space are suggested through satisfying residets' living needs and rising livability. After analysing patterns of spatial use and transformations of living space which are due to changes in individual living behavior. directions of conservation are suggested.
유니티 敎會를 통해 본 F.L.라이트의 建築空間 構成技法에 關한 硏究

In design process, practising architects use many design idioms and design methods which are derived from historical buildings and works of preceding architects. So to study architectural works which influenced modern architectural movements that they are bases of contemporary architecture is more valuable. From this point of view this study aims at finding and understanding the design idioms and spatial organization methods of Frank Lloyd Wright through the analysis of Unity church with mass-form and space. And from the result of analysis, canonical approach of geomerical patterns, spatial seperation and articulation according to functional satisfactions, characterizing the space by variations of volumetric size and sequence of space are found as main design issues of Frank Lloyd Wright and these idioms are considerably useful to our architectural design.
