The appointed date of a delivery was shorten by high speed machining in shoe-mold. However, it is difficult to obtain a high degree of quality in machining shoe-mold with a great variety of free-surface. Also, it have needed a many process. To improve machining quality process in machining a shoe-mold ,the performance by a speed control. For the high speed machining of a woodcut, process was reduced. We'll be machining a spike model for master shoe-mold machining. Cutting speed control must be used in shoe-mold of a delivery shortening

Electronic monitoring(EM) was initially used as an alternative to overcrowding prison populations in the United States and other advanced countries. Currently, the use of electronic monitoring has expanded to supervise serious criminals including sex offenders. On the other hand, electronic monitoring system was introduced as a special measure to protect the public from sex offenders in Korea, where the problems of overcrowding prison populations are relatively less serious. On the basis of positive results until now, the application of electronic monitoring has expanded to include crime of homicide and robbery. Since electronic monitoring system was adopted on September, 2008, the rate of committing new sex crimes by sex offenders was declined to 1.67%, about one ninth of previous recidivism rate. As a result, electronic monitoring system is positively evaluated as an effective crime control measure. But, a recent series of new crimes committed by EM offenders are raising a question about the effectiveness of the electronic monitoring. Although the current electronic monitoring system indicates the whereabouts and movement route of offenders, it does not show what the offenders are doing. Hence, the study is in process to adopt ‘the intelligent electronic monitoring system’ to be able to detect offender`s criminal signs in advance. The most important factor to suppress offender`s new crime might be the dedicated effort of probation officers for it. Therefore, it is required that the responsible probation officers for EM offenders supervise them with sincerity. For this, it needs to increase the number of probation officers with efforts to enhance their specialization.

최근들어 머신러닝 기술이 다양한 분야에서 획기적인 성과를 내며 많은 주목을 받고 있다. 이러한 발전에는 컴퓨터 기술의 급격한 발달과 딥러닝으로 대표되는 다양한 알고리즘의 등장이 그 배경에 있다. 이 중 컴퓨터 기술의 발달은 또 다른 컴퓨터 활용 분야인 전산모사 분야에도 큰 영향을 미쳐 기존에는 계산하기 어려웠던 크고 복잡한 구조의 모사가 가능해 졌고, 이에 따라 전산모사 관련 연구들이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 두 분야 모두 컴퓨터에 기반하고 있기 때문에, 최근 들어 이들 두 분야를 접목하여 전산모사-머신러닝 융합연구를 진행하고자 하는 시도들이 나타나고 있다. 이중에는 데이터베이스에 기반한 머신러닝 기법을 바탕으로 소재 개발을 수행하던 연구분야에서 기존에 저장된 데이터베이스가 아닌 전산모사에서 얻어진 결과를 입력 변수로 활용하고자 하는 시도들이 있고, 반대로 머신러닝을 통해서 얻어진 결과들을 전산모사 계산에 입력 변수로 활용하기 위한 시도들도 있다. 본 총설에서는 우선 에너지 소재 분야에 초점을 맞춰서 관련 전산모사 기술을 소개하고, 현재 진행되고 있는 전산모사-머신러닝 융합 연구 동향에 대하여 소개하고자 한다.

Machining quality has been improved with the development of cutting tools. However, it is difficult to obtain a high degree of quality in machining a deep pocket with a long end mill, since machining accuracy is mainly dependent on the stiffness of the cutting tool and tool holder. To improve machining quality in machining a deep pocket using an end mill, the performance by cutting condition compare with others. Owing to this problem, it is necessary to select suitable tool and holder in the deep pocket machining. In this study, the hydraulic holder for the high speed machining is introduced and the performance of that is compared with others according to cutting conditions. The cutting parameters involved were; slenderness ratio in the range of 3 to 6 (L/D), radial depth of cut from 0.01 to 0.05 ㎜. Cutting force and surface roughness, feature precision were observed during the experiment to investigate cutting state.
