본 연구는 창원경륜사업이 건전성과 공공성을 가지며 공공레포츠로서의 사회적 책임과 역할을 할 수 있는 방안강구를 목적으로 하였다. 그 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 선수에 대한 상황을 구체적 내용으로 기입하여 공정성을 확보한다. 둘째, 늘어나는 가족단위의 고객을 위해서 가족시설을 확충하며 돔 문화교실 강좌를 다양하게 늘린다. 셋째, 경륜이 건전한 두뇌스포츠라는 인식전환을 위한 체계적이고 지속적인 홍보활동과 경륜중독자를 위한 경륜 클리닉 설치한다. 넷째, 장기적 안목의 투자와 재원조성을 위한 수익사업을 전개한다. 다섯째, 경륜공단이 맡은 5개 운동부팀을 위한 전담부서와 경륜장을 지역 아마추어팀에게 훈련시간을 배정한다. 마지막으로 경륜ㆍ경정 관계법에서 지방세를 목적세로 전환하여 지역사회에 구체적 성과를 이룰 수 있도록 해야 한다. The purpose of this study is to increase the black figures in finance with not making the side effects on community caused by Chang-won Cycle Racing Corporation. I suggested here six programs: First, more cycle racing clinics should be founded. Second, facilities for the family and diversified cultural program inside the dome should be expanded. Third, there should be long-term investments and maintenance of financial resources. Fourth, people's attitudes about cycle racing should be changed and public relations should be done effectively. Fifth, all should be done fairly and impartially and exclusively. And responsible department of athletics should be organized newly and provide training and education. Sixth, the laws of cycle racing and a police superintendent should be improved. As shown the trend of industrial structure of 21st century, betting business is growing rapidly as the core service industry with IT industry. If we can't go against the stream, the cycle racing business which is environment-friendly composite leisure amusement industry and all profits are used for the public should be administered more thoroughly for the harmony of enterprise spirits and public policy. And it should be given more chances to remove an inclination to gambling and to return all gains to society. In the end. we should try to settle healthy cycle racing culture. inducing to good function.

프로축구구단제품 속성과 관중의 전반적 만족, 신뢰 및 관계몰입이 재 관람 의도에 미치는 영향

이 연구는 프로축구구단제품 속성과 관중의 전반적 만족, 신뢰 및 관계몰입이 재 관람 의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 독립변수로는 프로축구구단제품 속성, 매개변수로는 전반적 만족과 신뢰 및 관계몰입, 종속변수로는 재 관람 의도를 설정하였다. 설문지는 사전조사를 통하여 타당도와 신뢰도 검사를 하였으며, 사전에 교육된 조사원 8명을 이용하여 자기평가기입법으로 작성하도록 하였다. 조사대상은『2007 삼성 하우젠 K-리그』의 경남, 부산을 연고로 하는 2개 팀의 홈 관중을 대상으로 편의표본추출을 이용하여 총 500부를 배포하고 그 중 총 450부를 회수하여, 이 중 2개 이상 체크하지 않은 것과 불성실하게 응답한 것으로 간주되는 것을 제외하고 339부를 자료로 활용하였다. 자료처리를 하기 위해 SPSSWIN Ver 12.0을 이용하여 조사 대상자의 일반적인 특성은 빈도분석(Frequency analysis)을 하였고, 프로축구구단제품 속성과 관중의 전반적 만족, 신뢰, 관계몰입 및 재 관람 의도와의 관계와 관중의 전반적 만족, 신뢰 및 관계몰입과 재 관람 의도와의 관계를 규명하기 위하여 다중회귀분석(Multiple regression analysis)을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 프로축구구단제품 속성과 관중의 전반적 만족과의 관계에서 서비스와 선수개인의 능력이 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 라이센싱/머천다이징, 시설, 팀 경기력은 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 프로축구구단제품 속성과 관중의 신뢰와의 관계에서 서비스와 선수개인의 능력이 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 라이센싱/머천다이징, 시설, 팀 경기력은 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 프로축구구단제품 속성과 관중의 관계몰입과의 관계에서 시설과 팀 경기력과 선수개인의 능력이 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 서비스, 라이센싱/머천다이징은 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 관중의 전반적 만족, 신뢰, 관계몰입과의 재 관람 의도와의 관계에서 관계몰입만이 재 관람 의도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 전반적 만족, 신뢰는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 프로축구구단제품 속성과 관중의 재 관람 의도와의 관계에서 시설과 팀 경기력과 선수개인의 능력이 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 서비스, 라이센싱/머천다이징은 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to analyzing the effect of product attribute of professional football team and the overall satisfaction, trust and relation-commitment on revisit intention of spectator. To analyze this study ; 500 survey questionnaires have been released to the home ground fans who are supporting football team which is located in Gyeong-Nam and Busan district. The survey questionnaire were completed by the method of self-administration. The collection was 450 questionnaires and 51 questionnaires were not responded properly, 399 questionnaires were only used as a final data. The final data were processed frequency analysis, multi-regression analysis by using SPSSWIN 12.0 ver. These followings are the results of the analysis; 1. The service from the product attribute of professional football team and the ability of football player were statistically significant on the overall satisfaction of spectator. 2. The service from the product attribute of professional football team and the ability of football player were statistically significant on the trust of spectator. 3. The facilities from the product attribute of professional football team and the ability of football player and team play were statistically significant on the relation-commitment of spectator. 4. The relation-commitment was statistically significant on the revisit intention of spectator. 5. The facilities from the product attribute of professional football team and the ability of football player and team play were statistically significant on the revisit intention of spectator.

교사의 지도유형이 고등학생의 체육수업 만족도에 미치는 영향

이 연구는 고등학생들이 인지하는 체육교사의 지도유형을 분석하고 체육교사의 지도유형이 학생들의 체육수업 만족도에 미치는 영향을 밝히고자 하였다. 조사대상은 경상남도에 소재하고 있는 5개 고등학교의 고등학생 580명을 유목적 표집법에 의해 선정하였고 이들 중 502명의 자료를 분석하였다. 수집된 자료를 분석하기 위해 적용된 통계기법은 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, 독립표본 t-검증, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석 등이었다. 이와 같은 연구방법 및 절차를 통하여 본 연구에서는 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 성별에 따라 학생들이 인식하는 체육교사의 지도유형과 체육수업 만족도는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학년에 따른 체육교사 지도유형과 체육수업 만족도는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 체육교사 지도유형은 체육수업 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this research is to investigate and to analyze the teaching types of physical education teachers that coeducation high school students recognize, and present reason for differences in students` lesson satisfaction. I sent out a questionnaire to high school students being in school at 2011, Gyeongsang-namdo present. This study researched 580 students. 502 papers were actually analyzed in this study. For the date process, we analyze while using SPSS 15.0 Ver. I use independent group t-test, correlation analysis, and multiple liner regression used to prove the hypothesis of this study. This conclusion from the above mentioned results are as following. First, the positive reward type according to the sex showed to be higher in female than male and the tutoring and commanding type showed to be higher in male than female. Second, the third graders in democratic behavior type, positive reward type, tutoring and commanding type and social support behavior type. Third, the physical education teacher guidance type was shown to influence partially the satisfaction in tutoring activity, physical environment, physical education grade, and exercise ability. Therefore, we must know several factor of satisfaction before knowing satisfaction on the physical education class in high school students according to teaching type.

엘리트 복싱선수들의 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 진로의식과 운동수행력 및 훈련성과 분석

본 연구는 엘리트 복싱선수들의 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 진로의식과 운동수행력 및 훈련성과를 분석함으로써 이들에 대한 지도자료 및 프로그램에 적용 가능한 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 달성하기 위하여 본 연구의 조사대상자는 대한아마튜어복싱연맹에 등록되어 있는 선수 중에서 고등학생 93명과 대학생 91명의 총 184명을 유층집락 무선표집법을 이용하여 표본을 추출하여 실험을 실시하였고, 그 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진로의식은 학년이 증가할수록, 소득수준이 많을수록, 입상성적이 좋을수록 대체로 더 높게 나타났고, 운동수행력과 훈련성과 또한 동일한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 인구사회학적 특성은 진로의식에 유의한 영향력이 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 셋째, 인구사회학적 특성과 진로의식은 운동수행력에 유의한 영향력이 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 끝으로, 인구사회학적 특성과 진로의식 및 운동수행력은 훈련성과에 유의한 영향력이 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. The objective of this study is certainly to improve upon their gamesmanship through taking an examination, future career consciousness of elite amateur boxer’s effect motor performance and training outcome. A group of researchers who register in Korea Amateur Boxing Association, 93 highschool students and 91 university students were abstracted as the sample by stratified cluster random sapling. The results were as follows; Firstl, a group of high income standards is greatly encouraged their future career consciousness, motor performance and training outcome. In addition, their capacity are constantly being increased as they are good at wining an prize. Second, the quality of society population statistics are known to affect to the future career consciousness. Third, definitely background-variation effect the career consciousness so we can find out that a high income standard and a strong sense of career consciousness encourage their gamesmanship. Finally, training outcome is effected by the background-variation, future career consciousness and motor performance.
