      • 굴절률에 의한 χLi₂O·y(B₂O₃·0.1Al₂O₃) 유리계의 구조 해석

        The ternary xLizO . y(B20 3 . O:lAh03) glasses were made spanning the glass forming region as a function of R(=mole% Li20/mole% B203) and (=mole%AlzOJimole%B20 3). The refractive index of glasses were measured at several wavelengths (430.8nm, 486.1nm, 527.0nm, 589.0nm, 653.3nm, 687.0nm). The measured values were spanned in the range of 1.4864-' l.6136. These values have been analyzed as a function of R to facilitate of the studies on the structure of glasses. The results have indicated that; 0) the addition of lithium oxide in pure boron glasses converts B03 units with a little polarizability to B04- units and B03- units with a large one, (2) in the region of a little content of lithium, the refractive index values depend on the content of the lithium first .thing, (3) in. the region of a high content of lithium, the tangent of ,an increase of the refractive inqex is reduced because the glasses get the increase of an opening of the structure and a molar volume, (4) the polarizability of B03- unit with a lithium ion is smaller than it of B04 - unit with the same ion.

        조직문화가 보육교사의 임파워먼트 및 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향 연구

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between child care center(CCC)'s organizational cultures and child care worker(CCW)‘s empowerment and organizational citizenship behavior(OCB). Furthermore, this study explores practical implications for efficient management of CCC. Based on the perspective of previous studies, this study conceptualized organizational cultures as the perception of CCW, and used Kimberly and Quinn's(1984) model of 4 different organizational cultures, and were analyzed 202 respondents by survey. The major findings are as follows; According to descriptives analysis, CCW were perceived CCC's organizational culture as group and development cultures. And multi regression analysis showed that CCW who perceive their CCC as group culture and developmental culture thought they are very empowered and high OCB level than CCW who perceive as hierarchical and rational cultures. From these results, we found out that the personal relationship among CCW and caring function of leadership are important factors influencing organizational effectiveness. 본 연구는 보육시설의 조직문화적 특성을 파악하고 보육교사의 임파워먼트 및 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 조직특성에 맞는 효율적인 관리방안을 개발하기 위한 것으로, 이론적 배경과 선행연구 분석을 토대로 Kimberly and Quinn(1984)의 4가지 조직문화유형을 독립변수로 하여 70개 보육시설 202명의 보육교사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 자료를 분석하였다.연구결과 보육시설의 조직문화에 대한 보육교사들의 인식은 집단문화와 개발문화로 인식하는 경향이 높으며, 보육교사들은 자신의 보육시설 조직문화가 유연성문화인 개발문화와 집단문화로 인식할수록 임파워먼트와 조직시민행동 수준이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 임파워먼트에는 특히 개발문화가 직무중요성과 자기결정력, 통제영향력에 영향을 미치고, 조직시민행동에는 개발문화와 집단문화가 자발적 행동, 양심적 행동, 참여적 행동 모두에 영향을 미친다. 따라서 보육시설장이 지시와 명령, 엄격한 규칙과 절차에 의한 운영보다는 인간관계와 일체감을 강조하며 관심과 배려를 보이면서 창의성을 강조하는 배려 중심의 리더십을 보일수록 보육교사의 임파워먼트와 조직시민행동 수준은 높아진다는 사실을 시사해 준다.

        Psychological Empowerment to the Organizational Commitment and Turnover Intention of Social Worker

        Numerous studies have linked empowerment to employee's behaviors and attitudes. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of empowerment on the organizational commitment and turnover intention of social worker in private social welfare organizations. For the research, empowerment was consisted of meaning, competence, self-determination and impact. This study was analyzed 342 social workers by survey. The results of this study were summarized as follows: Social Workers had correlation to empowerment on the organizational commitment (+). Especially, meaning, self-determination and impact had a positive effect on the organizational commitment; Meaning, competence, and self-determination had a negative effect on the turnover intention. This study finally discussed theoretical implications for future study and practical implications for empowerment strategies on the results.

        일자리사업 참여노인의 정신건강에 미치는 영향요인 연구

        This study analyzes the influence that the Senior Employment Promotion Project has on the mental health of the participants, and based on the results, it provides policy implications for those seniors creating job initiatives to promote mental health. Seniors aged 60 and above participated in the Senior Employment Project organized by the Community Service Center, Senior Center, Community Senior Club and Employment Service Center in Seoul and Busan. 995 questionnaires were collected out of which 948 were used for the research. The results of this study are summarized as follows:First, the study shows that many sub variables influencing the mental health of participants among different demographic and social aspects, is their health condition. Second, the Multi Regression analysis found that the important variables in determining the mental health of participants were health condition, job type, job period and job satisfaction. 본 연구는 노인의 건강증진과 사회참여 및 보충적 소득보장 등을 목적으로 시행되고 있는 노인일자리사업의 참여노인을 대상으로, 정신건강에 미치는 영향요인을 분석해 그 결과를 바탕으로 일자리사업의 발전방안에 관한 정책적 함의를 제시하고자 실시되었다. 이를 위해 서울․부산지역에서 노인일자리사업에 참여하는 노인 948명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문조사를 실시하여 통계적으로 자료분석 하였다. 연구결과 일자리사업 참여유형, 참여동기, 참여기간과 사업만족도에 따라 참여노인의 정신건강이 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 정신건강에 미치는 영향요인 분석을 위한 위계적 회귀분석 결과 참여동기는 영향을 미치지 않지만, 일자리유형은 기준변수인 인력파견형에 비해 교육형과 복지형, 시장형이, 또한 참여기간이 길수록, 사업만족도가 높을수록 정신건강에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 효과적인 일자리사업을 위한 개선방안을 제안하였다.

      • The driving load measurement and durability test criteria setup method of automotive component

        This research studied the technique to measure the driving load and set up durability performance evaluation criteria of the automotive component. Therefore, the sensor gaging and calibration were performed to measure the RLDA(real load data acquisition) on low control arm of automotive components. The real driving test was carried out on 5 real roads like city road, local road, high way, nation road and unpaved road. The damage corresponding to high rank 1% driver condition was extracted on 5 real roads using log normal probability distribution. And the total damage of low control arm component was calculated reflecting the road driving mileage ratio of general drivers. The durability performance test load and cycle counts were suggested for the low-control arm component based on 2 years or 40,000km warranty standard.

        Relationship among Job Burnout, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Social Workers using Structural Equation Modeling

        Burnout is a severe psychological and physical syndrome that occurs in response to prolonged stress at work. It brings enormous costs to both organizations and individuals because it negatively impacts employees’ job attitudes and leads to undesirable behaviors. The purpose of this study was to examine the negative effects of job burnout on the organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior of social worker. Organizational citizenship behaviors are efforts by employees above and beyond what is expected. For the research, burnout was consisted of emotional exhaustion(EE), depersonalization(PA) and diminished personal accomplishment(DP) by Maslach and Jackson’s MBI. This study analyzed 342 social workers in private social welfare organizations by survey. The results of this study were summarized as follows: Social Workers had negative correlation to burnout on the organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. Especially, EE, PA and DP had a negative effect on the organizational commitment; PA and DP had a negative effect on the organizational citizenship behavior. This study finally discussed theoretical implications for future study and practical implications for burnout strategies on the results.

        Feasibility, Safety, and Follow-up Angiographic Results of Endovascular Treatment for Non-Selected Ruptured Intracranial Aneurysms Under Local Anesthesia with Conscious Sedation

        Background: At most centers, general anesthesia (GA) has been preferred for endovascular treatment (EVT) of ruptured intracranial aneurysms (RIAs). In this study, we analyzed procedural results, clinical outcomes, and follow-up angiographic findings for patients undergoing EVT for RIA under local anesthesia (LA) with conscious sedation (CS). Methods: We retrospectively evaluated 308 consecutive patients who underwent EVT for RIAs at a single institution between June 2009 and February 2017. EVT under LA with CS was considered for all patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage, regardless of Hunt and Hess (HH) scale score. Results: EVT was performed for 320 aneurysms in 308 patients with subarachnoid hemorrhages. The mean patient age was 55.5±12.6 years. Moderate (III) and poor (IV, V) HH grades were observed in 75 (24.4%) and 77 patients (25%), respectively. Complete occlusion immediately after EVT was achieved for 270 (84.4%) of 320 aneurysms. Thromboembolic complications and intraprocedural ruptures occurred in 25 (7.8%) and 14 cases (4.3%), respectively. The morbidity rate at discharge (as defined by a modified Rankin scale score of 3 or greater) was 27.3% (84/308), while the mortality rate was 11.7% (36/308). Follow-up angiographic results were available for 210 (68.1%) of 308 patients. Recanalization was observed in 64 (29.3%) of 218 aneurysms in 210 patients. Conclusions: Based on our experience, EVT for RIAs under LA with CS was feasible, regardless of the clinical grade of the subarachnoid hemorrhage. Complication rates and follow-up angiographic results were also comparable to those observed when GA was used to perform the procedure.
