Deep red color emitting YVO4:Eu3+ phosphors were investigated in an attempt to achieve promising performances in cold cathode fluorescent lamp (CCFL) applications. For this purpose, several additives such as LiF, LiCO3 and HBO3 were introduced in the processing. While two of the additives were ineffective, the inclusion of LiCO3 during the solid state synthesis of YVO4:Eu3+ phosphors was proven to enhance photoluminescent intensity and the color chromaticity. Unlike the commercially available Y(V,P)O4:Eu3+ red phosphor for use in PDP applications, pure YVO4:Eu3+ excluding phosphorous was shown to be favorable for CCFL applications, improving color chromaticity at 254 nm excitations. 북한 핵에 대한 현장사찰 적용방안에 관한 연구 : INF 조약 현장사찰 사례를 중심으로

After the IAEA of North Korea's nuclear weapons ended in 2002, North Korea declared that it had completed its nuclear force by conducting its sixth nuclear test and test-fire of the Hwasong-15, an ICBM class in 2017. And at the 8th Congress of the Worker's Party Korea in early 2021, the nuclear upgrade was declared. As the time goes by, North Korea's nuclear capabilities rae highly likely to be expanded and advanced. The international community, including ROK and U.S., should actively pursue denuclearization negotiations with North Korea and achieve complete denuclearization of North Korea through practical verification. The purpose of this study is to find a way to promote On-Site Inspection, a key verification process for North Korea's nuclear weapons, by analyzing the implementation process of the INF Treaty, which is a historical success story in the field of arms control verification. A viable and progressive plan for On-Site Inspection of verification, which may be the most critical part negotiations for the complete denuclearization of North Korea, is as follows. First, 'IAEA-led On-Site Inspection' should be conducted by bringing North Korea back to the NPT and joining the IAEA safeguards agreement. Second, 'selective and effective On-Site Inspection' of undeclared and undisclosed nuclear facilities among North Korea nuclear facilities should be conducted. Third, 'mutually cooperative On-Site Inspection' should be conducted in consideration of the closed social peculiarities of North Korea. Fourth, 'a science and technology-intensive integrated On-Site Inspection' that uses various national and multinational technical means to conduct remote monitoring, satellite and air surveillance, interview of nuclear-related personnel, records examination, sample collection and detailed analysis, etc. should be implemented. 북한 핵에 대한 IAEA의 사찰이 2002년 종료된 이후 북한은 2017년에 여섯 번째의 핵실험과 ICBM급인 화성-15형을 시험 발사하고 핵무력을 완성하였다고 선언하였다. 그리고 북한은 2021년 초 조선노동당 8차 대회에서는 핵고도화 선언을 하기도 하였으며 2022년 들어 극초음속미사일, IRBM, ICMB 등을 시험발사하며 한반도 정세를 더욱 악화시키고 있다. 시간이 경과할수록 북한의 핵능력은 더욱 확장되고 고도화할 가능성이 많다. 한국과 미국을 포함하는 국제사회는 북한과의 비핵화 협상을 적극 추진하고 실질적 검증을 통해 북한의 완전한 비핵화를 달성해야 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 군비통제 검증 분야의 역사적 성공 사례인 INF 조약 이행과정 분석을 통하여 북한 핵에 대한 핵심적 검증과정인 현장사찰을 촉진하는 방안을 모색하는 것이다. 북한의 완전한 비핵화를 위한 협상에서 가장 고비가 될 수 있는 검증의 현장사찰에 관한 실행가능하고 발전적인 방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 북한을 NPT에 복귀시키고 IAEA의 안전조치협정에 가입하도록 하여 ‘IAEA 주도의 현장사찰’을 실시하여야 한다. 둘째, 북한 핵시설 중 미신고·미공개된 핵시설에 대한 ‘선택적이고 효과적인 현장사찰’이 이루어져야 한다. 셋째, 북한의 폐쇄적인 사회적 특수성을 고려하여 ‘상호협력적 현장사찰’이 이루어져야 한다. 넷째, 다양한 국내 및 국제기술수단을 이용하여 원격 감시, 위성 및 항공 감시, 핵관련 인원의 인터뷰, 문헌조사, 시료 채취 및 정밀분석 등을 시행하는 ‘과학기술 집약적 통합 현장사찰’이 이루어져야 한다.

In this study, silica nanoparticle containing amine functional groups were prepared by syringe pumping method. After silica seed particles were synthesized by stöber method, the size of silica particles were controlled by injecting of additional silica precursor source using syringe pump. Finally, the silica nanoparticles were treated by different way of amine functionalization. Various sizes of silica nanoparticles having different amount of amines functional groups on surfaces were characterized in terms of their morphologies, electronic potentials, and catalytic activities. The catalytic activities of aminated silica nanoparticles were investigated through base-catalyzed model reaction with respect to degree of amination of silica nanoparticles.
라디오 방송광고의 활성화 방안 : 휴대폰 제품광고로 본 사례연구

라디오 광고는 효과가 미미하다는 고정관념에서 벗어나 직접 라디오 광고 포함한 다수의 광고 매체를 운용하는 휴대폰 제품 X 광고를 이용하여 광고의 효과를 확인했다. 광고를 통하여 제품의 인지도를 높이면 소비자들은 브랜드명을 기억하여 결국 최종 구매단계까지 설득할 수 있다는 논리를 바탕으로 인지라는 개념을 구성하고 있는 신뢰도, 평가도, 그리고 만족도라는 차원들과 제품 X가 2005년 광고비로 10억 이상 사용한 8개의 광고 매체들 간의 상관관계를 분석했다. 광고 노출, 인지도, 그리고 최종 구매의사에 대한 변인간의 관계를 실증적으로 분석을 하기위하여, 구조 방정식을 실시했고 라디오 광고는 결코 타 매체광고와 비교 해 볼 때 우수한 매체로 판명되었다.
Characterization of Polylactic Acid/Polypropylene blending Systems

The Polylactic Acid(PLA)/Polypropylene(PP) blending systems were prepared by using an extrusion molding technique at the extrusion temperature of 210°C. In order to investigate the mechanical and thermal properties of PLA/PP blending systems as a function of PLA concentration, PLA content were varied in the range of 0 to 100wt%. For mechanical properties tensile and flexural tests were carried out, and heat distortion temperature was measured for thermal characterization. In addition, the fractured surface of the blending systems was observed by using a scanning electron microscope for phase separation studies. All the property data obtained are presented and interpreted in terms of PLA content. <sup>**</sup> This was supported by Korea National University of Transportation in 2018.
