The Relationship of Demographic Characteristics, Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction among Recreational Golfers

본 연구는 레크리에이션 골프 참여자들의 인구학적 요인과 서비스품질에 따른 고객만족의 차이를 실증적으로 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 총 525부의 설문지를 독립표본 t-검정, 일원변량분석(ANOVA), 회귀분석하여 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 고객만족의 하위요인인 골프장 만족수준은 교육정도와 월수입 정도에 따라 차이를 보였으며, 골프 구매수준에는 나이, 교육정도, 직업군, 월수입 정도에 따라 차이를 나타내었다. 둘째, 실행적 서비스품질 요인인 지역관계 및 이미지, 이용요금 및 경기진행, 식당서비스는 고객만족 하위요인인 골프장 만족수준에 부(-)적인 영향을 나타내었으며, 회원관리 서비스는 정(+)적인 영향을 나타냈다. 고객만족 하위요인인 골프장 구매수준에는 지역관계 및 이미지, 회원관리, 식당서비스 요인이 부(-)적인 영향을 나타냈다. 셋째, 골프장 캐디의 내적 서비스품질 요인 중 거리측정과 외적 요인인 문제처리, 골프 클럽관리, 언어전달 요인이 고객만족 하위요인인 골프장 만족수준에 정(+)적인 영향을 나타냈다. 고객만족 하위요인인 골프장 구매요인에는 캐디의 내적 서비스품질 요인 중 클럽추천, 코스보수와 외적 서비스품질 요인인 문제처리가 정(+)적인 영향을 나타냈다.

호주 카우라 일본군(日軍)포로 대탈출사건 한국인 전몰자 추모사업 실태조사와 시사점

“나는 가해자가 아닌 피해자임을 밝혀다오!”의 맥락에서 살펴본 이 연구는 제2차 세계대전 남태평양전투에서 포로로 잡혀 호주 카우라에 수용된 일본군대탈출사건과 탈출 밀고자 그리고 한국인 전몰자를 추모하기 위해 설립된 카우라 한국인 희생자 추모사업회의 사업실태를 재조명함으로써 호주의 초기 한인 해외이주 및 정착의 역사를 재조명하고 민족문화정체성 및 역사관 확립을 위한 교육적 시사점을 마련하는데 목적을 둔다. 특히 민간차원의 올바른 역사세우기는 정치·외교·경제적 실리에 따라 크게 진전을 거두고 있는 가운데 이를 공감하는 해외한인사회 지도자들의 역량강화와 네트워크 활용에 관한 제도적·법적 장치가 마련되어야 할 것으로 보인다. 본 연구는 가해자(일본)가 사업 예산 지원이나 관계국 간의 우호 등을 빌미로 역사를 왜곡하려는 움직임이 있고, 이에 대한 피해자(한국)의 국가적 관심과 지원이 미흡한 점을 문제 제기하였다. 카우라 대탈출사건 진상규명 조사는 호주 한인2세대들의 올바른 역사교육에 매우 중요한 자료를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 사료되며, 이를 통해 한국인의 민족문화정체성과 역사적 가치관을 올바르게 확립해 나갈 수 있도록 정부와 민간차원의 지속적인 협력과 지원이 필요할 것으로 보인다. 또한 비슷한 처지에 있는 타민족 민간단체 교류의 활성화를 통해 일관성 있는 국제적 연대방안을 모색하는 연구가 시도되어야 할 것으로 예상된다. Please tell me I"m the victim! The Cowra Breakout occurred on 5 August 1944, when at least 1,104 Japanese prisoners of the Pacific War during World War II attempted to escape from the Prisoner Camp. This article examines moral status and the direction of Association for Korean Remembrance at Cowra (AKRC) which has identified victims of involuntary military services under Japanese rule. Efforts must aim at righting wrongs of past history, but the consequence of political and economic inequalities has disrupted and changed their respective relationships. This study also indicates the issues that despite the perpetrator (Japan) has a tendency to distort the history with the financial support and friendship between two countries and their people, the national interest and support of the victim (Korea) is insufficient. It is therefore important to cultivate the leadership of overseas Koreans and to encourage them to form a broad overseas Korean network in relations to foreign legal and institutional systems of righting wrongs of past history. It may also be a reaction to the number of the history of international Non-Government Organizations that would fulfil a useful role.

Reliable long-term streamflow forecasting is invaluable for water resource planning and management which allocates water supply according to the demand of water users. It is necessary to get probabilistic forecasts to establish risk-based reservoir operation policies. Probabilistic forecasts may be useful for the users who assess and manage risks according to decision-making responding forecasting results. Probabilistic forecasting of seasonal inflow to Andong dam is performed and assessed using selected predictors from sea surface temperature and 500 hPa geopotential height data. Categorical probability forecast by Piechota`s method and logistic regression analysis, and probability forecast by conditional probability density function are used to forecast seasonal inflow. Kernel density function is used in categorical probability forecast by Piechota`s method and probability forecast by conditional probability density function. The results of categorical probability forecasts are assessed by Brier skill score. The assessment reveals that the categorical probability forecasts are better than the reference forecasts. The results of forecasts using conditional probability density function are assessed by qualitative approach and transformed categorical probability forecasts. The assessment of the forecasts which are transformed to categorical probability forecasts shows that the results of the forecasts by conditional probability density function are much better than those of the forecasts by Piechota`s method and logistic regression analysis except for winter season data.

As customers may have different values, the concept of service quality should be generally approached from the customer’s point of view (Chang, 2008). The purpose of this study was to examine the role of expectancy value in the relationship between service quality and purchase intention differences between male and female of sport centers. That is, it was examined (1) the relationship between personal characteristics and service quality and (2) the mediating effect of expectancy value between service quality and purchase intention. 502 questionnaires (male 150) were utilized for data analysis with SPSS Ver. 20.0. The service quality of sport centers was divided into five categories: convenience of utilization, programs, trainers, facility service, and staff service. The results indicated that expectancy value fully mediated the relationship between convenience of utilization and program satisfaction on consumer’s purchase intention, and partially mediated the relationship between trainers, facility, staff services and consumer’s purchase intention among males. In contrast, the results also indicated that expectancy value fully mediated the relationship between convenience of utilization, programs, trainers, facility service and consumer’s purchase intention among females. The current findings suggest that increasing the level of service quality and expectancy value may be an effective means of positive purchase intention for both male and female participants in sport centers.

펜싱지도자들의 리더십 유형 차이와 청소년선수들의 특성 경기력 및 선수생활만족도

The present study examined the influence of fencing coaches’ leadership styles on athlete characteristics, performance and satisfaction of athlete’s life among young fencing player. Participants (n=458) were members of highschool fencing team who participated in the 42th Korea President Cup National Fencing Championship, Korea. Methods were performed by ANOVA and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 20.0, a statistics program. Results indicated that the authentic and charismatic leadership types of fencing coaches were partially perceived by different athlete’s grades and numbers of awards. Both authentic and charismatic leaderships have positive effects on the performance of fencing athletes and satisfaction of athlete’s life. Specifically, the vision suggestion of charismatic leadership has a positive effect on the performance, while both pursing results and vision suggestion have positive effects on satisfaction of athlete’s life. Recommendations for transformational leadership are discussed.

검도선수들의 특성과 멘토링 지각, 운동만족도, 경기력 수준의 관계

본 연구는 국내 검도선수들의 개인특성에 따른 멘토링 지각, 운동만족도, 경기력을 살펴보고, 멘토링 지각, 운동만족도, 경기력 요인 간 관계를 규명하는데 목적을 두었다. 연구대상으로는 2013년 선수등록을 한 실업팀과 대학생 검도선수들을 모집단으로 설정하고 편의추출법을 이용하여 2013년 봉림기 전국 실업 검도대회에 출전한 실업팀 선수와 전국 17곳의 대학교 검도부에 소속 선수를 선정하여 수집한 총 271명의 자료를 분석하여 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 검도선수들의 특성 요인인 입상경력 횟수와 개인의 노력수준에 따라 멘토링 지각, 운동만족도, 경기력에 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 검도선수들의 멘토링 지각은 운동만족도에 부분적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 검도선수들의 멘토링 지각은 경기력에 부분적인 영향을 미쳤다. 마지막으로, 검도선수들의 운동만족도는 경기력에부분적인 영향을 미쳤다. 후속연구에서는 선수와 지도자 간 다른 관점에서 밝힐 수 있는 멘토링 기능의 차이점에 대한 심도 깊은 질적 연구가 진행되어야 할 필요가 있다. This study has a three-fold objective; (a) To examine the effects of players`` characteristics on the perception of mentoring; (b) To examine the perceptions of mentoring on athletic satisfaction and sport performance; and (c) To examine the relationships between athletic satisfaction and sport performance among elite kendo athletes. Participants (n=271) were members of University and professional kendo teams who participate in the 2013 Bonglim national championships, Korea. Methods were performed by ANOVA and multiple regression analysis using SPSS ver. 17.0, as statistics program. Results indicated that levels of mentoring perceptions, athletic satisfaction and sport performance were different depending on numbers of awards and levels of personal attempt. Both mentoring perception and athletic satisfaction have influenced on level of sport performance. Finally, level of athletic satisfaction has a positive effect on sport performance.

실업팀 선수들의 자기관리행동, 자신감, 팀 만족, 경기력 수준의 관계 분석

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between self-management, confidence, team satisfaction and performance among semi-pro team athletes. Questionnaires were provided to athletes of semi-professional teams (volleyball, track and field, kendo, ssireum, handball, fencing) in 2015 for analysis. Window SPSS Ver. 20.0 statistics program was used for the 512 samples. It concluded that (1) males scored higher than females in training management and confidence among self management behavior. Males also scored higher in work satisfaction and organizational concentration among team satisfaction. (2) For self management behavior according to athlete experience, willpower management and training management in self management behavior, confidence, organizational confidence in team satisfaction, and performance factors were all higher for athletes with more athlete experience. (3) Correlation among the six sub-factors of self management behavior, confidence, team satisfaction and performance all were positive correlations. (4) Willpower management, unique behavior management, training management, interpersonal relationship management, and body management) had positive impact on confidence and work satisfaction and organizational concentration, as well as performance. (5) Confidence had positive impact on work satisfaction and organizational concentration, as well as performance, while team satisfaction had positive impact on performance.
