음악 활동이 자폐 아동의 사회성 기능 증진에 미치는 영향 : 모방 행동과 대인 관계를 중심으로

The purpose of this study was to search how musical activities had influence on the autistic children who had social deficits. The concrete objectives were as follows: First, the study examined how musical activities has influence on the movement imitation behavior of autistic children. Second, the study examined the effects of musical activities on the interpersonal behavior of autistic children. The subjects of the study were selected two boys who have been in the service of L clinic in Pusan city, and their parents gave an agreement to participate at the study. The method of this study was proceeded by the reversal design for the movement imitation behavior, and by the criterion design for the interpersonal behavior. The study was performed in the playroom where is broad and covered with cosy carpet according to children's conditions and the study objectives. The training was carried out for total 24 sessions with 35 minutes per session, four times per week, and each session was recorded by 2 observers. The result was than subject A and B had positive changes in both imitation behavior and interpersonal behavior. Accordingly, the conclusions acquired were as follows: Fist, musical activities have good effect on the autistic children's movement imitation behavior. Second, musical activities have good effect on the autistic children's interpersonal behavior. Third, the autistic children's language expression and language imitation behavior, thought not adopted as main objectives in the study, came under the influence of musical activities. They could express their own needs with the meaningful language instead of tamper tantrum and idyosyncratic voice, and the parents became to have positive concern and consideration for their children. Further study should be accomplished to measure accurately the effects of musical activities on various subjects through various musical programs.
