기체전자증폭기를 이용한 X-선 영상획득실험에 관한 연구

기체전자증폭기는 기존의 기체검출기의 표류공간에 위치하여 표류전기장을 매우 짧은 거리에 걸쳐 전자사태가 가능한 세기(〉 $10^4$ V/cm) 이상으로 압축함으로써 기체이득을 향상시키는 개념적으로 간단한 기구이다 이 기구는 양면이 금속(구리)으로 얇게 코팅된 수십 $\mu\textrm{m}$ 두께의 절연성 foil에 화학적 에칭이나 고출력 레이저빔 천공방법을 이용하여 직경 100 $\mu\textrm{m}$ 이하의 미소 hole들을 100-200 $\mu\textrm{m}$ 간격으로 균일하게 뚫어 놓은 구조로 되어 있다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 실험조건에서 기체전자증폭기의 동작특성을 조사하였으며 또한 기체전자증폭기의 섬광특성을 이용하여 표준 CCD 카메라와 결합하여 X-선 영상을 획득함으로써 디지털 X-선 영상센서로서의 가능성을 제시하였다. The gas electron multiplier placed in the drift volume of conventional gas detectors, is a conceptually simple device for producing a large gas gain by concentrating the drift electric field over a very short distance to the point that electron avalanching occurs(〉 10$^4$ V/cm), greatly increasing the number of drifting electrons. This device consists of a thin insulating foil of several tens of urn in thickness. covered on each side with a thin metal layer(Cu), with tiny holes, usually 100 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ or less in diameter. and with a spacing of 100-200 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ through the entire foil. perforated by using chemical etching or high-powered laser beam technique In this study, we have investigated its operating properties with various experimental conditions, and demonstrated the possibility of using this device as a digital X-ray imaging sensor, by acquiring X-ray images based on the scintillation properties of the gas electron multiplier with standard CCD camera.

The objective of this research is to determine the issues related to the internal hotel restaurant management conflicts especially between front line employees and back stage employees. In addition, it is the purpose of this research to measure the level of inter-departmental disputes within different hotel divisions and to offer an effective solution to managing these inter-departmental conflicts. In order to accomplish this research objective, authors, have established non-managerial level employees of food & beverage department and food preparation department of top-class hotels in Seoul. Furthermore, authors propose to study this subject base in order to determine cause and effect of inter-departmental conflicts as presented in this research.

A computed radiography (CR) system using reusable image plates (IPs) offers a convenient and reliable way to replace a conventional film-screen system for non-destructive testing field. The ability of radiography to detect a defect in welded objects depends on the procedure and embraces several factors such as the measurement conditions, the image plate type/class, the radiation energy, the radiation type, and the source-to-image plate distance. Also, the ability of images to detect a flaw decreases with increasing object thickness. In the study, images of welded objects were acquired with a CR system manufactured by FUJI by using Selenium-75, Iridium-192, and X-ray with and were obtained through MCNP5 simulations under the same conditions as the given experiments conditions.
항공사 객실승무원의 교류기억체계가 심리적 안전감과 팀 응집력에 미치는 영향: 심리적 안전감의 매개효과

The purpose of this study aimed to explore 1) the relationships between transactive memory system and psychological safety 2) the relationship between transactive memory system and team cohesion 3) the relationship between psychological safety and team cohesion 4) mediating effect of psychological safety. To achieve these purposes, questionnaire was developed based on previous study and data were collected by airline flight attendant’s. A questionnaire survey was distributed to a total of 300 flight attendants from April 1st, 2019 to May 10th, 2019. Among them, 242 questionnaires were used for actual analysis and the other 58 questionnaires were excluded because of lack of sincerity. SPSS frequency analysis was used to understand demographic properties and factorial analysis and reliability analysis was used to verify reliability of the variables. Also, regression analysis was used to verify the hypothesis. The results of the study are as follows; First, the results of this study shows that transactive memory system has a positive effect on the psychological safety. Second, transactive memory system has a positive effect on the team cohesion. Third, psychological safety has a positive effect on the team cohesion. Fourth, it has been found that the psychological safety mediating effects between ransactive memory system and team cohesion.
항공사 객실승무원 팀의 특성이 교류기억체계(TMS)와 팀 효과성에 미치는 영향: 교류기억체계의 매개효과

The purpose of this study aimed to explore 1) the relationships between team characteristic and transactive memory system 2) the relationship between team characteristic and team effectiveness 3) the relationship between transactive memory system and team effectiveness 4) mediating effect of transactive memory system. To achieve these purposes, questionnaire was developed based on previous study and data were collected by airline flight attendant’s. A questionnaire survey was distributed to a total of 250 flight attendants from September 1st, 2018 to October 10th, 2018. Among them, 300 questionnaires were used for actual analysis and the other 38 questionnaires were excluded because of lack of sincerity. SPSS frequency analysis was used to understand demographic properties and factorial analysis and reliability analysis was used to verify reliability of the variables. Also, regression analysis was used to verify the hypothesis. The results of the study are as follows; First, the results of this study shows that team characteristic has a positive effect on the transactive memory system. Second, team characteristic has a positive effect on the team commitment and team performance. Third, transactive memory system has a positive effect on the team commitment and team performance. Fourth, it has been found that the transactive memory system mediating effects between eam characteristic and team effectiveness.
