        서해 남부와 남해 서부의 한 정점에서 수온 및 염분과 멸치 어군의 특징의 관련성 시각화

        Morphological and positional characteristics of anchovy aggregations, confirmed by trawling, were examined in two locations of the southern part of the West Sea (T1) and the western side of South Sea (T11) of South Korea. Morphological characteristics(mean length, height and area) of the anchovy aggregations at T1 were smaller than those at T11, however the positional characteristics(distributional depth and bottom depth) of the aggregations at T1 were larger than those at T11. Diverse dataset such as the ship``s cruise track, the cruse map, and interpolated three-dimensional-like water temperature were visualized in multiple dimensions. For a comprehensive understanding of the anchovy aggregations within their surrounding circumstances, the interpolated water temperature transferred to the location of anchovy aggregations at both stations were visualized based on geospatial information. Using quantitative investigation, the overall range of change in water temperature and salinity of anchovy aggregation sat stations was considerably small. However, the water temperature and salinity of anchovy aggregations at T11 were somewhat higher than those at T1.

        콜라주에 기초한 협동미술활동이 만 5세 유아의 인성과 리더십에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 콜라주에 기초한 협동미술활동이 만 5세 유아의 인성과 리더십에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보기 위한 것이다. 연구대상은 A시 K어린이집 2개 학급의 만 5세 유아 36명(실험집단 18명, 비교집단 15명)이며, 실험집단의 유아들에게 16회의 콜라주에 기초한 협동미술활동을 실시하였고, 비교집단은 누리과정 교사용지도서의 생활주제와 관련한 미술활동을 평상시 그대로 실시하였다. 콜라주에 기초한 협동미술활동이 만 5세 유아의 인성에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위하여 배윤진, 김현주(2009)가 수정하여 만든 ‘교사용 유아 인성 검사도구’를 사용하였고, 리더십에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위해서는 이채호와 최인수(2008)가 개발한 ‘교사용 유아 리더십 검사 도구’를 사용하였다. 본 연구결과를 살펴보면 콜라주에 기초한 협동미술활동을 경험한 실험집단이 비교집단에 비해 유아의 인성과 리더십에 긍정적 효과가 있다는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 콜라주에 기초한 협동미술활동이 유아교육현장에서 유아의 인성과 리더십을 증진시켜주기 위한 교수-학습 방법으로 활용될 수 있음을 시사하고 있다. In the study, experimental research was conducted in order to examine what effect cooperative art activity based on collage has on the personality and leadership of children aged five. The subjects of the study included 36 children aged five attending K child care center in A city. The experimental and comparison groups each included 18 children. For the experimental group, a life theme of Nuri curriculum was selected and then cooperative art activity based on collage was conducted. For the comparison group, art activity was conducted in accordance with the life theme of Nuri curriculum which was the same as the class method which had been used in K child care center. In order to measure children’s personality, the children’s personality test instrument for teachers which Bae Yun-jin and Kim hyun-ju(2009)was used. In order to test children’s leadership, the children’s leadership test instrument for teachers developed by Lee Chae-ho and Choi In-su (2008) was used. In conclusion, cooperative art activity based on collage is considered to have positive effects on improving children’s personality and leadership. This study, therefore, suggests that cooperative art activity based on collage can be used in the child education field for the improvement of children’s personality and leadership.

        인공어초 어장에서 수록한 음향학적 다차원 데이터 해석을 위한 GIS의 응용

        This study is for the multi-dimensional analysis of diverse data sets for artificial reefs off the coast of Shimonoseki, Yamaguchi prefecture, Japan. Various data sets recorded in artificial reefs ground were integrated in new GIS software: to reveal the relationships between water temperature and fish schools; to visualize the quantitative connection between the reefs and the fish schools; and to compare the seabed types derived from two different data sources. The results obtained suggest that the application of GIS in analyzing multi-dimensional data is a better way to understand the characteristics of fish schools and environmental information around artificial reefs and particularly in the evaluation of the effectiveness of artificial reefs.

        2013년-2014년 춘계와 동계에 대한 통영과 여수 연안역의 멸치 어군의 현존량 추정

        Anchovy (Engraulis japonicus) is one of the most important species in the South Sea of South Korea. In order to estimate the biomass of anchovy, acoustic surveys, concurrently with trawling, were conducted in April, July, and September of 2013 and February of 2014 off the coast of Tongyeong and Yeosu. However, anchovies were found only during spring (April) and winter (February) surveys. To display only anchovy species confirmed by trawls on empty spaced echograms, virtual echograms were created. Three target strength (TS) values of anchovy were used: TS_z = 20 log L - (20/3) log (1+z/10) - 67.6 (Zhao et al.), TS_y =20 log L - 72.9 (Yoon et al.), TS_f = 20 log L - 71.9 (Foote). For anchovy schools combined with other species e.g., hairtail, squid, and Korean pomfret, their TS values were used to calculate an average TS. As a result, the anchovy biomass in the winter survey was approximately 75,000 tons (TS_z), 90,000 tons (TS_f), 114,000 tons (TS_y), respectively. The biomass in spring was 9,000 tons (TS_z), 9,200 tons (TS_f), 10,000 tons (TS_y). The sampling variance of spring was 70% and of winter was 30%. In order to manage anchovy resource sustainably, larvae and adult anchovy should be separately surveyed, the optimal area, date, and time for acoustic survey should be investigated, and the biomass survey should be done for relatively long and regular base.

        경남 지역 암센터와 보건소 재가암환자 관리 서비스와의 연계 사업

        목적: 경남지역 암센터와 경남지역 각 보건소와의 말기암환자를 대상으로 시행한 연계 사업을 담당자를 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통해서 평가하고자 하였다. 방법: 2008년 1월 1일부터 2011년 12월 31일까지 경남지역 암센터와 연계 사업 협약을 체결하고, 환자를 등록해서 진행한 보건소 실무자를 대상으로 진행하였다. 총 9개 지역 보건소의 실제 사업에 참여한 경험이 있는 재가암 담당자 20명을 대상으로 설문지를 개발하여 조사를 하였다. 각 문항의 평가는 Likert 5단계 척도를 변형하여 단계마다 -2에서 +2까지 점수를 부여하였고, 각 문항의 총점은 40점이었다. 결과: 2008년 1월부터 2011년 12월까지 73예(72예는 경남지역 암센터, 1예는 보건소에서 등록)가 연계되었다. 서비스에 대한 평가로 환자나 가족들의 심리적 안정에 도움이 된다라는 항목이 23점으로 가장 높았고, 전반적으로 재가암 사업에 도움이 된다는 점이 11점으로 가장 낮게 나왔다. 연계 서비스에 대한 개선 문항으로는 입원 절차의 간소화가 35점, 환자 병원 방문 시 실질적 혜택 제공이 34점으로 높게 나온 반면, 보건소의 인력 강화가 4점으로 가장 낮게 나타났다. 결론: 말기암환자를 대상으로 한 경남 지역 암센터-보건소 재가암 쌍방향 서비스는 몇 가지 한계점을 드러내었다. 보다 나은 연계 서비스를 위해서는 이번 연구를 통해 나타난 여러 점들을 개선하고, 또 지역 실정에 맞는 모델을 개발하는 등의 노력이 필요한 것으로 생각된다. Purpose: Home-based care providers were surveyed to assess the effect of collaborative service between Gyeongnam Regional Cancer Center (GRCC) and public health centers (PHCs) in Gyeongnam province. Methods: Twenty home-based care providers who had previously participated in the GRCC-PHC care project were recruited from nine PHCs and were surveyed using a questionnaire developed by specialists. Questions were rated using the 5-point Likert scale ranging from "strongly disagree (-2)" to "strongly agree (+2)" and each score was multiplied by the corresponding number of respondents (n=20) with the maximum score of 40. Results: Between January 2008 and December 2011, 73 patients were registered to the collaborative service: 72 by GRCC and one by PHC. Home-based care providers marked the highest score (23 points) to "The collaborative service contributed to patients and their family's psychological stability" and the lowest score (11 points) to "The collaborative service was generally helpful for home-based cancer management." For possible suggestions to improve the service, the highest score (35 points) was given to "Simplification of the hospitalization process" followed by "Substantial benefits for patients at their visit to the hospital" (34 points). Conclusion: The results revealed several limitations of the GRCC-PHC collaborative care service for terminal cancer patients. The service could be further improved by developing measures to address the limitations and a service model tailored to region-specific needs.

        Pulmonary mucormycosis is an uncommon, serious opportunistic infection caused by fungi belonging to the order Mucorales and it occurs exclusively in debilitated or immuno-compromised hosts. It is known that the fungi can invade the blood vessels and cause serious ischemic necrosis and bleeding5. We experienced a fatal case of pulmonary mucormycosis in a diabetic 75-year-old man who developed a progressive necrotizing lesion despite administering proper and prompt medical and surgical treatment. We report here on this case along with a review of the relevant medical literature.

        중국 Changzhou댐의 방수로 운용에 따른 어류밀도와 분포에 관한 음향조사

        Hydroacoustic surveys were performed to clarify the density and spatial distribution of fish upstream and downstream of Changzhou Dam in the Pearl River, China, with regard to the condition of the spillways. Fish were densely distributed in the forebay of the upstream dam and the average fish density was 0.22 individuals/㎥ under open spillways on 24 June 2010, but when the spillways were closed on 25 June 2010, the fish in the upstream dam dispersed and the average fish density decreased to 0.007 individuals/㎥. Meanwhile, the average fish density in the downstream region was 0.28 individuals/㎥ before the spillway was opened on 24 May 2010, but it decreased to 0.08 individuals/㎥ on 26 June, just after the spillway was closed. The vertical distribution of fish upstream of the dam was not consistent. The target strength (TS) of fish upstream of the dam was larger than that of fish in the downstream region, although the distribution of TS was similar between the upstream and downstream regions. Therefore, we concluded that while numerous fish could swim to the upstream region while the spillways were open, closed spillways obstructed fish migrating upward from the downstream region.

        동해구중형트롤어업의 어구어법 및 제도 개선에 관한 연구

        This study attempted to help determine Korean fishery policies by proposing improvement plans after examining the current regulations, fishing vessels, fishing gear and fishing methods of the middle sized trawl fishery in the East Sea for targeting only squid. In general, the size, engine horse power, and net length of the middle sized trawlers are between 50 and 60 GT, 1,200 and 1,600 PS, and approximately 165 m with four seamed trawl nets, respectively. While a jigging vessel attracted squids using lights, the trawler approached a jigging vessel. The trawler let the jigging vessel know its decision for fishing, and then jigging vessel rolled up jigs. The net of the trawler was casted at 45 degrees between the bow and the stern of the jigging vessel. Once the trawler towed close to the stern of the jigging vessel upon its passing of the jigging vessel, the bow of the trawler turned 45 degrees left again. Then, squid aggregations were entered into the net. When the cod end was passed a light vessel, the trawler hoisted the net up to the otter board. Then the trawler turned 180 degrees. It repeated three to five times of fishing operations as the previous method. We recommend that the regulations allow nineteen side trawlers to catch like stern trawler, as well as the cooperative trawler and jigging vessel operations.
