eURC V 1.0에 관한 연구

과학기술의 발달에 따라 종이서류와 더불어 전자기록 제시의 필요성이 점점 더 중요시 되고 있다. 하지만 기존의 URC 522는 전자기록이 아닌 종이서류의 제시만 적용할 수 있었다. 그래서 ICC에서는 이러한 변화에 대비하고 전자적 호환성을 위해 eUCP V 2.0의 개정과 함께 2019년 7월 1일 eURC V 1.0을 새롭게 제정하여 시행하고 있다. eURC V 1.0은 최근의 ICC 규칙 제정 추세에 맞춰 eUCP V 2.0과 마찬가지로 사전준비사항, 표준지침, 사전고려사항 등이 반영되어 제정되었다. eURC V 1.0은 사전고려사항을 비롯한 eURC의 적용 범위, URC와의 관계, 형식, 제시, 인도, 데이터 훼손 등 전자기록에 대한 필수적인 요소와 면책 조항을 포함하는 13개 조항으로 구성되어 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 eUCP V 2.0과 비교하여 eURC V 1.0의 특징과 주요 내용에 대해 살펴봄으로써 추심 거래의 활성화에 기여함을 목적으로 한다. Purpose : This study aims to analyze eURC V 1.0, which was newly enacted and implemented on July 1, 2019, for use with electronic records in collection procedures. Research design, data, methodology : The research methodology utilized in this study consists of a literature review in which eURC V 1.0 was carefully studied. Furthermore, ICC publications were thoroughly reviewed to evaluate how e-compatibility is ensured under eURC V 1.0. Results : eURC V 1.0 was established by reflecting preliminary preparations, standard guidelines, and preliminary considerations, in coping with the recent ICC rulemaking trend. In addition, eURC V 1.0 consists of 13 provisions, including preliminary considerations, essential elements and disclaimers for electronic records. Conclusions : This study provides reasonable practical implications for collections practitioners in utilizing the electronic records through in-depth analysis of eURC V 1.0 in comparison with the contents of eUCP V 2.0. Our findings indicate that eURC V 1.0 ensures continued e-compatibility.

4차 산업의 발달과 디지털화의 가속화에 맞춰 ICC에서는 UCP 600의 추록인 eUCP V 1.1을 2019년 7월 1일 eUCP의 새로운 버전인 V 2.0으로 개정하여 시행하고 있다. eUCP V 2.0은 ‘제시인’, ‘데이터 처리 시스템’, ‘재제시’ 등 새로운 용어의 정의를 추가하였으며, 실무적용을 위한 사전준비사항 및 표준 지침, 사전고려사항, 면책조항인 불가항력, UCP 600에서 다루고 있지 않은 전자기록에 대해 보다 명확하고 투명성을 제공하기 위한 전자기록 및 종이서류 v. 물품, 용역 또는 의무이행을 추가하였다. 또한, 전자기록의 제시 및 심사 등의 조항들에서 제시인이나 은행들의 책임과 의무 등을 중심으로 개정되었다. 이에 본 연구는 eUCP V 2.0과 eUCP V 1.1을 비교 분석하여 eUCP V 2.0의 특징과 주요 개정 내용을 제시함으로써 신용장 거래의 원활성에 기여함을 목적으로 한다. Purpose : The purpose of this study is to analyze eUCP V 2.0 which comes into force on July 1, 2019 as the revision of eUCP V 1.1 in line with the development of the 4th industry and the acceleration of digitization. Research design, data, methodology : Research methodology taken by this article is the literature reviews. In this study, eUCP V 2.0 and eUCP V 1.1 are carefully compared and publications of ICC are throughly reviewed to evaluate how the digital compatibility would be ensured under eUCP V 2.0. Results : It is found that eUCP V 2.0 defines new terms, and adds preliminary considerations and new articles. In addition, as eUCP V 2.0 clarifies the liability and responsibilities of presenters and banks, it can be said that the new rule enhances clarity and transparency for utilization of electronic records in letter of credit transactions. Conclusions : This study provides reasonable practical implications for letter of credit practitioners in utilizing the electronic records through in-depth analysis of eUCP V 2.0. It is believed that eUCP V 2.0 ensures continued digital compatibility.

삼현육각 관련 도상자료 연구현황

삼현육각(三絃六角)은 향피리2․대금1․해금1․장구1․북1으로 구성되는 악기편성을 말한다. 하지만 경우에 따라서는 악기의 종류나 편성되는 인원의 수가 달라지기도 한다. 삼현육각 편성의 음악은 궁중에서의 무용반주 음악, 행렬대의 행진음악, 민속 삼현육각이라고 할 수 있는 굿판의 삼현육각, 탈춤판의 삼현육각, 잔치음악 등으로 다양하게 사용되어 왔다. 삼현육각 악기편성은 18세기 무렵부터 성립된 것으로 여겨진다. 현재까지 전하는 각종 도상자료들은 당대의 연주모습을 통해 음악문화를 보여주고 악기편성 등에 대하여 살펴볼 수 있는 역사적 증거이다. 삼현육각과 관련된 도상자료에 관한 연구는 2000년대에 들어서 본격적으로 진행되었다. 기존 연구를 통해 우리는 삼현육각이 그려진 도상자료의 실체를 알 수 있고, 이를 해석한 학자의 시각을 통해 도상자료의 현재적 재해석을 시도할 수 있다. 이에 본고에서는 삼현육각 관련 도상자료 연구현황 대해 기존 연구 자료를 토대로 정리하여 검토하였다. 도상자료에 나타난 삼현육각 편성은 주로 춤의 반주와 행악 연주모습으로 나타나고 있었다. 악기편성은 피리2․대금1․해금1․장구․북이 주된 형태로 가장 많았다. 하지만 악기편성이 때와 장소에 따라 축소되거나 확대 편성되기도 하였다. 정재의 반주로 사용될 때에는 박이 등장하는 경우도 많았으며, 또는 거문고․가야금․비파 등의 현악기와 생황 등이 나타나는 경우도 있었음을 확인 할 수 있다. Samhyeon Yookgak refers to the arrangement of musical instruments consisting of Hyangpiri 2, Daegeum 1, Haegeum 1, Janggu 1, and Buk1. In some cases, however, the types of instruments or the number of people organized vary. The music of the composition of Samhyeon Yukgak has been used in various ways, including dance accompaniment music in the royal court, marching music in the parade of the procession, samhyeon yukgak in the rite, samhyeon yukgak on the mask dance plate, and festival music. The musical instrument composition of Samhyeon Yukgak is believed to have been established since the 18th century. The various tabletop materials to date are historical evidence to show the music culture through the performances of the time and to look at musical instrument composition. The study on the drawing materials related to Samhyeon Yookgak was carried out in earnest in the 2000s. Through existing research, we can see the true nature of the drawing data of Samhyeon Yookgak, and try to make a present interpretation of the drawing data from the perspective of the scholar who interpreted it. In this paper, the status of the study of the drawings related to Samhyeon Yookgak was summarized and reviewed based on the existing research data. The composition of the Samhyeon Yookgak, which was shown in the drawing materials, was mainly shown by the accompaniment of the dance and the performance of the harangue. The musical instruments were composed the most in the main forms of Piris 2, Dageum 1, Haegeum 1, Janggu and Buk. However, musical instruments were reduced or enlarged depending on time and place. When used as a accompaniment for a pavilion, it can be found that gourds were often present, or stringed instruments such as geomungo, Gayageum, and bifa were present.

복부비만 여성의 슬링을 결합한 플랭크 운동 효과

Purpose. The study was conducted to find out the effects that women in their 20s with abdominal obesity can get from sling-based flanks. Methods. The study used In-Body to determine the weight and body fat rate of women in their 20s who were overweight at H University and used a tape measure to measure the circumference of the abdomen. Plank exercise using slings to reduce weight, body fat and abdominal circumference led to muscle stabilization and abdominal obesity reduction. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS ver. 23.0 statistics program. Results. The results of the study showed statistically significant differences in the weight, body fat rate and abdominal circumference of the subjects before and after intervention. Conclusions. Steady abdominal muscles exercise help stabilize the abdomen, reduce abdominal body fat rate, and are effective in managing obesity.

전라남도 마을굿 현지조사보고서

전라남도는 마을굿을 비롯한 민속문화가 매우 온전하게 보존 전승되고 있다. 마을굿은 보통 정월 초하루 및 대보름 등의 민속명절에 마을의 평안과 풍농을 가원하는 의식이다 전라남도의 마을굿은 농약패의 음악과 놀이가 종합적으로 연행되는 문화연행이다. 급격한 산엽화·도시화로 전통적인 마을공동체가 소멸의 위기를 맞고 있는 현 시점에서 마을굿의 음악민족지적 조사는 매우 시급 하다할젓이다. 이 글은 전남대학교 민속음악조사팀이 정윌 초하루부터 대보름까지 전라남도 남해안 일대에서 거행된 마을굿을 현지조사하여 작성한 조사보고서이다. 전랴남도 남해안에서 전승되는 농약은 기존의 호남 좌도/우도 농악과는 다른 ``군고권`` 을 형성하고 있다는 학설이 최근 제가되고 있다 이에 이 지역의 마을굿과 농약을 현지조사하여 그 음악문화적 특정에 대한 민족지적 조사를 하는 것이 이 글 의 목적이다 조사팀은 전라남도 보성군 별교읍 장좌라 가받이별선제, 보성군 별교읍 대포 라 갯궈선저L 완도군 생일면 서성라 당제, 광양시 태인동 용지마을 큰줄다리기 등의 마을굿에 대한 현지조사를 수행했다. 그라고 각 마을에서 연행되는 마을굿의 음악문화적 요인에 대한 상세한 조사보고서를 작성했다 이를 토대로 향후 전라남도 남해안 일대에 전승되는 군고권 농악의 음악문화적 특정을 규명하고자 한다. Folk culture, including village rituals, in Jeollo-namdo Province is well preserved and inherited compare to other regions. Village rituals are held for the peace of the village and abundant products. They are held normally on the New Year``s Day or on the Fifteenth of the January, called daeboreum . The village rituals are in fact an accumulated performing arts of music and dance performed by village percussion bands, called nong-ak . Due to the rapid industrialization and urbanization, the village community and rituals are on the edge of disappearance. Therefore, to make a fulfilled musical ethnography of the village ritual at this time is an urgent task at hand. The folk music research team at Chonnam National University has conducted field research of village rituals held in the southern coastal area in Jeollo-namdo Province. The nong-ak in this region is believed to be distinct from the upper regional music in many ways. It is a field report of the village ritual and music to explore their distinct characteristics. The research team has researched rituals in four villages. This paper shows the organization, structure, membership, etc., of each village rituals. This report will be the guideline for the future study to present the distinct musico-cultural characteristics of the nong-ak in this region.

전라도 마을굿 현지조사보고서 (2)- 전라북도 순창군 정월 대보름굿을 중심으로 -

전라북도 순창군은 남원시, 정읍시, 임실군 등과 접경을 이루는 지리적 위치로 인하여 호남좌도농악과 호남우도농악이 혼재하는 지역이다. 이 글은 전남대학교 민속음악조사팀이 정월 초하루부터 대보름까지 전라북도 순창군 일대에서 거행된 마을굿을 현지조사하여 작성한 조사보고서이다. 순창군은 1990년대 후반 이후 마을마다 농악단이 설립되어 매년 정월 대보름을 기하여 마을굿을 거행하는 곳이 많다. 이번 조사에서는 순창읍 대보름 액막이굿, 동계면 대보름 마당밟이 및 달집태우기, 복흥면 대보름 달집태우기, 유등면 지신밟이 및 달집태우기, 구림면 대보름 마당밟이 및 달집태우기, 구림면 액막이굿, 금과면 대보름 달집태우기, 팔덕면 대보름 달집태우기를 조사했다. 마을굿의 전승이 거의 끊어졌다가 다시 복원된 행사가 대부분인데, 인접의 남원농악, 임실필봉농악, 정읍농악 등의 영향으로 다양한 농악 가락이 연행되고 있다. 순창군에는 특히 남원농악의 영향이 매우 크다. 현재 전라북도 무형문화재 제11-호 남원농악 예능보유자인 류명철과 그의 아버지 류한준이 일제강점기부터 지속적으로 순창군에 걸립굿을 왔었고, 그때마다 마을의 두렁쇠들과 어울려 농악을 쳤다. 이런 이유로 남원농악의 영향이 매우 크다. Sunchang-gun inherits a unique folk culture influenced by the three major band music traditions; Namwon, Jeongeup, and Imsil. The folk music research team at Chonnam National University has conducted field research of village rituals held in Sunchng-gun. The rituals were mainly held from the first and to fifteenth of the January. Almost all of the districts in Sunchang-gun have the percussion music band from the late 1990s. In this paper, we reported rituals held in Sunchang-eup, Donggye-myeong, Bokheungmyeon, Yudeung-myeon, Gurim-myeong, and Paldeok-myeon. The rituals were mostly held for the happiness of the households and the burning of “moon house” in order to get rid of bad lucks of the year. The village rituals are mostly recovered events which were disappeared in the past due to the rapid urbanization. The music of Sunchang-gun were influenced by the band music of neighboring regions of Namwon, Jeongeup, and Imsil. The influence of Namwon is the major factor in the inheritence of band music in Sunchang-gun. Famous gong players from Namwon have visited to Sunchng-gun since the early 20th century and have influenced their music to the villagers.

인공지능 스피커의 퍼소나 연구

인공지능 기반의 VUI 시장이 성장함에 따라, 다양한 VUI 퍼소나를 가진 인공지능 디바이스들이 출시되고 있다. VUI 퍼소나는 사용자 경험과 브랜드 이미지 형성에 큰 영향을 미치지만, 아직 퍼소나 설정에 다소 미흡한 부분들이 존재하며, 이에 대한 연구 또한 미비하다. 본 연구에서는 현재 국내에서 제공되고 있는 5개의 인공지능 스피커들을 대상으로 하여 호출명, 디폴트 음성, 답변내용 등을 분석하여 어떻게 퍼소나가 설정되어 있는지 알아보았다. 기존 인공지능 스피커의 VUI 퍼소나 유형을 비교 분석하여 1차로 퍼소나 이미지를 디자인한 후, 발견한 의문점과 한계점(의인화 정도와 이에 따른 퍼소나 설정, 일관성 이슈 등)을 바탕으로 참여자들에게 각 스피커의 퍼소나에 대해 의견을 묻는 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 인터뷰 결과, 대체로 각 디바이스를 잘 표현할 수 있는 VUI 퍼소나 설정과 의인화가 필요하고 퍼소나가 일관성 없는 경우 혼란스럽다고 하였다. 이를 통해 각 인공지능 스피커의 정체성을 잘 표현함과 동시에 사용자와 원활한 상호작용이 가능한 퍼소나 설정에 대해 논의하였다. 본 연구를 기반으로 인공지능 스피커의 VUI 디자인이 개선될 수 있기를 기대한다. As the artificial intelligence-based VUI market grows, A.I. devices with various VUI personas are being released. The VUI persona has a great influence on user experience and brand image formation, however, the persona setting is incomplete, and related studies are also inadequate. In this study, each call name, voice(default), and answers of five A.I. speakers currently provided in Korea were analyzed to determine how the personas were set. After visualizing each persona by comparing and analyzing the VUI persona types of A.I. speakers, we interviewed participants to ask for their opinions about each persona based on the questions and limitations we found(such as degree of personification and corresponding persona setting, and consistency issues). As a result of interviews, the majority said that VUI Persona setup and personification were needed to express each device well. They added, "If a persona is inconsistent, it is confusing." Through this, the study contemplated the persona setups which express the identity of each A.I. speaker well and help to smoothly interact with users. Based on the study, we hope that the VUI design of A.I. speakers will be improved.
