        가감청영탕(加減淸營湯)에 효과를 보인 열성 아토피 피부염 환자 6례 증례 보고

        Objective : The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of Gagamchengyoung-tang($Ji\bar{a}ji\check{a}nq\bar{i}ngy\acute{i}ng-t\bar{a}ng$) for atopic dermatitis patients diagnosed as the febrile tendency. Method : This case study was done on 6 atopic patients with febrile tendency who have visited Korean Medicine Clinic from 2013.08.01. to 2014.04.30.. Gagamchengyoung-tang($Ji\bar{a}ji\check{a}nq\bar{i}ngy\acute{i}ng-t\bar{a}ng$) was prescribed to all 6 patients and evaluated the symptom change through photographs and questionnaire. Objective SCORAD Index(OSI) was used to evaluate the objective symptom and VAS was used to evaluate the subjective change. Results & Conclusion : The Objective SCORAD index and VAS were decreased in all patients. The average OSI reduction score was 26.3. Most symptoms of 6 patients were improved. Gagamchengyoung-tang ($Ji\bar{a}ji\check{a}nq\bar{i}ngy\acute{i}ng-t\bar{a}ng$) can be effective in patients who were diagnosed as febrile tendency.

        BTX 공정에서 Gas Detector Mapping 적정성 검토에 관한 연구

        In order to prevent major and chemical accidents, some of the plants which would like to install and operate hazard chemicals handling facilities must submit Off-site Consequence Analysis due to recent arisen leak accidents since 2015. A lot of chemical industrials choose gas detectors as mitigation equipment to early detect gas vapor. The way of placement of gas detectors has two methods; Code-based Design(CBD) and Performance-based Design. The CBD has principles for gas detectors to be installed with consideration for the place that is expected to accumulate gas, and the leak locations according to legal standards and technical guidelines, and has a possibility to be unable to detect by these rules to locate gas detectors by vapor density information. The PBD has two methods; a Geographic Method and Scenario based Method. The Scenario-based Method has been suggested to make up for the Geographic Coverage Method. This Scenario-based Method draw the best optimum placement of gas detectors by considering leak locations, leak speed information, leak directions and etc. However, the domestic placement guidelines just refers to the CBD. Therefore, this study is to compare existing placement location of gas detectors by the domestic CBD with placement locations, coverages and the number of gas detectors in accordance with the Scenario-based Method. Also this study has measures for early detecting interest of Vapor Cloud and suitable placement of gas detectors to prevent chemical accidents. The Phast software was selected to simulate vapor cloud dispersion to predict the consequence. There are two cases; an accident hole size of leak(8 mm) from API which is the highst accident hole size less than 24.5 mm, and a normal leak hole size from KOSHA Guide (1.8 mm). Detect3D was also selected to locate gas detectors efficiently and compare CBD results and PBD results. Currently, domestic methods of gas detectors do not consider any risk, but just depend on domestic code methods which lead to placement of gas detectors not to make personnels recognize tolerable or intolerable risks. The results of the Scenario-based Method, however, analyze the leak estimated range by simulating leak dispersion, and then it is able to tell tolerable risks. Thus it is considered that individuals will be able to place gas detectors reasonably by making objectives and roles flexibly according to situations in a specific plant.

        케이슨방파제 부착 OWC-MB 복합형 파력발전시스템 성능해석

        기존 케이슨방파제 외해 측에 수로를 설치하고 수로 내에 부유체를 설치한 파력발전시스템에 대해서 연구하였다. 이 시스템은 중복파를 기진력으로 활용하고, 수로 내 수주와 부유체의 공진현상을 이용하여 에너지 추출효율 극대화할 목적으로 제안되었다(Park et al., 2014). 선형파 이론에 기초한 Galerkin 유한요소 모델(Park, 1991)을 이용하여 제안된 발전시스템의 성능을 평가한 결과, 기존의 타 시스템에 비하여 우수한 발전효율을 보임과 수로 내 수주의 공진현상이 성능에 지배적인 영향을 미침을 확인하였다. 또한, 수로와 부이 주변에서 발생하는 유체 점성감쇠가 발전효율에 미치는 영향이 커 이를 최소화하는 노력이 필요한 것으로 평가되었다. Wave energy harvesting system using OWC(Oscillating Water Column) and MB (Movable Body) attached at the caisson breakwater was studied. This system was suggested to maximize wave energy extraction using resonant phenomena of oscillating water column and buoy in wave channel (Park et al., 2014). Not only incident waves but also reflected waves from the breakwater can be used as sources of exciting force for harvesting wave energy efficiently. Using Galerkin finite model based on the linear wave theory (Park, 1991), the performance of the system was evaluated for various damping ratios of power take off system. Numerical results show that the proposed system is excellent in efficiency compared with that of conventional system and the performance of the system is governed by the resonance of oscillating water column in the wave channel. In addition, the additional efforts to minimize viscous damping was found to be necessary because viscous damping occurring in the channel and around the moving buoy is significant in generation efficiency.

        고립된 서식지의 녹색 이동통로 생물유입 가능 디자인 제시 - 서울시 한강 주변지역을 대상으로 -

        본 연구는 도시화가 심화된 지역의 파편화된 서식지들의 고립적 형태를 섬생물지리학적 이해를 통해 가장 광범위하게 도시화가 진행된 서울시 내 탄천을 대상으로 하였다. 연구의 단계는 대표적인 서식지와 생물종의 정보 수집에서부터 인문, 사회적 환경요인에 근거한 디자인과 설계 방향으로 다섯 단계(① 생태경관보전지역 내 조류서식지 관련 이론에 대한 정보 수집 등, ② 철새도래지 서식환경 요인과 인문·사회 환경 요인 근거 마련, ③ 조류서식모형 디자인 구현, ④ 탄천 생태경관보전지역 내 철새도래지 서식환경 설계 방향 결정, ⑤ 탄천 생태경관보전지역 내 철새도래지 서식환경 설계 디자인 도출 및 제시)의 연구과정으로 진행되었다. 서울시지정 생태경관보전지역 중 탄천은 도심 속 철새도래지로 지정되어 있다. 이 지역은 주변 지역의 생물 서식지가 다양한 물리적, 인위적인 도심화에 따라 파편화된 도시 섬이 존재하는 지역이다. 이에 생태계 최상의 포식 분류군 조류 중 흰뺨검둥오리, 비오리, 백할미새, 박새 4종의 핵심종을 선정하였다. 선정된 종의 서식 유형에 따른 수계의 수면성, 잠수성, 수변성, 주변 식생 및 녹지 이용에 따른 서식특징을 기준으로 주변 환경의 물리적 환경, 생물상, 수환경 등을 고려해 조류의 서식공간 모형 디자인하고, 조류 서식지와 주변 물리적 환경을 통합한 서식지 디자인을 제시하고자 한다. 또한, 하천 습지 서식지에 해당하는 어류의 주요 종들의 최소와 최대 범주를 고려하였고, 양서류 중 금개구리를 선정하였다. 이런 녹색 하천의 이동통로 형태의 서식환경을 설계함에 앞서 생물에 영향을 최소화하기 위해 식재 계획, 방음벽 설치 계획, 프로그램을 계획하고 전략계획을 제안하였다. 1. 조류 서식환경 회복을 위해 서식환경을 고려한 조류 서식 모형, 2. 인간의 간섭을 최소화하기 위해 보행로를 최소화하고, 3. 조류의 비간섭거리를 고려해 횃대, 인공섬, 징검다리, 식생완충대를 조성, 4. 조류관찰대와 환경생태교육 장소를 제공하는 것이다. 제시된 디자인을 통해 주변 공간이 일부 재구성된다면 단절된 주변 산림 서식지의 생물적 공간의 공유를 통해 생물다양성 증진과 인간의 상생에 질적 향상이 올 것으로 기대된다. 이에 시민을 위한 환경생태복합 공간으로 발현되어 지역 커뮤니티 등 생물뿐만 아니라 인간과 자연의 생물이 공존하는 멀티 생물 다양성 핵심지역으로 발전되길 기대한다. This study deals with the most widely isolated (in terms of fragmented habitats) urban areas and the deepening of understanding over the island bio-geographic status in Seoul/Tancheon amid increased urbanization. The research was conducted in five stages, from collecting information on representative habitats and species, to designing based on humanities and social environmental factors. ① Collection of information on theories related to bird habitats in the ecological landscape conservation area, etc. ② Establish the basis for the habitat environment factors of migratory birds and social environment factors, ③ bird habitat model design implementation, ④ Determination of the design direction of habitat environment for migratory birds in the Tancheon Ecological Landscape Conservation Area, ⑤ Derivation and presentation of design for habitat environment for migratory birds in the Tancheon Ecological Landscape Conservation Area. Tancheon is designated as a place for migratory birds in the city center among 17 areas allocated as ecological and landscape conservation areas in Seoul. In this area, there are urban islands on which the biological habitats of the surrounding areas are fragmented according to physical and artificial urbanization. Therefore, among birds in the ecosystem's best predatory taxa, 4 four key species (Spot-billed Duck, Common Merganser, Black-backed Wagtail, and Great Tit) were selected. A model design of habitat for birds in consideration of the physical environment, biota, and aquatic environments of the surrounding environ based on the characteristics of the water system according to the type of habitat of the selected species, water surface, submersion, water transformation, surrounding vegetation and green space was created. It is intended to present a habitat design that integrates the bird habitat and the surrounding physical environment if the surrounding space of Tancheon is partially reconstructed through the proposed design. In addition, the minimum and maximum categories of the major fish species corresponding to the river wetland habitat were considered, and the golden frog was selected among amphibians. In designing this river of green corridors in the form of habitats in order to minimize the impact on organisms, the following were previously proposed: a planting plan, noise barrier installation planning, general planning, and various strategic planning programs. These include: 1. A bird breeding model that considers the habitat environment ecosystem to restore the bird habitat environment, 2. Minimizing pedestrian paths to reduce human interference, 3. Considering the non-interference distance of birds, construct aperches, artificial islands, stepping stones, and vegetation buffers. 4. Provide ornithologists (bird watchers) a place which provides appropriate ecology education. It is expected that the qualitative improvement of biodiversity and human coexistence will come through the sharing of the biological space of the disconnected surrounding forest habitat. Accordingly, it is expected that it will emerge as an environmental and ecological complex space for citizens and develop into a multi-biodiversity core area where not only living things such as local communities, but also human and natural organisms coexist.

        대한한방부인과학회지에 게재된 체계적 문헌고찰의 방법론 및 보고의 질 평가

        Objectives: The purpose of this study is to assess the methodological and reporting quality of the systematic reviews in the Journal of Korean obstetrics and gynecology. Methods: Systematic reviews in the Journal of Korean obstetrics and gynecology were selected from January 1987 to February 2021, by searching Koreanstudies Information Service System (KISS) and the search system of the Society of Korean medicine obstetrics and gynecology. The methodological and reporting quality was assessed using A MeaSurement Tool to Assess systematic Reviews 2 (AMSTAR 2) tool and Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) checklist. Results: Total of 19 systematic reviews were finally included for this study. The levels of methodological quality were low in 63.2% and very low in 36.8%. As a result of evaluating the reporting quality, 22 to 15 (average 18.6) items out of 27 items (81.5 to 55.6%) were reported. Conclusions: The results of a systematic review are helpful in giving a high level of evidence. In order to improve the quality of systematic reviews published in the Journal of Korean Obstetrics and Gynecology, it is necessary to perform and report according to the the PRISMA checklist and AMSTAR 2.

        크로스 케이블로 결속된 인터로킹 케이슨 방파제의 파력분산특성

        이상 기후현상으로 인해 폭풍의 강도가 커지고, 지속시간 또한 길어지고 있어 연안 피해가 점차 대규모화되고 있다. 이러한 변화에 대응하기 위하여 기존 방파제에 대한 평가기준과 신설 방파제의 설계기준이 강화되고 있다. 최근 케이슨식 방파제의 구조적 안정성을 향상시키기 위하여 개별 케이슨이 독립적으로 파에 저항하도록 하였던 방파제 케이슨을 서로 인터로킹시키는 방안이 관심을 받고 있다. 이는 각각의 케이슨에 작용하는 힘을 분산시켜 이상파랑이 발생할 경우에도 최대파력이 저감되어 방파제의 안정성을 확보할 수 있도록 한 것이다. 본 연구에서는 케이블을 이용하여 케이슨 상부를 방파제 기준선방향으로 인터로킹시켰을 때의 파력의 분산특성에 대해서 분석하였다. 수치계산의 효율을 위해 지반과 연결 케이블은 선형 스프링으로 모형화하고 케이슨은 강체로 가정한 정적 선형모델을 개발하였다. 수치해석 결과, 입사각이 커질수록 케이블을 통하여 전달되는 파력비가 높아지고, 인터로킹 케이블의 강성이 클수록 전달 파력비가 증대되어 파력분산 효과가 높아지는 특성을 확인할 수 있었다. Damage level of coastal structures has been scaled up according to increase of wave height and duration of the storm due to the abnormal global climate change. So, the design criteria for new breakwaters is being intensified and structural strengthening is also conducted for the existing breakwaters. Recently, interlocking concept has been much attention to enhance the structural stability of the conventional caisson structure designed individually to resist waves. The interlocking caisson breakwater may be survival even if unusual high wave occurs because the maximum wave force may be reduced by phase lags among the wave forces acting on each caisson. In this study, the dispersion characteristics of wave forces using interlocking system that connect the upper part of caisson with cable in the normal direction of breakwater was investigated. A simplified linear model was developed for computational efficiency, in which the foundation and connection cables were modelled as linear springs, and caisson structures were assumed to be rigid. From numerical experiments, it can be found that the higher wave forces are transmitted through the cable as the angle of incident wave is larger, and the larger the stiffness of the interlocking cable makes larger wave dispersion effect.

        대학 교양무용수업의 재미요인이 대학생활 만족에 미치는 영향

        This study aims at an analysis of impact of the fun factors(health effect, achievement, the lower burden of a theory class) of dance activity classes in university of students’ satisfaction with university life(class satisfaction, university life satisfaction). For the purpose of this study, the data of 250 students being participated in dance activity classes were used for the analysis. For the empirical study, frequency analysis, reliability analysis and exploratory factor analysis were done by using SPSS 17.0, in addition, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling were done by using LISREL 8.5. The results of this study are as follows: First, both ‘achievement’ of dance classes and ‘the lower burden of its theory class’ have positive effect on students’ satisfaction with class, whereas ‘health effect’ of the class does not. Second, ‘health effect’ of dance activity class has positive effect on students’ satisfaction with university life. However neigher ‘achievement’ nor ‘lower burden of a theory class’ does positive effect. Third, students’ satisfaction with dance activity class has positive effect on their satisfaction with university life.

      • 마이코플라즈마 폐렴에 동반된 범혈구 감소증 1례

        Mycoplasma pnuemoniae는 학동기 소아의 호흡기 감염의 가장 흔한 원인이며 다양한 폐외 증상을 일으키는 것으로 알려져 있다. 이중 혈액학적 이상은 드물게 보고되고 있으며 용혈성 빈혈, 혈소판 감소증, 범혈구 감소증이 생길수 있다. 저자들은 M. pnuemoniae 폐렴으로 입원 한 뒤 16일 뒤에 발생한 범혈구 감소증을 보인 12세 여아를 경험하였기에 이를 보고하는 바이다. Mycoplasma pneumoniae is the most common pathogen of the respiratory tract among schoolaged children and adolescents. It can also cause extrapulmonary manifestation that involves the skin, nervous system, digestive system, and hematopoietic system. A 12-year old girl was admitted to Asan Medical Center Children`s Hospital with M. pneumoniae pneumonia. Her respiratory symptoms and signs improved after the treatment with macrolide antibiotics, and she was discharged. However, pancytopenia developed 16 days after the first admission date. She was readmitted, and treated successfully with intravenous immunoglobulin. We reported her as the first case of pancytopenia asscociated with M. pnuemoniae pneumonia in Korea.
