Cheiro-oral syndrome is characterized by a partial sensory disturbance in one hand and the ipsilateral oral comer. Its lesion is on the sensory track, and it is comparatively small. Most studies are case studies. These studies reported less than 10 cases. We studied two cases. In one, we observed intracranial hemorrhage involving left thalamus, posterior limb of internal capsule about 5cc in brain computed tomographic scan. The case was shown paresthesia of the right hand and ipsilateral comer of the mouth. The patient also complained about disturbing dysstereognosis and disorder of graphaesthesia. In the other case, we observed nodular calcification at the left basal ganglia external capsule in brain computed tomographic scan. The patient also complained about dysesthesia of the right thumb and index finger, fatigue and verbal disturbance. These cases appeared to be typical strokes in the acute phase, but after acute phase, they had dysethesia in the hand and periord for three months.

This experiment was carried out to evaluate the clinical effects of Ophicephalus argus and Crubita moschate which have been traditionally applied to postpartum care in Korea, and compare them with the effect of Saengwhatang. Thirty two Sprague-Dawley female rats weighing 250-300g were divided into four groups: a non-pregnant group (normal), a normal saline-treated group (control), a Saenghwa-tang-treated group (sample A), an Ophicephalus argus-treated group (sample B), and a Crubita moschate-treated group (sample C). Except for the normal group, each extract was administered for one week to each group after delivery. We measured the WBC count, RBC count, serum levels of hemoglobin and hematocrit, the platelet count, serum levels of fibrinogen, albumin, thyroxine, and urine levels of sodium and potassium. The Saenghwa-tang-treated group showed a significant decrease of WBC count and urine levels of sodium and potassium and a significant increase of hemoglobin and albumin in comparison with those of the control group. The Ophicephalus argus-treated group showed a significant decrease of WBC count and the significant increase of albumin in comparison with those of the control group. The Crubita moschate-treated group showed a significant increase of albumin in comparison with that of the control group. These results suggest that Saenghwa-tang is more effective than Ophicephalus argus and Crubita moschate for postpartum recuperation although they also have some effects on recuperation of deteriorative blood components after delivery. Therefore, these findings indicate that further investigation for the other effects of Ophicephalus argus and Crubita moschate is necessary.

스마트폰이 보편화되면서 우리의 일상에도 많은 변화가 생겼다. 원하는 정보를 얻기 위해 인터넷 접속이 가능한 곳을 찾아다니던 것도 이제는 옛말이 되었고, 언제 어디서나 스마트폰 하나로 기대 이상의 성과를 거둘 수 있는 시대가 된 것이다. 이처럼 정보과학기술의 발전과 함께 급격히 바뀌는 교육 환경 속에서 프랑스어 교육 또한 시류에 무관할 수 없는 것이 현실이다. 본고는 이처럼 급변하는 교육 환경에 프랑스어 교육이 어떤 방식으로 부응할 수 있는지 한 가지 가능성을 보여주는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 우리는 고등학교 프랑스어 교실의 학생들을 대상으로 한 형성평가의 일례로 모바일 기기를 활용한 수업 방식을 소개하고자 한다. 이를 통해 모바일 환경에 친숙한 우리 학생들의 기대에 한층 더 부응함으로써 기존의 프랑스어 교수/학습 과정이 좀 더 효과적으로 이루어질 수 있으리라 기대해본다. Avec l utilisation très répandue des smartphones, on connaît beaucoup de changements dans notre quotidien. En effet, on vit dans une ère où le smartphone permet d avoir des informations à n importe quel moment et n importe où. L environnement éducatif du français ne doit pas être indifférent à cette tendance. Cette étude a donc pour but de proposer un cours de FLE au lycée dans le cadre d un smart-learning. Plus précisément, il s agit pour les lycéens coréens, d un contrôle continu assisté par une application éducative. Les lycéens coréens de nos jours sont de la “génération Z”, habitués à l environnement mobile. De ce fait, ce type de cours de FLE mérite une attention particulière. Dans cette étude, nous nous intéressons à un contrôle continu à l aide de l application éducative “Kahoot!”. Et cela nous permet de constater qu il rend la classe de FLE plus active et d aboutir à un processus d enseignement/apprentissage plus efficace.
