In order to study the effect of administration of Panax ginseng on the positive Gz tolerance and on the changes of heart rate and ECG at human centrifuge, author selected 125 healthy young ROK airforce men who had never been exposed to human centrifuge and divided in five groups each. None was administered to group Ⅰ( control group ), group Ⅱ was placebo group. Red ginseng was administered to group Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ with dairy dosage of 3,5 and 7 grams respectively for three months. All subjects were exposed to rapid onset run (ROR) which acceleration rate was 0.74G/sec. The stepwise increased positive acceleration profile of human centrifuge was stepwise running from 3 + Gz to the tolerable high + Gz (7 + Gz). The increase 1 + Gz was followed by every success of 15 sec. running of +Gz. The human centrifuge running was stopped at the sign of black out phenomenon of subject. The changes of heart rates and ECG were checked to evaluate the cardiovascular effect of positive acceleration with physiograph. The results were as follows : 1. The positive Gz tolerance was increased in group Ⅳ after three months administration and in group Ⅴ after two months administration compared with their initial values, and it was statistically significant. 2. The heart rate just after exposure to positive Gz tolerance was decreased significantly in group Ⅳ after two months administration and in group Ⅴafter one month administration compared with their initial values. 3. No difference was observed on ECG alteration in all groups compared with control group. 4. It was recommended that the ideal dosage of red ginseng for increment of positive Gz tolerance is about seven grams a day for two to three months.

It has been indicated in anthropology and linguistics that there are some differences in the use of words by gender. This paper looked at major studies about the concept and definition of the discourse marker in language which is appeared differently by gender. It was also classified the discourse marker which are used differently by the male and female through the research on the type and style of the discourse marker in Korean. Based on these research, the difference in the use of the discourse marker between the native Korean and Chinese who is learning Korean was compared. The reason is to show characteristics in how the Chinese Korean learner uses the Korean discourse marker. Finally, the basic date was presented in order to encourage Korean learners in the use of the appropriate discourse markers for the more fluent speaking in Korean.
부자가족 아버지의 자녀애착, 양성평등의식, 사회적지지와 회복탄력성의 관계 연구

본 연구는 부자가족 아버지의 자녀애착, 양성평등의식, 사회적 지지와 회복탄력성과의 관계를 탐색해보고 사회복지서비스 제공을 위한 자료를 얻고자 실시되었다. 자료조사는 강원도지역을 중심으로 사회복지서비스를 받고 있는 부자가족 아버지를 대상으로 2016년 10월에서 11월에 자기보고식 설문지를 사용하여 실시하였다. 수거된 설문지는 105부였으나 불명확한 설문지를 제외한 최종 97부를 SPSS 18의 통계프로그램으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 부자가족 아버지의 회복탄력성과 자녀애착, 양성평등의식, 사회적 지지는 상호관련성이 있었다. 또한 회복탄력성에 양성평등의식이 가장 높은 설명력을 보였고, 자녀애착, 사회적지지, 종교도 영향력을 보였다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 부자가족 아버지에 대한 프로그램의 방향, 사회복지사의 역할, 사회적 네트워크에 기반한 접근성 강화 등을 제안하였다.
Three-dimensional numerical simulation for resin transfer molding of automotive wheel

Resin transfer molding (RTM) is a manufacturing process that uses liquid resin to saturate a fiber preform placed in a closed mold cavity. For robust fabrication of the composite, fiber preform needs to be completely impregnated with polymer resin during mold filling. Hence, the understanding of resin flow and void formation in RTM is very important to design the mold and processing conditions for successful production of composite parts. In this study, three-dimensional (3D) numerical simulation was carried out to investigate the resin flow behavior in a complicated mold. An automotive wheel rim was designed and fabricated using carbon fiber preform and epoxy resin. Case studies were performed to minimize the void formation during processing.
데이터마이닝 기법을 이용한 문헌정보학 전문용어 클러스터링 모델의 데이터베이스 설계에 관한 연구

Data mining, a relatively new technique which has been evolved from the field of the computer and information science, involves searching for patterns in data. Similarly, text mining involves searching for patterns in text. It may be defined as the process of analyzing text to extract information useful for a particular purpose. Text is relatively unstructured, amorphous and difficult to deal with, compared with other types of data stored in databases. The number of terminologies extracted from unstructured text documents is irregular and the terminologies themselves are general in nature, making it difficult to retrieve useful information as efficiently as using algorithms searching for general association rules. In this paper, we propose a database design method for the terminology clustering model in which a datamining technique is used in order to extract useful information from large documents. The proposed method can be used in various areas including automatic document classification and intelligent search engines.
Anti-oxidant and Anti-inflammatory Properties of Methanol Extracts from Various Crops

Corn, sorghum, barley, Italian ryegrass (IRG),and alfalfa have long been used in human and/or animal diets. While their nutritional information is widely available,their potentials for anti-oxidation, anti-inflammation, and anti-tumor are barely explored. In the present study, several serial extracts were prepared from 70% methanol extracts of these forage crops and their bioactive potentials were investigated using cell-free and cell-mediated experimental systems. Chloroform extracts in this study generally showed stronger activity to scavenge hydroxyl radicals and superoxide anions than butanol or water extracts. IRG and sorghum chloroform extracts especially almost completely suppressed the lipopolysaccharide-mediated production of nitric oxide,tumor-necrosis factor-α, and interleukin-6. These extracts also inhibited dramatically the viability and DNA synthesis of human skin dermatofibrosarcoma cells without a toxic effect on primary cultured control cells. These beneficial effects appeared to be associated with the amount of flavonoids contained in the extracts.
