산란 전용 토종 실용계 생산을 위한 2원교배 종계의 산란 능력 검정

본 시험은 토종 실용 산란계 생산을 위한 2원교배종 종계의 산란기 능력을 조사하기 위해 수행하였다. 공시계는 국립축산과학원에서 품종 복원 및 토착화한 토종 순종계의 2원 교배종 암컷 480수를 이용하였다. 시험설계는 발생된 4교배종 병아리를 각각 A) C계통× Y계통, B) C계통× L계통, C) C계통× G계통, D) C계통× W계통으로 하여 총 4처리구로 하고, 교배종에 따라 각각 4반복, 반복당 30수씩 총 480수를 완전임의 배치하였다. 초산일령은 네 교배종 사이에서 유의적인 차이가 없었다. 초산난중과 초산시의 체중은 B계통이 가장 높았다(P<0.05). 20~72주령의 평균 체중은 B교배종이 가장 높았고, C와 D교배종은 A와 B교배종에 비해 유의적으로 낮게 나타났다(P<0.05). 평균 사료 섭취량은 B교배종이 가장 높았으며, A교배종이 C와 D교배종에 비해 높았다(P<0.05). 주령별로 보았을 때 50주령 이후부터는 4교배종 모두 사료 섭취량이 감소하기 시작하였다. 주령에 따른 평균 난중은 50주령 이후에 B교배종의 평균 난중이 가장 높고, D교배종이 가장 낮았다(P<0.05). 사료 요구율은 대체로 A와 B 교배종이 C와 D교배종에 비해 높은 편이었다(P<0.05). 26주령의 산란지수는 C교배종이 가장 높은 편이고 B교배종이 가장 낮았으나(P<0.05), 26주령 이후부터는 교배종간 유의적인 차이가 없었다(P>0.05). 산란율은 38주령 이후 계속적으로 감소하는 경향이었으나, 교배종 간에는 유의적인 차이가 없었다(P>0.05). 68~72주령은 각각 61.0, 51.8, 55.6 및 55.0%로 A교배종이 B교배종에 비해 유의적으로 높게 나타났다(P<0.05). 수정율은 A, B, C 및 D교배종이 각각 89.8, 91.2, 92.4 및 92.8%였다. 부화율은 각 교배종이 69.8, 70.7, 75.5 및 77.4%로 C와 D교배종의 A와 B교배종에 비해 높게 나타났다. 26~72주령까지 각 구간별로 성적이 증가와 감소를 반복하는 경향을 보이는데, 이는 시기별로 사료를 교체하면서 산란계에 간접적으로 영향을 주기 때문에 발생하는 현상이라 사료된다. 본 시험의 결과는 산란용 토종 실용계를 생산하기 위한 2원교배종의 산란기 성적에 대한 기초적인 자료로서 이용될 것이라 사료된다. This study was carried out to investigate the performance of laying period of two-crossbred of Korean native chickens for producing laying hens. A total of four hundred eighty female 2-crossbred chicks that restored strains and were aboriginal at National Institute of Animal Science. There were four crossbreds (4 replications/crossbred, 30 birds/ replication) as A) C strain × Y strain, B) C strain × L strain, C) C strain × G strain, and D) C strain × W strain, respectively. There were no significant difference on age at first egg among crossbreds (P>0.05). Egg weight and body weight of B crossbred at first egg was higher than other crossbreds (P<0.05). Body weight of B crossbred was the highest 20 to 72 weeks (P<0.05), and C and D crossbreds were lower compared to A and B crossbreds (P<0.05). Average feed intake of B crossbred was the highest among crossbreds (P<0.05), and that of A crossbred was higher compared to C and D crossbreds (P<0.05). Weekly feed intake of four crossbreds decreased from 50 weeks. Weekly egg weight of B crossbred was the highest and that of D crossbred was the lowest among crossbreds (P<0.05). Feed conversion ratio of A and B crossbreds was lower than that of C and D crossbreds. Hen-house egg production of C crossbred was the highest among crossbreds until 26 weeks old (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference among crossbreds from at the age of 26 weeks (P>0.05). Hen-day egg production decreased after at the age of 38 weeks. Weekly egg production of A and B crossbreds was higher compared to C and D crossbreds at the age of 68~72 weeks (P<0.05). These results suggested the basic data on the record of laying period of 2-crossbreed Korean Native Chickens for producing laying hens.

애니메이션 라이언 킹 영화 속 정서 연구를 위한 상황 기반 정서판정 방법

A new Situation-based Emotion Decision Model (SEDM) is proposed, It consists of 2 steps: dividing an animation to the smallest unit, i.e. 'beat', and the emotion of the beat is determined. SEDM is verified by applying it to the main part of chapter 2 of the animation 'Lion King'. The emotion of each Beats are classified into one of 32 emotions (basic 8, compound 24) according to Plutchick's emotion classification theory. The Experimental results show average success ratio of 86.11% decision. It is expected that SEDM can be an important framework to study the correlation between the emotion of the animation beats and the story, music, sound, and visual storytelling. 애니메이션의 상황 기반 정서판정모델 (Situation-based Emotion Decision Model, SEDM)을 제안하였다. 이는 최소단위 분절 즉 비트로 나누고, 그 정서를 판정하는 2 단계로 구성된다. SEDM을 애니메이션 ‘라이언 킹’의 2장의 중심파트에 대하여 적용해 봄으로써 검증하였다. 각 비트의 정서에 대하여 Plutchick의 정서 분류 이론에 따라 32개의 정서(기본8, 복합24) 중 하나로 분류하였다. 실험결과 제안된 SEDM과 전문가 실험 판정의 평균 일치율은 86.11%,로 나타났다. 제안된 SEDM을 이용하면, 애니메이션의 비트에 나타난 정서와 스토리, 음악, 사운드, 비주얼스토리텔링의 상관관계를 연구하는데 중요한 프레임워크가 될 것으로 기대된다.

Here, we describe a low temperature pyrolysis method for compound specific oxygen isotopes. The precision and linearity is evaluated extensively using vanillin, which is of great interest in food authentication studies.

<혹부리영감譚>의 형성과정에 대한 試考

The special feature of this essay is raising an issue about the formative process of <a wenny old man>. The <a wenny old man> appeared for the first time from Joseon no monogatari(『朝鮮の物語集』) by Takahashi(高橋亨). It had caused the root of contents of the < a wenny old man>. The character of the hero from this book is only a wenny old man. This can be a crucial clue. It is important how the wenny old man cut away a wen on the <a wenny old man>. It is not <a wenny old man> known by us now, but much on the same tale with Gobudori(瘤取) has been recorded on Sueungjip(『睡隱集』) by Kanghang(姜沆), who was hunted to Japan during Imjin War(壬辰倭亂) and then returned to his country, Korea. The contents of the tale is different with its current one. After Kanghang returned to his country, he might spread the tale since he never heard that story before. However, it is mysterious why this such change has occurred and why the tale from Japan has not come down but the changed tale has come down. On the <a wenny old man> in Korea, the man cuts away or put a wen by singing a song. In Japan, it is suggested to a dance. This difference is to dance and sing. It is doubtful that such difference can be possible, or the action can be separated only as dancing and singing. Above all things, it can be said that dance and song is some behavior which occur at once. It is necessary to review that the separation of dance and songs is the right way as basic of the separation of tale from Japan and Korea. What was more interesting, in Japan, a wen is cut as a token of promise, but as a lie of the main character in Korea. It is effectually helpful that we could assume that the national characteristics of Joseon was fabricated. by Japan. It is suggested that people in Joseon, unlike people in Japan, told a lie well, and, therefore it can be estimated that Joseon deserved to be reigned because Japan civilized Joseon for this reason. Therefore, <a wenny old man> is the tale which is included in a high strategy. It is necessary that we should emphasize Ilseontongjo-ron(日鮮同祖論) through this rather than we simply select one, when <a wenny old man> is carried on a textbook. At the same time, because of this circumstances, the intention which Japanese people disparaged the national characteristics of Joseon could be inferred through the aspects of change on the story. It is connected with the whole train this event that raises a question about the formation of <a wenny old man>. We should discuss why the formation of <a wenny old man> has not lively come down in Korea. For this reason, <a wenny old man> can not be our folktales, since it is listed on monogatari(『朝鮮の物語集』) by Takahashi. It is very important how the tale has come down. As the appearance of doggabi is from Oni in Japan, there are some Japanese teachers on the core of the formation of the tale in the enlightenment time. Treating of transmission of the tale without a discussion regarding such progress is not all that different from a leaf without a root. Consequently, the discussion regarding the identity of the <a wenny old man> should be recommence.

The Effects of Publicly Disclosing the Corporate Sustainability Management Practices on its Stakeholders' Satisfaction and Trustworthiness to the Corporations

This study examined effects on stakeholder satisfaction and reliability and how stakeholders become aware of by disclosing sustainability management public activities being promoted or has been promoted by a corporate through empirical analysis. The study examined effects on satisfaction and reliability by examining level of awareness on growth index, profit index along with governance, risk management corresponding to economical activities and environment management, responding to climate changes, green products, green logistics corresponding to environmental activities and finally social contribution, human rights protection, consumer information protection, growth with partners corresponding to social activities out of sustainability management. The study also examined effects according to demographical characteristics and types of life styles. Subjects for study were employees of LG Household & Health Care a manufacturer of consumer goods, partners, institutional investors and consumers using Google Docs program and conducted surveys on 43 items and study period was from Nov 10 to 30 of 2011 through online. Hypothesis was verified using SAS statistics program for empirical analysis and statistical methods applied was regression analysis and correlation analysis and variance analysis. The results from this study can be summarized as followings. First, the effects on stakeholder satisfaction by disclosing performance of sustainability management were analyzed as having positive (+) effects on stakeholder satisfaction by all factors of economical, environmental, social activities which are triple bottom lines of corporate sustainable activities. The study showed that the awareness on performance especially on environmental responsibilities affected greatly in stakeholder satisfaction. Second, the effects on stakeholder reliability by disclosing performance of sustainability management were analyzed as having positive (+) effects on stakeholder satisfaction by all factors of economical, environmental, social activities which are triple bottom lines of corporate sustainable activities. The study showed that the awareness on performance especially on social responsibilities affected greatly in stakeholder satisfaction. Third, the effects on stakeholder satisfaction and reliability on the awareness of performance of sustainability management according to the types of stakeholder did not show meaningful results. The awareness on performance of sustainability management was higher for employees than other stakeholders thus forecasted that satisfaction or reliability according to this would be high but could not find meaningful differences between stakeholder groups but showed higher satisfaction from shareholders and institutional investors. This is believed that the disclosure of sustainability management is required for institutions for analyzing, evaluating and making investments on corporate and providing information. Fourth, disclosed data on sustainability management was analyzed as having significantly positive (+) effects on third party verifications and reliability. The study showed that reliability on environment and social data was high. This is because there are hardly any reports on disclosed corporate environmental and social contributions and the contents were at the level of promotional materials by corresponding organizations while reports on sustainability management published by third party verifications were trusted more. Fifth, the relationship between stakeholder satisfaction and reliability on sustainability management showed no statistically meaningful results between two groups after analyzing satisfaction and reliability between groups with high interest and low interest in sustainability management. Ba₅Nb₄O₁₅ 세라믹스의 저온소결 및 마이크로파 유전특성

[ $Ba_5Nb_4O_{15}$ ] 세라믹스의 소결 온도를 낮추기 위하여 $PbO-B_2O_3-SiO_2$계 glass frit를 $0.5\~10w\%$ 첨가하고 소결 조건 변화에 따른 마이크로파 유전특성과 미세구조를 조사하였다. $Ba_5Nb_4O_{15}$ 유전체의 소결 밀도와 마이크로파 유전특성은 액상 소결조제로서 첨가한 glass frit의 첨가량에 따라 크게 변화하였다. $PbO-B_2O_3-SiO_2$계 glass frit을 $3wt\%$ 첨가하고 $900^{\circ}C$에서 2시간 소결한 시편은 유전상수(K) 41.4, 품질계수(Q$\times$f) 13,485 GHz, 공진주파수 온도계수(TCF) 9 ppm/$^{\circ}C$의 마이크로파 유전특성을 나타내었다. 또한, 상기 조성의 유전체 재료는 Ag 전극과의 동시소결에도 물리, 화학적 반응이 없어 적층형 유전체 필터 재료로서 적합한 재료라고 판단된다. Microwave dielectric properties and the microstructure of $Ba_5Nb_4O_{15}$ ceramics with $PbO-B_2O_3-SiO_2$ glass frit were investigated to reduce the sintering temperature of $Ba_5Nb_4O_{15}$ ceramics as a function of the amount of glass frit from $0.5wt\%$ to $10wt\%$ and the sintering condition. The sintered density and the microwave dielectric properties of $Ba_5Nb_4O_{15}$ ceramics were remarkably changed with the amount of glass fit which existed as a liquid phase and assisted the densification. $Ba_5Nb_4O_{15}$ with $3wt\%$ $PbO-B_2O_3-SiO_2$ glass frit sintered at $900^{\circ}C$ for 2 h showed dielectric constant (K) of 41.4, a quality factor (Q $\times$f) of 13,485 GHz, and a Temperature Coefficient of resonant Frequency (TCF) of 9 ppm/$^{\circ}C$. Due to no trace of physical and chemical reaction between this composition and Ag electrode cofired at $900^{\circ}C$ for 2 h, this ceramics can be a good candidate for the multilayer dielectric filter.
