        사계 김장생의 예학과 사회정치사상

        김장생은 이이의 학맥을 이어서 기호학파 또는 율곡학파의 문호를 연 인물이다. 그의 학문적 업적은 특히 예학에서 두드러지게 드러난다. 김장생은 이이의 성리학과 송익필의 예학을 계승하여 자신의 예학체계를 완성하였다. 김장생의 예학이론은 『상례비요』, 『가례집람』, 『의례문해』, 『전례문답』의 사부작에 들어 있다. 김장생은 이들 예서에서 자신의 실용적, 합리적, 주체적 예학 이론을 피력하였다. 김장생은 인조반정 뒤 집권한 서인의 정신적 지주로서 새로운 조선의 기틀을 예로써 확립하려고 노력하였다. 당시 점점 심각해지던 사회경제적인 모순에 대해서도 개혁을 시도하였다. 김장생 예학의 특성은 예의 보편성과 현실성의 조화를 이루고 국가전례에서도 종통을 확립함으로써 사적 예와 공적 예를 일관된 정신으로 묶으려고 한 것이다. 김장생은 종법의 확립을 통한 예제질서를 구축하여 인의와 예가 지배하는 사회를 꿈꾸었다. 그런 점에서 김장생의 예학은 조선사회를 새로이 구성하는 기획이었다. Kim Jang-saeng was the most famous scholar who succeeded in following Yi-i(李珥)`s studies and established the Ki-ho Schools or Yul-gok Schools in Cho-seon dynasty. In the Rye-hak(禮學 or a study of Rites), his academic achievements were distinctively demonstrated. He explored Yi-i`s Neo-confucian theory and Song Ik-pil(宋翼弼)`s Rye-hak and accomplished his own system of Rye-hak. His theories of Rye-hak were appeared in Sang-rye bi-yo(喪禮備要), Ka-rye jip-ram(家禮輯覽), Ui-rye mun-hae(疑禮問解) and Jeon-rye mun-dap(典禮問答) of a tetralogy. In the tetralogy, Kim demonstrated his practical, rational, and subjective theories of the Rye-hak. As an ideologue of Seo-in party, which held the political power of Cho-seon after the revolution of the King In-jo, Kim aspired to set up a new political system of Cho-seon in the pursuit of the Rye. He also tried to reform the severe socio-economic problems issues and matters that the Cho-seon was facing in those years. Kim particularly tried to harmonize the universality and peculiarity of Rye and in so doing it, he attempted to combine unify the individual or private with the public sides of Ryes. He also made developed a comprehensively full-fledge theory of Rye for the royal. He dreamt of a society which could had been possibly governed by the In-ui(仁義 or Humanity and Justice) and the Rye. What Kim`s Rye-hak envisioned, therefore, a master-plan of new society of Cho-seon.

        소아에서 후방인공수정체 삽입술 후 발생한 후낭혼탁에 대한 야그레이저 후낭절개술의 효과

        Purpose: To evaluate the effect of Nd:YAG laser capsulotomy for posterior capsular opacification (PCO) after posterior chamber intraocular lens (PC-IOL) implantation in children. Methods: Thirty eyes of 23 children underwent Nd:YAG laser capsulotomy for PCO after PC-IOL implantation. The frequency of laser capsulotomy, elapsed time between cataract surgery and capsulotomy, laser parameters, pre and postoperative visual acuity, complications and recurrence were reviewed. Results: From 108 eyes with intact posterior capsule after lensectomy, 30 (27.8%) were treated with Nd:YAG laser capsulotomy. The mean age at Nd:YAG laser capsulotomy was 7 years, the mean follow-up was 27 months, and the time interval between cataract operation and Nd:YAG laser capsulotomy was 13 months. Visual acuities of 20/40 or better were attained in 73% of eyes and visual acuities of 20/60 or less in 10% of eyes. PCO recurred in 12 eyes (40%), 10 of which were treated by performing a second laser capsulotomy, but the other two required a third laser capsulotomy. There was no relationship between the recurrence and the delay to initial laser capsulotomy, the amount of energy used for laser capsulotomy, or the patient age. One eye (3%) had corneal erosion, a bleeding from the pupillary margin and increased IOP; however, all responded well to medical treatment. Conclusions: Nd:YAG laser capsulotomy for PCO after PCL implantation in children offers a noninvasive and safe capability to create a clear visual axis. Although considered effective, there is a high likelihood that Nd:YAG laser capsulotomy will require revision.

        Si 및 Mg 이온이 교환된 biphasic calcium phosphate 분말의 생체활성 거동

        이온이 첨가된 BCP(biphasic calcium phosphate) 분말을 제조하기 위하여 $Ca(NO_3)_2{\cdot}4H_2O$, $(NH_4)_2HPO_4$를 출발 물질로 공침법(co-precipitation process)을 이용하여 합성하였다. Si-BCP 합성을 위하여 TEOS를 Mg-BCP 합성을 위해서는 $Mg(NO_3)_2{\cdot}6H_2O$를 사용하였다. 합성된 분말의 열처리 후 결정상을 분석한 결과 HAp와 ${\beta}$-TCP가 혼재된 상을 관찰할 수 있었다. 분광학적 분석에서도 인산칼슘의 $PO^{3-}_4$와 $OH^-$ 그룹에 해당하는 밴드도 관찰되었다. 이온이 첨가된 BCP 분말의 생체활성 거동을 평가하기 위하여 Hanks' Balanced Salt Solution(HBSS)에 침적시켜 시간에 따라 형상의 변화 및 결정상을 분석한 결과, 두 샘플 모두에서 빠른 표면 활성을 나타내었다. 세포 성장률 평가에서도 대조군에 비하여 세포성장률이 우수함을 관찰하였다. The co-precipitation technique has been applied to synthesize biphasic calcium phosphate (BCP). $Ca(NO_3)_2{\cdot}4H_2O$, $(NH_4)_2HPO_4$, TEOS and $Mg(NO_3)_2{\cdot}6H_2O$ as the starting materials was used. After the heat treatment of powder crystalline phases HAp and ${\beta}$-TCP analysis showed a mixed phase. The overall spectra appear to have mainly two modes corresponding to characteristic $PO^{3-}_4$ and $OH^-$ groups. After immersion in Hanks' Balanced Salt Solution (HBSS) for 1 week a precipitation started to be formed with individual small granules on the specimen surface. An MTT assay indicated that ionic substituted BCP powders had no cytotoxic effects on MG-63 cells, and that they have good biocompatibility.

        표면거칠기의 변화에 따른 미끄럼 마찰 특성

        The effect of surface characterization parameters, such as surface roughness, skewness and kurtosis, on sliding friction and wear was studied experimentally. The friction coefficient was examined under the various parameters and sliding speed, normal load and type of lubricant with ball-on-disk type tribo-meter. The surface of the lower skewness in negative or the higher kurtosis between the same arithmetic mean value tends to indicate low friction.

        소아 비특이성 간질성 폐렴 1례

        저자들은 1개월 전부터 시작된 호흡 곤란과 마른 기침이 주증상인 10세 된 여아에서 조직학적 소견에서 비특이성 간질성 폐렴으로 진단된 1례를 보고하는 바이다. Interstitial pneumonia is a heterogenous group of inflammatory and fibrosing lesions that manifest themselves as infiltrative lung disease. Of these, nonspecific interstitial pneumonia is characterized as a variable degree of interstitial inflammation with or without fibrosis and is distinguished from usual interstitial pneumonia and desquamative interstitial pneumonia, histologically. The influx of inflammatory cells and the responses of immune effector cells injury to the alveolar wall and these initial injuries results in alveolitis and fibrosis. Consequently, the gas exchange throughout the alveolar wall is impaired and the patients suffer from lung diseases of a restrictive pattern. The chief complaints represented are dyspnea and dry cough. We experienced a case of nonspecific interstitial pneumonia in a 10-year old girl. The patient had been healthy and had not been exposed to organic dusts or other toxic materials. The pathology of lung biopsy tissue showed that the alveoli were thickened by a mixture of chronic inflammatory cells and collagen type fibrosis. High resolution computed tomography(HRCT) found the patchy areas of ground-glass opacity with patchy consolidation and irregular reticular opacity, and diffuse distribution without zonal predominance. The forced vital capicity(FVC) was 31%, forced expiratory volume in one second ($FEV_1$) 29% and $FEV_1/FVC$ 90%, so a restrictive pulmonary insufficiency was found.

        황반전막 수술에서 내경계막의 제거

        Purpose: To evaluate the additional effect of internal limiting membrane (ILM) peeling in patients with idiopathic macular epiretinal membrane (ERM) who underwent ERM removal without ILM peeling. Methods: The subjects were those patients with idiopathic macular ERM who underwent pars plana vitrectomy, whose ERM was completely removed without peeling of the ILM. Additional ILM peeling was carried out randomly in some patients. Anatomical outcomes, functional results, recurrence, and complications were compared between the eyes with and without ILM peeling. Anatomical outcome included the macular thickness from optical coherence tomography (OCT). Functional results included the change in best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA) and the responses from multifocal electroretinograms (mfERG). Results: Postoperative BCVA improved and macular thickness decreased in both groups but there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups. There was no recurred case in either group. Furthermore, in comparison of P1 amplitudes and peak times in mfERG, there were no differences between the two groups. Conclusions: The additional ILM peeling in patients with complete ERM removal without ILM peeling doesn’t affect the postoperative results in visual acuity, macular thickness, recurrence, and complications.

        유리체강내 트리암시놀론 아세톤아이드 주입에 합병된 수정체내 트리암시놀론 1예

        Purpose: To report a case of intralenticular triamcinolone complicated by intravitreal triamcinolone acetonide (IVTA) injection. Methods: A 56-year-old man who presented with lens opacity in the right eye following IVTA injection as a treatment for the central retinal vein occlusion with macular edema was referred to our clinic. Results: The visual acuity in his right eye was hand motion, which was not corrected. A slit lamp examination showed that the intralenticular crystalloid powder in the right eye was likely triamcinolone acetonide. Intralenticular crystalloid powder was detected during the phacoemulsification and the posterior capsule of the lens had been already ruptured. Conclusions: Lens opacity can be complicated by IVTA through intralenticular injection of triamcinolone acetonide.

        4차산업혁명 건설기술에 대한 학생, 교수, 실무종사자 인식차이 조사

        Recently, the fourth industrial revolution has a great influence on the development of many industries as well as the construction industry. Various technologies related to the industrial revolution 4.0, such as AI and big data, have gained much attention. However, little has been known about the importance and preparedness of stakeholders of the construction industry in Korea for the industry 4.0 technologies so far. This study revealed how the stakeholders perceive and prepare for industry 4.0 using a survey. In addition, collaboration potential score for each technology was calculated to find technologies with high potential for collaboration. Result is that the importance of the technologies was evaluated high in overall, but the preparedness and implementation in university education or business was evaluated low. Technologies with high potential for industry-university collaboration are AI/big data and 3D printing/3D scanning. This study can contribute to the training of industry 4.0 experts and improving preparedness, which would enable the innovation and application of industry 4.0 technologies in the construction industry.
