      • 순목속도에 따른 RGP 콘택트렌즈의 움직임

        The purpose of this study was to obtain correlation of blinking velocities and RGP contact lens movements, and to understand lens movements related to blinking velocity through the measurement of upper-lid movement. The lens used in this experiment was two types. One was a standard contact lens and another was a fenestrated contact lens that has three holes(diameter of about 200 띠n) at optic zone boundary part. But all of parameter were same in two type of contact lens design. With 47 subjects(94 eyes), we measured the refractive error, the radius of cornea curvature, the axial length and the thickness of upper-lid. We measured blinking times per second and the contact lens movement after blinking by high speed camera(l frame = 1/60 sec). Blinking average velocity of upper lid and lens movement amount were no significant correlation both two types of contact lenses, but the blinking average velocity and lens reorientation velocity after blinking showed significant correlation (Standard C/L: r = 0.586, Fenestrated C/L: r = 0.504). Mean difference of reorientation velocity between low and high groups in blinking average velocity was significant as well(Standard C/L: p = 0.002, Fenestrated C/L: p = 0.003). There was no statistically different of lens movement amount in standard and fenestrated contact lenses. But reorientation velocity of standard contact lens was faster than fenestrated contact lens(p = 0.002). There was no significant correlation between blinking velocity of upper-lid and lens movement and rotation. While it had strong correlation with blinking velocity and reorientation velocity. It might be understood through the approach of Bernoulli’s equation that is being used commonly in fluid mechanics. As mentioned above, this study is considerably used to evaluate contact lens movements related to blinking and to make some basic information that the upper-lid has an effect on contact lens fitting. 상암검의 움직임을 측정하여 순목속도에 따른 렌즈의 움직임을 이해하고 순목속도와 RGP 콘택트렌즈 움직임의 상관성을 알아보기 위하여, 두 가지 종류의 RGP 렌즈 즉, 하나는 보편 적으로 사용되는 일반렌즈이고 다른 하나는 렌즈의 광학부 경계부위에 직경 200μm의 구멍 세 개를 뚫은 천공렌즈를 제작하였다. 이 두 종류 렌즈의 기타 변수는 모두 동일하였다. 실험에 참여한 대상자는 성인 47 명 (94 안)이였으며 이들의 굴절이상도, 각막곡률반경, 안 축장 길이, 상안검의 두께를 측정하였고 초고속촬영장치 (1 frame = 1/60 sec)를 이용하여 순 목 후 렌즈의 움직임을 측정하였다. 또한 순목을 눈을 감는 방향과 눈을 뜨는 방향으로 구분 하여 각 방향에 대해 명균속도, 최대속도, 최대가속도를 산출하였다. 그리고 렌즈의 움직임 은 렌즈움직임량, 렌즈복귀속도, 렌즈회전으로 구분하였다. 상안검의 순목평균속도와 렌즈의 움직임량은 유의한 상관성을 보이지 않았으나 순목명균 속도와 렌즈복귀속도는 유의한 상관성을 보였고(일반렌즈: r=0.586, 천공렌즈: r = 0.504) 순목명균속도가 빠른 집단과 느린 집단간 비교에서도 렌즈복귀속도는 유의한 값을 보였다(일 반랜즈 : p=O,002, 천공렌즈 : p=O,003), 일반렌즈와 천공렌즈의 렌즈움직임량은 통계학적으로 차이가 없었으나 일반렌즈의 렌즈복 귀속도는 천공렌즈의 렌즈복귀속도보다 빠르다는 것을 알 수 있었다(p =0.002). 연구 결과를 통해서 상안검의 순목속도와 렌즈의 움직임량과 렌즈회전은 상관성이 없었으 나 순목속도와 렌즈복귀속도는 상관성이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 현상은 유체역학에서 사용되는 베르누이 정리를 통해 이해할 수 있었다. 이상으로부터 본 연구는 RGP 콘택트렌즈를 피팅할 때 착용자 관련 변수인 순목속도에 따 른 렌즈의 움직임과 안정위치에 미치는 영향을 명가하는데 유용하게 활용되고, 안검이 콘택 트렌즈의 동적 띠팅상태에 미치는 영향을 세밀하게 분석하는데 기초 자료를 제공할 것으로 사료된다.

        금원산 자연휴양림 봄철 이용객의 이용동기와 만족도에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship of the socio-economic characteristics and utilization patterns of visitors with visiting motivation and satisfaction degree. For this study, socio-economic characteristics, utilization patterns, visiting motivation, expectation and satisfaction in facilities and service of recreation forest were analyzed over the spring season's visitors. Likert scale was used to investigate visiting motivation, expectation and satisfaction. And their visiting motivation for the recreation forest was analyzed with Factor Analysis, and their expectation and satisfaction for the recreation forest with the Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA). The most of visitors were under 40's age group, high education level, versatile occupations, city residents, and visited and over-night stayed more than once a year. The Factor Analysis of visiting motivation showed six factors like 1) mental and physical health, 2) stress relief, 3) nature-friendliness, 4) escaping from the daily life, 5) self-reflection 6) friendship. The IPA revealed the management situation of Mt. Keumwon Recreation Forest is going well overall, and management target had to be concentrated 3 variables like information service, the service quality of managing staffs and safety facilities in site. Finally, the research results presented that the main factors to affect the visiting motivation besides satisfaction degree were the age and education level of visitors.

        급성 베르니케뇌병증 환자의 확산강조 자기공명영상

        We report a case of acute Wernicke encephalopathy in which diffusion-weighted imagings (DWI) revealed symmetrical high signal intensities in the medial thalamus, bilateral hemispheres of the cerebellum and periaqueductal gray matter. Calculation of the apparent diffusion coefficient demonstrated a mildly decreased diffusion on the affected regions. The high signal lesions were slowly resolved on the acute phase follow-up images with the administration of thimaine. We propose DWI should be included in the imaging protocols of patients suspected to suffer from Wernicke encephalopathy.

        도시가로 보행자 공간의 만족요인 분석에 관한 연구 -대전시 도시 가로 보행자 공간을 중심으로-

        The purpose of this study was to investigate factors and variables which have significant effects on satisfaction of urban pedestrian sidewalk in taejon city, and to suggest basic information for urban pedestrian sidewalk. These works consist of two phase; The first, tested the user's degree of satisfaction for 37 spots of pedestrian sidewalk slide and then selected 10 spots slide by the stratified random sampling method. The second, analyzed factors and variables of satisfaction of urban pedestrian sidewalk using the semantic differential scale method, and then processed by mean score, correlation, factor analysis, multiful algorithm. The results were summarized as follows; 1) The relationship between the man group and the woman group was highly correlated as well as between the student group.1 and the student group.2 hense these groups statistically showed no difference in satisfaction ratings. 2) Pedestrian sidewalk width, cleanness, pavement materials and construction condition can be significant variables of satisfaction of urban pedestrian sidewalk. 3) Factors covering the satisfaction of urban pedestrian sidewalk have been found to be Environment of pedestrian sidewalk, Vegetation of pedestrian sidewalk and Form of pedestrian sidewalk. By using the control method for the number of factors, C.P. has been obtained as 62.8%.

      • 광반사분광기와 전문가 시스템을 이용한 플라즈마 감시

        본 연구에서는 Optical emission spectroscopy (OES)에 CUSUM과 전문가 시스템을 이용하여 플라즈마를 감시하는 기법을 개발하였다. CUSUM과 Dempster-Shafer를 이용하여 고장에 민감한 OES파장을 추출하였으며, 추출된 파장은 플라즈마 감시에 이용될 것으로 기대된다.
