      • RF PACVD에 의한 초경합금상에 다이아몬드 박막의 합성

        Diamond thin films were synthesized on WC-Co substrate at various experimental parameters using 13.56MHz RF PACVD)radio frequency plasma-assisted chemical vapor deposition). In order to increased the nucleation density, the WC-Co substrate was polished with 3${\mu}m$ diamond paste. And the WC-Co substrate was preatreated in $HNO_3\;:\;H_2O$ = 1:1 and $O_2$ plasma. In $H_2-CH_4$ gas mixture, the crystallinity of thin film increased with decreasing $CH_4$ concentration at 800W discharge power and 20torr reaction pressure. In $H_2-CH_4-O_2$ gas mixture, the crystallinity of thin film increased with increasing $O_2$ concentration at 800W discharge power, 200torr reaction pressure and 4% $CH_4$ concentration.

        규소 결정 표면의 구조 결함의 형성에 미치는 기계적 손상의 영향

        규소 표면의 기계적 손상은 산화 공정 중에 규소 표면에 여러 가지 형태의 결함들을 발생 시킨다. 규소 표면에 손상을 주는 마모 입자가 커짐에 따라 OISF보다는 etch pit의 형상이 동굴형인 선 결함(line defects)들이 많이 발생된다. 이들 결함들은 실리콘 결정을 성장시키는 단계에서 형성되는 결함들과는 상호 관련이 없다. 방향성 응고법으로 성장된 규소 결정속에 존재하는 결함들은 주로 twin과 stacking fault들이며 응고과정에서 발생이 예상되는 응력에 의한 전위는 거의 발견되지 않았다. 따라서 Czochralski 법으로 성장된 단 결정 규소뿐 아니라 방향성 응고법으로 성장된 다 결정 규소 기판도 표면의 결함들을 이용하여 extrinsic gettering을 통한 규소 결정 내부의 불순물 제거의 가능성이 높다. During oxidation process, several type of defects are formed on the surface of the silicon crystal which was damaged mechanically before oxidation. As the size of abrasive particle increases multiple dislocation loops are produced favorably over oxidation-induced stacking faults, which are dominantly produced when ground with finer abrasive particle. These defects are not related with the crystal growth process like Czochralski or directional solidification. During directional solidification process, twins and stacking faults are the two major defects observed in the bulk of the silicon crystal. On the other hand, slip dislocations produced by the thermal stress are not observed. Thus, not only in single crystalline silicon crystal but also in multi-crystalline silicon, extrinsic gettering process with programmed production of surface defects might be highly applicable to silicon wafers for purification.

        재해시 위험가능성과 도로폐쇄시뮬레이션에 의한 방재안전성에 관한 연구 - 일본 오이타현 사이키시를 대상으로 -

        In recent years, the scale of damage from disasters such as earthquakes and large-scale fires and floods that are occurring in Korea is increasing. Accordingly, interest in urban disaster prevention that combines living infrastructure such as roads and parks is boosting, and it is urgent to prepare measures to reduce the damage scale of local cities. The purpose of this study is to derive implications for disaster prevention measures in areas where disaster prevention safety of local cities is weak through examples of disaster prevention safety of local cities in case of disaster. To this end, this study analyzed the regional characteristics, current status, and disaster prevention problems of regional cities in Japan, and selected disaster-vulnerable areas, and considered the distance relationship between disaster prevention bases through road network analysis. In addition, road closure simulation using ArcGIS Network Analyst was conducted to analyze disaster prevention safety in the area. As a result, the situation of the village which has a high possibility of isolation by natural disasters was grasped in advance. Through this, the suburbs confirmed the necessity of supplementing the disaster prevention function through transportation maintenance such as forest roads, and it was found that the city needs to prepare a risk management system. Furthermore, this study suggests the need for research on areas with a high possibility of isolation, especially in areas where disaster prevention functions are weak in local cities in case of disaster, and shows countermeasures for disaster prevention measures and resident education.

      • Lung SABR plan시 AAA의 Calculation resolution 변화에 의한 Target dose 영향 연구

        목 적 : Lung SABR plan 에서 AAA의 calculation grid를 변화시켜 선량변화를 분석하고 그에 따른 영향을 연구하여 적절한 적용 방안에 대해 고찰한다. 대상 및 방법 : 모든 plan에 이용된 4D CT image는 Brilliance Big Bore CT(Philips, Netherlands)에서 촬영되었으며 10 건의 Lung SABR plan($Eclipse^{TM}$ ver 10.0.42, Varian, the USA)에서 anisotropic analytic algorithm (AAA, ver. 10, Varian Medical Systems, Palo Alto, CA, USA)을 이용하여 각각 1.0, 3.0, 5.0 mm의 calculation grid로 계산하였다. 결 과 : 10 건의 Lung SABR plan에서 1.0 mm calculation grid를 사용한 경우 $V_{98}$이 각각 처방선량의 약 $99.5{\pm}1.5%$ 였으며 Dmin이 각각 처방선량의 약 $92.5{\pm}1.5%$ 였고 Homogeneity Index(HI)는 약 $1.0489{\pm}0.0025$로 나타났다. 3.0 mm calculation grid를 사용한 경우 $V_{98}$이 각각 처방선량의 약 $90{\pm}4.5%$였으며, Dmin이 각각 처방선량의 약 $87.5{\pm}3%$ 였고 HI가 약 $1.07{\pm}1$로 나타났다. 5.0 mm calculation grid를 사용한 경우 $V_{98}$이 각각 처방선량의 약 $63{\pm}15%$ 였으며, Dmin이 각각 처방선량의 약 $83{\pm}4%$ 였고 HI가 약 $1.13{\pm}0.2$로 나타났다. 결 론 : 1.0 mm calculation grid의 계산 시간이 3.0 mm, 5.0 mm 보다 오래 걸렸지만 grid의 간격이 좁을수록 상대적으로 작은 PTV를 갖는 plan의 정확성을 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 Lung과 같이 비교적 넓게 퍼져 있으며 밀도가 낮은 장기의 작은 PTV를 치료해야 하는 경우에는 1.0 mm의 calculation grid를 사용하는 것이 좋을 것으로 사료된다. Purpose : Changing the calculation grid of AAA in Lung SABR plan and to analyze the changes in target dose, and investigated the effects associated with it, and considered a suitable method of application. Materials and Methods : 4D CT image that was used to plan all been taken with Brilliance Big Bore CT (Philips, Netherlands) and in Lung SABR plan($Eclipse^{TM}$ ver10.0.42, Varian, the USA), use anisotropic analytic algorithm(AAA, ver.10, Varian Medical Systems, Palo Alto, CA, USA) and, was calculated by the calculation grid 1.0, 3.0, 5.0 mm in each Lung SABR plan. Results : Lung SABR plan of 10 cases are using each of 1.0 mm, 3.0 mm, 5.0 mm calculation grid, and in case of use a 1.0 mm calculation grid $V_{98}$. of the prescribed dose is about $99.5%{\pm}1.5%$, $D_{min}$ of the prescribed dose is about $92.5{\pm}1.5%$ and Homogeneity Index(HI) is $1.0489{\pm}0.0025$. In the case of use a 3.0 mm calculation grid $V_{98}$ dose of the prescribed dose is about $90{\pm}4.5%$, $D_{min}$ of the prescribed dose is about $87.5{\pm}3%$ and HI is about $1.07{\pm}1$. In the case of use a 5.0 mm calculation grid $V_{98}$ dose of the prescribed dose is about $63{\pm}15%$, $D_{min}$ of the prescribed dose is about $83{\pm}4%$ and HI is about $1.13{\pm}0.2$, respectively. Conclusion : The calculation grid of 1.0 mm is better improves the accuracy of dose calculation than using 3.0 mm and 5.0 mm, although calculation times increase in the case of smaller PTV relatively. As lung, spread relatively large and low density and small PTV, it is considered and good to use a calculation grid of 1.0 mm.

        실업(失業) 장기화(長期化)의 효과(效果) 분석(分析)

        실업률은 실업의 빈도와 실업기간의 복합체로 결정된다. 따라서 동일한 실업률하에서도 다수의 실업자가 단기실업을 경험할 수 있는 반면, 소수의 실업자가 장기의 실업을 경험할 수도 있다. 실업의 경제비용이란 측면에서 볼 때, 전자의 실업은 부문별 수요변화에 따라 신속한 인력 재배치가 진행됨을 의미하는 반면, 후자의 실업은 구조적인 인력 수급 불균형을 반영하고 있어 높은 경제비용을 수반할 가능성이 높다. 본 논문은 우리나라의 경우 실업률의 지속적인 하락에도 불구하고 1990년대에 들어 실업기간이 장기화되고 있음을 보이고 있다. 이러한 실업 장기화 현상은 노동공급 측면에서 비교적 경제활동이 낮았던 저학력 및 청년, 그리고 여성 근로자층의 구직활동이 적극화된 점과, 노동수요 측면에서는 수요의 고학력화에 따른 장년층 및 저학력 실업자의 구직난을 반영하고 있는 것으로 평가된다. 이러한 결과는 현 경제위기에서 많은 장기실업자가 발생할 가능성이 높음을 시사하고 있어 실직자 지원의 효율적 확대와 직업훈련 효율성 제고의 필요성이 높다고 사료된다.

        Effect of the Cu Bottom Layer on the Optical and Electrical Properties of In<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>/Cu Thin Films

        유리 기판 위에 RF와 DC 마그네트론 스퍼터링 방법으로 100 nm 두께의 $In_2O_3$ 단층 박막과 $In_2O_3$ 100 nm/Cu 3 nm의 두께를 갖는 적층박막을 증착하고, 구리 기저 층 증착에 따른 상부 $In_2O_3$ 박막의 광학적, 전기적 특성의 변화를 연구하였다. 상온에서 증착 된 $In_2O_3$ 박막의 가시광 투과도와 면 저항은 79%와 2,300 ${\Omega}/{\square}$이었다. 구리 기저 층의 광 흡수에 의하여, $In_2O_3$/Cu 적층박막의 가시광 투과도는 71%로 감소하였으나, 면 저항은 110 ${\Omega}/{\square}$로 측정되어 상대적으로 우수한 전기적 특성을 구할 수 있었다. 본 연구에서 Figure of Merit 분석을 통하여 구리 기저 층이 상부 $In_2O_3$ 투명전극의 전기적, 광학적 특성을 개선 할 수 있음을 확인하였다. Indium oxide ($In_2O_3$) single layer and $In_2O_3$/copper (Cu) bi-layer films were prepared on glass substrates by RF and DC magnetron sputtering without intentional substrate heating. In order to determine the effect of the Cu bottom layer on the optical, electrical and structural properties of $In_2O_3$ films, 3-nm-thick Cu film was deposited on the glass substrate prior to deposition of the $In_2O_3$ films. As-deposited $In_2O_3$ films had an optical transmittance of 79% in the visible wavelength region and a sheet resistance of 2,300 ${\Omega}/{\square}$, while the $In_2O_3$/Cu film had optical and electrical properties that were influenced by the Cu bottom layer. $In_2O_3$/Cu films had a lower sheet resistance of 110 ${\Omega}/{\square}$ and an optical transmittance of 71%. Based on the figure of merit, it can be concluded that the Cu bottom layer effectively increases the performance of $In_2O_3$ films for use as transparent conducting oxides in flexible display applications.

        진공열처리온도에 따른 GZO/Cu 박막의 구조적, 광학적, 전기적 특성 변화

        Ga doped ZnO (GZO)/Cu bi-layer films were deposited with RF and DC magnetron sputtering on glass substrate and then the effect of post deposition annealing temperature on the structural, optical and electrical properties of the films was investigated. The post deposition annealing process was conducted for 30 minutes in gas pressure of $1{\times}10^{-3}$ Torr and the annealing temperatures were 150 and $300^{\circ}C$. With increasing annealing temperature, GZO/Cu films showed an increment in the prefer orientation of ZnO (002) diffraction peak in the XRD pattern and the optical transmittance in a visible wave region was also increased, while the electrical sheet resistance was decreased. The GZO/Cu films annealed at $300^{\circ}C$ showed the highest optical transmittance of 70% and also showed the lowest electrical resistance of $85\;{\Omega}/{\Box}$ in this study.

        무선 센서 네트워크에서의 싱크노드 실패에 대비한 이중 싱크노드 장치

        Since wireless sensor networks generally have the capability of network recovery, malfunction of a few sensor nodes in a sensor network does not cause a crucial problem paralyzing the sensor network. The malfunction of the sink node, however, is critical. If the sink node of a sensor network stops working, the data collected by sensor nodes cannot be delivered to the gateway because no other sensor nodes can take the place of the sink node. This paper proposes a TDMA-based wireless sensor network equipped with dual sink nodes, with a view to preventing data loss in the case of malfunction of a sink node. A secondary sink node, which synchronizes with a primary sink node and receives data from other sensor nodes in normal situations, takes the role of the primary sink node in the case of malfunction of the primary sink, thereby eliminating the possibility of data loss. The effectiveness of the proposed scheme is demonstrated through experiments.

        한-아세안 민관 네트워크기반의 스마트시티 수출을 위한 거점 HUB 플랫폼 개발에 관한 연구

        Recently, ASEAN is not only a new production base but also a consumer market for Korea, and interest in the utilization of production networks in each region is increasing. In particular, urbanization in ASEAN countries is progressing at a relatively fast pace. Each country is promoting smart city projects combined with ICT to improve outdated basic infrastructure facilities such as housing, transportation, logistics, crime prevention, and disaster prevention. The purpose of this study is to develop a web-based smart city export HUB platform so that companies with excellent domestic smart city solutions can participate in smart city construction through networks with ASEAN countries. These platforms can secure the demand for smart city construction in ASEAN countries, and through the establishment of the Korea-ASEAN public-private network, smart cities planned in ASEAN countries can be promoted more innovative. In addition, it is expected to be positioned as a Global smart city platform model by applying to real cities through collaboration with excellent domestic companies.
